Abstract

Alco is a small and medium businesses producing knit sweaters. Alco admitted about an increase in sales after endorsement to celebrity endorser. But there is a decline in sales in the mid 2016 even Alco been using celebrity endorser. From the initial survey results that the researcher conducted to prove recognition of Alco, these survey results showed that respondents knew Alco online shop and make a purchase decision from celebrity endorser, word of mouth, and explore Instagram. Inside Instagram, in addition to celebrity endorser that can affect a person's buying decision contained in a photo caption in the social media Instagram. And from the caption can be said as a word of mouth expressed by consumers an online shop on Instagram. explore Instagram is a feature from Instagram Thus, this study uses independent variable celebrity endorser and word of mouth. This study was conducted to know the influence of celebrity endorser and word of mouth partially and simultaneously on the purchase decision of sweater in an online shop Alco in social media Instagram. The type of research used is descriptive and causal research with the method used is quantitative. This study was involving 100 respondents of Alco consumers in social media Instagram. The sampling technique was using a non-probability sampling type of incidental sampling. This study uses multiple regression analysis technique. The results showed that simultaneously celebrity endorser and word of mouth are significantly influencing purchase decisions. Partially celebrity endorser and word of mouth are significantly influencing purchase decisions.

Abstract

Bandung is known as a creative city and created a community of creative communities called Bandung Creative City Forum (BCCF). BCCF as a hub organization, BCCF is founded largely by Community, Individual, Creative Entrepreneur, Nonprofit and Creativity Creator in Bandung or whose field of work or activity intersect very closely with the world of creativity and innovation. BCCF provides opportunities to maximize their potentials, gain resources and support young entrepreneurs through networking and partnerships established by BCCF and NGADUide communities to create creative entrepreneurs, whether individuals or communities, especially for younger generations of Bandung to supporting the creative economy of Indonesia.

Abstract

Train is the passenger and goods transport services which can carry large loads over long distances or at close range, train travel is not affected by the weather so many people are choosing this mode of transportation. One types of train that Railways Serayu, which is a train route Pasar Senen-Purwokerto. There is a problem on trains serayu relating to hotchpotch marketing services and satisfaction passengers. This study aims to to see how hotchpotch marketing services, satisfaction passengers and influence hotchpotch marketing services to satisfaction train passengers serayu simultaneously and partial. This research using quantitative methods. This type of research is descriptive and causal, with questionnaire collection methods. Based on descriptive analysis, service marketing mix on Serayu train have a percentage of 76,25%, it is in good category. Passenger satisfaction has a percentage of 75,47%, it shows in the good category. The results of this research are the of marketing mix consisting of product, price, place, promotion, people, process, physical environment simultaneously significantly influence passenger satisfaction amounted to 84,8%, while the remaining 15,2% influenced by other variables not examined in this study. Variable product, price, place and promotion partially not significantly affect passenger satisfaction. Variables people, process, and partially physical environment significantly influence passenger satisfaction.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of Work Environment, Work Discipline, Creative Behavior-Innovative Partially on Teacher Performance. This research was conducted in one of high school in Bandung with sample of 73 teachers through questionnaire, direct observation and interview technique. Variable Work Environment, Work Discipline and Creative Behavior - Innovative functions as independent variable (Independent), while the Performance Teacher variables serve as dependent variable (dependent). To test hypothesis is used path analysis and simple regression by determining level of significance 0,05 with program of SPSS version 20 and Microsoff Excel. Based on this research, the findings are as follows: Total Effect of Work Environment (X1) on Teacher Performance (Y) of 10.2%, Total Effect of Work Discipline (X2) on Teacher Performance (Y) of 17.1%, Total Influence Creative Behavior -Innovative to Teacher Performance (Y) of 61.6%, Total Influence of these three variables of 88.9%. From these results it can be concluded that the influence of Creative-Innovative Behavior in teaching has the greatest effect on Teacher Performance.

Abstract

The aim of this study was to test the slippery slope model in the taxpayer compliance framework. The method used in this research is quantitative analysis method by doing confirmatory factor analysis testing where the technique used in collecting data is done through questionnaires and sampling technique with nonprobability sampling counted 167 respondents. Based on the results obtained proved that the dimension of trust and dimension of power is the compulsory taxpayer form factor. The trust dimension can explain taxpayer compliance as big as the dimension of the power can explain to the extent that the overall dimension can account for 62,61% of taxpayer compliance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the magnitude of the influence of auditor independence on audit quality. The population in this study is the auditor who works on the KAP in Bandung. The sampling technique used purposive sampling method with 30 samples. Data analysis technique used is verificative analysis technique. Result of hypothesis test in this research show that auditor independence has positive and significant effect to audit quality equal to 55,60% and the rest is 44,40% influenced by another factor. To improve the quality of audits, the auditor in performing their duties independently without getting pressure from clients or parties so as to produce a quality audit.

Abstract

Production of PT. Dahana in 2011-2016 continues to increase, 3 main sectors such as services, Drilling & Blasting, Explosive Manufacturig continue to increase. In order to maintain its existence in the service industry and manufacturing explosives, PT. Dahana continues to make improvements on all lines of the company by applying Total Quality Management / integrated quality management. The implementation of quality management emphasizes the needs of service users both at home and abroad. The quality improvements applied to Total Quality Management focus on improving the quality of output, and reducing production costs but productivity and quality are increasing. Based on it is interesting to see the implementation of integrated management system that has been run by the management of PT. Dahana Subang in an effort to maintain its existence increase production in the range of 2011-2016. The method used in this research is qualitative. And the results obtained that the principles of integrated quality management are running well, in addition to the renewal of management system is done with the design of SIMADA (Quality Management System Dahana) for the quality of service and Manufacturing is maintained quality.

Abstract

In managing the organization, there must be an appropriate strategy to regulate the workers to work as a team. The primary goal is achieving the optimum goal. Likewise, the existing organization at school must implement the proper strategies to produce the excellent teachers’ performance. The organizational culture and teachers’ competence influence their performance in an organization. This study aims to determine the impact of organizational culture and pedagogical competence on teachers’ performance. This study examined a population of teachers in a high school in Bandung. The data analysis technique of this study is path analysis. The results reveal that there is an influence of organizational culture and pedagogical competence on teachers’ performance. This finding indicates a conducive organizational culture and adequate pedagogical competence improve the teachers’ performance.

Abstract

The study aims to identify factors contributing in customers’ dissatisfaction in using the internet banking and analyze bank's efforts in minimizing customer dissatisfaction. Data were collected by interview from 20 customer informants and 3 bank official informant in Indonesia within the scope of internet banking management duties. Data analysis was performed by using qualitative approach. Customer dissatisfaction using internet banking include difficulties in operating; unbalanced internet banking access; security concerns; lack of adequate resources; and incomplete internet banking features. There are two determinants of customer dissatisfaction in using internet banking including internal factors and external factors. Internal factors include customer knowledge, customer learning abilities, and resource capabilities. External factors include technology and service performance. The optimization of bank services to minimize customer dissatisfaction is directed to four factors: Customer Involvement; Business Intelligence; Infrastructure of Technology and Human Resources; Socialization and Education.

Abstract

Nowadays, the communication equipment companies face the fierce competition. The company tries to be the market leader. Based on data obtained in the last five years, Samsung is the smartphone market leader that topped the ranks in any types of communication equipment. Now, technology is a tool that enables people to connect with one another easily. The population in this study is all consumers of Samsung products in Bandung. The variables as brand image, brand trust, and product quality are used to explain the consumer preferences. The 100 people were used as samples based on the Green model. This study tries to find the impact of customer preferences that influence the buying interest. This study uses primary data by distributing the questionnaires to the consumers of Samsung products in Bandung. The sampling technique used in this study is the non-probability sampling with purposive sampling technique. The research uses the quantitative method, and the analytical tool is the multiple regression analysis. SPSS is the software that supports this research. The results show that all research variables both simultaneously and partially affect buying interest.
