Abstract

Abstrak Islam masuk ke pulau Lombok pada abad ke-16 sekitar tahun 1545. Islamdisebarluaskan melalui sebuah ekspedisi dari Jawa yang dibawa oleh Sunan Prapen putra dari Sunan Giri, beliau merupakan salah satu Wali Songo yang terkenal. Menurut beberapa ahli sejarah, sebelum Islam masuk kepulau ini, penduduk asli Sasak mempunyai agama tradisional yaitu Boda sebuah sebutan bagi penduduk asli Lombok. Islam -sejak awal kemunculanya dan akan berlanjut hingga akhir zaman, telah menghadapi beberapa perbedaan nilai yang contradiktive dengan tradisi lokal dan budaya. Hal tersebut menyebabkan sebuah proses dialektika dan menghasilkan warna lokal Islam yang disebut Islam Wetu Telu di Bayan, Lombok Barat. Tulisan ini membahas tentang dasar sejarah yang mempertunjukan identitas agama masyarakat Sasak. Sejarah singkat identitas agama masyarakat Sasak terhadap agama Wetu Telu merupakan kolaborasi dari sebuah tradisi, budaya, dan nilai agama dari para pendatang yang merupakan penduduk asli di masa lalu. Sudut pandang lain menyatakan bahwa agama Wetu Telu merupakan sebuah ketidak lengkapan proses Islamisasi terhadap agama Waktu Lima yang belakangan ini dipertimbangkan sebagai Islam yang suci dan benar oleh sebagian besar Muslim di Lombok.

Abstract

The background of the author discusses this issue because of the complexity of marriage conflicts in the domestic life causing disharmony of husband-wife relationships. Sources of family conflicts can be attributed to economic factors, suspicions about infidelity, children, parenting, and family members of a husband or wife. Factors of failure or frustration of the husband or wife at work can also be ventilated into family life. As well as negative behavior of children acquired from association in school and community, will lead to family tension and others. The purpose of writing this problem is to know the preventive efforts to overcome the conflict of disharmony husband-wife relationship in the perspective of al-Qur’an. This type of research is a research library (library research), and the form of research descriptive research that qualitative. Then the data relating to the studied is described and analyzed by using contents analysis or document analysis that is systematic or note-record or document as data source. The results found in the preventive effort to overcome the harmony of husband-wife relationship, namely: to prevent better than to treat, the openness in communication and courtesy, the need for mutual understanding, mutual trust, mutual open, honest with each other and smooth communication, sharing with a partner, caring, or respecting and respecting, husband and wife can perform their own roles and duties, husband and wife try to solve their own problems, have maturity in addressing hausehold problems, fulfilment of material needs, give advice or opinion can encourage both husbands and wives to fear Allah SWT and realize that the mistakes will be tortured on the day of judgment

Abstract

Human beings are composed of physical and spiritual elements, human behavior is a manifestation and result of the movement of the soul. As an effect of the movement of the soul, human behavior always depends on the cause, namely the soul. If the soul does not exist, then physical movements including human behavior also do not exist. This research is a literature research with documentation data collection method, analysis using content analysis. The results showed that humans in the Sufism dimension have several faculties, among others 1) Active faculties that work with compulsion in one direction are called tabi'ah (Physical nature). 2) Active faculties that work with compulsion in a plurality of directions and species are called Nabati souls (An-Nafs An-Nabatiyah), 3) Active faculties that work with one goal and different self-choices that cause differences in actions that occur to them are called animal souls (An-Nafs-Alhayawaniah). 4). The active faculty that works with one goal and its own choice in unity of direction and purpose is called the angelic soul (An-Nafs Al-Malakiyah). The soul is divided into vegetative soul (al-nafs al-nabatiy-yat), sensitive soul (al nafs al hayawaniy-yat), human soul (al- nafs al-insaiy-yat), and in the division of reason there is theoretical reason (al 'aql al-nazhari), and practical reason (al-aql al-'amali).

Abstract

The purpose of this article is to discuss humans in a philosophical perspective. The type of research is literature with documentation data collection methods, and the analysis used is content analysis. The results of the study state that humans are given the freedom to endeavor to develop potential tools and basic human potentials. However, growth and development cannot be separated from certain limits, namely the existence of definite and permanent laws governing nature, laws that control objects and human society itself, which are not subject to and do not depend on human will. Based on the explanation of the conception of man based on philosophy, raises the problem of the human dimension in the perspective of philosophy, this writing aims to find the conception of man as a whole in the philosophical review. Humans in the perspective of philosophy are also called homo sapiens, homo laquen, animal rational, homo faber, zoon politicon, homo economicus, homo planemanet, homo religious and homo educandum or educable. The soul as something that stands alone, a complete substance that exists within the prison of the human physical body.

Abstract

The purpose of this article is to discuss stock waqf. This research uses qualitative research and literature, in the method of data analysis, the author uses comparative qualitative research methods, the results of the study state that stock waqf is equated with the law like the law of cash waqf, because both have the potential for great benefit if represented, the law of stock waqf is allowed considering that shares have the permanence of benefits that can continue to be reaped as long as the company issuing the shares runs its business well, while the principal value of the shares is maintained. According to the MUI Sharia Council Fatwa, the Compilation of Islamic Law, and the Accounting And Auditing Organization For Islamic Financial Institutions (AAOIFI), stock waqf is allowed, because it is one of the types of securities waqf. In the positive legal review stipulated in the Waqf Law No. 41 of 20014, Government Regulation No. 42 of 2006, and Minister of Religious Affairs Regulation No. 73 of 2013, stock law is included in the category of waqf objects of movable securities. Shares that can be waqfed are sharia shares and conventional shares. The permissibility of waqf of conventional shares of permissible companies needs to be further regulated. Because in practice there is no detailed regulation regarding the criteria and mechanism of stock waqf, the practice of implementing stock waqf carried out by BWI and Global Wakaf is not the same in its implementation, especially related to the process and mechanism of stock waqf.

Abstract

This objective is to discuss Tafsir Amaly as a Sufi interpretation. This research uses descriptive qualitative research methods. The results of the study state that Tafsir Amaly is a Sufi interpretation, Sufi interpretation departs from the assumption that the Qur'an has both zahir and batin meanings. There are three components of the epistemological study of interpretation: interpretation sources, interpretation techniques, and interpretation validity. Tafsir Amaly draws its sources from the Qur'ān, hadith, and laduni science, and uses the ijmali method and isyari approach. Kyai Qoyyim uses linguistic rules such as sorof and nahwu analysis to interpret verses. They also use takwil to find out the inner meaning of a verse. From this takwil, Kyai Qoyyim produces a practical interpretation.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to discuss the application of the One Day One Page method. the research method uses qualitative research methods with a descriptive attitude. Data collection using documentation, observation and interviews. The results stated that the implementation of the One Day One Page method was able to improve memorisation. In its application, first, students are told to pray, second, recite one page of muroja'ah, third, after students do muroja'ah who are sure of their memorisation, then deposit their memorisation from beginning to end. Even though what is memorised is only one page, what students deposit is not only the page they memorised but also the previous page that has been deposited is also deposited again.

Abstract

Abstract

Diniyah education is a branch of science that applies classical or modern teaching and attempts to instill Islam as part of the foundation of life for students to produce famous 'ulama' who not only understand science, but also have broad religious insight and horizons of thought as a form of problem solving. in society. In this research, researchers used qualitative research methods. Meanwhile, the data collection methods used are: 1) Observation, 2) Interviews, 3) Documentation. Data is analyzed by reducing irrelevant data, explaining the data and drawing research conclusions. The results of this research are: 1. Everyone has abilities but with different capacities. There are those who understand faster by writing pegon, there are also those who read it first. 2. Effort is an endeavor (to achieve a goal, solve a problem, find a way out, etc.).
