Abstract

Plant growth promoting rhizobacteria (PGPR) is a bacterial colonization of plant roots that can stimulate the growth of plants directly or indirectly. The PGPR mechanism indirectly results in plant growth as it suppresses the growth of phytopathogen. This study aims to determine the ability of Pseudomonas sp. and Bacillus sp. in controlling the pathogenic root fungal pathogenic fungi. Isolates in this study were Pseudomonas sp. Crb 3, Crb 17, Crb 17i, Crb 68 and Bacillus sp. Cr 24, Cr 44, Cr 66 co-inoculated with B. japonicum in soybean plants in greenhouses. An antagonistic activity test was performed on all isolates and all isolates showed no antagonistic activity. Treatment of combination of strain Pseudomonas sp.Crb 17, Crb 17i and Bacillus sp. Cr 24 inoculated with B. japonicum suppresses the growth of root rot fungi and increases peroxidase. Therefore, Pseudomonas sp. Crb 17, Crb 17i and Bacillus sp. Cr 24 can be used as a biocontrol agent for pathogenic fungi causing plant root disease.

Abstract

This study aims to develop new procedures in optimal neuro fuzzy modeling for time series data. Specifically in this research, the development of new procedure in modeling fuzzy Takagi-Sugeno-Kang order one for time series data which parameter-parametemic determination is done by singular value and neural network decomposition method, in order to obtain method of forming neuro fuzzy model for time series data optimal. In this research, we have developed a procedure to get the optimal Takagi-Sugeno-Kang fuzzy model for time series data by optimizing the parameter value search in consequence of fuzzy rule using singular value decomposition method. A new model of neuro fuzzy modeling is optimized, the fuzzy model whose parametem optimization is based on the neural network by the singular value decomposition method. Parameters in consequent part of the rule of fuzzy are optimized by the singular value decomposition method and the parameters in the antecedent part of the fuzzy rule are optimized based on neural network backpropagation with gradient descent method.

Abstract

This study aims to design and implement adaptive e-learning technology to address the diversity of student learning styles. This system is expected to overcome the problems of conventional e-learning that gives the same material to each user. This research uses the R D approach. The research procedure includes: (a) analysis, (b) design, (c) implementation, and (d) evaluation. Analysis of consistency and accuracy of the contents carried out on the data at the stage of analysis and design. Descriptive analysis is performed on all data that can be tabulated so that meaningful. The result of this research is adaptive e-learning model to the diversity of student learning style. In the development process is generated also documentation needs description, function description, main features, architecture, and use case diagrams. The e-learning model is implemented with LMS Moodle and the adaptive function is made in module form. Performance, the first system identifies the trend of learning styles through a questionnaire that is Visual, Auditory, or Kinesthetic. Furthermore scores are used by the system as the basis for giving different materials to the students.

Abstract

Penelitian  ini bertujuan  untuk mengetahui  karakter  SnOz, kemampuan  adsorpsi  dan kepekaan  mikrosensor  timah oksida terhadap  etanol. Timah  oksida (SnOz) disintesis melalui  metode  sol-gel.  Terbentuknya  Sn02  dipelajari  dengan  cara membandingkan difraktrogram  Sn02 hasil sintesis dengan difraktogram  standar JCPDS. Adsorpsi etanol pada permukaan  SnOz dipelajari  berdasar  spektra FTIR sebelum dan sesudah proses adsorpsi. Daya adsorpsi Sn02 terhadap etanol pada berbagai waktu pemaparan ditentukan dengan  menggunakan  metode  Micro Conway Diffusion. Konduktivitas  listrik  Sn02 sebelum dan sesudah adsorpsi pada berbagai waktu pemaparan  ditentukan berdasarkan resistansi Sn02. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa  Sn02  berhasil  disintesis berdasarkan kemiripan  puncak  pada difraktogram  hasil sintesis  dengan puncak  pada  difraktogram standar, yaitu pada 29: 26,48; 33,87; 51,72. Adsorbsi Sn02 terhadap etanol ditunjukkan dengan adanya serapan baru pada 1300-1000 em" (serapan khas gugus -CO). Daya adsorpsi per gram Sn02 pada waktu pemaparan 3, 10, dan 30 menit masing-masing adalah 0,0222 g, 0,0224 g, dan 0,0226 g. Konduktivitas  listrik Sn02 sebelum proses adsorpsi adalah 2,042x10-5 S/cm. Konduktivitas  SnOz sesudah proses adsorpsi terhadap etanol cair pada waktu pemaparan  3, 5, 10, 20, dan 30 menit secara berurutan  adalah 94,783x10-5 , 82,935x10-5 , 66,348x10-5 , 64,730x10-5 dan  63,189x10-5 S/cm. Konduktivitas SnOz terhadap gas etanol pada waktu pemaparan 3, 5 dan 10 menit secara berurutan adalah 0,332xlO-5, 0,295x10-5 dan 0,265x10-5 S/cm.

Abstract

Modification of vanillin structure to vanililacetone and divanililaseton and its activity test as antioxidant and anticancer have been done. The structural modification is carried out by condensation of the crosslinked aldol in an alkaline atmosphere with the aqueous ethanol solvent for 3 hours at 10 ° C. The antioxidant activity test on the synthesis compound was done by deoxyribose degradation method, while the anticancer activity test was done by MTT method. The results of antioxidant activity test show that the divanililaseton with IC50 is 873 ug / ml. more active than vanililacetone with IC50 of 11,765 ug / ml .. IC50 data for anticancer activity against cancer cell HeLa vanilinaseton and divanilinaseton respectively of 51.68 and 10.26 ug / ml. These results show that both compounds are very toxic to HeLa cancer cells.

Abstract

The yellow passion fruit (Passiflora edulis var. Jlavicarpa) is formulated into a nutraceutical product in the form of a gummy candies preparation. Furthermore, various tests of gummy candies produced were organoleptic test, weight uniformity test, and favorite level test. Based on the results of the research, yellow passion fruit (Passiflora edulis var.jlavicarpa) can be formulated into good nutraceutical products in the form of gummy candies preparations. The result of organoleptic test showed that the preparation of gummy candies formula 3 with the base of mannitol and corn syrup (25%: 75%) had the best form, color, taste, odor and texture compared to other formula. Based on the results of uniformity test weight is known that the variation in the ratio of mannitol and corn syrup as the basis of gummy candies does not affect the uniformity of weight but affects the form of gummy candies preparations. Based on the results of hedonic test of respondents for the parameters of shape, color, taste, odor, and texture of gummy candies of passion fruit essence, formula 3 is the most preferred formula by the respondents.

Abstract

Boraks digunakan  sebagai pengenyal  dan pengawet  makanan mempunyai  efek negatif terhadap kesehatan, sehingga perlu dikembangkan  alat yang dapat menguji boraks dalam makanan secara sederhana, cepat, dan praktis. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan  2 tester kit berdasarkan reaksi kimia yang spesifik antara boraks dengan pereaksi tertentu, yaitu  pereaksi barium  klorida  dan  HCI-NaOH-manitol. Penelitian  ini  dilakukan menggunakan metode penelitian  pengembangan.  Model pengembangan  yang digunakan adalah model prosedural. Pengembangan tester kit melalui beberapa tahap, yaitu: a) tahap perencanaan:  pemilihan pereaksi yang spesifik secara teoritis (kajian teoritis), b) tahap pengorganisasian:  uji coba reaksi antara larutan boraks dengan pereaksi  spesifik  dan penentuan komposisi stoikiometris antara pereaksi dengan boraks, c) tahap pelaksanaan: penyusunan tester kit, prosedur uji, keterangan fungsi tester, petunjuk keamanan dan cara penyimpanan.  Tester kit yang dikembangkan  terdiri atas a) seperangkat  alat sederhana seperti botol bertutup dan pipet tetes, b) pereaksi  kimia, c) prosedur uji, d) petunjuk keamanan, e) cara penyimpanan,  batas deteksi, akurasi, dan f) keterangan fungsi  tester kit.
