Abstract

Organic farming offers many benefits in supporting sustainable food security. Through environmentally friendly and synthetic chemical-free practices, organic farming maintains ecosystem health, improves soil fertility, and reduces negative impacts on the environment. In addition to its ecological benefits, the system also supports local economies by providing fairer returns to farmers and creating jobs, which in turn strengthens rural communities. Organic farming also plays an important role in education and awareness-raising about the importance of sustainable practices, thus preparing communities to face future challenges. Thus, organic farming contributes significantly to building sustainable food security that is ecologically, economically, and socially beneficial.

Abstract

Technological innovation plays a crucial role in achieving sustainable agriculture through advanced solutions that address challenges in the sector. The application of technologies such as Internet of Things (IoT), artificial intelligence (AI), and big data enables real-time monitoring of soil, weather, and crop conditions, which helps farmers in efficient resource management and smart decision-making. In addition, these technologies contribute to reducing environmental impacts by optimising the use of water, fertilisers and pesticides through precision farming practices. Nonetheless, challenges in technology adoption, such as high costs and lack of technical knowledge, remain. Collaboration between government, industry, and educational institutions is needed to provide financial support and training to farmers, so that technological innovations can generate sustainable benefits for the agricultural sector and society at large.

Abstract

This research explores the positive impact of organic farming on food security through a review of recent literature. Organic farming, which avoids the use of synthetic chemicals, contributes to improved environmental health by improving soil fertility, reducing water pollution, and increasing biodiversity. Organic produce offers higher food safety due to the lack of pesticide residues, and often contains better nutrients such as vitamins and antioxidants. In addition to environmental and health benefits, organic farming also provides economic and social advantages for farmers, such as premium prices and the creation of new jobs. These findings underline the vital role organic farming plays in achieving sustainable and inclusive food security.

Abstract

Organic farming plays an important role in supporting sustainable food security through improving soil fertility, conserving biodiversity, and reducing the use of synthetic chemicals. Studies indicate that this practice not only produces healthier food but also has the potential to improve farmers' economic welfare through job creation and higher selling prices. However, there are implementation challenges such as certification costs and the need for specialised knowledge. Support from the government and relevant institutions is needed to overcome these obstacles and maximise the benefits of organic farming for food security and a more sustainable environment.

Abstract

Social solidarity is an important element in maintaining social cohesion in urban communities which continue to develop and experience various challenges due to urbanization, modernization and digitalization. This research aims to analyze the role of social solidarity in urban society with a focus on local communities. The method used is a literature review with a qualitative approach and case studies in local communities that have a high level of social solidarity. Data was collected through document studies from various previous studies as well as thematic analysis to identify patterns of social solidarity, supporting and inhibiting factors, and their impact on urban communities. The results of the study show that social solidarity in urban areas is developing in various forms, including mutual cooperation, community-based economic solidarity, and social support in digital networks. The main factors that support solidarity are a sense of belonging to the community, good leadership, and the use of technology to strengthen social interactions. Abstract

Social media has become an inseparable part of teenagers' lives in the digital era. This research aims to examine the influence of social media on changes in social behavior among teenagers through a literature review approach. The data sources used come from scientific journals, books, articles and previous research discussing the impact of social media on the social and psychological aspects of teenagers. The analysis technique used is content analysis to identify patterns and trends in research that has been carried out previously. The study results show that social media has both positive and negative impacts on teenagers' social behavior. Positive impacts include improving communication skills, broadening horizons, as well as opportunities for teenagers to express themselves and build social identities. However, negative impacts were also found, such as decreased direct social interaction, risk of addiction, and increased cases of cyberbullying and social pressure. Factors that moderate this impact include the role of the family, social environment, digital literacy education, and policies and regulations related to social media use. The conclusion of this research emphasizes that although social media provides various benefits for teenagers, its use needs to be controlled and directed so that it does not have a negative impact on their social development. Synergy between families, schools, government and digital platforms is very necessary to create a social media ecosystem that is safer and more beneficial for teenagers.

Abstract

This research discusses the influence of body language in business negotiations, with an emphasis on analyzing the strengths and weaknesses of using body language as a non-verbal communication tool. The research was conducted through a literature review method, which involved collecting data from various relevant journal articles, books and other publications on the subject. The results show that body language consistently plays a vital role in supporting the effectiveness of business negotiations, where non-verbal cues such as eye contact, gestures, and facial expressions can reinforce verbal messages and foster trusting relationships. However, the study also revealed that cultural differences and potential misunderstandings can be a drawback in the application of body language, often leading to conflict and inaccurate perceptions of prosperity. The recommendations from this study conclude that training and awareness on multi- cultural body language is an important aspect that needs to be integrated in business negotiation practices in order to maximize the strengths and mitigate the weaknesses of body language.
