Authentic Happiness is a dream for every human being. However, there are still those who have not felt Authentic Happiness due to father absence caused by parental divorce. This is because children put their happiness point on the family. The occurrence of divorce has a negative impact on the emotional side. It was found that women feel emotions more intensely than men. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to empirically determine the relationship of Mindfulness to Authentic Happiness in early adult women who experience father absence due to parental divorce. This study involved 142 respondents as research subjects. The research design used in this study is to use a quantitative approach with a correlational method. This study uses Pearson's Product Moment correlation analysis technique which results in a positive relationship between Mindfulness and Authentic Happiness in early adult women who experience father absence due to parental divorce. The implication of this research is that striving for happiness in negative conditions can be done by increasing mindfulness.

This research seeks to review the practice of arranged marriages, especially for women, which has become a habit in Madurese society. The method used was observation and interviews with the Rongdurin Village Community, Tanah Merah, Bangkalan (Madura). Data analysis was carried out using two approaches, namely Islamic law with the Saddu al-Dzari’ah framework and gender analysis in the women’s transformation movement. The results show that the initial motive for the practice of arranged marriages is implementing Islamic law and preserving culture, which can bring benefits. However, when the element of coercion is dominant in the matchmaking process, there is great potential for harm. Gender analysis also shows injustice as subordination, negative stereotypes and violence. Even though it is wrapped in religion and culture, injustice and damage (mudharat) must be avoided and eliminated.

The research method used is descriptive-analytical. It involves describing the construction of Muhammad Ash-Shallabi's thoughts and critically analyzing them to identify the roots of his thought construction. Additionally, it examines the strengths and weaknesses of other figures. The author's primary data is the "Modern Islamic State" source, while their secondary data consists of articles, books, websites, and other scientific works on Ali Muhammad Ash-Shallabi by other individuals. The steps in this research are determining figures, inventorying data and selecting, then the data is analyzed critically, and a conclusion is drawn which will answer the problem formulation. The research results show that women’s position in the household is glorified, given education, and given their rights to defend themselves. The implication is, in the social realm, women must be careful in their relationships, but their rights are the same as men, both in education and so on. Apart from that, Ash-Shallabi’s typology is a semi-modernist.

From 2008 to 2015, West Sulawesi persistently recorded the highest prevalence of child marriage in Indonesia, peaking at 34.22 percent in 2015, a figure markedly higher than the national average of 22.82 percent. This study employs a qualitative methodology to unravel the underlying factors contributing to the rampant occurrence of child marriage in this region. The research encompasses three distinct approaches: in-depth interviews, thorough document-based analysis, and comprehensive internet-based investigation. The findings reveal three principal factors driving the high prevalence of child marriage in West Sulawesi: cultural values and traditions, legal loopholes pertaining to marriage dispensation, and parental knowledge and education. (1) Cultural Values and Traditions refer to the enduring influence of Siri culture, which encourages inter-family marriages, and the persistent Tisaka tradition, which enforces marriages as a consequence of violating social mores, play significant roles. Additionally, the siballi parri culture, which advocates for shared responsibilities between spouses, extends to children. In this context, marrying off children is seen as a means to alleviate the parental burden, as the wife transitions to the husband's responsibility. Moreover, there exists a particular interpretation of Islam that endorses child marriage. (2) Legal Loopholes means the existence of marriage dispensation serves as a legal concession, allowing marriages that do not meet the statutory requirements of the positive law. (3) Parental Knowledge and Education refer to the limited awareness among parents regarding the legal age for marriage and reproductive health education. Parental Knowledge and Education means a critical factor is the limited awareness among parents regarding the legal age for marriage and reproductive health education.
