Abstract

Determining the impact of Subjective Well-Being and Psychology Capital on Employee Performance at the BJB Bank Makassar Branch Office is the primary objective of this study. Quantitative research methods were used in this study. Within this investigation, 48 participants were selected as a sample. This study used SPSS-assisted multiple linear regression analysis on data collected from respondents and records kept at the BJB Bank Makassar Branch Office. This study found that employees' subjective well-being and psychological capital had a favourable and statistically significant impact on their performance at the Bank BJB Makassar Branch. Employee performance at Bank BJB's Makassar Branch is primarily affected by the psychological capital variable, out of the two significant independent factors.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the influence of Psychological Contracts, Job Satisfaction, and Organizational Commitment on employee performance at Pegadaian Region Makassar. The research method used is a quantitative approach by collecting data from 78 respondents who are employees of Pegadaian Makassar Region, using a certain sampling technique. Data collection was carried out through distributing questionnaires that measured these variables using a Likert scale. Data analysis was carried out using multiple linear regression to see the simultaneous influence of independent variables on the dependent variable. The results of the analysis show that the Psychological Contract, Job Satisfaction and Organizational Commitment have a significant positive effect on employee performance. This research provides important insights for management in improving employee performance by paying attention to psychological aspects and commitment to the organization. The results of this research show that there is a positive and significant influence of the Psychological Contract, Job Satisfaction, and Organizational Commitment on employee performance at PT Pegadaian Region Makasar. These findings underscore the importance of management relationships and communication between management and employees in the organizational context. By strengthening a positive psychological contract, increasing job satisfaction, and maintaining commitment to the organization, PT Pegadaian can optimize employee productivity and work quality.

Abstract

The Effect of Job Stress and Organizational Culture on Employee abilty at the Gowa Regency Regional Financial Management Agency (BPKD) (Guided by Edy Jumady and Niken Probondani Astuti). This research aims to determine and analyze the effect of job stress and the effect of organizational culture on the at the Gowa Regency Regional Financial Management Agency (BPKD). Data collection used primary data obtained from questionnaires and documentation from 32 respondents, employees of the Regional Financial Management Agency (BPKD) of Gowa Regency. This sample is a saturated sample which makes the total population the total sample size. The results of the questionnaire have been tested for validity and reliability, and classical assumptions in the form of normality, heteroscedasticity and multicollinearity assumptions have also been tested. The data analysis methods used are descriptive statistical analysis methods, multiple linear regression and hypothesis test.

Abstract

The Influence of Work Environment and Workload on Employee Job Satisfaction at PT. Citrasulawesi Sejahtera. The purpose of this research is to test and analyze the variables that have the most dominant influence, namely work environment variables and workload on employee job satisfaction variables, where this research uses a quantitative approach with the research population of employees at PT. Citrasulawesi Sejahtera has 150 employees. And a sample of 60 respondents with multiple linear regression analysis method using the SPSS application. The results of this research indicate that the Work Environment and Workload variables have a significant positive effect on employee job satisfaction.

Abstract

The influence of authentic leadership and work engagement on psychological. This research was conducted with the main objective of knowing and analyzing and making scientific contributions related to authentic leadership and work engagement to psychological capital in the Makassar class A search and rescue office. This study had a population of 119 with 49 total samples. This study used incidental sampling techniques through the application of saturated samples. This study used several statistical tests, including: validity, reliability, normality test, multicollinearity test, heterokedasticity test, t test, F test, multiple linear regression analysis test, and determination coefficient test. The research found that authentic leadership had a positive but not significant influence on psychological capital. This is because the calculated t-test value of authentic leadership is smaller than the table t, which is 1.788 < 2.012 with a significance of 0.080. Work engagement has a positive and significant influence on psychological capital. In other words, the study found the calculated t value of work engagement was greater than the table t of 5.219 > 2.012 with a significance of 0.000.

Abstract

This research aims to find and produce an analysis of the influence of organizational culture and organizational communication on the performance of PT. Zam-Zam Utama Makassar employees. The respondents in this research were employees who worked within PT Zam-Zam Utama Makassar. The number of respondents sampled in this research was 38 people and was based on a random sampling method. This research uses multiple linear regression analysis techniques or models with the help of SPSS 22 software. Based on the method above, the results of this research show that organizational culture and organizational communication have a significant influence, partially or simultaneously, on employee performance at PT. Zam-Zam Utama Makassar. and the percentage shows that 23.2% of employee performance can be explained by communication and organizational culture.
