Abstract

This quantitative study examines the influence of brand image and price on purchasing decisions for Smartfren data quotas at the Renny Cell Waru counter. The research employed a total sampling technique, with 103 respondents completing questionnaires. Multiple linear regression analysis using IBM SPSS version 24 was conducted to analyze the data. The findings reveal that both brand image and price significantly affect purchasing decisions, with brand image exerting the strongest influence. This study contributes to the understanding of consumer behavior and provides valuable implications for marketers in the telecommunications industry. Highlights: Brand Image significantly impacts purchasing decisions for Smartfren data quotas. Price plays a significant role in shaping consumer decisions regarding Smartfren data quotas. Abstract

This qualitative study investigates the learning planning, application of PKn (Civics) instruction, and teacher barriers in online learning for fourth-grade students during the Covid-19 pandemic. The research subjects include teachers, principals, and students from SDN Panggreh II. Data collection techniques comprise interviews, observations, and documentation, while data analysis employs the Miles and Huberman model. Findings reveal that teachers at SDN Panggreh II implemented online learning plans, encompassing syllabi, lesson plans, and learning media. However, they encountered challenges due to limited experience in online teaching and difficulties in selecting appropriate learning materials and activities. The study underscores the need for effective strategies to enhance online Civics instruction and overcome these obstacles, thereby ensuring quality education during times of crisis. Abstract

This study aimed to examine the influence of audio-visual learning media on the learning outcomes of second-grade students in thematic learning at MI Darussalam Keboguyang, specifically focusing on the theme "Living in harmony" with the sub-theme "Living in harmony at home." The research utilized a quantitative experimental design known as the One Group Pretest-Posttest. The sample consisted of 30 students selected through purposive sampling. Data analysis involved a simple linear regression test conducted using SPSS 20 for Windows. The results revealed a significant positive effect of audio-visual learning media on the learning outcomes of second-grade students. The level of influence was determined to be 22.4%, indicating a fairly good impact based on the N-Gain test, which yielded a score of 62.7%. Overall, the findings support the effectiveness of audio-visual learning media in improving student learning outcomes in thematic learning. Abstract

This quantitative study investigates the influence of product quality, price, and service quality on purchasing decisions at a fast-food restaurant, utilizing a purposive sampling technique to gather data from 170 participants. Questionnaires were distributed using a modified 4-point Likert scale. The collected data underwent data quality testing, classic assumption testing, multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing. The findings reveal that product quality, price, and service quality each have a significant impact on purchasing decisions at the fast-food restaurant. Furthermore, the combined influence of these factors on purchasing decisions was also observed. This study highlights the importance of considering these factors to enhance consumer decision-making processes in the context of fast-food restaurants, thereby providing valuable insights for both practitioners and researchers in the field of consumer behavior. This study utilizes quantitative research methods and a purposive sampling technique to examine the impact of these factors. Abstract

This qualitative research explores the role of the school literacy movement in improving reading comprehension of Indonesian texts among grade 3 students at SD Muhammadiyah 2 Tulangan. The study involves interviews, observations, and documentation as data collection techniques. The analysis follows Mules and Hubermen's theory of data analysis, including data reduction, presentation, conclusion drawing, and verification. The research findings indicate that the school literacy movement at SD Muhammadiyah 2 Tulangan positively impacts reading comprehension through implemented programs. Supporting factors include the active involvement of school members, students' enthusiasm, and adequate facilities. However, hindering factors include limited time for literacy activities due to the Covid-19 pandemic and children's reluctance to read. This research aims to provide valuable insights for readers and serve as a reference for future studies. Highlights: The school literacy movement plays a crucial role in improving reading comprehension among grade 3 students. Abstract

This descriptive study aimed to examine the impact of product quality, price, and advertising on purchasing decisions for leather wallets at Aris Collection, Tanggulangin Sidoarjo. The research employed a quantitative approach with a sample size of 57 respondents, selected through Simple Random Sampling. Data was collected using a questionnaire and analyzed using multiple linear regression in the SPSS Statistics version 22 program. The results revealed significant effects of product quality, price, and advertising on leather wallet purchasing decisions at Aris Collection. These findings contribute to the understanding of consumer behavior and provide implications for marketers and businesses to enhance their strategies in the competitive leather wallet market. Abstract

This research method uses content analysis method. In this method, the researcher uses it with the aim of re-explaining the value of character education in the film Denias Senandung di Atas Awan. In accordance with the research that has been done, conclusions are obtained. First, the film Denias Senandung above the Clouds has at least 11 characters that can be imitated. Religious, disciplined, hard working, honest, independent, curious, friendly/communicative, appreciative of achievement, peace-loving, socially caring, and responsible. Second, the relevance of the value of character education in the film Denias Senanadung di Atas Awan will be very good if it is taught and applied to MI-age children in their daily activities. Due to the many teachings, wisdom, messages as well as important lessons that are able to educate in this film. Judging from its development, MI-age children will very quickly imitate what they see, so watching the film Denias Senanadung di Atas Awan in the hope that it will instill positive lessons in children. Highlights: Content analysis reveals 11 imitable character traits in the film Denias Senandung di Atas Awan: religious, disciplined, hardworking, honest, independent, curious, friendly/communicative, appreciative of achievement, peace-loving, socially caring, and responsible. The value of character education in the film is highly relevant for MI-age children, as it offers numerous teachings, wisdom, messages, and important lessons that can be applied to their daily activities. Abstract

This study investigates the impact of an experimental method on student learning outcomes in science lessons focusing on energy change at MI Ma'arif Sentul. Using a quantitative experimental approach, the research demonstrates that the experimental method significantly enhances student learning outcomes. The findings indicate increased engagement and enthusiasm, making the learning process more enjoyable and preventing monotony. The experimental method influences student learning outcomes by approximately 26.6%, as measured by the N-Gain test. Overall, this study highlights the effectiveness of the experimental method in improving science education. Highlights: Experimental method enhances learning outcomes: The study demonstrates that the experimental method employed in science lessons on energy change at MI Ma'arif Sentul positively influences student learning outcomes. Increased engagement and enthusiasm: The use of the experimental method makes the learning process more enjoyable and prevents monotony, leading to improved student engagement and enthusiasm for learning. Significant effect and moderate impact: The experimental method has a statistically significant effect on student learning outcomes, as evidenced by the t-test results. Abstract

This study investigates the relationship between individual characteristics, competence, and communication on employee performance, with work productivity as the mediating variable. The aim was to explore the effect of these factors on both work productivity and employee performance in the context of UKM Handoko Commodity Adventure. Non-probability sampling using the Saturated Sampling method was employed, and data was analyzed using path analysis with the SPSS application. The results revealed significant associations between individual characteristics, competence, and communication with both work productivity and employee performance. Furthermore, work productivity was found to mediate the relationship between these factors and employee performance. These findings shed light on the critical role of individual characteristics, competence, and communication in enhancing work productivity and employee performance, suggesting the importance of targeted interventions and strategies for optimizing organizational outcomes. Highlights: Individual characteristics, competence, and communication significantly influence employee performance and work productivity. Work productivity acts as a mediator between individual characteristics, competence, communication, and employee performance. Understanding and optimizing individual characteristics, competence, and communication can unleash employee performance and enhance work productivity. Abstract

This research investigates the impact of inflation, interest rates, and exchange rates on the Composite Index (JCI) through quantitative methods and secondary data analysis. Utilizing a saturated sample method over a five-year period (2017-2021) with 60 monthly observations, the study employs multiple linear regression analysis using EViews 9. The findings reveal that inflation has a positive yet insignificant effect on the JCI, while interest rates exert a positive and significant influence. Additionally, exchange rates display a negative and significant impact on the JCI. Notably, the simultaneous presence of inflation, interest rates, and exchange rates significantly affects the JCI. The results contribute to the understanding of the intricate dynamics between macroeconomic factors and stock market performance, offering valuable insights for investors, policymakers, and market participants worldwide. Highlights: The study examines the impact of inflation, interest rates, and exchange rates on the Composite Index (JCI) using empirical analysis.
