Abstract

This research is aimed at finding out the impact of the quality of service on the client. This type of research is included in research research using a quantitative approach. Its independent variable is the quality of service while its dependent is customer satisfaction. The population in this study was a customer of Sinar Laundry in Gowa District. The sample used in this study was 97 clients. Data collection is done by distributing questionnaires to respondents. The data analysis technique used is simple linear regression analysis using SPSS 24 software. Based on the results obtained the significant value (Sig) is 0,000 which is less than 0.05 so it can be concluded that the quality of service has an influence on customer satisfaction on the Sinar Boat business in Gowa District.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the influence of leadership style and organizational culture on employee performance through work motivation. This research uses a quantitative method by distributing questionnaires as a data collection tool. The number of samples used in this research was 60 respondents who were employees at the Bekasi Class 1A Religious Court. This research hypothesis testing was carried out using the outer model and inner model tests in SmartPLS with the help of the SmartPLS 4.1 program. The results of the research that has been carried out show variables that influence each other or do not influence each other, as in this brief explanation: 1). Leadership Style has a positive and significant effect on Work Motivation, 2). Organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on work motivation, 3). Leadership style has a positive but not significant effect on employee performance, 4). Organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, 5). Work Motivation has a positive and significant effect on Performance, 6). Work Motivation has been proven to mediate Leadership Style on Performance, 7). Work Motivation is proven to mediate Organizational Culture on Employee Performance.

Abstract

The Influence of Work life balance and Quality of work life on Work engagement in Generation Z in the city of Bekasi. This research aims to find out whether Work life balance can influence Generation Z's Work engagement through Quality of Work Life. This research method is quantitative, the sampling technique is Accidental Sampling. This research uses an instrument in the form of a questionnaire which has been compiled into several statements and measured using a Likert scale. The population used in this research is generation Z in the city of Bekasi. This research uses Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with a Partial Least Square (PLS) approach and uses SmartPLS 4.0 software to analyze the data. Based on the research results: 1) Work life balance in this study shows that there is a significant influence on Work engagement, 2) Quality of work life in this study shows that there is a significant influence on Work engagement, 3) Work life balance in this study shows that there is significant influence on Quality of work life and 4) Quality of work life in this study was proven to be significant and was stated as Partial Mediation

Abstract

This research is motivated by the formation of instability in operational costs, income and financial capacity. and if operational costs increase until financial capacity decreases. And if income increases until financial capacity increases. This research intends to identify and analyze how much impact operational costs and income have on financial capacity (case study of street trading companies listed on the IDX for the period 2019-2023). The type of research used is a quantitative method and the type of information is inferior information. The illustration collection method used in this research is a purposive sampling method with a total of 32 industries. The information analysis method uses descriptive statistical experiments, classical assumption experiments consisting of normality experiments, multicollinearity experiments, heteroscedasticity experiments, autocorrelation experiments, multiple linear regression experiments consisting of experiments (R2), and hypothesis testing. The results of this research partially prove that the elasticity of operational costs has a significant effect on financial ability as evidenced by the results of the experiment tcount≥ttable (3.415≥1.3043) with significant figures showing ≤0.05. Income elasticity has a significant effect on financial ability as evidenced by the results tcount≥ttable (- 3.740≤1.3043) with significant figures 0.001≤0.05. Operational costs and income simultaneously have a significant effect on financial ability as evidenced by fcount and ftable (6.996≥3.25) with significant figures 0.003≤0.05.

Abstract

The framework of this research is to see how much the aspects-views that influence the income of business actors through micro business actors located in the Ampek Angkek District area, although in terms of activity power and business capital have been managed well, but the income of business actors has not been managed well. This research intends to identify the impact of activity power and micro business capital on the income of business actors. Information is combined through the selection of basic information. This type of research is descriptive quantitative. After that, it was tried through a procedure that includes information prerequisite experiments consisting of (Normality Experiment and Reliability Experiment), then Classical assumption experiments consisting of (Autocorrelation Experiment, Homogeneity Experiment and Multicollinearity Experiment, and Heteroscedasticity Experiment) then multiple linear regression experiments, then Coefficient of Certainty Experiment, then Assumption Experiment consisting of (partial experiments and simultaneous experiments). To analyze using the SPSS 26.0 Application. The basis used in this study uses the Income philosophy. Based on the results of the tests that were tried, the following conclusions can be put forward: 1) Activity Power has a positive and significant effect on the Income of Micro Business Actors in Ampek Angkek District in 2023 with a result of 0.000≤0.05, so the result of H0 is rejected and H1 is obtained. 2) Effort Capital on Income of Micro Business Actors in Ampek Angkek District in 2023 with a result of 0.000≥0.05, so the result of H0 is rejected and H1 is obtained. 3) Simultaneously, Activity Power and Effort Capital have a significant effect on Income of Business Actors with a result of 0.000≥0.05, so the result of H0 is rejected and H1 is obtained. The analysis of the findings shows that Activity Power and Micro Business Capital have a significant effect on Income of Business Actors in Ampek Angkek District.

Abstract

The company's operations can have a negative impact on the environment and surrounding communities, so that social responsibility needs to be done to improve the image of businesses in the eyes of consumers. Social responsibility carried out by the company can make consumers more confident that business people not only seek profit but also have concern. The existence of CSR is also an activity that requires costs in its implementation which can have an impact on the financial position. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Corporate Social Responsibility Disclosure on financial performance. Profitability ratio is one of the ratios that can measure financial conditions using Return on Assets and Return on Equity. This research is an empirical study using purposive sampling for data collection procedures. The sample in this study were basic and chemical industry companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period of 2016-2018, as many as 22 out of 63 companies had met the qualifications. So that the number of research data analyzed was 66 data. This research was processed using a simple regression test method. The results of the study explained that partially (1) CSR had a significant negative effect on ROA, which means that the higher the CSR activities undertaken could reduce the rate of return on assets. (2) CSR has no significant negative effect on ROE, which means that high or low CSR activities undertaken cannot affect the rate of return on equity.

Abstract

This research addresses the issue of financial fraud that frequently occurs in public companies, causing significant financial losses and damaging corporate reputation. The purpose of this study is to examine the role of forensic accounting in uncovering financial fraud cases. The method used is a literature review through the examination of various academic sources, case reports, and related industry publications. Data analysis is conducted using a qualitative approach, evaluating findings from multiple studies and case reports. The results indicate that forensic accounting, through meticulous investigative techniques and the use of data analysis technology, can accurately identify and present evidence of fraud. This study also confirms that implementing forensic accounting strengthens internal controls and enhances financial transparency within companies. In conclusion, forensic accounting plays a crucial role in detecting and preventing financial fraud in public companies, while also providing strategic recommendations for future risk mitigation. Proactive application of forensic accounting is essential for public companies to maintain integrity and trust among various stakeholders. This research reinforces the importance of integrating forensic accounting into risk management and internal audit processes.

Abstract

This study aims to determine what factors influence the sale of basic necessities at the CV Berdikari wholesaler in Mimika Regency. The hypothesis test of this study states that it is suspected that price, personal selling, and distribution factors have a positive and significant eflect on the sale of basic necessities at the CV Berdikari wholesaler. This study uses a descriptive method. Data collection using a questionnaire with a population used in the study consisting of 80 CV Berdikari wholesale customers. The data analysis technique uses the Partial Last Squeezer (PLS) analysis method on the Smart PLS 4 application. The measurement results show that price and personal selling factors have a positive and insignificant eflect on sales. Meanwhile, the distribution factor has a positive and significant eflect on the sale of basic necessities at the CV Berdikari wholesaler in Mimika Regency.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of impulse buying on purchasing decisions of STAIN Mandailing Natal students. This research was carried out at STAIN Mandailing Natal, Sharia Business Management study program, Jl. Prof. Dr. Andi Hakim Nst STAIN Pidoli Lombang Complex, Panyabungan District, Mandailing Natal Regency. Online impulse buying will occur in consumers who have spontaneous buying behavior which results in low self-control when receiving stimulation from online shopping sites. With the influence of impulse buying, it is hoped that students will not exceed reasonable limits when making online purchases. The purpose of this research is to determine the partial influence of impulse buying on purchasing decisions. The type of research used in this thesis is quantitative descriptive. The sample in this study was 75 respondents. The data collection technique used was observation and questionnaires using Google Form. The analysis method for this research uses validity tests, reliability tests, normality tests, heteroscedasticity tests, simple linear regression tests, partial tests and coefficient of determination tests. All of these tests were carried out using the SPSS version 25 program. Impulse Buying has a partial positive effect on the Purchasing Decisions of STAIN Mandailing Natal students as indicated by a significance value of t of 0.000 < 0.05, an R square value of 0.245, meaning that impulse buying is able to explain the dependent variable or purchasing decisions of 0.245 x 100% = 24.5% while 75 .5% is explained by other variables. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that impulse buying has a positive and significant influence on students' purchasing decisions with a calculated t value > t table (4.867 > 1.669).
