Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of soft skills and work motivation on work readiness of STAIN Mandailing Natal Sharia Business Management Study Program Students. This research uses a quantitative approach and the population in this study are active students of the Sharia Business Management study program, STAIN Mandailing Natal, class of 2020, where the sample was 41 respondents with a sampling technique using Saturated Sampling with Likert scale measurements. The results of this research show that Soft Skill influence the work readiness STAIN Mandailing Natal Sharia Business Management Study Program Students with a tvalue of 2,911 > ttable 1,686 and a significance value of 0,006 < 0,05 and work motivation also influence the work readiness of STAIN Mandailing Natal Sharia Business Management Study Program Students with a tvalue of 4,691 > ttable 1,686 and a significance value of 0,000 < 0,05, and there is an influence of soft skills and work motivation on work readiness of STAIN Mandailing Natal Sharia Business Management Study Program Students with a Fvalue of 27,210 > Ftable 3,24 and a Significance value of 0,000< 0,05. The coefficient of determination (R2) is 0,589, which means soft skill and work motivation simultaneously influence work readiness by 58.9%.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze bankruptcy predictions for construction sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange using the Zmijewski model. This research uses secondary data in the form of financial statements and closing stock prices of each company for the period 2017-2021. The sampling was conducted using purposive sampling techniques, and 15 companies that met the predetermined criteria were obtained. The research results indicate that out of 15 companies, PT Acset Indonusa Tbk, PT Adhi Karya (Persero) Tbk, and PT Waskita Karya (Persero) Tbk are predicted to be at risk of bankruptcy. The calculation results of stock returns indicate that the decrease and increase in stock returns do not correlate with the predicted bankruptcy outcomes of the company.

Abstract

This research aims to modify the packaging of the Baruasa product, with the hope of increasing public purchasing interest. The development method used is the ADDIE model: Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. (Evaluasi). The analysis stage involves assessing consumer needs, the design stage includes creating packaging that aligns with the findings from the needs analysis. The prototype of the packaging is developed during the development stage, and implementation is carried out by showcasing the new packaging to consumers. Evaluation is conducted to assess the effectiveness of the packaging based on consumer responses. The research results show that the packaging of the Baruasa product is very suitable, with a percentage of 84.7%. Consumer responses from the survey indicate that the packaging of the Baruasa product is highly appropriate. It can be concluded that good product packaging can enhance public interest in traditional Baruasa food.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze how collateral auctions can resolve problematic financing and their impact on the income risk of banks, focusing on Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) Imam Bonjol Padang Branch. The method used is qualitative descriptive with a case study approach, utilizing in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation as data collection techniques. The results show that collateral auctions are an effective mechanism for handling problematic financing. The auction process involves asset valuation, announcement, execution, and the delivery of auction proceeds to the bank. This mechanism helps reduce the risk of income decline for the bank. The success of the auction depends on accurate asset valuation, process transparency, and cooperation between the bank, debtor, and auction institution. In conclusion, collateral auctions are an effective solution for addressing problematic financing and reducing the risk of income decline for banks. The research recommendations include enhancing asset valuation capacity, ensuring transparency in the auction process, and strengthening cooperation among related parties. The study also highlights the importance of finding solutions to challenges in asset valuation and the auction process at BSI Imam Bonjol Padang Branch.

Abstract

This research is motivated by indications that the development of MSMEs is slow due to limited capital, public understanding of accessing financing, and the difficulty of obtaining funds from financial institutions. The aim of the research is to identify the role of KUR financing from BSI in supporting micro, small and medium enterprises and to evaluate the impact of KUR distribution on MSME income. The research method used is field research with a descriptive qualitative approach. Primary and secondary data were collected through interviews and observations of BSI customers who received KUR at KCP Pasar Aur. Data analysis was carried out by data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The research results show that Bank Syariah Indonesia provides KUR financing by providing capital assistance, input, recommendations and supervision in accordance with the principles of Islamic law. The impact of KUR distribution on MSMEs is positive, including increasing the number of business branches, adding employees, and expanding business equipment which contributes to increasing MSME income.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the indication of the lack of public understanding of Murabahah financing at BMT Agam Madani Nagari Kapau and the ineffectiveness of marketing activities carried out by BMT Agam Madani Nagari Kapau to the community. The purpose of this study is to determine the marketing steps for Murabahah financing products at BMT Agam Madani Nagari Kapau and to determine whether the implementation of Murabahah financing has been effective and in accordance with existing theories. The type of research used in this study is field research with a descriptive qualitative approach. This study uses primary and secondary data sources, with data collection techniques of interviews, observation and documentation. The informants in this study were Mr. Mustir, A.Md as the head of BMT Agam Madani Nagari Kapau, Mrs. Fetri Dewi S.E. as the Head of Marketing, and customers of BMT Agam Madani Nagari Kapau Murabahah financing products. This study uses data analysis techniques such as data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions to support the popularity of Murabahah financing in Kapau City and its surroundings. BMT Agam Madani Kapau implements a marketing strategy that includes SWOT analysis and marketing mix to promote Sharia-compliant Murabahah financing products. Its marketing strategies include flexible pricing, location strategies, promotional efforts, employee training, and an easy and fast financing application process to attract customers effectively and efficiently.

Abstract

The background to this research is that wages continue to increase and increase every year, while the level of production and prices in farming do not always increase, sometimes the price of corn production decreases and even experiences price fluctuations. Apart from wages which inc /rease every year, another problem stems from the price of seeds which continues to increase every year. Many corn farmers complain that wages continue to increase while production is not appropriate and not balanced with wages. The farming business actors also said that the income was not enough to meet their needs and some even said that they had no profit or even a return on capital. This research aims to find out and analyze how much influence wages and production have on the income of corn farming families in Lubuk Basung sub-district, Agam district. This research is quantitative research. using a research instrument in the form of a questionnaire with a sample of 40 respondents. Data analysis techniques include instrument testing (validity test and reliability test), classical assumption tests (normality test, heteroscedasticity test, multicollinearity test, and autocorrelation test), hypothesis testing (coefficient of determination test, multiple linear regression analysis, T test, and F test. The results of this research show that there is an influence of wages and production on the income of corn farmer families, obtained by the calculated f value (17.926) ≥ f table (4.105) and the sig value (0.000) ≤ 0.05. It was concluded that wages and production had an influence on the income of corn farming families.

Abstract

As for the matter within that is how education and the number of family dependents influence women's desire to set up micro businesses in Jorong Koto Sawah. There are different theories between educational theory and the number of family dependents and what happens in the field. The problem formulation for this research is how much influence education and the number of family dependents have on women's participation in developing micro businesses and the respondents in this research were 40 people. This research is field research with a quantitative approach. The data used in this research is primary data collected through interviews and questionnaires. Data analysis techniques include multiple linear regression analysis, T test, F test and Determination test. Model testing before research, classical assumption testing, and hypothesis testing were carried out with SPSS 23. The results of multiple linear regression research were found using SPSS 23 showing that the regression coefficient for education and also the number of family dependents was positive, indicating that there was a positive and significant relationship between education (X1) and the number of family dependents (X2) on women's participation (Y) in developing micro businesses in Jorong Koto Sawah. The R square value is 521.2%, while the remaining 48.8% is explained by other factors not discussed in the model.

Abstract

Using the internal control system of the Jambi Provincial Regency Government as a moderating variable, this study examines the effects of budget planning, target accuracy, and reporting systems on the accountability of regional government performance. 42 respondents participated in the descriptive-quantitative study, which was carried out at the Jambi Financial Agency using a saturated sample method. Both multiple linear regression and moderated regression analysis (MRA) are used in the analysis. The findings show that performance accountability is highly impacted by reporting systems, budget planning, and well defined budget objectives. The effect of reporting systems and budget objectives being clear on performance responsibility is mitigated by the internal control system. It does not, however, lessen the connection between performance responsibility and budget planning.

Abstract

A This study aims to analyze the effect of financial ratios on stock prices. In this study, fi-nancial ratios were used, namely Current Ratio (CR), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), and Return On Equity (ROE). The data analysis method used is descriptive statistics, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression, and hypothesis testing. The results of this study conducted partially show that CR and DER while ROE have no effect on the share price of pharmaceutical sub-sector companies listed on the IDX for the 2018-2022 period. Meanwhile, the results of research conducted simultaneously show that CR, DER, and ROE have an effect on the share price of the pharmaceutical sub-sector companies listed on the IDX for the 2018- 2022 period.
