Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of tourist satisfaction and location on the decision to visit Wahana Surya Bengkulu Tourism. This research is a type of quantitative research. Data collection techniques are interviews, observation, literature study and questionnaires. Data analysis techniques using descriptive analysis, multiple regression analysis, coefficient of determination (R2) and hypothesis testing. The results of the study are: Tourist satisfaction (X1) influences the decision to visit (Y) Wisata Wahana Surya Bengkulu with a tsig value of 0.000 thus Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, which means that the variable X1 influences the decision to visit consumers (Y). Location (X2) influences the decision to visit (Y) Wisata Wahana Surya Bengkulu with a tsig value of 0.001, thus Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, which means that the variable X2 influences the decision to visit (Y). Tourist satisfaction and location together influence the decision to visit with a Fsig value <α where the Fsig is 0.000.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of leverage, dividend per share and cash flow volatility on hedging decisions in food and beverage companies listed on the IDX during 2019-2021 which were selected based on certain criteria using purposive sampling. This research uses secondary data in the form of annual reports of food and beverage companies listed on the IDX during 2019-2021. The sample in the company is 25 x 3 years of research and the total sample is 75. The type of research used is quantitative research, the data used in this research is secondary data in the form of financial reports listed on the IDX. The analytical method used is logistic regression analysis which is processed using the SPSS program. The results showed that: leverage has no significant effect on hedging decisions. Dividend per share has no significant effect on hedging decisions. Cash flow volatility affects hedging decisions. The results of the study simultaneously leverage, dividend per share, and cash flow volatility variables influence hedging decisions. Abstract

Marketing development strategies in the digital age involve online platforms, digital strategies, and technology-based tools. Technological advancements and internet penetration have promoted their products or services. By using various online platforms and social media, businesses can break through geographical boundaries and increase their brand awareness in different parts of the world. This opens the door to greater business growth and increases the chances of success. Moreover, digital marketing strategies enable more effective targeting. By collecting and analysing user data, businesses can know the interests, preferences and behaviours of their potential audience. This allows them to direct their campaigns with more precision, maximise efficiency, and increase conversion rates.Hopefully, the all-digital development can attract auidens to get info related to the products to be marketed.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the marketing strategy used by Brown Sugar (GM) home products "Tulus Bersih 100%" in Cahaya Negeri Village, Rejang Lebong Regency. In this study, the author uses a qualitative approach as a first step, namely a research approach by researching on certain subjects and surveys using questionnaires given directly to brown sugar industry owners. Data collection through observation, interviews and documentation using SWOT analysis and data analysis techniques through data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The conclusion of this study can be stated that the marketing strategy of the Brown Sugar (GM) home product "Tulus Bersih 100%" located in Desa Cahaya Negeri Rejang Lebong Regency is that the product marketed is brown sugar which already has a logo as an identification mark and a brand, namely "Tulus Bersih 100%". While the price marketed is adjusted to the size and quality of brown sugar. Promotions carried out by business actors still utilize traditional methods and production and marketing sites are not yet strategic, still utilizing houses in alleys

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of leadership style, work discipline, and work performance loyalty of employees at the South Bengkulu Health Office. This type of research is quantitative research. The sample in this study were 30 employees at the South Bengkulu Health Office. Data collection techniques were observation, documentation and questionnaires. The processed data was analyzed using the SPSS 25 formula. Based on the results of partial simultaneous research, there is an influence between leadership style, work discipline and loyalty on employee performance at the South Bengkulu Health Office and it can be seen from the results of the study that 66.1% of employee performance is influenced by leadership style, work discipline and loyalty.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of HRM audit and transformational leadership on employee performance at Rafflesia Bengkulu Hospital. This type of research uses a quantitative descriptive research method. The number of respondents in this study amounted to 90 people. The data collection method uses a questionnaire and uses analytical techniques using multiple linear regression analysis tests and hypothesis testing, namely the t test and f test. Based on the results of multiple linear regression, the regression equation 2.162 + 0.344X1+ 0.291X2 and the results of the t test and f test of this study can be concluded that HRM audit has a significant effect on employee performance, this is evidenced by the results of the t test showing the value of tcount > thitung > ttabel (6.239 > 1.663) and (sig α = 0.00 < 0.05). This means H_0 is rejected and H_a is accepted. Transformational Leadership has a significant effect on Employee Performance, this is evidenced by the results of the t test showing tcount > thitung > ttabel thitung > ttabel (4.531 > 1.663) and (sig α = 0.00 < 0.05). This means H_0 is rejected and H_a is accepted. HRM Audit (X1) and Transformational Leadership (X2) together have a significant effect on Employee Performance (Y) at Rafflesia Hospital Bengkulu City, this is evidenced by the F test showing the value of fcount > ftable , namely fhitung > ftabel , yaitu yaitu (110.033 > 3.10) dan (sig α = 0.000 < 0.05). This means H_0 is rejected and H_a is accepted.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Effect of Skills, Work Experience, and Work Commitment on Employee Performance at PT. Mitsubishi Bengkulu City Branch. This type of research uses quantitative methods, the object of this research is employees of PT. Mitsubishi Bengkulu City Branch with the sampling method, namely the total sampling technique. The number of respondents in this study were 50 people. In this study the authors used data collection methods by means of observation, interviews and distributing questionnaires or questionnaires. By using data analysis techniques using Instrument Tests namely Validity Tests and Reliability Tests, Classical Assumption Tests namely Multicollinearity Tests, Normality Tests. and Heteroscedasticity Test, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis Test, Coefficient of Determination (R2), and Hypothesis Test, namely t test and f test. The results of this study can be concluded that partially and simultaneously work skills have no significant effect on employee performance at PT. Mitsubishi Bengkulu City Branch, partially and simultaneously Work Experience has a significant effect on Employee Performance at PT. Mitsubishi Bengkulu City Branch, and Work Commitment has a significant effect partially simultaneously on Employee Performance at PT. .Mitsubishi Bengkulu City Branch.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of promotions, advertising and publicity on customer decisions in choosing Britama savings products at PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI) Betungan Unit. Several factors will be discussed in this study, including the influence of promotions, advertising and publicity on customer decisions in choosing Britama savings products. The objects in this study were Britama savings customers at PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI), totaling 80 people. This research is a type of quantitative research. The method used in this research is descriptive method. Data collection techniques are observation, interviews and questionnaires. There are several data analysis techniques used in this study, including descriptive analysis, multiple regression analysis, coefficient of determination (R2) and hypothesis testing. The results of the study read as follows: Sales promotions have a positive effect on PT. BRI Betungan Unit thus the higher the sales promotion will increase the customer's decision in choosing the Britama savings product at PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI) Betungan Unit. Advertising has a positive effect on PT. BRI Betungan Unit thus the higher the advertising it will increase the customer's decision in choosing the Britama savings product at PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI) Betungan Unit. Publicity has a positive effect on PT. BRI Unit Betungan thus the higher the publicity it will increase the customer's decision in choosing the Britama savings product at PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI) Betungan Unit. Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of knowing the effect of training and the work environment on employee performance at the Tasikmalaya City Regional Revenue Agency. This research uses a quantitative approach using the method in this study is the associative method (causality) using data obtained directly through questionnaires distributed to 50 respondents who are employees and have attended training. The technique used in this study is multiple linear regression. The research results show that: (1) Training and work environment simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance; (2) Partial training has no significant effect on employee performance; (3) Work environment partially has a significant effect on employee performance

Abstract

This study aims to determine “The Effect of Teamwork and Supervision on Employee Performance in the Production Department of CV. Sukahati Pratama Tasikmalaya”. The population in this study amounted to 260 people and the sample used in this study were 43 people in the production division. This research method is quantitative using multiple linear regression. The result of this study are that teamwork and simultaneous supervision can have a significant effect on the performance of production employees at CV. Sukahati Pratama Tasikmalaya. Partially teamwork has no significant effect on employee performance in the production section of CV.
