Abstract

The rapid development of technology makes the dissemination of information can be done quickly so that it creates a big influence in society. One example of technological developments in the health sector that is starting to develop is the Hospital Management Information System (SIMRS). The use of information technology can be used to minimize the length of waiting time for outpatients and the provision of medical record documents and help reduce the workload of registration officers. One of the technologies that can be used is QR Code technology which is a link between patient treatment cards and the Hospital Management Information System (SIMRS). The research method uses research and development research with data collection based on interviews and observations. The results of this study are the design of the MNH (Medicine Index Card) with a QR code and the design of a web-based medical record application design by scanning the QR code at the Suaka Insan General Hospital Banjarmasin, namely the login page, dashboard, new patient registration menu, outpatient registration registration menu. old patients, and history of visits.

Abstract

Soil-Transmitted Helminth (STH) is an intestinal nematode worm that infects humans by ingesting its eggs via the fecal-oral route. Soil-Transmitted Helminths (STH) infection is the most common cause of helminthiasis in the world and commonly infects humans, such as species of roundworms (Ascaris lumbricoides), hookworms (Necator americanus and Ancylostoma duodenale), and whipworms (Trichuris trichiura). Indonesia is a developing country that has various risk factors to cause STH infection. The prevalence of STH in Indonesia in general, is still very high at 76.67%, especially in the poor population who have a high risk of contracting this disease, 60% -80% of elementary school children (SD) suffer from worms. This study aims to determine the presence or absence of STH worm eggs and the percentage in the nails of garbage scavengers at TPA Basirih Banjarmasin. This study used a qualitative descriptive research design. The sampling technique used accidental sampling technique with the number of samples taken, namely 39 samples. The results of the study were 2 samples (5%) of garbage scavengers' nails that were positively contaminated with STH eggs of the type Ascaris lumbricoides and 37 samples (95%) negative of STH eggs. This is because respondents are quite good at maintaining personal hygiene at work.

Abstract

Corticosteroids are a group of naturally occurring steroid hormones in humans that are produced by the adrenal cortex. Dexamethasone is the most potent synthetic drug and is a corticosteroid drug that is often used and sought after by the public, because of its ability to treat inflammation and allergies, ten times greater than that of prednisone. This research was conducted using a qualitative descriptive design with prospective data collection. This study uses primary data using a questionnaire. This research method is observational. The sampling technique used is Consecutive sampling, namely by selecting samples that meet the research criteria for a certain period of time so that the number of samples is met. The results of this study obtained as many as 40 respondents. The conclusion of this research as a whole is that the level of public knowledge about the corticosteroid drug dexamethasone at the Nuur Muhammad Banjarmasin pharmacy is included in the fairly good category (77.5%).

Abstract

Clean air is the main human need to support the health of the body so that it can be active with a fit body condition. One of the ingredients in the air is positive and negative ions. But research says that the ions that are good for health are negative ions, negarif ions themselves are usually found in waterfalls, mountains, or beaches. For people who live in urban areas is very difficult to get clean air, because urban air is polluted. Pollutants can also occur in closed rooms. and likely to have a greater impact on health than outdoor pollution. This study aims to create a prototype tool development of ion generator with inverter technology. This study uses an Ion Generator as a producer of negative ions controlled by arduino microcontroller, Dust Sensor (Gpy2y1010au0f) to detect pollutants in the room, LCD (Liquid Crystal Display) as a digital display used to display pollutants detected on the sensor, Buzzer as an indicator when the sensor detects excess pollutants. The results of the kuesioner of material experts obtained 87% and media experts get 84%, which means this tool is very good to use.

Abstract

TOGA is an abbreviation of family medicinal plants (TOGA). In essence, a toga is a piece of land, either in the yard, garden, or field, which is used to cultivate medicinal plants. The goal is to meet the family's medical needs. The existence of family medicinal plants in the home environment is very important, especially for families who do not have easy access to medical services. Understanding the benefits and efficacy of plant species to be safe, natural medicinal plants. The ancient Greeks who triumphed in 800 BC have also used about 63 species of medicinal plants using 657 types of plants. This study aims to describe the level of knowledge, attitudes and actions in the use of family medicinal plants (TOGA) in Sungai Lulut Village, Sungai Tabuk District. This research method uses a descriptive survey with accidental sampling technique, the population in this study are people who live in Sungai Lulut Village, Sungai Tabuk District, amounting to 1,002 people and getting a sample of 111 people. The results of this study indicate the level of knowledge of respondents about the use of TOGA in the category of good knowledge level as many as 29 respondents (26.12%), the level of attitude in the good category as many as 83 respondents (74.77%) and the level of action in the good category as many as 53 respondents (47 ,70%). The conclusion of this study is that the overall level of community knowledge about the use of TOGA plants is quite good (61.71%), the level of community attitude as a whole is good (82.21%) and the level of community action as a whole is quite good (69.90%)

Abstract

Tuberculosis is a disease caused by Mycobacterium tuberculosis. These bacteria are transmitted from human to human through the air. Anti Tuberculosis Drug is the main strategy for controlling TB casses and lessening the chain of transmission. This study aims to determine the lymphocyte count of pulmonary tuberculosis patients who received Anti Tuberculosis Drug. This research used descriptive quantitative method with 23 respondents using venous blood as sample. Based on the results, the amount of respondent with normal lymphocytes were 21 respondents (91.3%), lymphopenia were 2 respondents (8.7%) and none had lymphocytosis (0%). For the results of lymphocytes count based on gender, 1 respondent (4.4%) had lymphopenia and 10 respondents (43.4%) were normal for the male, while for the female, 1 respondent (4.4%) had lymphopenia and 11 respondents (47.8%) were normal. Lymphocyte count results based on age, for productive age, 2 respondents (8.7%) had lymphopenia and 21 respondents (91.7%) were normal. The results of lymphocytes count based on the length of treatment, the intensive phase obtained 2 respondents (8.6%) with lymphopenia and 4 respondents (17.4%) were normal, for the continuation phase 17 respondents (74%) were normal.

Abstract

Tidak sterilnya instrumen dental dapat menyebabkan penularan infeksi dan penyakit menular kepada dokter gigi, perawat gigi, bahkan pasien. Penyakit menular yang sering ditemui dilingkungan perawatan gigi yaitu hepatitis virus B (VHB). Penyebaran VHB dapat melalui cairan tubuh seperti saliva dan darah. Maka dari itu sangat penting agar melakukan proses sterilasasi instrumen dental agar tidak terjadi penularan infeksi dan penyakit menular. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan alat sterilasator kering untuk instrumen dental berbasis kendali bluetooth. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian Research and Devolepment (RnD), penelitian ini diawali dengan menemukan potensi masalah, pengumpulan data, desain produk, validasi desain, revisi desain, dan uji coba produk. Penelitian ini menggunakan sensor suhu thermocouple tipe k dan max6675 untuk mendeteksi suhu panas yang dihasilkan heater, keypad untuk proses input waktu, LCD untuk menampilkan waktu hitung mundur dan suhu yang terdeteksi oleh sensor suhu, modul bluetooth HC-05 sebagai penguhubung antara alat dan smartphone android untuk menghidupkan heater dan memulai waktu hitung mundur, serta relay sebagai saklar yang akan mematikan heater saat suhu =170℃ dan akan hidup kembali saat suhu =160℃. Instrumen dental yang dapat disterilkan oleh alat ini yaitu instrumen yang berbahan stainless. Dari hasil pengujian didapati nilai persentase dari power supply yaitu 99,3%, nilai persentase dari thermocouple tipe k dan max6675 yaitu 98,02% dan nilai persentase dari sensor yaitu 97,39%. Hasil penilaian validasi dari ahli materi mendapatkan nilai 91,25% dan penilaian validasi dari ahli materi mendapatkan nilai 86,81% menjadikan alat ini “Sangat Baik” untuk digunakan.

Abstract

Permasalahan yang diakibatkan peningkatan kasus covid-19 di Indonesia menyebabkan beberapa permasalahan seperti peluapan kebutuhan masker N95 dimasa pandemi covid-19, mahalnya harga masker N95 dimasa pandemi covid-19, kurangnya stok ketersediaan masker N95 di fasilitas kesehatan dan banyak limbah masker N95 dimasa pandemi covid-19. Dari permasalahan diatas dapat diatasi dengan pembuatan alat sterilisasi masker N95 menggunakan komponen lampu UV dan Heater sangat evektif dalam sterilisasi masker N95 karena mampu mempertahankan kualitas masker N95 dan uji kualitas masker N95 mampu membantu dalam mengetahui kelayakan masker N95 melalui pembacaan nilai respirasi masker N95. Alat Sterilisasi masker N95 dilengkapi dengan fitur uji kualitas masker N95 ini digunakan dengan cara memasukkan masker N95 kedalam kotak yang telah disediakan dan disterilisasi selama 60 menit dan untuk uji kualitas masker N95 dengan cara menempelkan masker pada alat pressure dan nilai respirasi masker N95 yang akan dibaca oleh sensor MPX5010dp. Hasil validasi dari ahli materi yang didapat 81% dan ahli media 80% yang berarti alat ini sangat laik untuk digunakan.

Abstract

Pengetahuan dasar dan pemahaman terkait pertolongan pertama sangat penting untuk individu agar dapat memberikan perawatan darurat, dapat juga meminimalisir terjadinya cedera dan keparahan akibat cedera yang ditimbulkan. Di tahun 1980-1990 beberapa pakar sering menggunakan prinsip rehabilitasi olahraga pada penanganan cedera yaitu RICE (Rest, Ice, Compresion, dan Elevation), dan di era milenial, yaitu sejak tahun 2019 rehabilitasi olahraga menggunakan konsep PEACE & LOVE yaitu Protection, Elevation, Avoid anti inflammatories, Compression, Education dan Load, Optimism, Vascularisation, dan Exercise. Tujuan: Mengetahui bagaimana gambaran pengetahuan penanganan cedera akut menggunakan metode PEACE & LOVE pada pemain futsal tipe rekreasi, sehingga pemain dapat melakukan penanganan pertama dan mencegah terjadinya cedera lebih lanjut. Metode Penelitian: Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kualitatif non eksperimen dengan jenis observasional. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah survei deskriptif. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan teknik pengumpulan data, dalam penelitian ini menggunakan tes soal benar-salah (TrueFalse). Hasil: Didapatkan hasil dari 68 pemain futsal tipe rekreasi di Upik Futsal Banjarmasin sebagai responden sebanyak 55 orang (81%) mengetahui tentang penanganan cedera akut metode PEACE & LOVE dan 13 orang (19%) tidak mengetahui. Abstract

Kebanyakan siswa-siswi SMA memiliki jadwal yang padat serta banyak ekstrakulikuler yang diikuti dan fase pertumbuhan yang mengalami masa perubahan cenderung lebih merasa cemas dan rentan terhadap rasa stres yang tinggi, sehingga dapat menimbulkan keluhan muskuloskeletal dapat disebabkan oleh penggunaan tenaga secara repetitif dan pergerakan yang cepat. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui prevalensi regio yang paling banyak mengalami keluhan muskuloskeletal pada siswa-siswi SMAN 11 Banjarmasin dengan metode survei deskriptif menggunakan alat ukur kuesioner Nordic Body Map. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar responden yang paling banyak mengalami keluhan muskuloskeletal berusia 17 tahun dengan persentase 80,3%, berdasarkan distribusi jenis kelamin yang mengalami keluhan muskuloskeletal paling banyak yaitu perempuan dengan persentase 57,6%, berdasarkan distribusi Indeks Massa Tubuh kategori normal paling banyak mengalami keluhan muskuloskeletal dengan persentase 83,3%, dan prevalensi regio yang paling banyak mengalami keluhan muskuloskeletal yaitu pada pinggang dengan nilai rerata 1,90 dan gluteus dengan nilai rerata 1,57.
