Abstract

Another thing is that the delivery of information is no longer from media A or media B, but social media, which is currently growing among the public, making information barriers no longer hanky, which means that within seconds the information conveyed will be received immediately without waiting for news on TV. or the national media reports, therefore a social media is not only limited to showing one's sociality but can deliver news in a few seconds to the public's proper rights. This phenomenon occurs because access to information is unlimited and no longer sees age restrictions to be able to access these media such as Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, line, tiktok are no longer obstacles for someone to download and open access to find the information he needs or without it. realizing that the information appears automatically makes someone curious and wants to know more about it. The method in this study was a literature review of the Library with a descriptive approach and field surveys that took a sample of 68 male LGBT respondents in the DKI Jakarta area. From the survey data above, it produces a surprising conclusion, namely the generation that is currently growing and developing is a generation that is not blind to technology but sensitive to technology compared to previous generations where all aspects that were previously closed and taboo at the present time have become hallmarks of technology. umrah among generation Z, the fear of researchers when they are caught and talk to them is that LGBT treatment has entered junior and senior high school students, where this generation is the next generation, and the prevalence of male sexually transmitted diseases in society is very high, ranging in 1 year in 2021 in DKI Jakarta 20,583 people.

Abstract

Heavy metal pollution including benzene is a serious problem in both developed and developing countries like Indonesia. Benzene pollution is closely related to mining processes, motor vehicle fumes and industries that use benzene raw materials such as fuel oil which contains toxic chemicals. Fuel oil can produce vapor or gas in the air which has a negative impact on human health. This study aims to determine the exposure of benzene to Pertamina gas station attendants in the East Medan District. This study used an analytic observational research design with a cross-sectional study approach. The sample in this study was taken using the total sampling method, namely 40 respondents. The results of this study were that there was a significant relationship between benzene exposure and the respondent's working hours with p=0.004, there was a significant relationship between benzene exposure and the respondent's working period with p=0.000, and a significant relationship between benzene exposure and smoking habits with a p=0.001. The conclusion of this study is that benzene can accumulate in the body for a long time. The accumulation of benzene in the body, especially for gas station workers, can be influenced by several factors, including long working hours, working hours that are more than normal working hours, and smoking habits. Apart from blood and urine specimens, benzene accumulation in a person's body can also be detected in other specimens such as hair because hair can store accumulated chemicals in the body for a long time.

The purpose of the study presented in this research is to investigate the practices and benefits of JSA in a case study of electrical construction projects where the level of hazards and risks is greater than other construction projects. In electrical construction projects at PLN, the use of JSA facilitates the identification of hazards and risk assessment. The objective of the study presented in this research is to investigate the practices and benefits of JSA in a case study of electrical construction projects where the level of hazards and risks is greater than other construction projects. The research model employs a qualitative approach to investigate the practices and benefits of JSA in the construction industry during electrical work processes. The qualitative study consists of interviews with workers, direct observation of the work processes at PLN's 150 kV Tanjung-Jati re-conductoring SUTT project, and analysis of work documents. JSA in PLN construction work is useful for facilitating the identification of hazards and risks. Safety briefings can be conducted to remind workers about the hazards and risks they face and provide instructions according to work procedures and proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
