Abstract

The purpose of this study to determine: 1) Competence, Motivation, Corporate Culture and Performance of Employees in the Private-owned Politechnic; 2) to determine the effect of Competence on Employee Performance, 3) to determine the effect of motivation on employee performance; 4) to determine the effect of Company Culture Employee Performance; 5) to determine the effect of Competence, Motivation and the Culture Company simultaneously on Employee Performance Private-owned Politechnic. The method is a method of research used census (population) of 121 respondents using descriptive analysis and verifikatif. From the results of descriptive analysis showed that the total effect of Competency (X1) of the Employee Performance (Y) of 26.16%, the total effect of motivation (X2) of the Employee Performance (Y) of 32.40%, and the total effect of Work Culture (X3) Performance of Employees (Y) of 25.22%. While the influence of Competence, Motivation, Corporate Culture of Performance jointly or simultaneously have the effect of a total of 83.79%.

Abstract

Organizing good governance depends on the readiness of the State apparatus, especially the civil servants. The presence of employees who can provide excellent services leads to this achievement. Besides, the situation can be obtained if the employees have the job satisfaction. When the employees have the high internal motivation and excellent ability in completing their tasks, the job satisfaction can be improved. This study aims to determine the effect of internal motivation and competency on employee job satisfaction in one of the government agencies in West Bandung Regency. The samples were 71 people. The data analysis technique of this research is the path analysis approach. Partially and simultaneously, the intrinsic motivation and competency have a significant effect on employee job satisfaction.

Abstract

Employee performance in the government environment is the spearhead for the State to provide the excellent service. This study aims to determine the performance of employees who are influenced by the leadership function, organizational culture and competence possessed by the employees. Research method of this study is the quantitative approach with a sample of local government employees. The results of the study show that employee performance is proven to be influenced by the leadership functions, organizational culture and competence.

Abstract

In recent times, the level of business competition is hugely dynamic and complex. Moreover, the competition is full of uncertainties. It causes the companies to create the competitiveness that can be achieved in creative and innovative ways. One way to support the company profits is the consumer decisions which is caused by the satisfactory product quality and the interactive promotional efforts. This study attempts to determine the effect of product quality and promotion on purchase decisions of distro’s products in Bandung. The distro customers are the samples to prove the hypothesis. The research hypothesis has a significant effect. Thus, it can be said that excellent product quality and interactive promotion lead the consumers to buy distro’s products.

Abstract

This research conducted at the Directorate of National SAR Agency Facilities, and Infrastructure, Results of the Preliminary Study Shows that the Employee Performance of the Directorate of National SAR Agency Facilities and Facilities is not optimal. The lack of optimal Employee Performance at the Directorate of National SAR Agency Facilities and Infrastructure is allegedly due to Work Motivation, Compensation, and Human Resource Development which are still low. Departing from the above phenomena, the problems formulated in this study are as follows: How to work motivation, compensation, human resource development, and employee performance of the Directorate of National SAR Agency's Facilities and Facilities. How significant is the influence of Work Motivation, Compensation, and Human Resource Development on the Performance of Employees of the National SAR Agency Infrastructure and Facilities Directorate both partially and simultaneously. The research method used was descriptive analysis method, with a population of 39 people, and all of them used as respondents (survey). Data analysis techniques used are correlation analysis techniques to determine the degree of closeness of the relationship between research variables and path analysis to assess the effect of both direct and indirect independent variables on the dependent variable. In its operation, SPSS 20 and Excel software used. The results showed that there was a significant effect of work motivation, compensation and development of human resources on the performance of employees of the National SAR Agency's Directorate of Facilities and Infrastructure at 80.12%.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the permanent lecturer job satisfaction of the University of X in the city of Bandung, permanent lecturer organizational commitment of the University of X in Bandung, a permanent lecturer at University X in Bandung, service quality at the University of X in Bandung. Organizational Citizenship Behavior, the magnitude of the influence of organizational commitment on Permanent Organizational Citizenship Behavior of University X in Bandung, the influence of Organizational Citizenship Behavior on the Quality of Service and the influence of job satisfaction and organizational commitment on the quality of University services X in the city of Bandung. This research conducted at the University of X in the city of Bandung. The population in this study were 64 Permanent Lecturers at the Faculty of Economics, University of Bandung.Based on the purpose of the research to be carried out, the research method used is descriptive analysis to describe the nature of something and examine the causes of a particular phenomenon and answering questions concerning something at the time of the ongoing research process. The analysis used is path analysis and using the SPSS program. Based on the results of the study, it appears that job satisfaction has a direct influence of 20.34%, the indirect effect of job satisfaction through organizational commitment is 12.43%, so the total effect of job satisfaction is 32.77%. Organizational commitment has a direct influence of 27.14%, the indirect effect of organizational commitment through job satisfaction is 12.43%, so the total influence of organizational commitment is 39.57%. The overall total effect is 72.34%. The effect of other factors not examined on Organizational Citizenship Behavior is indicated by the value = 0.2766 or 27.66% and the magnitude of the influence of Organizational Citizenship Behavior on service quality is 75.3%, the effect of other factors not examined on service quality is indicated by the value = 0.247 or equal to 24.7%.

Abstract

This research wants to determine the influence of earning per share (EPS) caused of stock prices at PT Panin Sekuritas Tbk., which listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange. The research sample used data the development of earning per share and stock prices PT Panin Sekuritas Tbk. A method of the research uses simple linier regression test. The research results show that the coefficients determination obtained correlation value (R) from of 0,593 or 59.3 % which showed that dependent variable and independent variable having positive strong correlation, while value the coefficients determination R adjused r2 out of 0,352 or 35.2 %. However statistical tests and the results of SPSS showed that from variable x (EPS) have tcount 0,777. This value is smaller than ttable 2.616. This showed variable EPS statistically have significant impact on the price of shares in PT Panin Sekuritas Tbk.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the application of the Rich Media Advertising dimension to purchasing decisions. The population in this study were service users who had purchased packages in the past three years. This study involved 100 service users as research subjects taken randomly. This study uses research instruments in the form of questionnaires and interview guidelines. Both instruments validated before being applied to the study sample. Furthermore, the data obtained were analyzed using Path analysis. The results of the study indicate that: (1) There is a Significant Effect of Streaming Audio on purchasing decisions. (2) There is a Significant Effect of Streaming Video on purchasing decisions. (3) There is a Significant Effect of the Applets That Allow User Interaction on purchasing decisions. (4) There is a Significant Effect of Special Effect that has a significant effect on purchasing decisions. Based on these findings it can be concluded that Rich Media Advertising has a significant influence on purchasing decisions with a percentage of influence of 51.4%.

Abstract

As an agricultural country Indonesia has a lot of natural potential that can be used as export base, for example is cocoa. Unfortunately, most of the cocoa products are still exported in raw form. Even if, Indonesia also imports cocoa in the form of seeds or in processed form. As a result, there are muchlost value added of cocoa. The lost value added of cocoa is measured by the difference between processed cocoa and raw cocoa exports. The loss of added value can actually become Indonesia's revenue potential. The purpose of this research is to lose the added value of Indonesian cocoa products during the period 2009-2018. In addition, the lost value added of cocoa is also forecasted until the end of 2018. The technique used to forecast is by ARIMA method. It estimates that lost value added of cocoa every month until December 2018. The increase in lost valueadded will give benefit for Indonesianif they can undertake theirs own processing of cocoa products and publishing them to the international market in the form of processed product. Therefore, it is necessary to start to develop alternatives such as the development of production-based agro-industries, especially on the concept of cocoa, and the application of One Village One Product (OVOP) concept in order to increase cocoa productivity and minimize domestic competition.

Abstract

The problem that becomes the study of this research is about employee promotion decisions. The core of the study focused on the factors that influence employee promotion decisions. One of these factors is communication, namely formal communication. Based on this, the main problem revealed in this study is there any influence of formal communication on employee promotion decisions. The research method used is the descriptive method, with questionnaire data collection techniques on a scale of five Likert categories, to 54 employees who have experienced appointment at the Regional Civil Service Agency of West Java Province. The data analysis technique used is a simple regression test. Based on the calculations obtained by the results of alternative hypotheses stating "There is the Effect of Formal Communication (X) on Employee Promotion Decision Making (Y) in the Regional Civil Service Agency of West Java Province." While the magnitude of the influence of formal communication on employee promotion decisions is equal to 15.60%, the remaining 84.4% influenced by other factors
