Abstract

This research discusses the effectiveness planning strategy in the revitalization of Ciputat Market, by the South Tangerang City government. There are several problems that need to be addressed, such as the inadequate physical condition of the market, the presence of street vendors outside the market, and illegal levies received by traders. This study aims to identify the problems faced by traditional markets that are accepted by traders and evaluate the steps that can be taken to improve the effectiveness of market revitalization. Some of the effectiveness planning strategies that can be used in market revitalization include physical improvement of the market, rearrangement of traders, and handling illegal levies. In addition, environmental and needs analysis, handling illegal levies and extortion against street vendors. The issue of illegal levies (pungli) is still a rampant problem in Ciputat market, and partnerships with the private sector and third parties are expected to support the market revitalization process. Continuous evaluation is also considered important to track the progress and effectiveness of the revitalization efforts. Thus, the conclusion is to emphasize the importance of effective planning strategies, handling illegal levies, partnerships with private and third parties, and continuous evaluation in Ciputat Market revitalization efforts.

Abstract

This study uses independent variables, namely Current Ratio, Debt to Asset Ratio and Net Profit Margin with the dependent variable namely Profit Growth. The object of research is Consumer Goods companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2019 – 2021. The sample selection was carried out using a purposive sampling technique and a sample of 33 companies was obtained. The purposes of this study are:Test and analyze the eflect of the current ratio on profit growth during the Covid-19 pandemic in consumer goods companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2019 – 2021. Test and analyze the eflect of the debt to asset ratio on profit growth during the pandemic covid-19 in consumer goods companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2019 – 2021 period. Test and analyze the eflect of net profit margin on profit growth during the Covid-19 pandemic for consumer goods companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2019 – 2021 period. After conducting research using the multiple linear analysis method, it can be concluded: 1. Current Ratio (CR) has no eflect on company profit growth during the co-19 pandemic. 2. Debt to Asset Ratio (DAR) has no eflect on company profit growth during the co-19 pandemic. 3. Net Profit Margin (NPM) has no eflect on company profit growth during the co-19 pandemic.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of promotion and service on customer satisfaction at the Moiselle Patisserie Medan Shop. The population in this study is the number of customers in the last month, namely 232 customers of the Moiselle Patisserie Medan Shop who made purchases directly or online in September 2022. In looking for samples, researchers used the slovin sampling technique. Based on calculations, the sample used by researchers after rounding was 70 at the Moiselle Patisserie Medan Shop. The research results show that promotions partially have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction at the Moiselle Patisserie Medan Store. Service partially has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction at the Moiselle Patisserie Medan Shop. Promotion and service simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction at the Moiselle Patisserie Medan Shop.

Abstract

Vocational High School (SMK) graduates often face challenges in marketing their skills in the world of work. The high unemployment rate for vocational school graduates, intense competition, and demands for additional skills from industry indicate the need for entrepreneurship education to equip them with the ability to market themselves effectively. This article aims to examine the urgency of entrepreneurship education for vocational school graduates and propose an appropriate curriculum through literature studies of various sources such as journals, books and related reports. The study results show that entrepreneurship education is very important for developing an entrepreneurial mindset and attitude, self-marketing skills, and the ability to innovate in vocational school graduates. The recommended curriculum includes personal branding development, self- presentation, career management, introduction to entrepreneurship, and collaboration with industry. By integrating entrepreneurship education, vocational school graduates will be better prepared to compete in the world of work as employees and independent entrepreneurs. It is concluded that entrepreneurship education needs to be implemented comprehensively in vocational schools to increase graduates' competitiveness and opportunities for success in marketing their skills.

Abstract

This study evaluates the impact of Project-Based Learning (PjBL) model in enhancing the quality of vocational education, particularly in the subjects of Creative Products and Entrepreneurship in vocational high schools (SMK). Through this approach, students are encouraged to actively engage in the learning process and develop their own potential, while the role of teachers is more focused on facilitation. Various studies have shown that the implementation of PjBL successfully improves students' learning outcomes, their engagement in learning, as well as skills and competencies relevant to the workplace. This analysis attempts to measure the extent of PjBL's influence on enhancing critical thinking, creativity, student engagement, collaboration skills, learning motivation, and product design learning outcomes. The results of the study indicate that PjBL has a significant positive impact on improving the quality of vocational education. However, the implementation of PjBL also faces certain challenges, such as intensive material preparation and adjustment of the teacher's role. Therefore, in-depth understanding and adequate support from all relevant parties in the vocational education environment are crucial for effectively implementing this approach.

Abstract

Central Kalimantan, with its abundant natural resources, is still trapped in a cycle of poverty. A new strategy is needed to encourage inclusive and sustainable economic growth, while reducing poverty levels in this region. The aim of this research is to determine the factors that influence inclusive economic growth in Central Kalimantan. The research method used is quantitative using a path analysis approach. The research results show that variable X1 has a t-statistic value of 3,363 with a Prob value. (significance) of 0.0014 (<0.05), it can be concluded that variable X1 has a direct influence on the intervening variable Y1, meaning that the human development index directly influences the level of inclusive economic growth in Central Kalimantan. Meanwhile, the variable X2 has a t-statistic of -1.551 with a prob value. (significance) of 0.1268 (>0.05), this value is more than 0.05, meaning that labor absorption has no direct effect on inclusive economic growth in Central Kalimantan. Variable Y1 (Intervening) has a t-statistic value of 5.622 with a Prob value. (Significance) is 0.0000 (<0.05), so it can be concluded that variable Y1 (Intervening) has a significant or direct effect on the dependent variable. Furthermore, the Adjusted R-squared value is 1.159, so it can be concluded that the contribution of the variables X1, X2 & Y1 (Intervening) to the dependent variable Y2.

Abstract

The background to this research is that in Lubuk Basung, there are conventional banks and sharia banks as financial institutions that are equally trusted. Given that the sharia label is associated with the latter, this presents a promising opportunity for Islamic banking to gain support from religious leaders. Some individuals may be hesitant to utilize Islamic banking services due to the perception that Islamic banks operate based on their own principles or beliefs. A community figure is someone who is considered influential in the surrounding community, including the community figure here, namely Walinagari Lubuk Basung, who is considered an elder or a person with authority. The type of research that the author conducted was field research which was descriptive qualitative in nature. Data collection techniques are carried out through observation and interviews with religious and community leaders to ensure the general public's evaluation or understanding of Sharia banks. Based on the results of research and data analysis that has been carried out in Nagari Lubuk Basung, it is concluded that the perception of religious leaders in Nagari Lubuk Basung towards sharia banks is quite good. They already know that sharia banks are banks that are run on the basis of religious rules, where the bank does not apply an interest system. , unlike conventional banks which apply an interest system. The perception of traditional stakeholders towards the Nagari Lubuk Basung sharia bank has poor understanding and knowledge, compared to the perception of their religious leaders. There are those who only know but don't use Sharia banks.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine: (1) The influence of education level on crime in Central Kalimantan. (2) The Influence of Unemployment on Crime in Central Kalimantan. (3) The Effect of Poverty on Crime in Central Kalimantan. (4) The influence of education level, unemployment and poverty together on crime in Central Kalimantan. This type of research is descriptive and associative. The data type is secondary data. This research uses panel data, namely using Central Kalimantan province data using data processed by the Central Kalimantan Central Statistics Agency. The results of this research indicate that: (1) Education level has a negative and insignificant effect on crime in Central Kalimantan (2) Unemployment has a negative and significant effect on crime in Central Kalimantan. (3) Poverty has a positive and significant effect on crime in Central Kalimantan. Based on the results of this research, the author suggests to the government to actively carry out outreach to disaster-prone areas and further improve the mobility and comfort of the local population. It also opens up new job opportunities both directly from the government and the private sector. (4) Income inequality has a positive but not significant effect on the number of crimes in Central Kalimantan Province in 2019-2023.

The research results show that sustainable finance strategies depend on accurate risk assessments, efficient resource allocation, and a commitment to transparency and accountability. Effective companies adopt a triple-bottom-line approach, considering the economic, environmental, and social impacts of their business activities. Investments in green technology, energy diversification, and waste reduction initiatives have been proven to increase efficiency and reduce operational costs.

Abstract

Increasingly fierce business competition in marketing, companies must work hard to implement various marketing strategies to win the competition. One of the strategies used is to build an integration strategy, where all the company's strengths are synergized to improve marketing performance. This study aims to analyze the factors associated with integration strategies, such as the level of trust, dependencies, and flexibility that have an influence on the company's marketing performance. The study also involved intervening variables, namely flexibility and trust, as a link between these factors and marketing performance. The data analysis method used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM), with a sample of 100 food and beverage companies in Makassar. The results showed that the level of trust, dependencies, and flexibility significantly affect marketing performance through intervening variables, namely Trust and flexibility. Managerial implications that can be suggested from this study is the importance of building mutually beneficial cooperation between companies, by maintaining a level of trust, flexibility, and the existence of a balanced dependency.
