Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of capital structure, profitability and company growth on the share price of PT. Unilever Tbk. during the 2018-2022 period. The research method used is regression analysis using financial data and PT share prices. Unilever Tbk. obtained from financial reports and the stock market during the research period. The results of this study indicate that the company's capital structure, measured by the debt to equity ratio, has a significant influence on share prices. Profitability, represented by the ratio of net profit to sales, also has a significant influence on stock prices. Meanwhile, company growth, measured by sales or asset growth, does not show a significant influence on share prices. These findings can provide insight to corporate decision makers, investors and regulators regarding the factors that can influence PT share prices. Unilever Tbk. By understanding the relationship between capital structure, profitability, growth and stock price, stakeholders can make better decisions in managing their investments in the stock market.

Abstract

Physical security management is a precaution against loss of company assets for any reason. Industrial security is defined as safeguarding all company organizations to prevent the threat of crime and loss originating from outside or within the organization. K3 is a program created by workers and employers as an effort to prevent accidents. Risk management is identifying risks that have the potential to affect the company, and managing the risks. SSMKD is an important emergency management system for all areas of the company. This research uses a qualitative approach and data was obtained through literature studies of previous research. The aim of this research is to analyze the implementation of physical security management, industrial security, K3, risk management and the implementation of SSMKD at PT. Epson Indonesia. The method used in this research is literature study, namely by analyzing the results of previous research. The results of this research is PT. Epson has implemented physical security management, industrial security which includes K3, avoiding possible risks and implementing emergency management system standards. This can be seen from previous research which states that PT. Epson has installed security devices in the form of CCTV, a hydrant pipe system and built walls to maintain the company's security.

Abstract

Managing assets and liabilities is very important because disbursement of funds and distribution of funds in the form of credit must be carried out in order to optimize the funds collected to gain profits for the bank. ALM is a process of planning, organizing and monitoring which functions as integrated control of assets and liabilities which are interconnected in an effort to achieve profits for microfinance institutions. The method used is a literature review. Writing this discussion uses information procedures regarding the discussion, in the form of previous research, then reviewing and analyzing various sources related to the discussion raised by the researcher. This research discusses the theory of asset and liability management, a review of the basic concepts and importance of ALM, an introduction to the role and challenges of MFIs in the economy, long-term financial stability, and a discussion of the factors that influence MFI financial stability.

Abstract

Low financial performance is just one of many issues that micro, small, and medium- sized enterprises (MSMEs) in Bukittinggi confront. This is due to inefficient use of financial technology, a lack of financial awareness, and competent human resources. Micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in Bukittinggi are the focus of this study, which aims to shed light on the relationship between financial literacy, HR competency, and the use of financial technology on their financial performance. The findings could have implications for both the regional and national economies. The government, financial institutions that assist MSME owners, and anybody else interested in this topic might find these answers useful. From a total of 7,473 individuals, 100 were chosen at random for this quantitative investigation. Data is gathered through the use of questionnaires. This research finds that financial literacy significantly impacts the financial performance of MSMEs in Bukittinggi, as indicated by a T value of 3.459 > 1.1986 and a sig value of 0.001 < 0.05. The financial performance of MSMEs in Bukittinggi is positively and significantly impacted by human resource competency, as evidenced by a T value of 2.030 > 1.1986 and a sig value of 0.045 <0.05. A T value of 3.451 > 1.1986 and a sig value of 0.001 < 0.05 imply that the implementation of financial technology has a positive and substantial impact on the financial performance of MSMEs in Bukittinggi. The f-table value is 2.70 and the sig value is 0.000, which is less than 0.05. This suggests that MSMEs in Bukittinggi are significantly impacted by financial literacy, human resource competency, and the utilization of financial technology. The data shows that 58.3% of the variance in MSME financial performance measures is explained by differences in financial literacy, human resource competency, and the usage of financial technology. The remaining 41.7% is influenced by or explained by other, less studied variables.

Abstract

The aim of the research is to analyze the potential of the fisheries sector for Regional Original Income and its potential contribution. The method used in this research is the descriptive method, using a quantitative approach which has the aim of analyzing social events, phenomena or conditions. The descriptive research method is fact finding using correct interpretation. The results of this research show that the potential for levies from the Mimika Regency Fisheries Service will get greater results in several subsectors than the realization of the Mimika Regency Fisheries Service in 2022, namely on the use of regional wealth which has a potential of IDR 1,940,400,000 from the previous realization of IDR 497,315,000 , on sales of ice blocks which have a potential of IDR 84,000,000 from the previous realization of IDR 77,000,000, and on fishing business permits which have a potential of IDR 67,500,000 from the previous realization of IDR 61,677,759. This positive potential has not yet shown a significant contribution to local original income, so the average contribution during 2020-2023 is very low. If the management of the fisheries sector is handled well, it will increase Mimika's PAD and of course it can be used to support infrastructure development, public services and other development programs.

Abstract

The background for the preparation of this thesis is because the author feels that it is necessary to study the role of the BAZNAS of Bukittinggi City in supporting creative industry-based MSMEs in the city of Bukittinggi in a program to improve the people's economy. The formulation of the problem in writing this thesis is what is the role of the Bukittinggi City BAZNAS in the development of creative industry-based Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in the city of Bukittinggi. The purpose of this study is to examine the role of BAZNAS in strengthening the role of micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in the creative economy in the city of Bukittinggi. This research is a qualitative field research, namely research that shows and interprets a study that describes events in the field, or a study that seeks to describe a phenomenon that is developing.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of service quality and price on Gojek customer satisfaction in Bekasi City (case study of Harapan Jaya Residents 2). The research method used is a quantitative method using a questionnaire distributed to 130 respondents. Data analysis was carried out using the t-test and f-test to test the hypothesis. The results of the study indicate that Service Quality and Price have a positive and significant influence on Customer Satisfaction.

Abstract

Human Resources (HR) is the main component of an organization which is an active planner and actor in every organizational activity. There are many factors that influence employee performance, such as leadership style. Leadership style is a set of characteristics that leaders use to influence subordinates so that organizational goals are achieved or it can also be said that leadership style is a pattern of behavior and strategies that are liked and often applied by a leader. Organizational culture is also a factor that influences employee performance. Organizational culture is the collective beliefs, values, rituals and myths that determine the way people in an organization behave, and work motivation influences employee performance. Work motivation is the key of a successful organization to maintain continuity of work in the organization in a strong way and help to survive. The purpose of writing this article is to build a hypothesis of the influence between variables to be used in further research. The results of this literature review article are: 1) Leadership style influences employee performance, 2) Organizational culture influences employee performance, 3) Work motivation influences employee performance.

Abstract

This article provides a detailed literature review regarding the influence of workload and compensation on employee performance. This article examines theoretical concepts, empirical findings and identifies the relationship between workload and compensation on employee performance and individual performance results using a literature synthesis. Based on the literature review, there is strong evidence that what can improve performance and compensation is the appropriateness of the workload given based on individual abilities. Excessive workload can cause fatigue and decreased performance. Apart from that, providing compensation in accordance with the performance given by employees also has a big influence on employee performance

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of the existence of localized entertainment businesses at Km 10 on other businesses in Kadun Jaya Village. The analysis method used is the Multiplayer Eflect to identify and evaluate the economic impact of the existence of localized entertainment. Data were collected through surveys and interviews with business owners and the local community. The results of the study indicate that the existence of localized entertainment at Km 10 has a significant impact on other businesses in Kadun Jaya Village, both positively. These impacts include changes in consumption patterns, expenditures, and community perceptions of the surrounding environment. The implications of these findings are expected to provide input for policy makers in formulating sustainable and inclusive regional development strategies.
