Abstract

This paper discussed the best practice experiences of English teachers in using technology applications during the disruption of the COVID-19. This study also understood teachers' opinions about the reasons that require them to use learning technology. The author's observations on distance learning and semi- structured interviews were methods of obtaining the data. Based on the data analysis and discussion, this paper reveals that the superior practice of teachers using distance learning applications is a professional need for English teachers as the implementation of government policies to close schools and open classes remotely. To meet the demands of student learning, the use of learning applications is part of the learning solution in the era of pandemic disruption. The school's policy is that the best access to learning was by applying learning technology handled professionally. This study also understands that the main factors in the use of learning applications by teachers and students are the use of technology in the digital era to improve competence and learning outcomes in English. The author also understands that the technology learning approach  is  constructive  for  teachers  and  students  with technological pedagogical beliefs. Therefore, these skills must be sustainable to improve teachers' teaching competencies and professionalism as an educational approach to the technocultural approach

Abstract

We carried out this study to analyze several scientific pieces of evidence on the sustainability of the use of technology in the context of post-pandemic higher education learning. We got several kinds of literature in the form of scientific evidence from several publications released between 2010 and 2020, which we obtained electronically with keyword-based searches such as “technology uses," "sustainability Education," higher education" post-Covid-19," and technology in learning." To get answers to the questions of this study, we analyzed the data under another phenomenon approach which involved data coding techniques, data evaluation, data interpretation, and valid and reliable conclusions. Based on existing data and discussion of the results, we can conclude that the analysis of scientific evidence shows that the continued use of technology in teaching in higher education is an effort made to harmonize learning in the 21st century, which prioritizes technology adoption to accelerate learning outcomes in tertiary institutions. This result will be a helpful insight into the following studies

Abstract

It is undeniable that the use of technology in today's era has made educators literate about technology. Of course there needs to be guidance from a supervisor so that the technology used can facilitate learning to be as effective as possible. Effective technology will help complete the task of an educator. Science and Technology (Science and Technology) requires us as educators to continue learning. If we are a little careless in learning, we will certainly be left behind by technological developments, including the students being taught. In this study, we used the type of library research research, where the sources used were from someone who had conducted a study, of course, from various journals that were used as references. This study uses a qualitative approach. The focus of learning supervision objectives is the income of learning objectives which are the responsibility of the principal and teacher. Boss positions include: Researcher, Consultant or Advocate, Provider, Motivator, Innovation Pioneer. A supervisor must have the competence to guide and motivate teachers to use technology in learning, in order to achieve effective and efficient educational goals. Teachers and other learning resources are responsible for controlling teaching activities. In this case, the classroom teacher controls students' discipline and interest in learning, while the supervisor is only responsible for guiding and motivating the teacher.
