Abstract

Work fatigue is a common problem among B3 ground transportation drivers which can have a negative impact on their health and performance. One of the factors that can affect the level of work fatigue is long working hours. This study aims to identify and analyze the effect of working time on work fatigue in B3 ground transportation drivers. This study used a survey research method and data collection was carried out through questionnaires distributed to B3 ground transportation drivers who are actively working in several transportation companies. The questionnaire collects information about the characteristics of the respondents, working time, and the level of fatigue experienced by the driver.

Abstract

Hypertension or high blood pressure is an increase in systolic blood pressure of more than 140 mmHg and diastolic blood pressure of more than 90 mmHg in two measurements with an interval of five minutes in a state of sufficient rest/calm. This can happen because the heart works harder to pump blood to meet the needs of oxygen and nutrients in the body. Hypertension does not cause other diseases. In general, hypertension is an asymptomatic condition, in which abnormally high pressure in the arteries increases the risk of stroke, aneurysm, heart failure, heart attack and kidney damage. Work fatigue is a condition experienced by workers which can result in a decrease in work vitality and productivity. The fatigue factor can cause blood pressure to be higher than normal.

Abstract

Musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs) are health problems involving the joints, muscles, tendons, skeleton, cartilage, ligaments and nerves. The level of MSDs from the mildest to the most severe will interfere with concentration at work, cause fatigue and will ultimately reduce productivity. The agricultural sector is one of the jobs that has a potential risk of musculoskeletal disorders that have an impact on health related to their work which can cause several diseases and permanent disabilities. This study aims to determine the relationship between work posture and musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs) in farmers. This research is a research in the form of Literature Review. Researchers conducted searches on several search engines including: Google Scholar, Pubmed using the keywords "Working Posture" AND "Muscoluskeletal Disorders Complaints" AND "Farmers". Results: The articles used in this study were 8 articles that met the study requirements and criteria. The results showed that the cause of musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs) in farmers was work postures that were not ergonomic. Work posture is one of the factors causing MSDs where musculoskeletal complaints or MSDs are in the form of pain in the joints, ligaments, cartilage, skeleton and nerves. The emergence of these disorders causes a lack of concentration when working, fatigue and decreased productivity. Based on research conducted in a literature review, it can be concluded that there is a relationship between work posture and complaints of musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs) in farmers.

Abstract

The manufacturing industry manages the raw materials produced into products that can be consumed by humans. In Indonesia, industrial development is currently growing rapidly, not only in large industries but also in small industries. One small industry that is currently popping up a lot is the tofu industry. The industry is required to improve the quality of the products it produces in order to meet consumer demand. The higher the productivity, the greater the risk of work hazards arising. The purpose of this research is to identify ergonomic hazards that occur in tofu industry workers. This research method uses a qualitative method which obtained information from a worker informant and a literature review study method by taking the topic as a study accessed on the Google Scholar database. The results of the study stated that there is a risk of ergonomic hazards that occur in tofu industry workers. The conclusion is that there is an ergonomic hazard to the workload caused to the tofu deli industry workers.

Abstract

The JKN Mobile App makes it easier for participants to use health services in a more efficient and effective way, reducing time and costs required. The app makes it easy for participants to see the fee payment, provides easy access to the services of FKTP (First Level Health Facility) and FKTL (Advanced Level Referral Facility), and allows the public to submit suggestions or complaints. Trouble in service. The purpose of this investigation is to find out the mobile benefits of JKN in health financing. In this writing, the Literature Review approach is implemented as a method. Literature review is a technique of collecting references that have been previously investigated, including theories and findings related to a phenomenon. These references are then analyzed after reading to serve as a foundation in writing. Data sources are obtained through journals or articles from various platforms such as Google Scholar, Scientists, Academia.edu, and Directory of Open Access Journals (DOAJ). The purpose of this literature review is to understand and compare previous research in the same field. In this writing, the author also conducted a study on the analysis of the use of JKN mobile in health financing. From the analysis carried out using the literature method of the mobile application JKN helped in the financing of health by making it easier for JKN participants in paying fees or accessing JKN like BPJS. With the presence of the JKN Mobile App, participants can now use the services more effectively and efficiently. In addition, there has been a decrease in the number of visits to BPJS Health offices, allowing more service focus on participants with special needs that cannot be dealt with through JKN mobile application.

Abstract

Non-communicable diseases are a public health problem that causes disease, causes disability and high mortality rates and burdens the financing of health services and countermeasures are being carried out. Almost of deaths worldwide being non- communicable diseases (NCDs). The existing health financing system in Indonesia, especially in the field of primary health services, presents several obstacles in the effective management of NCDs during the pandemic. For Disease Control and Environmental Health, we invite people to be able to lead a healthy youth and a happy old age without Non-Communicable Diseases (NCDs) with "CERDIK" behavior. Based on the background of the writing, the aim of this research is to find out the financing of PTM in Selma during the Covid period. In this writing, a Literature Review approach is implemented as a method. Literature review is a technique for collecting references that have been previously investigated, including theories and findings related to a phenomenon. These references are then analyzed after reading to serve as a basis for writing. Data sources were obtained through journals or articles from various platforms such as Google Scholar, Scholar, Academia.edu, and the Directory of Open Access Journals (DOAJ). The purpose of this literature review is to be able to understand and compare the results of research that has previously been carried out in the same field. Abstract

The prevalence of TB worldwide has increased since 2018, where the number of TB cases was 6,116,536 cases, and in 2019 there were 10,400,000 cases of TB worldwide. Indonesia is ranked third highest after India and China. Based on this, there is an alternative care model theory to overcome the environment that can cause TB disease. Nightingale's conceptual model of nursing is one of them, Nightingale sees patients in the context of the entire environment consisting of the physical environment, psychological environment, and social environment. The purpose of this study is to improve health services in improving disease management conditions professionally and bringing individuals into optimal conditions for activities through fundamental initiatives that affect the environment. This study uses a method that is a nursing process approach based on the selected nursing theory. Techniques used in data collection are interviews, observation, physical examination and nursing care. The results showed that Florence's assessment focuses more on environmental conditions (physical, psychological and social environment). Focused on the individual's relationship with  the  environment,  namely:  lack  of  information  about environmental hygiene, ventilation, garbage disposal, environmental pollution, social communication and others.

Abstract

Myra Estrin Levine's theory has a central role in guiding nursing practitioners in providing holistic care with a focus on understanding and meeting basic human needs. This study explores the application of this theory in nursing practice, highlighting the challenges of integrating the theory's principles into daily practice. Through a case study of a patient with a history of hypertensive disease and a kidney transplant, we demonstrate an attempt to apply the theory to formulate nursing diagnoses and design appropriate interventions. Although providing a solid foundation, the limitations of the theory, such as the focus on individualized disease and lack of support for health promotion, raise questions about the relevance and sustainability of application in diverse clinical contexts. Evaluation of an intervention based on Levine's conservation principles indicated improvements in thermoregulation and a decrease in patient anxiety. The conclusions highlight the need for further research to understand the application of this theory in a changing healthcare context, with in-depth reflection on the challenges and opportunities in applying its principles.
