Abstract

Teacher performance during the Covid 19 pandemic is essential for effective and efficient learning. This study aimed to analyze the Effect of Work From Home (WFH), Work Stress, and Workload on Teacher Performance at SMA N 32 Jakarta. This study uses an associative approach. In this study, there were 55 teachers at SMA N 32 Jakarta—data collection technique using a questionnaire. The sampling technique used in this study was saturated sampling, so the number of samples obtained was 55 respondents. Data analysis used the F test, t-test for hypothesis testing, and multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that based on simultaneous testing, it was found that work from home, workload, and competence simultaneously or simultaneously had a significant effect on teacher performance at SMA N 32 Jakarta. Based on partial testing, working from home positively and significantly affects teacher performance at SMA N 32 Jakarta. Based on partial testing, work stress does not affect teacher performance at SMA N 32 Jakarta. Based on partial testing, the workload does not affect teacher performance at SMA N 32 Jakarta. So that educational institutions should pay more attention to the variables of work from home, work stress, and workload because they significantly improve teacher performance

Abstract

Managing employee retention rates is a challenge for a company where a high retention rate will optimize the effectiveness and efficiency of the company by maintaining highly qualified employees in the company. This study aims is to analyze the relationship between employer brand and employee retention by proposing two mediating variables, namely employee engagement and job satisfaction. This study aims to analyze the relationship between employer brand and employee retention by proposing two mediating variables, namely employee engagement and job satisfaction. The research is a quantitative research that uses SEM (structural equation modeling) as an analytical method. The data were tested empirically and in the form of descriptive statistics on 173 respondents who were employees of the company. The results of the study are expected to indicate a positive relationship between employer brand and employee retention, either directly or indirectly through employee engagement and job satisfaction as mediating variables

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the factors that influence the organizational citizenship behavior of First Officers in Koarmada-I. In this study, the variables selected to be the factors that influence organizational citizenship behavior are trust, leadership, environment and organizational commitment. This research is a type of quantitative research. The sample consisted of 143 respondents who were First Officers in Jakarta's Koarmada-I. The analytical method of this study uses descriptive analysis, validity test, reliability test, and Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) hypothesis testing. The results of the study prove that Trust has a significant effect on Organizational Commitment, Trust has no significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior, Military leadership has no significant effect on Organizational Commitment, Military leadership has a significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior, Environment has a significant effect on Organizational Commitment, Environment has no significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior, Organizational Commitment influences Organizational Citizenship Behavior, There is an indirect effect of Trust on Organizational Citizenship Behavior through Organizational Commitment, There is no indirect effect of Military leadership on Organizational Citizenship Behavior through Organizational Commitment, There is an indirect effect of Environment on Organizational Citizenship Behavior through Organizational Commitment

Abstract

Adolescents have sexual and reproductive health needs. Adolescence is a transitional period that needs to be given an understanding of sexual and reproductive health. One of the efforts that can be made so that adolescents get information about sexual and reproductive health is health education about sexuality. Talking about sexual and reproductive health is no longer taboo. This paper aims to identify content validity testing questions about adolescent knowledge related to sexual and reproductive health. This research was conducted in 4 schools in the city of Kendari which were divided into 2 groups (case and control). The two groups were jointly given a questionnaire (pre-posttest) on sexual and reproductive health. The sample in this study were boys and girls in class X-XI adolescents aged 15-17 years. This study uses a true experiment. The control group was not given intervention while the case group was given intervention. Data collection using a questionnaire. The pretest-posttest results in the control group showed an Asymp.Sig(2-tailed) value of 0.029, in the case group with an Asymp.Sig(2-tailed) value of 0.000. In this study to test the validity and reliability of the questionnaire instrument used was the Alpha Cronbach Test

Abstract

Human resources (HR) is an important thing for the organization because it is the main driver of activities carried out by the organization. In this HR company is a company employee, the performance of quality employees will determine the success or failure of a company. Thus, the need for human resource management (HRM) based on total quality management (TQM) to always improve employee performance. This study aims to determine human resource management (HRM) practices in improving employee performance based on total quality management (TQM). This research uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. Descriptive research is used to explain various events that occur. Meanwhile, a qualitative approach to explain events that occur in real and reasonable situations. The results showed that appropriate human resource management (HRM) practices can develop its assets, namely human resources. Various coaching and development in order to encourage human resources to have quality shown by employee performance. So that the practice of human resource management (HRM) in improving employee performance based on Total Quality Management (TQM) is a very important effort to maintain and improve employee performance so that the company can survive in increasingly fierce competition

Abstract

Health is an investment for the community, because health is the basic capital needed by all people to be able to work according to their respective duties and responsibilities, so as to produce something that is beneficial to themselves and their families. This research uses meta-analysis method. Global and domestic literature searches leveraging the EBSCO, ScienceDirect, and Proquest databases. Based on the findings from this study, it can be concluded that HBM can help identify significant determinants of health behavior and address issues related to privacy and confidentiality, which are important factors in influencing people's intention to use online services. However, the process of adopting e-services in Indonesia may be hampered by low government trust, which requires further attention and efforts from policy makers

Abstract

This study aims to: (1) explore information related to the partnership management model currently in Vocational Schools (VHS); and (2) creating a partnership management model expected by the industry and work sector. The research method used was an instrumental case study. The subject of this research was VHS, and the industry and work sector and the data was collected through interviews, documentation, and observation. The data analysis technique used was ATLAS.ti 9 software and the validation was carried out by triangulation through Chief Section of Vocational School and the other related Vocational Schools. The results of the study indicated that (1) the partnership management model currently in Vocational Schools was still limited to planning, implementing, and evaluating students; and (2) the management model desired by the industry and work sector included guidelines for partnership, education and training standards, student guidance systems, skills testing standards, and student competency assessment standards. Therefore, it is essential that the government issue regulations or laws that bind the world of work in realizing the partnership between VHS and world of work. Then, schools should involve the world of work in collaborative management so that there is an integration between what the school expects and the results obtained by students. The world of work should help realize the role of VHS through a structured partnership programs aiming mutual benefit suitable to the needs of world of work

Abstract

The implementation of the concept of the health belief model (HBM) during this pandemic is an effective step in analyzing the reasons for individuals/society to want or not to carry out healthy behavior, especially in the use of covid_19 vaccination. This study aims to analyze the community's compliance in participating in the Covid_19 vaccination program based on a health belief model (HBM) concept approach which consists of perceived susceptibility, perceived seriousness, perceived benefits, and perceived seriousness. perceived barrier, perceived self-efficacy, self-efficacy during the Covid_19 pandemic. This type of quantitative research with a cross-sectional study design was carried out in West Java Province, sampling using accidental sampling technique. The research data was processed quantitatively by using multiple linear regression analysis method to measure the effect of the 6 components of HBM, namely (1) perceived susceptibility. (2). perceived seriousness, (3). perceived benefits, (4). perceived barrier, (5). perceived self-efficacy (6). self efficacy towards community compliance in participating in the Covid_19 vaccination program Perceived vulnerability, perceived seriousness, perceived barriers, perceived benefits, self-efficacy, cues to action, gender, and education had a significant relationship with community compliance in participating in the Covid-19 vaccine program with a p-value of 0.000. The most dominant factor in influencing people's adherence to the Covid-19 vaccine is self-efficacy with Exp (B) of 4,616. In this study, it was concluded that the dominant variable affecting community compliance in participating in the covid-19 vaccination program was the self-efficacy variable. Self-confidence that having the ability to obey and want to be vaccinated against covid-19, has the most effect on compliance in participating in the covid-19 vaccination program. People with good self-efficacy have a 4.2 times chance of being obedient to the covid-19 vaccine

Abstract

This research is a type of quantitative research with the aim of knowing the financial performance conditions of companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange before and during the Covid-19 pandemic. The samples used are companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange for the 2019-2021 period and accessed via the official website of the Indonesian Stock Exchange at (www.idx.co.id). The research sample was selected using techniquespurposive sampling and a total of 592 companies that met the criteria were obtained and 1,776 financial report data were observed during the 2019-2021 period. The data used in this research is secondary data, while the data collection technique uses documentation techniques. The analytical methods used are descriptive statistical tests, normality tests and difference testsWilcoxon Signed Rank Test. Data testing is carried out using statistical calculations through the applicationStatistical Product Service and Solution (SPSS). The research results showed that there were 3 variables that experienced significant differences between before and during the Covid-19 pandemic in companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. These differences occur in the variables of liquidity, profitability and activity in the form ofcurrent ratio (CR), return on assets (LONG),total assets turnover (TATTOO). Meanwhile, the solvency variable is measured usingdebt to equity ratio (DER) there is no significant difference between before and during the Covid-19 pandemic

Abstract

Popular sovereignty is one of the characteristics of a democratic country. Indonesia as a democratic country realizes people's sovereignty by holding direct, general, free, secret, honest and fair elections. Thus, it is necessary for Bawaslu to play a role in avoiding potential violations at every stage of the election. However, this is not easy, challenges that arise that can hinder Bawaslu's performance are recruitment and strategic leadership. This research aims to determine the various dynamics of recruitment and strategic leadership in improving Bawaslu's performance. The method used in this research is the library study method by reviewing and/or exploring various journals, books and documents related to research. The research results showed that the dynamics of recruitment and strategic leadership of Bawaslu had an impact on the effectiveness of election monitoring. Recruitment based on relevant skills and qualifications is key. Bawaslu leaders also need to have a clear vision and mission in order to improve their performance. With strong recruitment and leadership, Bawaslu can fulfill its responsibilities in ensuring fair, honest and democratic elections
