Abstract

The certificate of land itself is a strong proof of ownership. This is regulated in Article 19 paragraph (2) letter c of the UUPA which states that land registration ends with the granting of letters of proof of rights, which apply as a strong evidentiary tool. There are differences in the legal system of the transfer of land rights between Indonesia and Brunei Darussalam in terms of utilizing the function and management of land as a basis for the welfare of the people. This study aims to analyze and form the concept of criminal law on land. Through normative legal research or literature law research using a juridical approach using the theory of legal objectives in analyzing problems. The results of the study that the Indonesian legal system has undergone a number of major changes to build an integrated national legal system, which is based on Pancasila and the 1945 Constitution and the legal system in Brunei Darussalam based on the British huku system with a combination of the Shari'a system for Muslims. That the transfer of land rights in the legal system in Indonesia which is regulated in Article 26 of UUPA Number 5 of 1960 and Brunei Darussalam grants property rights status to foreign nationals based on Brunei Darussalam Land Code Cap. 40 and Land Cap. 41 of 1984

Abstract

As the economy grows and competition intensifies, companies need to understand how their size can affect their ability to compete in the market. Medium and large manufacturing companies have differences in terms of scale of operations, resources, and challenges faced. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of company size on the competitiveness of medium and large scale manufacturing companies in Serdang Bedagai City. This research uses quantitative research methods. The data collection techniques in this study were questionnaires and literature studies. The data were then analyzed using the help of the SPSS program, namely validity, reliability and linear regression tests. The results showed that company size affects the competitiveness of medium and large scale manufacturing companies in Serdang Bedagai City. Companies with large size have higher competitiveness than companies with small size

Abstract

This research is based on the aim of identifying socio-cultural values ??in the health sector regarding dental health in consuming betel areca in parents whose children attend PAUD, as well as revealing the role of mothers in strengthening culture, especially the culture of consuming betel nut, which is appropriate for low-income communities in rural areas of Kupang Regency. The Aim of the research to analisa The role of the mothers regarding behavior in dental health in relation to consuming betel nut in low income community Early Education children.Method: This research is a quantitative and qualitative research. Mothers who have children under the age of five whose children attend PAUD intervention by UNISEF in the last 5 years. Respondents include parents and PAUD children in 5 regions representing the District . Kupang is District. Takari, Amfoang, Semau Amarasi and Fatuleu. Data collection methods include questionnaire interviews with mothers with children aged 3-5 years in each district analyzed. The selection for Low-Income Communities is people who receive BLT from the village. Result of this research is a model of the role of mothers in maximizing children's growth and development in areas that are claimed to be low in Kupang Regency. According to research, mothers must be experienced in dental health and betel nut because they are the ones who understand best, the main caregivers for their children and in this area most children consume betel nut which is dangerous for oral health and body health in general. Conclusion: Most mothers in the research area adhere to culture and customs and teach their children from an early age about consuming betel nut. Suggestion: To improve children's dental and oral health, it is very important to increase mothers' knowledge through socialization about dental health and the dangers of areca nut for general health

Abstract

This research was carried out with the aim of knowing and analyzing the effect of sea transportation, connectivity and government policies on the people's economy. The research method uses a mix method approach. The research population is the community around the outermost areas of Natuna Regency, Bunguran Island. The number of samples was determined based on the Slovin formula (Riduwan 2015) of 100 respondents. The method of determining the sampling using Non-Probability Sampling. The data analysis method used is the Structural Equation Model (SEM) approach using Smart PLS (Partial Least Square) 3.0. The results of the study show that sea transportation, connectivity and government policies have a significant effect on the people's economy on Bunguran Island, Natuna Regency

Abstract

The church, as a spiritual and social institution, plays an important role in the life of society. In it, various service processes are carried out to fulfill the spiritual and social needs of the congregation. In an effort to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of church services, an in-depth understanding of the performance of ministry processes becomes very important. That is why Process Mining, a revolutionary approach in data analysis, comes as an invaluable tool to help uncover potential improvements in church ministry. Early detection is the process or effort to identify a problem, disease, risk, or event early, usually before more serious symptoms or impacts arise. The main goal of early detection is to take appropriate action as quickly as possible, so that the problem can be addressed or managed more effectively, and its negative impact can be minimized.

Abstract

Reog Ponorogo is one of the many traditional cultural arts in Indonesia. Artshow Reog in Ponorogo has several versions. Starting from the Wengker, Batarakahtong, and Bantarangin. This research focuses on the traditional performing arts version of Reog PonorogoBantarangin. This research aims to determine the specifics of the educational value of local wisdom and the symbolic meaning of the Reog Ponorogo version of the performing arts Bantarangin. In the Bantangi version, there are five main characters, namely, Klanasewandono, Warok, Jathil, Bujangganong, and Singobarong. The research design used is descriptive qualitative with a semiotic approach. The data collection techniques used were observation, interviews, and documentation. The research results show that art show Tradisional Reog Ponorogo has values of wisdom local farm mark religiosity, leadership, cooperation, and manners. Meanwhile, the symbolic meaning of performing arts traditional Reog Ponorogo reflects the environmental value system of the Ponorogo people, symbolized by the dance movements, attributes, and costumes used by Reog Ponorogo players. The existence of performing arts can be formulated as educational development wisdom local for students. Local wisdom education is currently very necessary to shape student character according to the objectives of the Merdeka curriculum. Through profile-strengthening program lessons Pancasila (P5), value wisdom local and symbolic meaning can be used as an alternative reference for developing Indonesian language teaching discussions about the skills of writing works of fiction with the theme of local wisdom

Abstract

This study explores the complex relationships that influence consumers' decisions to buy foreign car brands. In order to understand how these three crucial elements together affect customers' choices and preferences, the study focuses on three key variables: brand image, product knowledge, and country of origin (COO). Using a thorough approach that includes surveys and case studies, this study attempts to offer a nuanced understanding of how the origin, consumer product knowledge, and brand image of imported vehicles affect the perceived elegance associated with consumers. The study postulates that customers' decision-making process while choosing an imported car is greatly influenced by the interaction of these elements. This research aims to provide significant insights to the automobile industry as well as academics by examining the relationships and conflicts that exist between COO, product knowledge, and brand image. Marketers, politicians, and industry stakeholders might find the findings useful in fine-tuning tactics to improve the attractiveness and market placement of imported automobile brands. "Imported Elegance" ultimately hopes to illuminate the complex decisions that consumers make in the global car industry, providing useful advice for companies that operate in this fast-paced and cutthroat industry. The method of analysis technique in this study is quantitative research method, sampling conducted with purposive sampling technique from questionnaire result that was shared to 130 respondents who lives in Jakarta, Indonesia and have at least 1 unit of imported car. The results of this study indicates that there are the direct effects of Country of Origin, product knowledge and brand image to purchase decision significantly

Abstract

Topo Da’a is one of sub-ethnic of Kaili tribe in Central Sulawesi, Indonesia. This Isolated Traditional Community or Komunitas Adat Terpencil (KAT) originally is nomadic people who live in Kamalisi mountain forest area. Generally, this society live in mountain area either in highland area, mountain slope, or lowland area. Topo Da’a Lekatu settlement is the only settlement of Topo Da’a that located in Palu city administrative region. This settlement is in lowland area that near from central area of Palu city. Aim of this study is to know how adaptation strategy and community survival ability against climate change environment around their living area from inside the mountain forest area with low temperature then live in lowland area the near the center of the city with high temperature. Qualitative method with phenomenological approach applied in this research. Data collection is purposive sampling with snowball sampling technique. Data analysis is inductive with three steps of selection or reduction, which are phenomenological reduction, eidetic reduction, and transcendental reduction. The research results found that the main factors of survival were economic factors and customs. Apart from that, the settlement location is close to schools and markets. Meanwhile, the adaptation strategy is to adjust to different climates, by creating relaxing or gathering space outside their house and sometimes they sleep in the farm that located on the mountain.
