RS Arsani sudah menerapkan SIMRS sejak tahun 2010 untuk mendukung operasional guna meningkatkan pelayanan serta meningkatkan efektivitas dan efisiensi kerja. Namun dalam penerapannya terdapat kendala seperti rendahnya penggunaan SIMRS, minimnya pengetahuan pegawai dalam menggunakan SIMRS, tampilan SIMRS sulit dipahami, SIMRS belum terintegrasi (sistem BPJS, absensi dan penggajian pegawai) serta terdapat penumpukan antrian dalam proses administrasi. Sehingga dilakukan evaluasi penerapan SIMRS secara kuantitatif menggunakan model HOT-Fit (Human Organizational and Technology Fit) yang berfokus pada tiga dimensi yaitu human (pengembangan sistem, kepuasan pengguna, penggunaan sistem), organization (struktur organisasi, lingkungan organisasi), dan technology (kualitas sistem, kualitas informasi, kualitas layanan). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor yang mempengaruhi tingkat kesuksesan penerapan SIMRS di RS Arsani menggunakan kuesioner dimana total responden yang diperoleh sebanyak 99 responden dengan analisis data PLS- SEM menggunakan software SmartPLS v3.3. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan dari 18 hipotesis yang dikembangkan terdapat 11 hipotesis diterima sedangkan 7 hipotesis lainnya ditolak. Sehingga output dari penelitian ini diberikan beberapa rekomendasi yang mana dimaksudkan dapat meningkatkan tingkat kesuksesan penerapan SIMRS di RS Arsani.

Web server adalah komputer yang terhubung dalam jaringan atau internet yang memberikan informasi berupa teks, audio dan video. Untuk mencapai efisiensi rancangan dan tingkat kehandalan yang optimal, web server skala besar membutuhkan perhitungan performansi rancangan jaringan tersebut. Pada tugas akhir dibahas mengenai pemodelan dan simulasi rancangan web server pada jaringan LAN (Local Area Network) Universitas Lampung untuk mengetahui performansi web server pada jaringan LAN optimal yang dapat dicapai. Penelitian dilakukan dengan memodelkan client dan server pada perangkat lunak simulator. Simulasi terhadap rancangan model web server pada jaringan LAN dilakukan dengan mengimplementasikan suatu skenario simulasi. Pemodelan dan simulsai ini akan memberikan pendekatan tingkat performansi web server pada jaringan LAN sebagai pertimbangan pengambilan kebijakan realisasi web server pada jaringan LAN. Berdasarkan hasil simulasi diperoleh rancangan web server pada jaringan LAN optimum adalah pada rancangan dengan jumlah node sebanyak 100 node. Rancangan tersebut memberikan tingkat performansi rata-rata throughput yang diperoleh hampir mencapai nilai maksimum rata-rata throughput dengan nilai rata-rata delay dan jitter yang minimum serta pencapaian persentase packet loss yang paling rendah dibandingkan dengan simulasi menggunakan jumlah node lainnya

Tumbuhan obat adalah jenis tumbuhan yang sering digunakan oleh masyarakat karena memiliki banyak manfaat, seperti untuk mencegah atau menyembuhkan berbagai penyakit. Sirih dan binahong adalah tumbuhan obat yang banyak dimanfaatkan olah masyarakat Indonesia. Salah satu bagian tumbuhan yang umum digunakan untuk mengklasifikasi jenis tumbuhan adalah daun. Metode CNN merupakan metode yang sangat umum digunakan untuk klasifikasi gambar karena metode ini menghasilkan akurasi yang paling signifikan dalam pengenalan citra. Penelitian menggunakan data berjumlah 900 gambar dengan perbandingan data training, validasi, dan testing yaitu 7:2:1. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian menggunakan epoch sejumlah 15, 20, dan 25 terhadap gambar daun sirih dan binahong, menunjukan akurasi terbesar sebesar 95,67% terhadap data test. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa teknik Deep Learning dengan CNN mampu melakukan klasifikasi gambar daun sirih dan binahong dengan baik.

The public is made aware of a cause via a gift or fundraising event, enabling many people to do good. This study seeks to assess how comfortable users are using the Kitabisa application and to pinpoint any problems so that interface design mockup can be developed as potential fixes. The comfort felt by application users can be used as a determinant that the application can be categorized as a good application. The discovery of problems felt by Kitabisa users included inconsistencies in language, appearance, colors, and icons causing users to feel confused when using the Kitabisa Application.The Heuristic Evaluation is a method that involves user interface experts who are expert with the aim of finding user interface problems. The Heuristic Evaluation method will be used to guide the flow or steps that will be carried out in each process during the analysis and evaluation of the Kitabisa application so the solution can be made for the problems found. Interface usability testing was carried out by finding problems in the Kitabisa application interface design and this test was successfully carried out through usability testing in order to collect feedback in the form of comments from evaluators and make improvements to the Kitabisa application mockup design interface based on comments from experts.

Orang tua yang belum mengetahui bakat anak, mengakibatkan lambatnya perkembangan kemajuan anak dalam menggapai passion natural nya. Kendala lain yang dihadapi adalah sulit dalam mencari psikologi anak yang cocok untuk melakukan konsultasi, dan juga terkait biaya yang dikeluarkan yang tidak sedikit. Dengan demikian maka dilakukan penelitian dengan melakukan deteksi bakat anak direntang usia 14-15 tahun dengan menggunakan CNN. Dengan harapan rentang usia tersebut anak sudah memiliki seni menulis secara permanen. Hasil analisa ini menunjukan bahwa terdapat 6 bakat utama dan 75 ciri bakat. Berdasarkan inferensi yang digunakan untuk mengidentifikasi bakat anak menurut standar USOE America. Sistem ini dapat memberikan informasi berupa bakat dan minat anak berdasarkan ciri yang dimiliki  serta  cara  belajar  yang  tepat  bagi  anak  tersebut.  Sehingga  para orang  tua  bisa memaksimalkan bakat anak yang dimilikinya.Â

Documents in the E-library service at the Adisutjipto Institute of Aerospace Technology (ITDA) Library are available and can be accessed and read by library members via a computer connected to the E-library network. So that the existing e-library can be accessed by many people with mobile computing equipment, it is necessary to make software that can access documents in the E-library in the form of a book in the Protable Document Format (PDF) format. The purpose of this research is to make books in PDF format so that they can be accessed and read and protected from being reproduced without the permission of the ITDA library. The method used in this research is in the form of software design with object-oriented programming, by dividing the application into small parts / objects into a large application that is used to access e-libraries with mobile computing devices. The application created also uses a library in Android Studio called the secure flag. The results of the tests carried out stated that the protection of book files in the android-based e-library application was able to prevent users from taking screenshots, copying book files, and downloading files illegally, while the speed of access in opening book files in e-library-based applications android is greatly influenced by connection speed and book file size. From the results of this test, it can be concluded that books in PDF format in the E-library in the ITDA Library can be protected.

There are still many prospective students from the University of Lampung from various high school graduates and their equivalent who do not know which study program at the University of Lampung is good and suitable for them, so that when they are accepted and start lectures, it is not uncommon for students to feel that they have chosen the wrong major which results in curiosity. changing study programs late or even unable to complete college. This study aims to build a decision support system that displays recommendations for Study Programs at the University of Lampung that are in accordance with the interests and academic abilities or intelligence of prospective students. This system is expected to assist prospective students in choosing a study program that suits them, so as to reduce the risk of changing study programs, as well as being late for graduation or even not being able to graduate. The system development method that will be carried out in this research is Extreme Programming (XP) in order to build a system quickly and according to user needs which has four main stages, namely planning, designing, coding, and testing before releasing the system. Meanwhile, to determine recommendations based on the interests and intelligence of prospective students, they will use Holland's theoretical basis for interest, and the Intelligence Structure Test (IST) theory for intelligence

The use of technology in various fields has developed very quickly and has become a necessity in supporting the services of an organization or company. Educational institutions are one of the sectors that are guided in the learning process using Information and Communication Technology (ICT). Education, especially libraries, is one of the fields that uses high ICT, namely the digitalization of libraries or often e-libraries in order to realize quality education and ICT competitiveness in the world of education. As for the e-library in educational institutions, one of the schools is a source of information or reference for students, to increase students' reading interest, as well as to increase students' knowledge and competence. This makes the e-library has a very important role and must be developed to meet these needs such as developing an interactive and interesting e-library. The methods used for data collection are observations to the school library, interviews with library managers, and literature studies to deepen problem understanding. The software development method used is Rapid Application Development (RAD) by utilizing the Unified Modeling Language (UML) to design the system design developed. The results of this study are the existence of a complete e-library and an attractive application design and forum feature that makes the e-library interactive so that it can encourage the level of visits and literacy culture for students. The e-library has been carried out through black box testing and System Usability Test (SUS) with acceptable results.

The importance of personality assessment is required in determining whether an individual can support a job, or which position is suitable and in accordance with his personality. The personality model that is often used is the Myer Brigs Type Indicator, but the model is considered inappropriate for use because the model is too dichotomous in defining one's personality. Unlike the HEXACO personality model, the model provides a numerical assessment of each personality trait. In determining an individual's personality, it can be done by utilizing one's writing using the classification algorithm model. In the test, the data collected previously was classified according to its target to get the results in the form of personality classifications. Testing is done using the PSO algorithm so that the results obtained have a high level of accuracy, equal to 0.9 (90%). The use of PSO algorithm can help to get high accuracy results in the prediction process because the search for parameter values in the prediction model is done automatically.

Used goods suitable for use are old goods that have been used once or more than once and are still reasonable to be reused. Most of these used goods are no longer used because they already have other, better substitutes. The current management system for these items is usually only collected and stored in the warehouse or even many are left scattered in the corner of the house until the items become a pile. Rather than being left alone, it is better to reuse these items. For example, by donating items that are still reasonable to be reused to people who need it more. Donations in the form of used goods are still poorly managed, information on donation activities that are held is less spread out and if there is, it is not necessarily reliable. So far, the management of the existing donation system is only for donations in the form of money, so the idea of a solution emerged in the form of developing an Android-based donation system application. To analyze the problem used causal analysis based on the data to be collected. The method used for software development is extreme programming. This application can be a solution to the problem of managing the used goods donation system so that people can make donations in the form of goods that are faster, easier to collect and distribute.
