<![CDATA[Shari'ah pawnshops run on two sharia transaction contracts, namely a rahn (pawning) contract to obtain the desired loan amount and an ijarah (lease) contract to pay the pawnshop employees for maintaining, caring for and storing the goods that are deposited because the pawnshop is an institution. a business whose orientation is profit oriented or also looking for profit. This research is qualitative, in which the research has procedures to produce descriptive data in the form of data packaged from the speaker's sentences in writing or orally regarding the behavior of the object being observed. This method uses a descriptive analysis approach which is closely related to the subject matter, namely the optimization of contracts in the system and procedures for the application of pawn products at PT. Pegadaian UPS Sibuhuan. Then, the results of the analysis found that the system and procedure for the application of pawn products with sharia transaction contracts were optimal and appropriate, so that good pawn transactions were established between the company and customers which aimed at creating good cooperation between the two.]]>

<![CDATA[Islamic banks and conventional banks have different offering strategies. Islamic banks will provide offers while still applying the sharia principles of Mudharabah Marhamah Savings. There is one bank in North Sumatra that uses a mudharabah contract, namely Tabungan Marhamah. Therefore, it is important for customers to understand the use of the Mudharabah Marhamah Savings product facility at Bank Sumatra Utara so that it will have an impact on increasing the smoothness of transactions. The method used in this journal uses a descriptive method where data will be collected, compiled, grouped, analyzed and then applied so that it will become a clear and directed picture. The result of the research is that the offering strategy carried out by Bank Sumut Syariah Syariah Cabang Pembantu Lubuk Pakam can increase public interest in the Marhamah Mudharabah savings product.]]>

<![CDATA[This type of research is descriptive research that focuses on the effectiveness of the role of Bappeda in planning local revenue in Medan City. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the role of Bappeda in planning the regional original income of the city of Medan. The data is sourced directly from the Bappeda of Medan City and is of the secondary data type. Furthermore, secondary data in question is data regarding the effectiveness of the role of Bappeda in planning local revenue for Medan City. While the secondary qualitative data in question is a reference to several books that concern and support this research. The results of the study indicate that in carrying out its role in terms of planning for increasing the local original tax (PAD) of Medan City, it is still not fully effective, so there needs to be steps or strategies that must be carried out by the Medan City Bappeda such as improving the quality of planning and development documents through strengthening coordination between sectors. development as well as improving the quality of measurement of performance indicators. This is also supported by exploring the potential of the field, counseling about taxpayers, re-collecting data and coordinating with related parties.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this study was to determine and describe the performance of Bappeda in the role of Regional Development Planning. and to find out how to optimize the performance of Bappeda in regional development. This research is located at BAPPEDA PEMKO MEDAN. This research uses descriptive research. Sources of data collection is done with primary data and secondary data through in-depth interviews. And using data collection methods through observation and documentation. BAPPEDA is a supporting element of the Mayor led by a Head of Agency who is under and responsible to the Mayor of Medan, BAPPEDA is in charge of implementing the implementation of regional policies in the field of urban planning. Bappeda as an element of state administrators has an obligation to carry out its main tasks and characteristics, one of which is manifested in the preparation of performance reports of government agencies that support the mayor's vision, namely "The realization of a blessed, advanced, and conducive society. The people of Medan City” are also supporters of Bappeda's Mission 3, namely the creation of clean fields. The results of this study indicate that the performance of Bappeda in planning the Performance of Bappeda for the City of Medan in 2021 Presenting the achievement of the 2016-2021 strategic targets shows good results. Although there are still realizations of several indicators that have not fully achieved the development planning targets.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the Value For Money analysis on the realization of the Medan City Regional Development Planning Agency (Bappeda) program. This type of research is descriptive research that focuses on observing the realization of the Medan City Bappeda program through the application of value for money measurements, namely from the point of view of economy, efficiency, and effectiveness. The result of this research is Value For Money analysis which states that the realization of the program from Bappeda Medan City is economical, inefficient, and ineffective. This shows that Bappeda must maximize its performance so that program realization can be carried out properly. Considering that the results obtained are not perfect enough, it is important for the Medan City Bappeda to re-evaluate.]]>

<![CDATA[This research is a descriptive research that focuses on the effectiveness of employee performance at the Bappeda office in Medan City. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of employee performance at the Regional Development Planning Agency (Bappeda) Medan City. The effectiveness of employee performance at Bappeda Medan City is measured by 4 indicators, namely quality of work, timeliness of completion of work, good cooperation, and communication skills. The data is sourced directly from the Bappeda of Medan City and is of the secondary data type. Quantitative secondary data in question is data on the performance of Bappeda Medan City employees. While the secondary qualitative data in question is a reference to several books that concern and support this research. The results showed that the quality of work, accuracy and discipline in time of completion of work, good cooperation, and communication skills. Of the 4 indicators, all of them have been achieved well so that the performance of employees at the Medan City Bappeda is declared effective.]]>

<![CDATA[This research was made because of the increasing intense competition in the sale of Islamic banking products, both in terms of marketing and promotion so that it will have an effect on earning profits at PT Bank Sumut Syariah KCP Binjai. The formulation of the problem studied is what is the strategy to increase sales of Islamic banking products at PT Bank SUMUT Syariah and what are the strategies used in implementing sales of Islamic banking products to get maximum profit at PT Bank SUMUT Syariah. The purpose of this study is to improve the sales strategy of Islamic banking products in order to achieve maximum profit. The research conducted is descriptive qualitative research using field research methods, namely observations and interviews conducted by analyzing data sourced from the research location or place, namely regarding the Sales Strategy of Islamic Banking Products at PT. Bank SUMUT Syariah KCP Binjai. The results of the research obtained are the sales strategy of Islamic banking products used by PT Bank SUMUT Syariah, namely by socializing in the marketing or marketing department, both in distributing brochures, pamphlets, as well as holding socialization seminars both in schools and other agencies to achieve certain goals, namely achieve maximum profit.]]>

<![CDATA[Analysis of the Impact of Changes in Palm Oil Prices on the Welfare of Independent Smallholders. This study aims to analyze the impact of changes in oil palm prices on the welfare of farmers. The benefit of this research is to know the extent of the influence of changes in oil palm prices on the welfare of farmers, besides that farmers are more observant in caring for and reducing expenses in caring for oil palm land so that agricultural productivity and oil palm prices are in line with farmers' expectations. The research method used in this study is quantitative with the questionnaire method. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear analysis with the help of SPSS software. The results of this study indicate that changes in FFB prices on farmers' welfare can be seen that the effect of changes in oil palm prices is 0.778. The significance value for the effect of changes in FFB prices on farmers' welfare is 0.06 > 0.05 and the t-count value is 9.253 > t-table 2.02439.]]>

Currently, almost all banks in Indonesia have issued priority savings products, and to increase priority customers, banks are competing to provide the best service to attract customers. This study uses qualitative methods to collect data in the form of descriptive data in written and spoken language from people and observed behavior. The results of this study are the services and benefits provided to priority customers affect the increase in the number of customers and also the loyalty of priority customers at Bank Sumut Syariah Binjai Sub-Branch.]]>

<![CDATA[The role of customer service is indispensable as the first liaison between customers and Islamic banking. Customer Service activities in sharia banking are based on sharia principles and in accordance with sharia objectives, namely maqashid sharia. The implementation of maqashid sharia under study is to see the implementation of maqashid sharia in services to customers carried out by Customer Service. The purpose of this research is to see every activity of Customer Service in providing services to customers. The method used is qualitative research, with descriptive data analysis method. The discussion of the research is to see 5 (five) aspects of maqashid sharia obtained by interviewing Customer Service. Maqashid sharia in the realm of Customer Service, emphasizes the extent to which the implementation of the five concepts of maqashid sharia in terms of maintaining religion, guarding souls, guarding reason, protecting offspring, and protecting assets at PT. Bank Sumut Syariah KCP Lubuk Pakam. The results of the research on the implementation of maqashid sharia in the Customer Service unit were carried out in accordance with maqashid sharia.]]>
