Abstract

Pariwisata dikabupaten seluma memiliki berbagai potensi pariwisata yang masih dalam tahap pengembangan. Sektor pariwisata memiliki peran penting dalam meningkatkan perekonomian yang ada di Kabupaten Seluma. Tempat wisata di daerah seluma masih banyak tertinggal dan terbengkalai karena kurangnya pengelolahan serta kurangnya informasi tentang tempat wisata tersebut. Permasalahan tersebut dapat diselesaikan dengan solusi pembuatan sistem berbasis online sehingga informasi dari tempat – tempat wisata yang ada di kabupaten seluma dapat diketahui oleh pihak lain. Solusi tersebut berupa pembuatan implementasi E-Tourism desa wisata kabupaten seluma menggunakan LBS dimana LBS merupakan layanan yang menggunakan informasi lokasi pengguna untuk menyediakan berbagai jenis informasi serta akses yang menyediakan informasi seperti galeri foto lokasi, sejarah lokasi, serta daftar lokasi yang dikunjungi.  sehingga dapat memudahkan para pengunjung untuk mencari serta mengunjungi wisata tersebut. Pengujian pada penelitian sistem ini dilakukan menggunakan pengujian BETA sebanyak 40 responden dengan hasil 92,5%.

Abstract

In this era of modern development, there is a lot of competition throughout the industrial world, including inside and outside the industry. This also happens because changes in the field of technology are increasingly rapid and precise. In conditions of rapid technological development, this is possible for business actors, especially companies, this situation is no longer surprising when operating in the field of commodity operations, in this case company management will compete with each other through various media to improve the sales process to current marketing consumers. This example is Yakusa Laundry. The author's aim in conducting research on the Yakusa laundry business aims to identify and analyze SWOT, namely strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, threats, such as competitive strategies to increase competitiveness. on the Yakusa Laundry business. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach, data collection techniques using narrative data methods, namely oral and written interviews, observation and documentation. Investigation of informants is based on relevance and adequacy. The results of research regarding marketing strategies in increasing competitiveness at Yakusa Laundry show an increase in competitiveness, this is proven by the company's control of market share.

Abstract

The government's efforts to tackle poverty are by issuing several programs that can help meet people's needs. However, in practice, it is not uncommon for the distribution of aid or other government programs to not be on target, because there are no clear procedures and calculations in determining which people are entitled to receive aid. Therefore, it is necessary to have a calculation mechanism that involves data on the demographic characteristics of the community using clustering. In this clustering process, there are 2 algorithms that are often used, namely K-medoid and K-means. The research aims to classify which communities are a priority for receiving assistance and which are not a priority. In order to get more accurate results, this research also tested the two clustering algorithms to get the best algorithm and the best number of clusters based on the dataset owned by looking at the Davies Bouldin Index (DBI). This research concluded that with the data set the best algorithm was K-medoids and the number of clusters was 2 with a DBI value of 1.332. Then, in the results of the clustering carried out from a total of 1031 data analyzed, it was found that 396 residents were eligible or made priority for receiving assistance and 635 residents who were not yet included in the priority list for receiving assistance.

Abstract

The election of the chairman and deputy chairman of the OSIS is held every year by all schools including SMPN 10 Bengkulu Selatan. The election was carried out conventionally where this activity required quite a lot of money and energy as well as quite long teaching and learning hours which were cut to carry out the election of the OSIS chairman. Apart from that, there is the potential for fraud, human error, operational inefficiencies from the start to the end of the election, and non-real-time monitoring which are shortcomings of conventional voting systems. To answer this problem, research is proposed which aims to build a web-based e-voting system for the election of OSIS chairman at SMPN 10 Bengkulu Selatan. The software development method used is Rapid Application Development (RAD). The method emphasizes rapid and incremental prototyping.

Abstract

The caringin shop is a shop that sells daily household and kitchen needs. Caringin shop sales tend to stagnate because in the last few months there has been no significant increase in turnover and tight business competition where the large number of similar shops has become a problem. This requires a precise and careful marketing strategy. This research implements an a priori algorithm as a marketing strategy. The data used was 146 transactions for 1 week. The analysis was carried out manually using Microsoft Excel and libraries in the Python programming language that supports apriori algorithms packaged in a simple web-based application. The analysis resulted in a conclusion that if a consumer buys sugar, then the tendency is to buy coffee with a confidence level of 65% supported by a support value of 10% of all transactions with a lift ratio of 3.9, if buying coffee, then the tendency is to buy sugar with a confidence level of 62% supported by a support value of 10% of all transactions with a lift ratio of 3.9, and if buying eggs, then the tendency is to buy instant noodles with a confidence level of 61% supported by a support value of 11% of all transactions with a lift ratio of 2.8.

Abstract

Abstract: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengimplementasikan proteksi session pada menu dan modul program alternatif pengamanan aplikasi Sistem Informasi Manajemen SIM DPRD Kota Bengkulu. Dalam upaya meningkatkan keamanan dan integritas data, proteksi session diterapkan dengan menggunakan token sesi unik yang dihasilkan setiap kali pengguna berhasil login. Token ini kemudian disimpan dalam basis data MySQL dan diverifikasi setiap kali pengguna mencoba mengakses menu atau modul tertentu dalam aplikasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pengembangan Waterfall yang mencakup tahapan analisis kebutuhan, desain sistem, implementasi, pengujian, dan pemeliharaan. Desain sistem melibatkan perancangan basis data, pembuatan flowchart, dan pemodelan sistem dengan UML. Implementasi dilakukan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan HTML untuk memastikan integrasi yang baik antara frontend dan backend aplikasi. Uji coba dilakukan dengan metode black box untuk memastikan bahwa setiap fungsi proteksi session bekerja sesuai dengan yang diharapkan. Hasil uji coba menunjukkan bahwa sistem proteksi session berhasil mencegah akses tidak sah dan memastikan hanya pengguna terautentikasi yang dapat mengakses menu dan modul yang ditentukan. Dengan demikian, implementasi proteksi session ini mampu meningkatkan keamanan dan keandalan aplikasi SIM DPRD Kota Bengkulu, sehingga hanya pengguna yang sah dapat mengakses informasi sensitif, menjaga integritas dan kerahasiaan data dalam aplikasi tersebut. Abstract: This study aims to implement session protection on menu and module programs as an alternative security measure for the Management Information System MIS application of the DPRD Kota Bengkulu. To enhance data security and integrity, session protection is applied using unique session tokens generated upon successful user login. These tokens are stored in a MySQL database and verified each time a user attempts to access specific menus or modules within the application. The research employs the Waterfall development methodology, encompassing requirements analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and maintenance phases. The system design involves database design, flowchart creation, and system modeling using UML. Implementation is carried out using PHP and HTML to ensure seamless integration between the application's frontend and backend. Black box testing is conducted to verify that each session protection function works as expected. The test results indicate that the session protection system successfully prevents unauthorized access, ensuring that only authenticated users can access designated menus and modules. Abstract

Today, information technology is increasingly advanced and developing rapidly, providing many benefits and conveniences in various fields. Mikrotik improves the stability of the internet network. In addition, XYZ Bengkulu City uses the internet network. The routing configuration on the router used changes from static routing done manually to dynamic routing BGP (Border Gateway Protocol). BGP is a type of routing protocol used to transmit information between autonomous systems. The purpose of the researcher is to design and build an internet network for XYZ Bengkulu City using BGP so that the move from the main line to the backup line is carried out automatically with BGP Route. Continued by checking the quality of both lines using the QoS (Quality of Service) method, some of the QoS parameters used as a reference are throughput, delay, jitter and packet loss, by following the QoS standard from TIPHON. So in this study, we conducted tests and discussions that focused more on how routing using BGP could work well, automatically backing up internet connections and analyzing QoS as a result of the research that BGP routing works well and has an optimal internet connection for operational use of XYZ Bengkulu City

Abstract

The sequential searching algorithm is an algorithm that performs a search by matching the data to be searched with all the data in a group of data in a sequential manner starting from the first data until the data can be found. The development of information and communication technology has brought significant changes in various aspects of life, including in the world of commerce. E-commerce has become a popular platform for carrying out buying and selling transactions, including car sales. Selling cars via e-commerce offers many benefits for buyers and sellers. For buyers, e-commerce provides easy access to a wide selection of cars at competitive prices. For sellers, e-commerce expands their market reach and allows them to reach more customers. However, as the number of products available on e-commerce websites increases, finding the desired product becomes increasingly difficult. This can cause frustration for buyers and result in decreased sales. This research aims to discuss the implementation of sequential search algorithms on car sales e-commerce websites. This algorithm is expected to help buyers find the car they want more easily and quickly, thereby increasing buyer satisfaction and increasing sales for sellers.

Abstract

This thesis aims to design an Android application specifically developed for attendance activities at the Kantor Urusan Agama (KUA) Putri Hijau District North Bengkulu, using the MIT App Inventor platform. This application is expected to be more efficient than the old application and can provide convenience for employees who want to run attendance and make it easier for the admin to recap attendance data. To achieve this research, researchers use the Prototype method with code block programming development in MIT App Inventor and use Googel maps assistance in validating attendance locations. In the implementation process, the author will focus on designing an interface that is simple and easy to understand, ensuring compatibility with Android devices, and integrating features that are relevant to the needs of Attendance and Licensing. The importance of creating an application that can be accessed without difficulty by users without a conventional programming background is a major concern. Therefore, this research will prioritize the use of visual programming provided by MIT Inventor, enabling application development without the need for in-depth knowledge in programming. The result of this research is an Android Attendance application design that can be used by Admin and Employees at the Office of Religious Affairs Putri Hijau District, North Bengkulu. This application is expected to provide benefits for KUA Admins and Employees in terms of reducing the number of employees.
