Abstract

This study aims to examine how affective commitment, emotional intelligence, and competence affect employee performance. This study used a survey method as part of a quantitative approach. All 211 personnel of the Central Java Animal, Fish, and Plant Quarantine Agency made up the research population. 129 data points that satisfied the requirements for analysis were obtained by using a purposive sampling strategy. Regression analysis was performed on the data using PLS-SEM software through the SmartPLS 3 program. The findings of hypothesis testing show that affective commitment, emotional intelligence, and competence all have a favorable and significant impact on employee performance.
