Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the job ethic, organization commitment, and performance either partially or simultaneously at PT. Jasa marga Persero. Total population in the study is a quantitative method. Total population in this human development resourch and the study sample research, counted as many as 109 respondance. The sampling technique using purposive sampling. The variable in this study is the independent variable (independent) consisting of work ethic, organization commitment, and performance and the dependent variable (dependent) is Audit quality.The results showed that the work ethic, organization commitment, and performance effecting significant partially on Performance. work ethic, organization commitment, and performance effecting significant Simultaneously, work ethic, organization commitment and performance effecting significant effect on performance level determination coefficient to 78,2%.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know how the Current Ratio and Inventory Turnover against stock prices. the company has a number of factors. Factors – factors that affect the level of stock price movements, namely the internal factors and external factors. Internal factors also known as the fundamental factor is the factor that comes from within the company and can be controlled by management of the company. These internal factors related to income will accrue to the financiers of either dividends or capital gains those factors will influence the supply and demand of society on shares listed on the stock market. So that also affect the price of the shares of the company, would be an increase in the stock price or otherwise on the textile companies were listed on the Indonesia stock exchange.The results of this research show that simultaneously variable Current Ratio and Inventory Turnover effect significantly to Price Shares in PT Astra Interenasional Tbk. It is indicated with the calculation result obtained is the probability of the mean 0.05 0.0000 < significantly. The value of R 2 of  0.794324 or of 79.43%.

Abstract

This research was conducted in Food And Beverage, the purpose of this study was to determine the effect and Working Capital Accounts Receivable Net to Net Income in Food and Beverage listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2010-2015 either partially or simultaneously.               The data used in this research is secondary data collected from the publication of the Financial Statements in Food and Beverage. The method used is descriptive method with quantitative approach. The population used in this research that the annual financial statements consisting of sample selection is done by using purposive sampling method with the number of samples processed as many as 60 samples.               The results of this study indicate that Taken together (simultaneously) accounts receivable and net working capital contributed and have a significant effect on net income in Food and Beverage 75.56%. Partially accounts receivable contribute and have a significant effect on net income in Food and Beverage. And partially in net working capital also contributed and had a significant effect on net income of Food and Beverage. Key Words: accounts receivable,  net working capital and  Indonesia Stock Exchange

Abstract

The auditor’s quality control influences mental competency and independence of external auditor like public accountant with independence auditor’s respondence. The audit quality control is  a part of framework fenomena of external auditor in connections with incompetently and  it does not independently and uncollectible just for detections of fraud in financial statements. (Eunike,2007 in Christiawan,2002). In this research , (Otley theory , 1980), sentral issue are Empiris evidence, as follows auditor independence as intervening variable will be mediations influences competency mental attitude and auditor’s external of the auditor’s quality control. The research method use exsplanatory in connections with two variable or more than two variable, and one variable is follow by other variable effect (Cooper and Schindler ,2006:143), with quantitative approaching  method.The populations are external auditor which working in public accountant of Indonesia as follows Directory of Public accountant 2015 by IAPI.Sample of research  100 auditors  in  5 (Five)Public Accountant in Bekasi and Jakarta area. The result of research had Competency Mental and Independence of auditor influence significance of the auditor’s quality control and ethical code of Accountant.Key Words:  Competency , Independence, Mental attitude,Quality control, Ethical Code .

Abstract

This study aims to determine the extent to which the influence of Working Environment And Job Stress on Work Productivity Has Implications On Employee Performance PT. Telkom Indonesia Tbk East Jakarta Region. The data used in this study in the form of primary data collected from respondents' answers based on questionnaires given, ie as many as 30 people. Data processing method using path analysis method (Path Analysis) with the help of SPSS version 22.0. The statistical test used the significance test of individual parameters (t test) and simultaneous significance test (Test F).          The results showed that simultaneously the work environment variables, job stress and work productivity have a significant effect on employee performance. Partially shows that the analysis of 1: work environment variables significantly affect employee performance, while analysis 2: work stress variable significantly influence employee performance and on analysis 3: work productivity variables significantly affect employee performance. Keywords : Work Environment, Job Stress, Work Productivity, Employee Performance

Abstract

Simultaneously Non Performing Loan ( NPL ) and Net Profit Margin significantly influence the Capital ,Assets,Management,Earning,Liquidity (CAMEL) with the acquisition ( R - square = 0.7682 ) . This condition is also able to explain the NPL and NPM  , simultaneously contributing to the CAMEL  in this case can be explained by the effect of 76,82 % , and the rest or 24,18% is as explaned residual estimation is influenced by other variables outside the model . Partially NPL has significan positive impact on CAMEL with the acquisition ( R - square = 0.7486) . This condition is also able to explain theNPL partially contributed to the CAMEL  with the effect of 74,86 % Partially NPM has significan positive effect on CAMEL , it is shown by the acquisition ( R - square = 0.7372 ) . This condition is also able to explain , that the NPM  partially contributed to the CAMEL ) with the effect by 73,72 % . Key words : Non Performing Loan ( NPL ), Net Profit Margin, the Capital Assets, Management, Earning, Liquidity (CAMEL)

Abstract

This study aims to determine the extent of the influence of organizational culture, leadership style on employee performance through job satisfaction in PT. Asuransi Jasa Indonesia (Persero) Head Office. Data processing method using path analysis (path analysis) using SPSS version 22.0. Statistical testing using individual parameter significance test (t test) and simultaneous significance test (Test F). The results showed that simultaneous variable organizational culture, leadership style and job satisfaction have a significant effect on the performance of the partial karyawan.Secara indicate that the first analysis: organizational culture variables significantly influence employee performance, while the second analysis: leadership style variables significantly influence employee performance and on the analysis of 3: job satisfaction variables significantly influence employee performance.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the effect of compensation and working discipline in the travel of PT. Izone Indonusa C & F Perfumery outlet Kelapa Gading to improve achievement by the employees using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study, in general there is influence between compensation and working discipline on employee performance. From the regression equation it can be explained that each regression coefficient is positive (1.279 and 0.80) that showed the effect proportional between compensation and working discipline on work performance; where every increase of the score variable compensation causing an increase in work performance of 1.279 and an increase of work discipline variable scores improve work performance amounted to 0.80.  Thus the dominant factor in this case is formed work performance in the work environment is the Discipline of the employee. Discipline will determine employee performance PT. Izone Indonusa C & F Perfumery. Key words: compensation working, discipline dan performance.

Abstract

Supplies a great effect on the cost aspects of a company. If a company has too much inventory it will be very detrimental because it requires huge investment costs, but the lack of supplies also will have an impact on the production process, so it can be detrimental to the company. This research was conducted at PT. IntiKiatAlam. PT. IntiKiatAlam is a company engaged in the field of herbal medicine. The focus of this research is only in analisisi raw material inventory control method EOQ (Economic Order Quantity).This study using Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) to determine the optimal amount of inventory. With this method it can be known how many orders are fixed and when to book return and maximum inventory. This study uses data Wenny honey inventories of raw materials in 2014. The calculation of the total cost of inventory before EOQ, - and based on the results of inventory planning with EOQ method, the application method EOQ, PT. IntiKiatAlam tips to optimize the amount of inventory, the total cost and the production process. Keywords: Economic Order Quantity, inventory, production processes.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of financial fundamental factors and systematic risk to stock return of PT. Astra Agro Lestari Tbk. using time series data period 2000 – 2009.  Financial fundamental factors used in this study are return on equity (ROE), earning per share (EPS), price earning ratio (PER), price book value (PBV), debt equity ratio (DER) and beta, and stock return as dependen variable. This research uses multiple regression model to test the hypotheses.            This study provides evidence that financial fundamental factor ROE has positif and significant effect on stock return. This result indicates that increasing a equity value will increase stock return. And the study the effect of systematic risk on the stock return provide evidence of a positif effect but not significant to PT. Astra Agro Lestari Tbk stock return. Keywords: Financial fundamental factors, Price earning ratio (PER), Book Value (BV), Return on Equity (ROE), Systematic risk (beta), and stock return.
