Abstract

PT. Bank SUMUT Syariah Binjai Branch is one of the companies engaged in Islamic financial institutions. In carrying out activities as a company engaged in banking, it is necessary to carry out a SWOT analysis which aims to find out how deposit products are used. This SWOT analysis technique is applied to determine the company's goals. For this the company analyzes the existing strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats. This study uses qualitative methods to collect data in the form of descriptive data, both written and spoken language of the people and observed behavior. The results of this study are that 1). Strength in deposit products at PT. Bank SUMUT Syariah Binjai Branch is located on the ratio or profit sharing time deposits offered by deposits starting from 1 month, for a period of 1 month, customers will be given a profit sharing ratio of 60%. 2). The weakness lies in the bank's very strategic location and is not visible because it is squeezed with other buildings. 3). For customers who will withdraw their money, there will be no administrative fees and penalties will be imposed so that it can be used as a good opportunity for customers. 4). The threat lies in banking regulations which can change at any time sometimes become a threat, and conditions of intense competition.

Abstract

Work environment means processes, systems, structures, tools or conditions in the workplace that have a favorable or unfavorable impact on individual performance. One of the factors that influence the level of success of an organization is the performance of its employees. This study aims to find out important information about work environment factors that have an influence on employee performance. Creating a work environment where productive employees are essential to increase profits for good organizations and companies. The workplace becomes an integral part of the work itself. Companies must step outside of their traditional roles to create a work environment where employees enjoy what they do, take pride in what they do, in order to reach their potential. The population in this study were employees of PT Bank Sumut Syariah KCP Binjai. The number of samples used in this study were 8 employees using the field method. The research conducted is descriptive qualitative research, namely observations and interviews conducted by analyzing data sourced from employees of PT Bank Sumut Syariah KCP Binjai relating to any work environment factors that affect the performance of Bank Sumut Syariah KCP Binjai employees. The results of the study prove that the physical and non-physical environment has an influence on employee performance, and corporate culture and supporting facilities greatly affect employee performance.

Abstract

From the data, Indonesia is a country that is generically controlled by a Muslim population. And Prudential Insurance is an opportunity to meet the needs of Muslims using premiums according to sharia. Therefore, prudential companies provide various insurance premiums such as life insurance and asset management. The Prudential Syariah Prestasi Binjai Insurance company not only offers the products that have been described but also helps provide protection for the insured along with investing in a very long period of time and has a high risk. The purpose of this study is to increase knowledge on the procedure for the claim settlement mechanism at PT Prudential Syariah Prestasi Binjai. This study uses qualitative data collection techniques using literature studies and interviews based on several company sources at PT Prudential Syariah Prestasi Binjai. And the output based on this research tells that the benefits of PT Prudential Syariah put 99 (ninety nine) years of protection combined using investment. Meanwhile, the prudential insurance claim mechanism will go through a process that has been determined in the policy and the claim section has been prepared, where the insured is required to fill out all the specified claim forms.

Abstract

An Insurance agent is a person chosen by an insurance company who plays a role in finding customers, talk about policy terms, and help policyholders. The purpose of this study is to determine the role of agents insurance in PT. Prudential Life Assurance Cabang Binjai. The method used in this study is a qualitative method with data collection techniques, interview, observation on PT. Prudential Life Assurance Cabang Binjai. The results of this study indicate that agents help participants in resolving claims by explaining the procedure for claims, help complete the documents needed when you want to submit a claim, and waiting for the results of verification and validation until the claim comes out.

Abstract

The public's view of the company is an important part to pay attention to. Because the public's view of the company will affect the product offerings offered to the public. The good image of the company will affect consumer behavior. Because, perception becomes a measure of consumer behavior. Sharia insurance is an effort to protect and help each other among a number of people through investment in the form of assets through tabarru' funds which provide a pattern of taking to face certain risks or dangers through contracts that are in accordance with sharia. The success of Islamic insurance companies cannot be separated from the role of the community regarding the importance of insurance. The issue that will be reviewed in this journal is the public's understanding and opinion of sharia insurance. This study aims to find out how the public's opinion on the existence of sharia insurance in Binjai. The method used in this study is a qualitative method with data collection techniques with literature studies and interviews from the Binjai community.

Abstract

Procurement of competitive goods/services has a great response to the country's economy. In particular, within the fiscal policy framework, the procurement of goods/services aims to move the economy, increase employment, increase foreign power, and increase economic growth. The flow of the mechanism for the procurement of state goods/services will be more effective and efficient. Presidential Regulation No. 16 of 2018 requires a mechanism for the procurement of government goods/services based on a digital system. In implementation, it is necessary to look at the role of human resources (HR) in implementing SiRUP and non-tender procurement, especially in the procurement of goods and services for the regional secretariat in the city of Binjai. The research method was carried out by means of interviews and direct observation in the procurement of goods/services section of the secretariat of the mayor of Binjai. While the procurement services for the secretariat of the mayor of Binjai have started to operate but are still in the minimal category in implementation, operators/employees (HR) do not really understand how to run SIRUP because there is very little socialization and training on the implementation of SIRUP, especially in the implementation of e-Procurement and the lack of technical guidance and assistance. in the implementation of SIRUP in the procurement of goods/services.

Abstract

Archives are several important information documents that are collected so that they can be stored in a planned and orderly manner in a good and safe manner so that when one day in the future these documents can be found when needed. Based on the Decree of the President of the Republic of Indonesia Number 105 of 2004 regarding archive management, chapter I Article 1 explains that archives are defined as a collection of manuscripts made and accepted by Government Agencies and Private Agencies or individuals, in any form individually or in groups. in the context of implementing government activities as well as in the context of implementing national life. The archive data files will increase day by day, so that the data files can be neatly arranged, a proper management system is needed. So that it can be seen that the purpose of this study is to find out the advantages and disadvantages of implementing an archive management system both digitally and manually. So that it can show which system is more efficient to implement in managing archives at the BPJS Ketenagakerjaan office, Binjai Branch. As well as benefits The results of this study are expected to be used as input and information to be used as a reference in order to improve the performance of archive management in the work unit.

Abstract

In order to increase regional income and public welfare, the North Sumatra Provincial Government through the One Stop Integrated Investment and Licensing Service (DPMPPTSP) of North Sumatra Province seeks to increase investment and investment as a form of helping the performance of the North Sumatra Government. The purpose of this study is that the One Stop Integrated Investment and Licensing Service (DPMPPTSP) of North Sumatra Province can increase investment through an effective strategy. If the strategy is formulated correctly, then the North Sumatra Province One Stop Integrated Investment and Licensing Service (DPMPPTSP) will succeed in increasing investment and the standard of living of the people in North Sumatra. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative research which is used to examine the condition of natural objects where the researcher is the key instrument that emphasizes meaning rather than generalization (Sugiyono 2015:112). The data collection technique is done inductively (drawing conclusions based on special conditions to be treated in general). The results of the study show that there are six specific strategies applied by the DPMPPTSP of North Sumatra Province in increasing investment in North Sumatra, namely improving the quality of licensing services, compiling investment policy regulations in providing investment facilities and facilities, improving the management of public complaints, updating data on investment potential and business opportunities. North Sumatra based on the application system, improving the quality of supervision of the implementation of investment, and formulating strategies and increasing the promotion of more innovative investment.

Abstract

Pledge as one of the categories of debt-receivable agreements, for the trust of the lender, the debt holder swears merchandise as collateral for obligations. The collateral remains the property of the person who pledged it, but is limited by the recipient of the votive. The special functional components of sharia second-hand shops can be completed by Islamic financial institutions, especially sharia second-hand shops, both as private and government organizations. Improvements are currently accelerating, this is evidenced by progress in various fields, especially innovation. However, not all innovations provide accommodation and positive effects for their clients if they are not handled as expected. This study plans to determine the degree of business administration system for the Digital Sharia Pawnshop application (PSD) in supporting exchanges and increasing potential in facing competition, and to determine the adequacy of online administration carried out by Rantau Prapat Syariah Pegadaian through the Digital Sharia Pawnshop Application (PSD) in expanding the number of customer. Discussion of exam results using a graphical methodology. From the results of this review, it shows that with the implementation of a sophisticated sharia second-hand shop (PSD) application, it is very easy for the general public to make transactions at sharia second-hand shops. So the Digital Sharia Pawnshop (PSD) for this situation sharpens the organization's special value in facing competition. The effectiveness of PSD is reviewed through 7 dimensions, namely efficiency, reliability, compliance, service privacy, responsiveness, compensation, and contact.

Abstract

In the world of banking which is engaged in services, it is very necessary to have a Service Level Agreement. A service level agreement or what is known as a service level agreement is an agreement with guarantees for the services provided by the Bank to customers as a manifestation of responsibility for the services provided in the event of negligence or human error. The purpose of this study was to discuss the application of SLA (Service Level Agreement) at Bank Sumut KCP Syariah HM. Joni. This is done to determine the implementation of the Service Level Agreement (SLA) in the customer financing disbursement process. Is the implementation in accordance with the established Service Level Agreement (SLA) service standards. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method with interview techniques. From this research, it can be concluded that the implementation of the Service Level Agreement (SLA) in the customer financing disbursement process is not in accordance with the SLA standard due to several factors which cause the customer financing disbursement process to take longer.
