Current Research in Education: Conference Series (CRECS) Journal is a conference proceedings journal that publishes scientific papers presented at conferences, workshops, and symposia in the field of education. The journal aims to disseminate academic works that have been presented in scholarly forums so that they can be accessed more widely through online publication. AIMS: CRECS promotes research in the broad field of relating to Primary and Early Childhood education fields with particular respect to Indonesia, but not limited to authorship or topical coverage within the region. Contributions are expected from senior researchers, project managers, research administrators and PhD students at advanced stages of their research, representing both public organizations and private industry. Equally, the journal if intended for scholars and students, reseachers working at research organizations and government agencies, and also for enterprises undertaking applied R&D to lead innovations. The editorial contents and elements that comprise the journal include: 1. Theoretical articles 2. Empirical studies 3. Practice-oriented papers 4. Case studies 5. Review of papers, books, and resources. As far as the criteria for evaluating and accepting submissions is concerned, a rigorous review process will be used. Submitted papers will, prior to the formal review, be screened so as to ensure their suitability and adequacy to the journal. In addition, an initial quality control will be performed, so as to ensure matters such as language, style of references and others, comply with the journal´s style. The below mentioned areas are just indicative. The editorial board also welcomes innovative articles that redefine any researches regarding Primary and Early Childhood.

Abstract

The problems surrounding morality have become common ideas, a morality crisis marked by an increase in crime, one of which is in the field of technology. So that this problem needs to be implemented character education in schools, the application of character education is not only to make students smart but also to make students behave well and not deviate. Character education is a process of coaching students so that behavior changes occur. During this pandemic, Character Education in schools is a challenge for teachers and parents, where at times like this Morality must be maintained in order to avoid unwanted things. Because technology is often used by students, technology has become an inseparable part of human life. Almost all aspects of supporting human life use technology, for example information technology, which can act as a learning medium and other support to obtain the necessary information and knowledge. Through this SWOT analysis technique with qualitative methods can produce weaknesses and threats to become a strength and opportunity for character education in the revolutionary era 4.0. The conclusion is that the SWOT analysis can produce a revision of character education that is relevant for changes in the future of the nation's children for the better.

Abstract

In SMK there are industrial work practices activities, where these activities do not exist in SMA or its equivalent. The purpose of industrial work practices is to prepare vocational high school students to be able to adapt to the world of work they will face after graduating from school. However, in its implementation there are obstacles encountered such as manual data management and information delivery through teachers or bulletin boards. So that these obstacles cause spending to buy paper, the information obtained is limited and presented in poor condition, prone to errors when taking notes, ineffective and efficient. The purpose of this research is to design an industrial work practice information system that can integrate admins, teachers and students to make it easier to manage data, monitor, obtain information, provide reports and feedback. The data collection technique uses literature study, while the software development method uses Rapid Application Development. The results of this study present a prototype of a website-based Information System which is expected to facilitate the implementation of industrial work practices in vocational high schools.

Abstract

The industrial revolution 4.0 provides many changes in various fields of life, including the trade sector. Companies that utilize technology can have an influence on the development of the company, because it supports all process activities so that they can be more effective and efficient so that they can be more competitive in business competition. ZIA MOTOR Subang is a company that sells spare parts to variations and provides motorcycle repair services. However, one thing that is very unfortunate, as a workshop that is quite large and advanced, its business processes still use conventional manual methods, so they are considered less effective and efficient. Therefore, the purpose of this research is to be able to overcome the existing problems by making a user interface design in the development of a web-based cashier information system at this company using the design thinking method. So that with the development of this information system, it is hoped that it can help companies to save more time, energy and costs in managing stock data and conducting sales transactions so that they can be more neat, accurate and efficient so as to increase productivity and service at the company.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out that playing while learning can develop children's daily life skills. The research method used is a systematic literature review. Based on the results of research conducted, Playful-learning is a learning method that is appropriate to the characteristics of children and is able to develop children's life skills through fun activities so that learning will feel more meaningful. Playing together is a world that cannot be separated from early childhood life. So that learning activities often adopt learning methods that are closely related to playing methods. However, it is often found that learning and playing activities are two separate things. It seems as if children cannot develop aspects of their development through play activities alone. Therefore, to create a suitable learning environment for children, it is necessary to integrate the two through the Playful-Learning method. Learning for children is not only enough from an academic point of view, but also must pay attention to aspects of life skills to make it easier for them to live in the future.

Abstract

The utilization of technology in education has a positive impact on students' behavior and thinking, making them more critical, creative, innovative, and collaborative. Currently, there is a need for the integration of technology into education, including the use of web-based learning media. However, the intention and behavior of teachers, in particular, are key factors in the adoption of web-based learning media. The aim of this research is to investigate the predictive factors of primary school teacher acceptance of web-based learning media for energy-related topics. The research method employed a correlational survey involving variables from the UTAUT 2 model. The results indicate that SI, FC, and PLO have a significant influence on BI and are factors affecting the acceptance of web-based learning media by primary school teachers.

Abstract

Knowledge and technology are developing very rapidly and resulting in very fast and competitive changes in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0. In the 21st century, there is a problem where there are still many students who do not know what their interest and talents have, so it is difficult for them to choose a major, even some who choose majors at random and then cannot complete their studies or in other words drop out halfway because of the major taken only for the escape. In the 21st century, education in the world is undergoing various changes. By utilizing the era of the industrial revolution 4.0, the expected learning process is learning that forms and develops various kinds of students in an integrated manner, therefore the process of teaching and learning activities must realize efforts to form student character with the development of the student's personality, that way students will know the potential and interests of their talents

Abstract

Along with the development of technology and the economy as well as increasing business competition in the global market, companies compete to be able to provide services, prices, and promotions that are more satisfying to customers and can offer competitive prices. This is done to get new customers and retain customers. One of the tea drinks produced by PT. XYZ is bottled tea, the first packaged ready-to-drink tea in Indonesia that has been developed and maintained for decades. The number of competitors makes Teh Botol Sosro remain firm in the fight in the soft drink market. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of service quality, price and promotion variables on customer satisfaction. The method used in this research is the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) of journal papers published from 2017-2021. There are three Research Questions (RQ) set in this study. The results showed that the variables used in this research model, namely service quality, price and promotion each had a significant and positive effect on customer satisfaction for Teh Botol Sosro in the Purwakarta marketing area. These results indicate that the better the quality of service, price and promotion, the customer satisfaction will increase.

Abstract

The increasingly massive use of technology makes computers the main requirement for data management, but in contrast to PT Darya-Varia Laboratoria Tbk which still uses paper in training attendance, after employees are absent through paper, the data will be processed with Microsoft Excel, its use is still considered less effective because of the large number of data redundancy that occurs. The purpose of this research is to reduce data redundancy at the time of data input. The method used in this research is Design Thinking Method. So that the results of this design provide recommendations in the form of a UI/UX model on desktop-based applications. This design model is made by taking into account the problems that occur, the model recommendations are equipped with a "warning message" to avoid data redundancies that occur. It is hoped that this recommendation can help the HRGS staff of PT. Darya-Varia Laboratoria Tbk. to input employee training data

Abstract

Inclusive education is education provided for students with special needs. Every school is expected to implement inclusive education as stipulated in government regulations. The purpose of this study is to determine the mechanisms or processes of inclusive education in elementary schools. The research method used is a qualitative research method based on descriptive studies. Data obtained are the results of interviews and observations at SD Laboratorium UPI Cibiru. At the school, there are several students with special needs in each class. The school provides assistant teachers for students with special needs. The school also collaborates with teachers from Special Needs Schools to gain knowledge and methods to develop the potential of students with special needs.

Abstract

This research aims to investigate the effect of digital-based differentiated learning on students' welfare behavior. Student well-being is an important parameter in assessing educational success, and with the development of digital technology in education, it is important to understand its impact on student well-being. The research method used was an experimental study using two groups of students: an experimental group that received digital-based differentiation learning and a control group that received conventional learning. Data is collected through surveys and observations of student behavior over a certain period. Student welfare variables are assessed through indicators such as happiness level, learning motivation, sleep quality, stress level, and level of engagement in learning. The research results show that digital-based differentiated learning has a significant positive influence on student welfare. Students in the experimental group tended to be happier, more motivated, had better quality sleep, experienced lower levels of stress, and were more involved in the learning process compared to the control group. These findings show that the use of digital technology in learning can improve student well-being, which in turn can contribute to improving the quality of education. Therefore, digital-based differentiated learning needs to be considered in curriculum development and learning strategies in the future.
