Current Research in Education: Conference Series (CRECS) Journal is a conference proceedings journal that publishes scientific papers presented at conferences, workshops, and symposia in the field of education. The journal aims to disseminate academic works that have been presented in scholarly forums so that they can be accessed more widely through online publication. AIMS: CRECS promotes research in the broad field of relating to Primary and Early Childhood education fields with particular respect to Indonesia, but not limited to authorship or topical coverage within the region. Contributions are expected from senior researchers, project managers, research administrators and PhD students at advanced stages of their research, representing both public organizations and private industry. Equally, the journal if intended for scholars and students, reseachers working at research organizations and government agencies, and also for enterprises undertaking applied R&D to lead innovations. The editorial contents and elements that comprise the journal include: 1. Theoretical articles 2. Empirical studies 3. Practice-oriented papers 4. Case studies 5. Review of papers, books, and resources. As far as the criteria for evaluating and accepting submissions is concerned, a rigorous review process will be used. Submitted papers will, prior to the formal review, be screened so as to ensure their suitability and adequacy to the journal. In addition, an initial quality control will be performed, so as to ensure matters such as language, style of references and others, comply with the journal“s style. The below mentioned areas are just indicative. The editorial board also welcomes innovative articles that redefine any researches regarding Primary and Early Childhood.

Abstract

This study aims to be able to identify and evaluate the quality of educators in the era of globalization as well as to find out strategies that can be used to improve the quality of educators in the era of globalization. This research uses qualitative methods by finding and reviewing scientific literature from reliable and credible sources, as well as the results of the study. This research proves that the quality of educators in this era of globalization, especially in Indonesia, has not been able to answer the challenges and demands of globalization due to factors such as the quality of human resources, school facilities, curriculum quality and others.

Abstract

21st century is a century of openness or era of globalization, meaning that human life in this century undergoes a different change from life in the previous century. In the 21st century, more emphasis or demand in creating the quality of human resources, this makes Indonesian education has challenges to improve quality human resources, grow, and be able to compete like the world citizens in the 21st century. the purpose of this research is to examine the factors that affect the quality of Indonesian Education that occurred in the 21st century and produce methods to be able to improve the quality of education that will produce quality human resources and have the competence of the 21st century. The method used in this research uses quantitative research method with survey approach and literature approach. Based on the results of research and discussion, it can be concluded that there are still several factors that cause the quality of human resources in Indonesia is still low and the need for component development to improve human resources in the field of education in the 21st century, namely the components of educators and students.

Abstract

The Basic Education Data Application has become a mandatory application for all schools in Indonesia. Every year the Basic Education Data app is updated for the improvement of its users. Information system analysis of Basic Education Data was carried out at the Harapan Ummah Foundation School in Karawang with the aim of knowing the details of the systematization analysis, the data flow that runs in it, various other applications that have implications for Basic Education. Data applications (such as Student Verval, Educator Verval and Education Personnel, and verification of mobile phones), important functional requirements, especially the user interface and user experience, as well as obstacles to managing Basic Data Education in schools. Application analysis as information that can be a further development of the application. This research method is qualitative. Data was collected by interviewing the school operator Yayasan Komunitas Harapan. The hope of this research is that the authors can obtain information that can give birth to innovations in the application of Basic Education Data and become a means to convey recommendations to stakeholders. The conclusion is that the Dapodik application needs to make improvements to features that are not too important and the server is down.

Abstract

Currently, the quality of Indonesian education is becoming the center of attention ofmany people, one of which is the high order thinking skills (HOTS) of students. HOTSis needed by students to face challenges in certain situations in everyday life. However,based on the results of the PISA score, Indonesia is still categorized as low. This provesthat the HOTS level of most students in Indonesia is still relatively low. Thus,increasing students' HOTS requires learning that can support students' holistic needs, bytrying to increase the effectiveness of student-centered learning, and pay better attentionto aspects of student involvement during classroom learning. The purpose of this studyis to provide literature on the application of the flipped classroom model using elementgamification, to increase student involvement from an emotional involvementperspective. The research method used is a systematic literature review. This researchshows that adding gamification elements into the flipped classroom results in highermotivation, and a better level of emotional involvement of students because learning ismore fun.

Abstract

This article discusses strategies used by parents in an effort to instill egalitarian values in young children. This research reflects the importance of early education that focuses on gender equality. The research method used is a literature review of books, journal articles, and proceedings. The results showed that the most successful parenting strategies included open communication about egalitarian values, positive role models, and educational resources supporting gender equality. This article provides valuable insight for parents and educators in supporting the development of children with strong egalitarian values from an early age. The research results show that the strategy used by "Parental Strategies in Instilling Egalitarian Values in Early Childhood" is by introducing various kinds of games, open communication regarding egalitarian values, positive role models, and the use of educational resources that support gender equality. By implementing this strategy, parents can help their children understand and internalize egalitarian values early on.

Abstract

This research was motivated by the mainstreaming of religious moderation initiated by the Indonesian government. Religious moderation is currently instructed to be implemented in all educational institutions, one of which is Early Childhood Education (PAUD) institutions. This research method uses a literature study method which involves searching, selecting and analyzing relevant sources. This data was obtained through searching various sources such as articles, journals, books and research reports related to moderation policies in early childhood institutions. The results of this research indicate that religious moderation policies have the potential to create an inclusive and tolerant educational environment. Religious moderation policies in PAUD institutions can provide great benefits in promoting tolerance and better understanding of religious diversity.

Abstract

This article aims to determine the competence of teachers in the field of ICT, such as in terms of using, empowering, and innovating technology in learning. It is undeniable that without the expertise and ability to empower this ICT, it has a very big impact on the quality of teachers. The research method we do in solving this problem is by conducting library research without any field research. The results of this study indicate that the quality of teachers in the ICT sector is still low. Therefore, we offer two solutions to solve these problems. the first is by participating in the PIL (Partner In Learning) program and the second is developing online-based learning media in the Moodle (Modular Object-Oriented Dynamic Learning Environment) application. These two solutions are an effort to improve teacher competence in the field of ICT so that they can overcome low teacher quality, such as the PIL program in 2013 which taught millions of teachers in Asia about how to operate good technology and some teachersThose who take part in this program have successfully passed their clueless days and through the Moodle application can make it easier for teachers to innovate related to creative learning media.

Abstract

The rapid development of technology affects every aspect of human life. Service and data management at SDN 1 Sukatani still uses the manual method, namely entering data for teaching staff and students so that it is less effective and efficient. The purpose of this research is to design, develop, and implement a data entry application to assist the data management process for teaching staff and students by implementing the data using an information system based on Java Netbeans IDE. The design of this data entry application uses the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) development method with a prototyping model. Using Netbeans IDE 12.3 software in the programming process using the Java programming language and using phpMyAdmin for the database and using the Jar2Exe Wizard 2.5 application to convert from programming language to android application form as a tool for making data entry applications. In this desktop-based data entry application research, it is hoped that it can help the school at SDN 1 Sukatani in carrying out the process of finding data, entering data, and changing data for educators and students, educators and students.

Abstract

The important role of copywriting in advertising agencies must be to be able to find advertising concepts. The suitability of the advertising concept with the product is also with the demands to always think creatively. Adjustment of advertisements with products issued by the company becomes the main point in copywriting. By using a profession that plays a role in mastering the art of the word, copywriting is in charge of creating and shaping advertisements. Also, copywriting skills in the realm of information technology in the field of internet programming are very much-needed. Writing ad copy created to promote products from DSAA group companies as a form of trademark content marketing. The landing page was chosen as a promotional medium to attract readers. Research purposes undertaking direct activities in field practice to understand directly the needs of the industry by working on creating landing pages that must be able to create advertising essentials in the DSAA group company. Using quantitative description research methods describe the reality that is happening without explaining the relationship between variables. With the understanding that is owned and learned from the DSAA group's products, making a landing page is very appropriate for marketing with information recording techniques that can be used to find potential customers again with other products. The conclusion is that a copywriter must have innovative and creative ideas and ideas in making landing pages to persuade potential buyers to buy products from the DSAA group.

Abstract

This research aims to describe the application of habituation methods and teachers' efforts to foster empathy in young children through the Almsgiving Friday Alms program at Ra Raudhatul Jannah, Purwakarta City. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach, with the results showing that the habit of Alms Friday Blessings can foster an attitude of empathy in children, so that schools can sustainably implement this activity. So, based on the results of the research conducted, it can be concluded that the teacher's efforts to foster an empathetic attitude in children at RA Raudhatul Jannah, Purwakarta City through the habituation method and the teacher's efforts to increase the empathetic attitude in children carried out by directly involving children in the Alms Friday Blessings activity succeeded in changing the child's mindset from not caring to caring.
