Abstract

This study aims to analyze the application of the Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) concept in the agricultural sector to support sustainable agriculture in Indonesia. The research is motivated by the increasing challenges in the agricultural sector such as climate change, environmental degradation, low farmer welfare, and weak agricultural governance that impact the sustainability of the national agricultural sector. The ESG concept is presented as a sustainable development approach that emphasizes the balance between environmental, social, and governance aspects in agricultural activities. The research method used is qualitative research with a descriptive approach. Data analysis techniques use the interactive model of Miles, Huberman, and SaldaƱa which includes data reduction, data presentation, and extraction. The results of the study indicate that the application of ESG in the agricultural sector in Indonesia has a significant influence in supporting sustainable agriculture. The environmental aspect influences natural resource management, environmental conservation, and reducing the negative impacts of agricultural activities on the ecosystem. The social aspect influences the improvement of farmer welfare and empowerment through training, institutional strengthening, and social protection. Meanwhile, the governance aspect influences transparency, accountability, and the effectiveness of agricultural sector governance. However, ESG implementation still faces various obstacles such as low farmer literacy, limited access to technology and financing, and suboptimal government policy support.

Abstract

This study examines the influence of digital financial literacy, fintech use, and financial self-efficacy on the financial management behavior of Generation Z in Lhokseumawe City. The issue is relevant because young consumers are intensive users of mobile banking, e-wallets, QRIS, paylater, and investment applications, while digital access does not always produce disciplined financial decisions. This research applies a quantitative explanatory design with a survey of Generation Z respondents who live in Lhokseumawe and use at least one fintech service. Data will be collected using a Likert-scale questionnaire and analyzed through validity testing, reliability testing, descriptive statistics, and SEM-PLS. Digital financial literacy is measured through knowledge, security awareness, risk evaluation, and the ability to compare digital financial products. Fintech use is measured through frequency, diversity, perceived usefulness, and transaction habits. Financial self-efficacy is measured through confidence in budgeting, saving, debt control, and resisting impulsive spending. The proposed model expects all independent variables to positively affect financial management behavior. This study contributes to digital financial education and youth financial policy in local urban contexts.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of digital psychology factors in shaping public acceptance of renewable energy technology from a behavioral and socio-technical system perspective. In the digital era, the technology adoption process is not only determined by technical and economic aspects, but also influenced by exposure to digital information, social media, and online interactions that shape people's perceptions, attitudes, and behavioral intentions. This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study method to explore in depth how factors such as perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, digital trust, perceived risk, and digital literacy influence public acceptance of renewable energy. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, digital observation, and documentation, then analyzed using an interactive analysis model through the processes of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results show that digital psychology factors play a significant role in shaping public attitudes and decisions towards renewable energy. Trust in digital information and low risk perceptions increase adoption intentions, while exposure to unreliable information can hinder acceptance. In addition, social interactions in digital media strengthen social influence in the attitude formation process. These findings confirm that the transition to renewable energy is not only a technological process, but also a socio-psychological process that is heavily influenced by the digital ecosystem

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the development of halal business model innovations in supporting the growth of the national sharia economy, the factors influencing their implementation, the role of digitalization and technology, implementation constraints, and strategies for developing halal business models in Indonesia. The study used a qualitative approach with descriptive methods through literature studies and analysis of various phenomena related to halal business and the sharia economy. The results show that halal business model innovations have experienced significant development along with increasing public awareness of sharia-based products and services. Digitalization and technology play a crucial role in expanding markets, increasing business efficiency, strengthening business transparency, and enhancing the competitiveness of halal products. However, the implementation of halal business model innovations still faces various obstacles such as low sharia economic literacy, limited business capital, low digital skills of business actors, and increasingly fierce global business competition. Therefore, a development strategy is needed that includes strengthening business digitalization, improving the quality of human resources, strengthening halal certification, access to sharia financing, and collaboration between the government, business actors, and the community. Halal business model innovations are expected to strengthen the national sharia economy and increase the competitiveness of the Indonesian halal industry at the global level.

The variables of Work Discipline and Work Environment have a positive and significant effect on Teacher Performance. The calculated t value of Work Discipline is 3.797 and the Work Environment is 13.970, both of which are greater than the t table of 1.66 with a significance value of 0.000 which is smaller than 0.05. Simultaneously, Work Motivation, Work Discipline, and Work Environment have a significant effect on Teacher Performance, which is indicated by the calculated F value of 188.469 which is greater than the F table of 2.75 with a significance level of 0.000.
