Abstract

The increasing demand for electricity by customers caused by various factors such as WFH (work from home), the development of technology that requires electrical energy as its driving force and the increasing population growth rate makes PT. PLN as the main electricity provider need a solution to answer these problems by implementing a program same day service. PT. PLN (Persero) ULP Padang Panjang is the smallest service unit of PT. PLN (Persero) which organizes the Same Day Service program. The Same Day Service program is presented to cut service time to be more effective. The purpose of this research was to determine and analyze the Implementation of the Same Day Service Program and its inhibiting factors. This research used the theory of policy implementation proposed by George C. Edward III which consists of communication, resources, disposition and bureaucratic structure. The research method used is qualitative with data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this research indicate that the implementation of the Same Day Service Program at PT. PLN (Persero) ULP Padang Panjang has not run optimally. The inhibiting factors for the Same Day Service Program are the lack of socialization of the implementor to the program targets, the lack of human and financial resources and the mechanism set out in the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) which does not pay attention to the inhibiting aspects in the program implementation process.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of celebrity endorser on purchasing decisions for Scarlett Skincare products. The sample is determined by means of a purposive sampling technique, meaning that it is determined by considering the research objectives based on the criteria that have been determined beforehand. The sample in this study was 100 respondents. Data collection techniques were carried out by means of observation, interviews, and questionnaires. The data analysis technique consisted of a validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test consisting of normality test, multicollinearity test, and heteroscedasticity test, simple regression analysis test, and hypothesis testing. The results showed that the celebrity endorser had a positive and significant influence on the Scarlett Skincare Purchase Decision in Management Department Students, Faculty of Economics and Business, UNM. Based on the results of the t test of 43.090> 1.984 and the value of 0.000 < 0.05 with an R Square of 0.950, it shows about 95% of the celebrity endorser indicators with the most dominant influence being the attraction indicator. Meanwhile, the indicator of purchase decision with the most dominant influence is the indicator of decision on the choice of time.

Abstract

The balance between personal life & work where the balance between work and life according to Lockwood (2003) argues that work life balance is a state of balance between the same demands for daily life and at work. In their careers, women tend to look for positions that they think are more comfortable to balance between home and work life even though their position at work is not at the top of the organizational hierarchy. This study aims to determine whether the relationship between work life balance and career path for female employees at PDAM Tirta Jeneberang Gowa. This study uses a semi-structural qualitative method by using an interview guide where this interview is conducted directly to the subject.

The formal sector and the informal sector run with their respective changes, the informal sector becomes a buffer from the structural transformation of unbalanced employment. When it was realized that the informal sector was able to provide significant contributions both in terms of employment and output capacity, the perspective of this sector changed. The informal sector is no longer a crutch but also a complex alternative to the formal sector.

Abstract

Digital-based village government service innovation. Effective and efficient service is a demand from the community to government agencies in providing services. The Sungai Petai Village Government is one of the village governments that innovates the first digital application-based service in Riau. The innovation in question is the Halaman Kampung application. The purpose of creating this Halaman Kampung application is to provide more effective and efficient services to village communities. The purpose of this study is to describe the Innovation of Village Government Services Based on Digital Applications in Sungai Petai Village, Kampar Kiri Hilir District, Kampar Regency. This study uses the innovation theory by Bugge et al. 2018, in which there are six indicators, namely: governance and innovation, sources of the ideas for innovation, innovation culture (innovation culture). ), capabilities and tools (abilities and tools), objectivies, outcomes, expenses and obstacles (goals, results, costs, and obstacles), collecting innovation data for single innovation (collecting innovation data for single innovations). This type of research is a descriptive research with a qualitative approach. Data collection was done by using the methods of observation, interviews, and documentation of both primary and secondary data. The results of this study indicate that: 1) the innovation of the home page application has been going well because the community has used the home village application in various types of administrative services. 2) the supporting factors in the success of hometown innovation are the fulfillment of service innovation digitization facilities, adequate digital applications, sufficient understanding of innovation.

Abstract

The intelligence department of the state attorney general's office recapitulates monthly reports on information obtained through the prosecutor's intelligence activities. Each incoming report will be managed using Microsoft Word and saved as a file. But in reality, the management process is a bit hampered because of the many report formats and even the file has the potential to be lost or damaged. The purpose of the research is to develop a monthly report information system in the field of Intelligence to help manage report data and recapitulate monthly reports. In the development of this monthly report information system using the waterfall method. Analysis of system requirements requires communication that aims to understand the software expected by users and the limitations of the software. System design is needed to assist in the system implementation process. The implementation of this information system uses the PHP programming language and uses MySQL as the Database Management System. Testing the system using User Acceptance Testing (UAT), which is to ensure the verification process that what the system does is appropriate for the user. From this research resulted in a web-based information system that can assist in the management of monthly reports in the field of prosecutor's intelligence

Abstract

The field of housing and slums is one of the fields related to programs and activities to preserve the environment of karimun district. This policy is supported by the regional regulation of Karimun Regency Number 1 of 2018 concerning prevention and Improvement of the Quality of Slum Housing and Slums. The purpose of this study was to determine and identify the factors inhibiting the implementation of preventive policies and improve the quality of slum housing and slums in Sei Lakam Timur village in 2020. The research was conducted using qualitative methods with a case study approach. With data collection techniques are carried out through interviews and documentation. The results of the study found that the implementation carried out by the Housing and Settlement Area Office had gone quite well, but in the process there were still obstacles that caused the program to not be optimally running. Based on these findings, implementors should improve coordination with relevant agencies in empowering the community. This effort is made to optimize each program carried out to be in accordance with expectations.

Abstract

This study aims to identify best practices in managing human banking resources in the digital era through scientific evidence. So the next step we took was to complete data from various relevant sources to answer this problem. After collecting more than 100 complications, we found around 70 publication sources that we saw were appropriate for us to use as study support for findings. We conducted data coding and thorough analysis and concluded using a phenomenological approach. Based on the discussion of the results and available data, we can conclude that many strategies have been carried out by banks in this digital era, including establishing partnerships with other parties, providing appropriate incentives to staff, responding to real-time data to consumers and banks having a vision for the future. to collaborate for development and progress. It is hoped that these findings will be helpful in other studies

Abstract

Work effectiveness shows the ability of a company to achieve the targets that have been set correctly. The achievement of the targets that have been set based on the applicable size and standards reflects that a company has paid attention to its operational effectiveness. As a large company in its field, PTPN V realizes itsposition is in high competition in the industrial era 4.o. For this reason, PTPN V began to use information technology in the form of drones to assist companies in managing their oil palm and rubber lands. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the work of PT Perkebunan Nusantar V Pekanbaru in the application of information technology as a form of company awareness of technological developments and to be able to follow the flow and be able to compete in the industrial revolution era 4.o. This type of research is a qualitative research using a descriptive approach and the data needed are primary data and secondary data obtained from observations, interviews, and documentation analyzed by researchers so that they get accurate and clear data regarding the work effectiveness of PT Perkebunan Nusantara V Pekanbaru in the application of information technology in the form of drones that function to calculate the number of principal plants, detect geographical conditions of land, check plant health, and of course take pictures of oil palm fields. The effectiveness of PTPN V's work in the application of drones is assessed through indicators of work quality, quantity of work, and time utilization, in which the company experiences effective and significant results  despite  several  inhibiting factors such  as weather and drone motors.
