Current Research in Education: Conference Series (CRECS) Journal is a conference proceedings journal that publishes scientific papers presented at conferences, workshops, and symposia in the field of education. The journal aims to disseminate academic works that have been presented in scholarly forums so that they can be accessed more widely through online publication. AIMS: CRECS promotes research in the broad field of relating to Primary and Early Childhood education fields with particular respect to Indonesia, but not limited to authorship or topical coverage within the region. Contributions are expected from senior researchers, project managers, research administrators and PhD students at advanced stages of their research, representing both public organizations and private industry. Equally, the journal if intended for scholars and students, reseachers working at research organizations and government agencies, and also for enterprises undertaking applied R&D to lead innovations. The editorial contents and elements that comprise the journal include: 1. Theoretical articles 2. Empirical studies 3. Practice-oriented papers 4. Case studies 5. Review of papers, books, and resources. As far as the criteria for evaluating and accepting submissions is concerned, a rigorous review process will be used. Submitted papers will, prior to the formal review, be screened so as to ensure their suitability and adequacy to the journal. In addition, an initial quality control will be performed, so as to ensure matters such as language, style of references and others, comply with the journal´s style. The below mentioned areas are just indicative. The editorial board also welcomes innovative articles that redefine any researches regarding Primary and Early Childhood.

Abstract

Education today is an indicator to qualify for learning, especially for an educator. An educator is one of the most important parts of learning resources for students, so an educator must carry out his duties as an educator by established educational standards so that the learning system runs well. The learning system is basically an effort or ways to achieve learning goals by educators and students. The results of the learning of a student have an important effect on the teaching and learning process. Through the learning outcomes that have been passed by students, the ability of students can be known in understanding the material taught by an educator. For educators, the results of learning are an evaluation to make the development of the educators in providing material, especially in teaching so that students in the future will be better and produce good future generations.

Abstract

The function of information technology systems is very useful in various business sectors, one of which is in the field of agriculture. Agriculture in the Indramayu Regency area is one of several areas that have natural wealth and natural resources originating from agriculture in the rice and rice sector. Utilization of information systems can run optimally considering the rotation of harvest and sales in the rice and rice sector is so fast. To facilitate the data collection, an information system is needed that can facilitate the collection of data on how much harvest is done by each worker who assists in carrying out the harvest. This study aims to design an information system that can record, calculate, and recap crop yields and be an answer for farmers who still record in the traditional way. The research method used by the researcher is Research and Development. From the research conducted, a warehouse management information system software based on Mobile Programming was produced with the feature of recording the work of each worker who worked on the harvest day and also the total amount of harvest on that day, and recap all records of rice and rice entering and leaving storage.

Abstract

Learning during this pandemic requires carrying out online following government instructions in the Circular Letter of the Ministry of Education and Culture No. 1 of 2020. For learning activities to continue, there are two modes or methods that can be used, namely asynchronous and synchronous. In carrying out this activity at SDN 1 Nagrikidul, it turns out that it is still not optimal both in making learning media videos and in conducting online activities. Because of this problem, the researcher intends to make Open Broadcaster Software Studio application training for teachers to maximize online activities or create learning media. In its implementation, researchers used two methods of data collection, namely primary data and secondary data. When conducting the training activities, researchers distributed pre-test survey questionnaires and it was found that all of the training participants had heard of the term OBS and observed people using OBS but in using it, participants still did not understand the features in this OBS application. After conducting the training, it was found that 100% of the trainees felt that their ability to use the OBS application had increased and made the trainees able to optimize the use of OBS.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate fourth-grade students’ understanding of mathematical concepts in solving multiplication problems. A qualitative descriptive method was used, involving 28 elementary school students in Bandung, Indonesia. Data were collected through questionnaires, interviews, and documentation, and analyzed using data collection, reduction, display, and conclusion techniques. The test instrument consisted of three descriptive questions with indicators of restating ideas, representing concepts mathematically, and applying algorithmic concepts in problem-solving. An unstructured interview was also conducted to identify students’ learning challenges. The results showed that 64% of students could restate a concept, 68% could represent concepts mathematically, and only 18% could apply algorithmic concepts to solve problems. Overall, students’ comprehension of mathematical concepts in multiplication procedures was relatively low, with an average achievement of 50%. Factors contributing to this low understanding include lack of attention, inconsistent study habits, and unengaging teaching methods. These findings highlight the need for more effective instructional strategies that emphasize conceptual understanding, student engagement, and consistent learning habits to improve students’ ability to apply mathematical principles in problem-solving

Abstract

Religious knowledge in early childhood has an important role in shaping their moral and ethical values. The utilization of technology has become one of the effective tools in improving religious understanding in early childhood. The purpose of this research is for literature and library studies on the utilization of technology to increase knowledge of Islamic religion for early childhood, as a reference for teachers and parents of children in utilizing technology as an increase in knowledge. The assessment method is carried out by referring to literature studies on relevant research results. Previous studies also highlight that digital media such as animations, videos, and interactive learning tools can make religious material more engaging and easier for young children to understand. Technology is also noted to provide wider access to Islamic learning resources, allowing children to learn anytime with proper guidance from adults. The results of the discussion in the study are how technology in the view of Islam, the introduction of Islam for early childhood, the utilization of technology in learning religion for early childhood, and the advantages and disadvantages of technology for early childhood.

Abstract

Tanivest is a website-based e-commerce information system that focuses on the sale of crops from farmers throughout Indonesia. Tanivest is made to make it easier for customers to buy a product from the harvest that he needs. Customers only need registration using the email address, no-mobile phone and password so that the customer can enter the website and can transact easily. The research method used is the SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) approach model with the waterfall model. Tanivest Information System was created with the aim of the welfare of farmers' lives, handling the management of business processes run by Tanivest e-commerce, handling the management of Agricultural Products data, handling member data management, and handling the management of Transaction Report data.  Keywords: Digitization, E-commerce, Tanivest

Abstract

Indonesia is known as an agricultural country that has extensive agricultural land, with most of the population working in agriculture. With these abundant resources, they are used by the mafia and rogue dealers to strangle farmers. However, farmers also need their services to distribute the farmers' crops to reach consumers. Purpose of this research is to develop a Sukatani information system. Sukatani itself is can be a solution to the problems felt by farmers and consumers, with a better distribution system by maximizing the potential of information systems that can cut rogue dealers to consumers directly, can sell on market or can use help of mobile vegetable vendors to maximize market reach, with prices adjusted to the supply owned in an area, supported by savings and loan cooperatives, information and education media. This research method uses the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC). The results of this study are only first 2 stages based on the 5 stages. Requirement analysis stage using interviews with 7 farmers, and 2 middlemen spread across Indonesia, up to stage 2 system and software design. The results of this study resulted in the DFD process up to level 2, user flow, and interface design from Sukatani.

Abstract

Evaluation of information systems as an attempt to find out the actual condition of the information system. With the evaluation can be known the condition of the implementation of information systems and can improve the performance of their application. The information system evaluation model that can be used is HOT-Fit which has a measure in human assessment, organization, technology and benefits. On this HOT-Fit model has assessment factors in assessing the success of hospital management information systems. The purpose of this study was to find out on the HOT-Fit model in the success of hospital management information systems. The research method used is the study of literature based on a riview of existing literature. This research uses various sources and references related to the research. Evaluation of information systems as an attempt to find out the actual conditions in information systems. With the evaluation can be known the condition of the implementation of the information system and can improve the performance of the application of the information system. HOT-Fit model as one of the models for the evaluation of this information system can assess the success of the performance of the hospital management information system so that with the evaluation of HOT-Fit the organization's model can manage information system well.

Abstract

This study aims to provide a comprehensive review of the application of the play method, also known as ‘play freely’ or ‘merdeka bermain’, in the Merdeka curriculum at the early childhood education level in Indonesia. This research is a systematic literature review study where researchers rely on various literature sources to obtain research data and use a qualitative approach. The data collection techniques were carried out through a summary, analysis, and synthesis of several articles. Furthermore, the data collected will be analyzed using thematic analysis. The results of the study show that the play method in the Merdeka curriculum is something that is fundamental, so that it cannot be separated.

Abstract

The principal as a leader has an important role in managing the school. In carrying out his role, the school principal is responsible for the success of the implementation of education both administratively and in developing human resources. Implementation is not an easy thing, it requires effort so that the implementation of leadership can run as expected. The literature review is the author's attempt to analyze various research results on good school principal leadership. Effective leadership can work with the principal's role in creating a positive climate, always directing and developing professional teachers and good communication with personnel in the school. Good control from the school principal over teacher performance is one of the efforts to achieve school success in creating quality learning according to school goals.
