Abstract

In conducting research, using descriptive methods, where the sources and types of data used are quantitative data and qualitative data. The research design used by the author is a primary data research design and a secondary data research design. The data collection technique used is a field research technique which includes interviews and observations, while a library research technique includes data collection techniques by studying, reviewing and understanding existing data sources. in several books related to the research. In the presentation of the raw material inventory report still using manual recording using inventory cards and Microsoft Office Excel 2003 software, then the new information system will be used to create a system that includes making DFD, ERD, Normalization, context diagrams and physical design, namely output design and databases. From the results of the study, it can be concluded that the existing system in CV. Adi Sejahtera Bandung there are several weaknesses, the system for recording transactions in and out of raw materials that is run manually is still not efficient, the occurrence of errors and the slow sales process is due to the slowness in receiving information on goods at this company. The author suggests using a computerized raw material inventory information system to help management control inventory transactions by improving the information structure in reports and making standardized reports to make work efficient and effective.

Abstract

Information technology that is used properly will have a good influence on the company, among others, can increase productivity, work efficiency and of course very useful for institutions such as Koperasi Kawi Mandiri Sentosa in facing competitive business competition. The determination and speed of data processing from Koperasi Kawi Mandiri Sentosa, the presentation of fast, precise and accurate information will make it easier for companies to make the right decisions as well. Koperasi Kawi Mandiri Sentosa has a variety of fund products which include Voluntary Deposits and Time Deposits. As well as credit products which include Monthly Loans and Term Loans, while the procedures to be processed consist of the savings section, and the credit loan section. If there is a deposit transaction, it can be recorded in the customer's proof of deposit and at the same time the data can be saved to the computer automatically. Likewise, if there is a loan transaction from a customer, the data on the computer can be known with certainty and accuracy. The program that will be developed by the author is a multiuser-based savings and loan accounting information system, the software used is Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0

Abstract

An expert system is a system that seeks to adopt human knowledge to a computer that is designed to model problem solving abilities like an expert (Durkin, 1994). The three main components contained in any expert system are the knowledge base, the inference engine, and the user interface. Forward chaining is a strategy to predict or find a solution to a problem that starts with a set of known facts, then derives new facts based on rules whose premises match the known facts. This process is continued until the goal is reached or there are no more rules whose premise matches the known facts. The system maker application media uses PHP and MySQL as databases

Abstract

Decision support system is defined as a system that supports the work of a manager or a group of managers in solving semi-structured problems by providing information or suggestions towards certain decisions. The design of this system used the R & D (Research And Development) method approach according to Borg & Gall (1983:775) and the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method as the calculation method, while what was taken into account were the criteria, where the criteria were: the number of consumers, center of crowd, access road, security, development potential. This application is made using the PHP programming language, MySql as the database, and the software used are: Adobe Dreamweaver and Apache. The choice of location for the construction of the right service center location is a problem that is being faced by PT. Eltra Various Techniques Semarang. Leaders feel confused in determining the right location for the construction of a service center because there are many things that must be considered so that the construction is not in vain and can overcome company problems. This decision support system is able to provide convenience for company leaders in determining the right service center location, through appropriate calculation processes and an integrated system with Geographic Information System (GIS) that can point to locations directly online. The results obtained are Tunjungan Elektronik Center with a value of 97.00, ITC Mega Wholesale with a value of 87.00, Galaxy Mall with a value of 86.00, Delta Plaza with a value of 85.00, Hi-tech Mall with a value of 84.00, Citra Wold Surabaya with a score of 83.00 so that the alternative chosen is Tunjungan Elektronik Center with the highest score of 97.00.

Abstract

So far, the determination of recipients of direct public assistance funds (BLSM) is still not accurate. Therefore we need a decision support system application program that can assist in making a decision accurately and quickly to get accurate selection results. The method used in this application is the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) where the classification process is carried out in a hierarchical manner, providing a comparison value for each criterion to determine the criteria value. This research resulted in an application of a decision support system for determining the receipt of direct assistance funds while the community used the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method. In this application the criteria and sub-criteria can be determined according to the indicators that exist in each region and can be grouped based on the selection period. The results of testing this application show a fairly accurate percentage and can be used to determine BLSM recipients.

Abstract

Tren digital informasi saat ini sudah berkembang ke berbagai aspek, dari aspek sosial, aspek politik hingga aspek ekonomi. Aspek ekonomi ini sudah dibuktikan dengan keberadaan Financial Technology (Fintech) yang berkembang pesat saat ini. Fintech saat ini juga sudah menjalar ke inklusi keuangan dalam perkembangan sehingga saat ini perkembangan fintech di inklusi keuangan sudah sangat pesat seperti ditandai kemunculan mobile banking. Keberadaan inklusi keuangan ini diharapkan mampu mempengaruhi perilaku keuangan seluruh elemen masyarakat khususnya UKM dalam mengambil keputusan, hal ini lah yang menjadi topik pembahasan penelitian ini. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode literatur review dan analisis deskriptif. Tujuan penulisan artikel ini ialah untuk mereview kembali peran inklusi keuangan berbasis fintech dan perilaku keuangan bagi UKM dengan berdasarkan penelitian-penelitian sebelumnya yang sudah dilakukan.

Abstract

ABSTRAK INGGRIS The study aims to find out how effective the quality of service in the Development, Safety and Enforcement (PKP) Sector at the Makassar City Transportation Service is and to find out what are the inhibiting factors in the Development, Safety and Enforcement (PKP) service at the Makassar City of Transportation Service. The type of research used in this research is descriptive qualitative, the data using quantitative data. The research findings are the effectiveness of the Development, Safety and Enforcement Services (PKP) at the Makassar City Transportation Service has not been effective and also there are several factors that become obstacles in the Development, Safety and Enforcement Sector Services (PKP) at the Makassar City Transportation Service, including; Law Enforcement or Officers, Public Awareness, and Facilities and Infrastructure. Key words: service effectiveness, Safety Development and Enforcement Sector (PKP) ABSTRAK INDONESIA Penelitian ini bertujuan Untuk mengetahui seberapa efektif kualitas pelayanan Bidang Pengambangan, Keselamatan, Dan Penindakan (PKP) Pada Dinas Perhubungan Kota Makassar dan Untuk mengetahui Apa saja Faktor penghambat dalam pelayanan Bidang Pengembangan, Keselamatan dan Penindakan (PKP) Pada Dinas Perhubungan Kota Makassar. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data deskriptif kualitatif dengan menggunakan data kuantitatif. Temuan penelitian yaitu efektifitas Pelayanan Bidang Pengembangan, Keselamatan Dan Penindakan (PKP) pada Dinas Perhubungan Kota Makassar belum efektif dan terdapat beberapa Faktor yang menjadi penghambat dalam Pelayanan Bidang Pengembangan, Keselamatan dan Penindakan (PKP) pada Dinas Perhubungan Kota Makassar diantaranya; Penegak Hukum atau Petugas, Kesadaran masyarakat, serta Sarana dan Prasarana. Abstract

Watching the rapid development of science and technology, companies that run a sales business are required to be more effective in working and marketing their products. PT Internusa Technology or also known as INUS, is a company engaged in the sale of analog and digital CCTV. PT Internusa Technology has problems in data collection transactions. In addition, there are other problems, there are still very few promotional media to introduce various kinds of products that are to be sold and also prospective buyers sometimes have difficulty in knowing the prices and types of products to be sold by PT Internusa Technology. The purpose of research and making this journal is to make the sales system at PT Internusa Technology computerized, make it easier for PT Internusa Technology to market its products, and also make it easier for prospective buyers to find out the types and prices of products to be sold by PT Internusa Technology. The research method used is Research and Development (R&D). The result is making of applications design that support all the problems discussed previously. This application can make it easier for users to make CCTV sales transactions, the company can market their own products to be sold online with a larger target market, and making it easier for buyers and sellers to transact or just look for information about the store.

Abstract

Transformasi bisnis PTPN IX telah resmi digaungkan pada tahun 2018, dengan empat pilar utama salah satunya yaitu transformasi budaya kerja dan sumber daya manusia. Penerapan program transformasi ini beraku di seluruh wilayah kerja PTPN IX, termasuk PTPN IX kebun Batujamus. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Kepemimpinan Transformasional dan Budaya Organisasi Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PTPN IX Batujamus. Metode dasar Penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif. Metode sampling yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah cluster sampling. Sampel yang digunakan pada penelitian ini berjumlah 40 orang karyawan PTPN IX Batujamus wilayah kerja Kerjo yang terdiri dari 5 afdeling. Analisis data menggunakan analisis linear berganda untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional dan budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan, baik pengaruh secara bersama-sama maupun secara individu. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, kepemimpinan transformasional dan budaya organisasi secara bersama-sama berpengaruh signifikan positif terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kepemimpinan transformasional memberikan pengaruh yang lebih dominan terhadap kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of liquidity ratios and the effect of profitability ratios on profit changes at PT. PP (Tbk). In this study, the liquidity ratio is measured by the Current Ratio (CR) and Quick Ratio (QR), while the profitability ratio is by the Net Profit Margin (NPM). The population in this study is the financial data report of PT. PP (Tbk) for 23 years, from 1998-2020 which can be accessed at www.ptpp.co.id. The sample of this research is the company's financial data reports for 15 years from 2006-2020 using the purposive sampling method. Analysis of research data used is a multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The results showed that partially CR, QR, and NPM have no significant effect on changes in company profits. This is evidenced by the CR significance value of 0.674 > 0.05, the QR significance value is 0.175 > 0.05 and the significance value of NPM is 0.838 > 0.05. Simultaneous test results also show that CR, QR, and NPM have no significant effect on changes in company profits, as evidenced by a significance value of 0.119 > 0.05. The coefficient of determination results showed that only 40% of profit changes are influenced by CR, QR, and NPM, while the remaining 60% are affected by other factors not examined in the study.
