Abstract

Risiko merupakan suatu ketidakpastian yang mungkin terjadi di masa yang akan datang dan umumnya memberikan dampak yang negatif sehingga perlu dilakukan pengolahan terhadap risiko tersebut agar kerugian yang bisa ditimbulkan oleh risiko tersebut dapat dihindari. Manajemen risiko merupakan suatu ilmu atau seni yang dilakukan terhadap risiko dengan tujuan untuk dapat mengidentifikasi, menganalisa, merespon, serta mengendalikan risiko-risiko yang ada. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada Proyek Kereta Cepat Jakarta-Bandung yang pelaksanaanya dilakukan secara joint operation antara Indonesia dengan China. Tahapan yang dilakukan dalam penelitian adalah identifikasi risiko, analisa kualitatif risiko, dan perencanaan respon risiko ekstrim oleh pakar. Segala penilaian yang dilakukan pada penelitian ini dilihat dari sudut pandang kontraktor. Terdapat 65 risiko teridentifikasi yang relevan pada tahap konstruksi proyek yang terklasifikasi ke dalam 7 kategori. Risiko tersebut kemudian disimulasikan untuk mendapatkan risiko ekstrim dengan penyebab, dampak serta rencana respon risiko yang akan dilakukan ketika risiko ektrim tersebut terjadi. Terdapat 8 risiko kelas ekstrim dan 57 risiko kelas tinggi. Tiga risiko ekstrim dengan nilai indeks risiko tertinggi, yaitu : kesulitan dalam pembebasan lahan baik milik pemerintah atau pun milik masyarakat, hujan yang berkepanjangan, dan terdapat banyak utilitas (listrik, air, gas) yang perlu dipindahkan.

Abstract

Design structure of Citra Dream Hotel Semarang by SNI 1726-2012 on this final report are designed inseismic zoning area of Semarang City, Central Java. The building are design with Structure Frame System method with configuration structure collapsethe System Bearer Special Moment (SRPMK). The structure frame system methodis are the configuration structure of the building with moment resisting frame consisting of beam and column. The configuration system of the Structural Frame System are consist of reinforced concrete structure. The building was firmly designed with some load combination such as dead load, live load, and earthquake. Design with The System Bearer Special Moment (SRPMK) election expected to be a high story building structure behave ductile therefor this building firm enough to be swayed by the earthquake that happened. This system is planned to use the concept of strong column weak beam, where the vertical elements of the structure (column) should be stronger than the horizontal elements of the structure (beam), to be plastically formed jointsfirst on the beam. The joints meeting of the beam-columnshould also be well designed to avoid collapse first. The analysis of the structure of high story building using SAP2000 v12 software help to design structural building. Software are used for helping to determine the fundamental period of the structure and the forces acting on the structure. In the configuration of the structure collapse the System Bearer Special Moment (SRPMK) fundamental structural period must be limited so that the structure is not very flexible. Results in the forces acting such a axial force, shear, tortion and moment on the structure are used to design the structure of high story building.

Abstract

PT. Indonesia Power memiliki beberapa unit pembangkitan listrik yang salah satunya berada di kawasan Tambaklorok, Semarang. Kawasan ini mengalami permasalahan pada sistem drainasenya yang sudah tidak berfungsi optimal akibat kapasitas sistem drainase sudah tidak dapat melayani kebutuhan dan menimbulkan genangan. Genangan terjadi karena lokasi ini mengalami penurunan tanah, adanya rembesan dari luar kawasan, dan kenaikan muka air laut. Disamping itu pada area Blok 3 direncanakan akan diurug setinggi 1,5 meter yang akan berpengaruh pada perubahan topografi dan arah aliran. Hasil evaluasi sistem drainase eksisting menunjukkan bahwa diperlukan penataan sistem drainase yaitu dengan menyesuaikan arah aliran, kapasitas kolam, dan pompa. Sistem drainase pada kawasan Indonesia Power Semarang direncanakan menggunakan sistem polder yang terdiri dari saluran drainase, pompa, kolam tampungan, dan tanggul. Rencana sistem drainase dibagi menjadi tiga sub sistem yaitu sub sistem timur, barat, dan tengah. Tahapan dalam perencanaan ini meliputi analisis hidrologi, hidrolika, dan perencanaan teknis lainnya. Dengan hujan rencana kala ulang 10 tahunan sebesar 152 mm, hasilnya sub sistem barat memerlukan kolam sebagai tampungan air sebelum dialirkan ke sub sistem timur. Kolam diperlukan karena kapasitas saluran di sub sistem timur tidak dapat diperbesar secara signifikan, sehingga air perlu ditampung untuk mengatur debit yang mengalir. Namun akibat ketersediaan lahan yang terhalang oleh manhole dan saluran kabel, maka digunakan dua buah kolam yaitu K1 dan K2 masing-masing seluas 10.951 m² dan 2.590 m². Kedua kolam tersebut dihubungkan oleh tiga buah pompa masing-masing berkapasitas 0,2 m³/s. Pintu air digunakan untuk mengatur debit air yang keluar dari kolam K2 ke sub sistem timur. Setelah itu air dapat dialirkan menuju outfall secara gravitasi, untuk ditampung sementara di kolam yang kemudian dibuang ke laut. Sementara itu, sub sistem drainase tengah sama dengan sistem eksisting. Realisasi pekerjaan sistem drainase ini membutuhkan total biaya Rp18.710.061.000 (Delapan Belas Milyar Tujuh Ratus Sepuluh Juta Enam Puluh Satu Ribu Rupiah).

Abstract

Glugu River is a tributary of the Lusi River under the authority of the Central River Region Pemali - Juana, precisely located in the administrative area of the Grobogan Regency. Location of Glugu River located upstream, gave effect to the degradation of the river channel, so as to stabilize the river flow necessary to design coservation structure on Glugu River, that is check dam.The data used for design check dam are the primary data (geotechnical, geometry Glugu River, and water when the flood elevation data) and secondary data (topographic maps and rainfall data). These data are used as a basis for planning the main dam, sub dam, apron, complement structure, stability control of structure, and as reference for determining the budget plan. From the calculation, the height of main dam is 5.00 m, the width spillway of main dam and sub dam are 41.00 m, the width crest of main dam is 2.50 m and the width crest of sub dam is 1.50 m, the upstream slope of the main dam and sub dam are 1 : 0.9, the downstream slope of the main dam and sub dam are 1 : 0.2, the width wing of main dam is 2.50 m and the width wing of sub dam is 1.50 m, the height of sub dam is 1.80 m, the length of apron is 17.87 m, the side of square -shaped drip holes are 0.5 m as 16 pieces. Check dam can accomodate 17112.29 m3of sediment and will be full for 1.27 years.The total cost to build the check dam of Glugu River is IDR 2,418,643,000.00 include VAT 10% and 210 days work construction.

Abstract

Tambakharjo coast located in Semarang. Tambakharjo coast damaged a shoreline setback. Construction of coastal protection building a seawall is one way to prevent more serious damage to the coast. Construction of coastal protection building is expected to maintain the shoreline. Analysis of wind data, tidal data, and soil data is needed to determine height and period of waves, sea level value, and the carrying capacity of the soil in the planning of coastal structures. Besides that, flow analysis using model ADCIRC in program SMS (Surface-water Modelling System) and forecasting changes of shoreline with program GENESIS (Generalized Model for Simulating Shoreline Change) is used to specify an alternative coastal structures within the next few years. Selection of coastal structures using the Analysis Hierarchy Process (AHP). Based on the AHP scoring system obtained the highest priority value that is coastal structure with seawall construction. Seawall construction is planned along the Tambakharjo coast 1200 and with a Mercu elevation  3 meters to reduce the creeping wave.

Abstract

Proyek kereta cepat Jakarta – Bandung dikerjakan oleh PT Kereta Cepat Indonesia China yang merupakan badan usaha International Joint Venture antara konsorsium dari China yaitu China Railway Engineering Corporation dengan konsorsium BUMN Republik Indonesia. Skema pendanaan proyek tersebut menggunakan sistem business to business yang menghabiskan dana mencapai Rp306 triliun. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis risiko yang mempengaruhi investasi proyek tersebut dalam aspek finansial. Terdapat empat tahapan analisis dalam penelitian ini yakni identifikasi risiko, evaluasi risiko, uji hipotesis dan kuantifikasi risiko. Setelah dilakukan identifikasi risiko oleh pakar, maka diperoleh 31 risiko yang dinilai relevan untuk mungkin terjadi dan mempengaruhi investasi proyek kereta cepat. Selanjutnya pada tahap evaluasi risiko dapat ditentukan risiko dengan tingkat risiko “High” berjumlah 6 risiko atau sebesar 19%, “Medium” berjumlah 19 risiko atau 62%, dan “Low” berjumlah 6 risiko atau 19%. Tahap terakhir adalah kuantifikasi risiko yang menghasilkan besaran pengaruh risiko terhadap biaya konstruksi sebesar 2,23%, terhadap biaya perawatan sebesar 2,17%, terhadap biaya operasional sebesar 1,68%, dan terhadap biaya total sebesar 3,1%. Risiko tersebut juga mempengaruhi pendapatan kereta cepat sebesar 1,62%.

Abstract

Shear reinforcement in reinforced concrete structures or stirrups are customarily fabricated with a hook, attaching the two ends at one of the corners of the member. This process is a result of mechanical bending and widely recognized as a mechanical connection. In addition to this type of connection, welding is an alternate method to fabricate the connection of the stirrups’ ends. In the case of welding, the placing of the joint can either be at a corner, or at mid height of the stirrup. This research work objective is to investigate the influence of mechanical connections as compared to welded joints in shear reinforcing stirrups. The placement aspect of the welded connection is also studied. Further, this research work also endeavors to assess as whether the shear strength obtained by pure shear research that has been done before. The study showed that the stirrup’s connection type and positioning, affects the overall shear strength of the concrete specimens. Stirrups welded at the corners exhibit the highestshear capacity. Close observation and analysis suggested that this result is due to the higher stiffness of this type of connection, as compared to the joints placed at mid height. Further, the test results showed that the coefficient obtained in this study approached the coefficients obtained from a previous study of pure shear. The main reason for obtaining the coefficients of the various possible because of the difficulty of determining exactly concrete resistance to pure shear.

Abstract

ABSTRAKGedung Head Office Pertamina RU IV Cilacap adalah bangunan yang difungsikan sebagai gedung perkantoran dan pusat kegiatan administratif milik PT. Pertamina (Persero) yang terdiri dari 5 (lima) lantai. Struktur bangunan pada awalnya menggunakan material struktur beton bertulang, namun pada penulisan jurnal ini komponen struktur dirubah menggunakan struktur yang tersusun secara komposit terdiri dari penampang beton dan profil baja. Gedung dimodelkan menggunakan analisis program SAP2000 untuk mendapatkan gaya dalam yang terjadi pada struktur gedung. Perhitungan mempertimbangkan kemampuan baik penampang beton maupun profil baja dalam menahan beban yang terjadi. Metode perhitungan telah disesuaikan dengan SNI 1729:2015, didapatkan hasil berupa dimensi elemen struktur komposit kolom yang mampu menahan pembebanan yang terjadi pada bangunan.

Abstract

Manual guidance highway pavement design issued by Directorate Jenderal Bina Marga is the result of modification to the rules of some developed countries such as AASHTO owned by United States and AUSTROADS owned by Australia. Then, the guidelines are adjusted to the condition of Indonesia to become an official guidelines that serve a reference for planning of highway pavement thickness in Indonesia.In this research, the study and the evaluation using four highway flexible pavement design guidelines starting from 2002 (Pt. T-01-2002-B) up to the latest guidance published in 2013 (No.02/M/BM/2013) with the case study Piringsurat – Batas Kedu Timur road segment. Use data as well as some of the same parameters in pavement design, in order to facilitate the conduct comparisons as traffic growth figures (i) 2,5% before 2020 and 3,5% after 2020. The result of flexible pavement thickness of four methods according to the flexible pavement design guidance, compared and assessed so as to produce an evaluation of each manual guidance flexible pavement design.

Abstract

The imbalance between need and supply on public transportation at Tembalang territory has caused the drivers do not obey their fixed route, so it reduces user’s comfort. Therefore, it needs an evaluation for effectiveness and efficiency on public transportation so that public transportation performance can be improved. Primary data gained from questioner, static survey or dynamic and analyzed to be quantitative indicator. Qualitative indicator is using Important Performance Analysis (IPA) method.  The analysis result will be compared to Standar Pedoman Teknis Penyelenggaraan Angkutan Umum di Wilayah Perkotaan Dalam Trayek Tetap dan Teratur (2002) and Sistranas year 2012 to reach a conclusion on public transportation performance at Tembalang territory. The research result shows that the movement pattern in Tembalang territory is uneven. While the result from qualitative indicator analysis shows well-matched result with existed regulation or stardart, in other words, public transportation in Tembalang territory is effective and efficient. However, this conclusion has not described comfort perception from public transportation’s user. Processing result using IPA method shows several indicators spread evenly to 4 quadrants, the important indicator and its quality needs to be improved are public transportation's comfort and waiting time. Enhancement on effectiveness and efficiency need to be done by improving all aspects starts from service, transportation renovation, until communication development between the community of public transportation and related parties when there is a decision related to public transportation can gained effective solution for both sides.
