Abstract

One of God's ways in educating humans is by using the story method in the Qur'an. With that method, humans can take the moral message in it, without feeling indoctrinated. Even the educational messages contained therein will be easier to digest and interesting. The main purpose of the narrative of the Qur'an is as a lesson for humans, related to its two functions, namely having to worship God and as khalîfah who must prosper the earth. By using a descriptive-analytic method and a thematic interpretation approach, this article describes the various educational values in the Qur'anic story. monotheism, intellectual, moral, sexual, spiritual, and also democracy.

Abstract

The Qur'an was revealed to the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) gradually over a period of approximately 23 years. Some of the verses of the Qur'an were revealed in the city of Mecca and some were revealed in the city of Medina, some were revealed in the summer, and some were revealed in the winter, some were sent down while traveling, and some were revealed at night. as well as during the day. This condition aroused the attention of scholars and commentators to conduct further research on the Qur'an, especially with regard to the place where the verse was revealed, thus giving rise to a new knowledge of the Qur'an in order to gain a complete understanding of understanding and interpreting the verses of the Qur'an, namely Makki and Madani Science. According to the commentators, Makkiyah and Madaniyah include issues of space, time, subject and content. And the benefits of studying this knowledge include being able to distinguish between Nasikh and Mansukh verses, knowing the characteristics of Makki and Madani language styles in the Qur'an, and this knowledge is very useful for the Mufassir, namely as a tool in the interpretation of the verses. Abstract

The concept of verses and letters that fall into the categories of makkiyah and madaniyah. Where are various orders or prohibitions in the Shari'a based on makkiyah and madaniyah arguments. Al-Qur'an is the word of Allah SWT which was revealed to Rasulullah SAW through the intermediary of the angel Gabriel. The period of his descent is divided into two periods, namely before and after the hijrah of Rasulullah SAW. In general, the verses revealed in Mecca and its surroundings before the hijrah are called Makkiyah, and the verses revealed in Medina and its surroundings after the hijrah are called Madaniyah

Abstract

The Qur'an is a guide for mankind that lays the principal foundations in all matters of life and is a universal book, which is the main foundation of Muslims and a way of life for its adherents. This study has its own procedure so that it is considered that there is no difference in making scientific papers. Abstract

Abstract

Islamic banking as part of the world of banking is a development of economic and financial concepts. This type of research uses qualitative methods by examining the juridical, sociological and philosophical legal basis relating to wakalah, kafalah and hawalah in the activities of Islamic finance company services. The results of this study indicate that the study of the legal basis regarding wakalah, kafalah and hawalah juridically, sociologically and philosophically both theoretically and practically, can be used for the activities of Islamic finance company services. This is supported by authentic hadiths, Compilation of Sharia Economic Law, opinions of (classical) Islamic scholars, fatwas of the MUI National Sharia Council (contemporary scholars) and regulations from the Financial Services Authority (OJK). In practice, this activity enforces mutual help for the sake of solidarity among people, so that they do not only seek profit but also receive benefits together
