Abstract

Semarang Timur merupakan wilayah Kota Semarang bagian timur. Sub sistem drainase yang ada di wilayah ini adalah Sub Sistem Banjir Kanal Timur, Kedung Mundu, Sungai Tenggang, Sungai Sringin dan Sungai Babon. Permasalahan banjir dan rob sering terjadi di wilayah ini, terutama pada Sub Sistem Sungai Tenggang dan Sub Sistem Sungai Sringin, hal ini mengakibatkan kerugian ekonomi, sosial dan lingkungan. Wilayah ini mempunyai karakteristik topografi yang landai dan mengalami penurunan tanah yang tinggi pada setiap tahunnya sehingga pembuatan sistem polder pada daerah aliran sungai Tenggang dan Sringin dapat menjadi alternatif penanganan masalah yang tepat untuk wilayah tersebut.Perencanaan sistem polder ini meliputi perencanaan kolam retensi, stasiun pompa, perbaikan sungai dan tanggul laut. Perhitungan debit banjir menggunakan pemodelan HEC-HMS 4.0. Perencanaan perbaikan sungai menggunakan model HEC-RAS 5.0.1. Tanggul laut direncanakan dengan mempertimbangkan pasang tertinggi, pembangkitan angin dan gelombang, kenaikan muka air laut dan penurunan tanah di lokasi tanggul. Kolam retensi memiliki luas 126 hektar dengan kedalaman kolam 3,4 meter dan debit banjir rencana 10 tahunan untuk kolam adalah 126,6 m3/s. Jumlah pompa 4 buah dengan kapasitas setiap pompa sebesar 15 m3/s. Debit untuk masing-masing sungai sebesar 82,3 m3/s untuk Sungai Tenggang dan 49,6 m3/s untuk Sungai Sringin. Tinggi tanggul pada elevasi +2,7 meter di atas permukaan laut  dan dibangun dari Banjir Kanal Timur hingga Sungai Babon sepanjang 1,73 kilometer.

Abstract

The increasing of Indonesian population growth resulted the requirement of society in a whole aspects of life increase, including the requirement on transportation. Semarang-Solo highways is one of the thoroughfare in Central Java,  the volume of traffic that increasingly dense making it unable to accommodated by the highway. As a solution, the government through PT. Trans Marga Central Java build a toll road to connects the city of Semarang and Solo along 75.67 km. The development of Semarang-Solo toll road Semarang Bawen segment Penggaron-Bejii section using rigid pavement as early design of pavement. Evaluation results show this design have some weakness, so it needs the innovation of the pavement to minimize the shortage. Through value engineering stage is the stage of information, speculation, analysis, development, presentation and implementation found that alternative designs were selected for use on this highway is a system of precast prestressed concrete pavement (PPCP). Analysis results the system in the design of the project will reduce the execution time for 84 days or 21% of rigid pavement method.

Abstract

Yogyakarta is a very strategic because it is located in the middle of the south line of Java, which is a traffic brokering eastern Java and West Java. Each year the vehicle across the city of Yogyakarta has increased, besides due to its tourism appeal, Yogyakarta factors as student city became the main drivers of traffic congestion, especially at the strategic intersection of the Ring Road intersection north-Way Ground. From the secondary data obtained from the Directorate General of Highways Yogyakarta showed that the rate of growth in daily traffic average intersection has increased in the last 5 years. Figures show the feasibility of the service with the highest degree of saturation / degree of saturation (DS), the condition on the road DS> 0.75 and at the intersection of DS> 0.85. The results of the analysis of primary data obtained from the field survey in January 2013 showed the value of DS on existing roads still eligible, while the value of DS intersections are not eligible. Basic steps of handling the problem of congestion, namely the optimization of intersections with signal timing, intersection geometry settings and traffic management. After these steps are considered not provide significant changes in the value of DS, the last step is planning the construction of new roads in the form of flyover. With the construction of new roads, intersection capacity will be increased so that the value of DS who qualify will last a long time with increasing growth rate LHR Yogyakarta city in the years to come.

Abstract

Construction waste (direct waste dan indirect waste) seringkali terjadi pada pelaksanaan proyek konstruksi. Tanpa disadari salah satu penyebab terjadinya construction waste adalah desain yang unik, baik itu desain asli maupun desain yang berubah. Oleh karena itu, tugas ini dilakukan untuk menganalisa besarnya pengaruh desain terhadap construction waste. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada salah satu proyek konstruksi yang sedang berjalan di Semarang yaitu proyek Marquis de Lafayette. Metode yang digunakan adalah studi pustaka dan wawancara (validasi). Dari analisa yang telah dilakukan didapat bahwa menurut beberapa penelitian terdahulu desain / perubahan desain adalah salah satu penyebab terjadinya waste pada tahap konstruksi dan dan berdasarkan hasil validasi bahwa responden / site manager mengatakan bahwa desain / perubahan desain merupakan salah satu faktor yang menyebabkan terjadinya waste pada proyek Marquis de Lafayette. Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa desain / perubahan desain dapat berpengaruh terhadap waste (direct & indirect) yang terjadi pada tahap konstruksi, besar kecilnya pengaruh tersebut dapat dipengaruhi oleh beberapa hal, namun desain/perubahan desain merupakan salah satu faktor utama penyebab terjadinya waste pada tahap konstruksi.

Abstract

SNI 1726- 2012 has been implemented and used as basic guidance for earthquake-resistant building design. This regulation replaced RSNI 1726- 2002 which is not suitable for Indonesia’s area that always undergoes earthquake. Siloam Hospitals Medan Building was designed by RSNI 1726- 2002. This journal describes the result of Siloam Hospitals Medan Building’s calculation by SNI 1726- 2012. Structural analysis of Siloam Hospitals Medan Building is calculated by SAP2000 software. The outputs are internal forces which are used to calculate the dimension of structure and bar which is needed. This structure uses the method of Special Moment Resisting Frame  which is expected that it has a high ductility due to its location where is in soft soil earthquake risk area.

Abstract

Economic development and growth in the City Wonosari relatively fast growing, giving rise to the high mobility of the impact on the increase in traffic flow, traffic volume and road network system. One effort to do that with the planned construction of the North Ring Road City Wonosari able to support the creation of a transportation system that is effective, efficient, provide smooth transport, and increasing the role and function of national roads which have an important role in the conduct of regional transport flows in the Province Central Java. From the analysis of the northern ring road planning Wonosari City in accordance with the volume of traffic survey determined the number of lanes is 2/2 UD. From the calculation of the northern ring road planning Wonosari City, at the intersection specified the use of rigid pavement while traffic along the ring road north of the City Wonosari using flexible pavements.

Abstract

The construction development which grows fast in Indonesia is causing needs of supporting technology that give more efficiency yet it also has to be more effective. Technological developments in the field of construction is giving a system called Building Information Modelling (BIM) as a result. Before BIM, we already aware of AutoCAD, SAP, Ms.Project that have been used for project planning, the use of these softwares take a lot of time because they can’t be integrated, so it need more cost, human resources and time to for a project planning. BIM encourage the exchange between different diciplines, so that this exchange process could get faster and affecting the costruction itself in a good way. Currently in Indonesia, there are a lot of construction workers who haven’t use BIM technology, even acknowledge about the benefits it gave, while in fact, BIM have so many excellences compared to the common technology that have been used. Thus, writers do this research to acknowledge about comparison between BIM and conventional methods. Writers are using three methods, they are questionnaires, interviews and a case study, to acknowledge about the performance of BIM. With case studies planning of 20 storey building made comparisons between the efficiency of conventional methods with BIM concept in need of time, human resources and costs for project planning.This study concluded that the use of the application with the concept of BIM can accelerate project planning time by ± 50%, BIM reduces the human resources needs by 26,66%, and saving personnel costs to 52,25% as compared to using conventional method.

Abstract

Diponegoro University is a State University in Central Java. FIB, FH, and FISIP is part of some faculty at UNDIP. The layout of the three faculty are close each other. One of the problems from the three faculty is parking space requirements. Although it has provided a parking space (off street parking) in each faculty, but in reality there are many vehicles parked on the roadside (on street parking). This final report aims to evaluate the need of existing parking spaces and planned capacity expansion of existing parking spaces. Methodologies used include: field surveys, problem identification, data collection, test of the validity with chi-square test, data analysis, calculation of SRP needs, arrangement of the old park and planning of new park. The number of the current shortage of parking space requirements for overall three faculty is 91 SRP for cars and 59 SRP for motorcycles. Meanwhile for the development of the next 5 years is 138 SRP for cars and 466 SRP for motorcycles. Development of parking area with the integrated construction for FIB, FH, and FISIP are given alternative. Construction of the integrated parking building is planned 3 floors with total floor area of 5775 m². 1st floor with area of 1925 m² can serve 468 SRP motorcycles and 15 SRP cars. 2nd floor and 3rd floor with the same area is able to serve 62 SRP cars. Based on the analysis of the calculation, planning is considered to have been able to solve the needs of today and the parking spaces for the development of the next 5 years is until 2017. To solving the possibility of the occurrence of on-street parking, the solution is given by the installation of parking prohibition signs around the side of the road.

Abstract

Pengekangan pada beton bertulang yang diakibatkan adanya confinement berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan kekuatan tekan beton pada daerah terkekang dalam menerima kuat tekan. Perbandingan jarak antar confinement dan sengkang merupakan salah satu variabel yang berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan kekuatan beton. Penelitian ini menyajikan studi mengenai pengaruh dari penggunaan confinement pada jarak yang berbeda dan mengevaluasi hasil dari 12 konfigurasi jarak sengkang dan confinement dengan menggunakan program Abaqus. Benda uji yang yang digunakan menggunakan 3 jarak sengkang masing-masing berjarak 70, 125 dan 200, sedangkan confinement berjarak, 70, 125, 200 untuk masing-masing jarak sengkang. Hasil analisis menunjukan bahwa pemasangan jarak sengkang semakin besar untuk jarak confinement yang sama, akan menurunkan daktilitas balok dan jarak confinement 70 mm dalam penelitian merupakan nilai optimal sebagai jarak antar confinement. Hasil analisis untuk model S7C70 memperoleh nilai daktilitas sebesar 4.65, untuk model S125C70 memperoleh nilai daktilitas sebesar 4.59, dan untuk model S200C70 memperoleh nilai daktilitas sebesar 4.58.

Abstract

Flooding is one of the disasters that often occur in Demak Regency especially Sayung area, Karang Asem, and Mranggen. The impact of floods can not be ignored, such as damage to city infrastructure, and socio-economic losses in the region Demak regency occur due to inundation and inundation long time. Dombo Sayung River Flood Control Objectives is to reduce the occurrence of floodwaters in the area Demak regency using structural measures. The flood control study using a return period of 100 years. With a return period flood hydrograph Q100th Dombo Sayung River analyzed using HEC-HMS software. While the hydraulics analysis were analyzed using the HEC-RAS software. The analysis shows a cross-existing conditions Dombo Sayung River insufficient to drain the flood discharge Q100th of 343.0 m3/sec with the effect of the floods, so it needs to repair the river cross-section an attempt to enlarge the drainage of the river.
