Abstract

Anemia is a condition when the number of red blood cells or hemoglobin (Hb) levels in the blood is lower than the normal values ​​for the age group and gender. The decrease in hemoglobin levels is caused by poor diet, lack of iron intake through the food consumed, the amount of iron lost during menstruation, and knowledge of young women with anemia. This study aims to determine the description of hemoglobin levels as an early marker of anemia in female students at the Darul Hijrah Islamic Boarding School, Puteri Martapura. This type of research is qualitative descriptive research with a cross sectional design. The sampling technique used purposive sampling technique and the results obtained were 93 samples. From the results of this research, it was found that some female students experienced anemia, namely hemoglobin levels <12 g/dl. Based on these results, it can be concluded that 48 respondents (52%) experienced anemia, and 45 respondents (48%) did not experience anemia.

Abstract

DPM (Digital Presure Meter) merupakan instrumen alat kalibrasi yang digunakan untuk menentukan tekanan. Berfungsi sebagai tekanan saat hembusan, tekanan hisap, dan tekanan rendah atau tekanan tinggi sekalipun yang disesuaikan dengan keperluan. Penelitian ini bertujuan membuat alat rancang bangun kalibrator yang berfungsi untuk mencatat dan menyimpan hasil pengukuran dengan menggunakan sistem IOT (Internet Of Things) melalui Thingspeak. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif dan metode penelitian berupa Research & Development (R&D), dengan langkah-langkah yang terdiri dari studi pendahuluan, validasi desain, revisi desain, uji coba produk, dan validasi ahli. Hasil pengujian produk dari data lapangan dapat disimpulkan sebagai berikut. Pada pengujian sensor MPX5050GP, nilai pengukuran sensor pada 50 mmHg mendapatkan akurasi sensor sebesar 94,6%. Nilai pengukuran sensor pada 100 mmHg mendapatkan akurasi sensor sebesar 89,1%. Nilai pengukuran sensor pada 150 mmHg mendapatkan akurasi sensor sebesar 81,4%. Nilai pengukuran sensor pada 200 mmHg mendapatkan akurasi sensor sebesar 80,25%. Nilai pengukuran sensor pada 250 mmHg mendapatkan akurasi sensor sebesar 76,36%. Akurasi pengukuran uji banding DPM dengan alat hasil rancang bangun pada masing-masing besaran adalah sebesar 96,9% pada 50mmHg, 93,5% pada 100mmHg, 86,7% pada 150mmHg, 80,6% pada 200mmHg, dan 76,9% pada 250mmHg.

Abstract

Plantar fascitis is inflammation of the plantar fascia. Based on these problems, the physiotherapy interventions that can be used for plantar fascitis are ultrasound and calf raises. This study aims to determine the phenomenon of physiotherapy management in cases of plantar fascitis using ultrasound modalities and calf raises to improve ankle function. The type of research is quantitative descriptive using a case study approach. Respondents were selected using a purposive sampling method and the results were 3 people. Before and after intervention respondents were measured using FADI. After conducting research for 12 meetings, the results showed that there were 2 people with a minimum percentage of disability (66.7%) and an increase in ankle function

Abstract

Osteoatritis is characterized by a decrease in joint synovial fluid, decreased muscle tone, joint cartilage becomes thinner, ligaments become stiffer, decreased elasticity and flexibility and a decrease in joint motion, one of the initial symptoms experienced is knee pain. This study aims to determine physiotherapy management in reducing motion pain in knee osteoatritis patients using Thermal Therapy Modalities, namely Infrared and Closed Kinetic Chain Exercises. This study uses a descriptive quantitative research type case study with 4 respondents conducted at Sultan Suriansyah Hospital Banjarmasin and at the home of each patient with Visual Analog Scale measuring instruments. After the therapy was carried out for 9 times, the pre-test results were obtained with the interpretation of no pain at 0%, mild pain at 40% and moderate pain at 60%. The post test results showed a decrease in pain, namely in the interpretation of no pain to 25% mild pain to 40% and moderate pain to 35%. Based on this data, it can be concluded that Infrared and CKC Exercise can reduce motion pain.

Abstract

Perangkat medis harus memenuhi standar kinerja yang ketat, termasuk akurasi, sensitivitas, dan aspek keselamatan. Untuk memastikan kualitas dan kegunaan peralatan kesehatan, pemeliharaan preventif sangat penting, mencakup servis rutin, pengujian, dan kalibrasi. Kalibrasi diperlukan untuk memverifikasi akurasi dan presisi alat ukur. Salah satu perangkat yang membutuhkan kalibrasi adalah thermogun. Tujuan pengembangan alat kalibrasi thermogun adalah agar teknisi di rumah sakit atau institusi dapat melakukan kalibrasi internal secara mandiri, memastikan pemeriksaan berkala dapat dilakukan. Studi ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, khususnya analisis kuantitatif komparatif yang membandingkan dua atau lebih perlakuan atau variabel. Pengujian akurasi pengukuran menggunakan LPAFK menghasilkan hasil 99,62% pada suhu 35°C, 100% pada 37°C, dan 99,68% pada 41°C. Evaluasi kelayakan melalui kuesioner menunjukkan skor 96% untuk sampel material dan 92,5% untuk sampel media. Alat ini dibuat dari bahan dasar plastik dan menggunakan sumber daya 220V yang dikonversi menjadi 12V DC melalui adaptor sebagai input mikrokontroler. Desain alat dikembangkan menjadi lebih kecil dengan fitur tambahan pemantauan suhu dan kelembapan ruangan, sehingga lebih mudah digunakan. Ukurannya yang kecil, bobot ringan, dan integrasi thermohygrometer mendukung proses kalibrasi thermogun secara efektif di lapangan

Abstract

Self-medication is the use of drugs without prior medical consultation regarding the indications, dosage, and duration of treatment carried out. Fever is the body's natural process of fighting infections that enter the body when the temperature rises beyond normal body temperature (>37.5°C). Paracetamol is a drug used to reduce or eliminate pain and lower high body temperature. This study aims to determine the level of public knowledge in fever self-medicating using paracetamol in Selat Dalam District, Kapuas Regency. This research was quantitative with a descriptive survey design using a questionnaire. The sample of this study was the community of Selat Dalam District, Kapuas Regency, taken by observational method, namely 72 respondents with the highest percentage the highest were women with 41 people (57%), the age group of 17-25 years with 23 people (32%), employment as private employees with 20 people (27%), and high school education with 36 people (50%). The percentage of the level of public knowledge about fever self-medicating using paracetamol is 80% with a good category.

Abstract

Quantitative analysis was conducted by examining the completeness of electronic medical record (EMR) documentation, which consists of four aspects: patient identification review, critical reporting, authentication, and proper documentation. This study aims to assess the completeness and accuracy of outpatient EMRs in healthcare facilities at Hospital X. The research is a descriptive quantitative study. The sampling technique used was total sampling, resulting in 52 EMR samples. The findings indicate that patient identification review requires improvement, as the incompleteness rate is relatively high (51.92%). Critical reporting also needs enhancement to ensure accurate information for medical decision-making. The authentication of electronic medical records showed fairly good results, although some records still did not meet the standards. Meanwhile, the proper documentation aspect achieved 100% completeness, demonstrating full compliance with documentation standards. In conclusion, although there has been progress in some aspects of medical documentation, further improvements are needed in patient identification and critical reporting to enhance healthcare quality and patient safety.

Abstract

Asma adalah suatu kelainan berupa peradangan kronik saluran napas yang menyebabkan penyempitan saluran napas (hiperaktifitas bronkus). Hal ini mengakibatkan berkurangnya metabolisme dan penurunan energi yang menyebabkan disfungsi. Selain itu pertukaran gas O2 dan CO2 berkurang sehingga VO2Max menurun dan menyebabkan sesak nafas.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh latihan Active Cycle of Breathing Technique (ACBT) dan Senam Asma untuk meningkatkan vo2max pada penderita asma dengan menggunakan Six Minute Walking Test (6MWT) sebagai instrument penelitian. Hasil penelitian diperoleh usia 19 tahun berjumlah 2 orang dengan persentase 66,6%, sedangkan usia 21 tahun yaitu 1 orang dengan persentase 33,4%. Hasil VO2Max sesudah diberikan modalitas terapi berupa ACBT dan Senam Asma didapatkan hasil ada peningkatan VO2Max. Pada Nn. S dengan VO2Max 24,0 (poor) dan 26,4 (poor), pada Nn. D dengan VO2Max 19,5 (very poor) dan 21,9 (very poor), dan Nn. A dengan VO2Max 17,9 (very poor) dan 20,6 (very poor).

Abstract

The Implementation of Electronic Medical Record (EMR) Increases Work Efficiency in Medical Record Management. EMR enables faster and easier access to information, improving data integration between hospital management systems and other systems to reduce human error. This study aims to determine the implementation of inpatient registration in EMR at Bhayangkara TK III Hospital Banjarmasin. This research is qualitative with a descriptive approach, data collection through observation and interviews. The research subjects consisted of 3 people, namely the Head of the Medical Record Unit, the Head of the IT Unit, and the Inpatient Registration Officer. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of inpatient registration in terms of human resources has followed EMR training, there is a Standard Operating Procedure (SOP), and officers apply the SOP. The inpatient registration facilities meet the needs of officers, but there are still obstacles, namely errors in the SIMRS Khanza network during service hours.

Abstract

The implementation of electronic medical records must have compatibility and/or interoperability capabilities, namely the compatibility of one Electronic System with another Electronic System and the ability of different Electronic Systems to be able to work in an integrated manner to exchange data with one or more other Electronic Systems, which use data exchange standards. Based on the results of preliminary studies at Banjarmasin Islamic Hospital, preparations are currently being made to connect electronic medical records to the SATU SEHAT application. In preparation, there are several obstacles, especially in the lack of facilities and infrastructure. In addition, human resources also still need to learn the use of the Satu Sehat application, and currently there is no special officer assigned to carry it out. This study aims to determine the readiness of the SATU SEHAT application integration in supporting electronic medical records at Banjarmasin Islamic Hospital. This study used a descriptive qualitative method with observation and interview guidelines, involving 3 informants. The readiness of SATU SEHAT application integration in supporting electronic medical records at Banjarmasin Islamic Hospital has not yet reached an adequate stage.
