Abstract

Quality of health care in hospitals under the spotlight of the public. So as to achieve the purpose, Rs. Roemani Semarang should consider factors - factors that can influence patient loyalty. Among them are the facilities,location, rates and satisfaction.The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of facilities, location, rates, patient satisfaction to loyalty. This research was conducted using techniques explanatory. With a sample of 100 respondents from Rs poly patient. Roemani Muhammadiyah Semarang. Data retrieved by questionnaire and the analysis paths. As a result, the variables affect facilities by 66.6% Satisfaction, Variable Location influential by 66% against the Satisfaction, Variable rates are influential to the satisfaction of 64.1%, and variable facilities, location and rates simultaneously to the satisfaction of 72.5%. Facilities variables affect the loyalty of 76.7%, an effect of variable location Loyalty 77.1% against, variable rates are influenced by 75.2% to Loyalty, Satisfaction to Loyalty Variables of 79.5% and Variables Facility, Location and Rates for loyalty through satisfaction of 88.8%. The conclusion from this study is that there is influence between facilities, location and rates for Patient SatisfactionLoyalty through. Suggestions submitted are hospitals need to improve facilities such as parking system in force, so that Rs. Roemani Muhammadiyah Semarang can maintain good things that have been assessed by the patient and the thing that is still not good.

Abstract

Perum DAMRI UABK Semarang is a company engaged in the field of public transport bus services in the city of Semarang .Competition intensifies city transportation makes perum DAMRI seek to various strategies to retain customers . As a company engaged in the field of services , Perum DAMRI must provide good service to its customers to use your services in order to remain loyal , good service offset by the rates in accordance with what is provided by Perum DAMRI to customers . Type of explanatory research studies using the method of data collection using interviews and data collection devices using a questionnaire with a sample of 100 respondents who waited at bus stops 4 bus routes impassable DAMRI Ngaliyan – Pucang Gading using purposive sampling method . Based on a statistical calculation known that the positive effect of service quality on customer loyalty of 45.5 % if the service quality is increased it will increase customer loyalty , while the rate has a positive effect on customer loyalty at 43.0% , if the rates is increased it will increase customer loyalty but emotion balanced with appropriate facilities . Together - the same quality of service and influence on customer loyalty rates of 50.8 % . While the remaining 49.2 % is explained by other variables that are not observed . Suggestion for the company , the company maintains quality of service that has been given to improve the timeliness of the arrival of the bus is still late sometimes , repair damaged facilities began , and giving clearer information rates for long distance and short distance .

Abstract

Balanced scorecard has a privilege in terms of coverage measurement is a fairly comprehensive because while taking into consideration the financial performance, balanced scorcard also consider the performance of non-financial performance, namely customer, internal business processes, and learning and growth. Referring to the problems faced by CV. Roda Mas Jaya Semarang, this research examines: "Measurement of Company's Performance by Using the Balanced Scorecard Approach (A Case Study at CV. Roda Mas Jaya Semarang)." Because until now CV. Roda Mas Jaya Semarang has not been using the balanced scorecard to measure performance. Type of research is a case study. The data used inthis study is primary data obtained through focus group discussions and using data collection instruments such as questionnaires. And secondary data from the financial statements for 2009, 2010 and 2011. Data analysis begins with translating the vision and mission into strategic goals, set target and weights through the focus group discussions, performing measurements on each perspective and calculates a score balanced scorecard. Based on the analysis, it could be concluded that the balanced scorecard is a total score 182,73 and in the category of healthy. Perspective of financial, customer perspective and perspective learning and growth in the category of helathy as expected. And perspective of internal business processes in the category not healthy. Advice can be gives to the company is to improve the performance of the nonfinancialaspects, aspecially in the perspective learning and growth.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the effect of brand image and service quality influence by interest usage as intervening variable package shipping service usage decision of PT. Post. Type of research used in this research is explanatory research with 100 respondents taken using purposive sampling techniques. The techinique of analysis used in this study was linear regression with SPSS for windows. The result showed that there were influence of brand image, service quality, and decision of package shipping service usage of PT. Post Indonesia both partially and simultaneously about 61,4% whereas the remain about 38,6% was influenced by other variable which wasn’t inculde within this model

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of leadership variables , variable compensation and working environment variable to variable performance of employees of Marketing PT . Nyonya Meneer Semarang . This type of research is explanatory . In this study population there were 40 employees of the marketing department of PT . Nyonya Meneer Semarang and all were sampled by sampling saturated . Data were collected through questionnaires . Measurement scale using a Likert scale . Data analysis method used is correlation , simple and multiple linear regression with SPSS 16.0.The study concluded that : ( a) leadership in PT . Nyonya Meneer Semarang is good , so is the compensation available in PT . Nyonya Meneer Semarang is good and working environment in the PT . Nyonya Meneer Semarang is good ; ( b ) the effect of leadership on employee performance is strong at 0.639 , (c ) the effect of compensation on employee performance is stronger by 0.657 ; ( d ) the influence of the work environment on employee performance is quite strong at 0.473 , ( d ) simultaneously results demonstrate leadership , compensation and work environment has a strong influence on the performance of employees is 0.704 . Leadership and compensation variables have a greater influence than the work environment variables .

Abstract

Raw materials inventory controlling was primarily aimed at achieving cost efficiencies in inventory levels. Inventory cost efficiency will be achieved if the company has done supply controlling of  proper raw material. One of the many ways to control the supply of raw materials is to make the purchase in accordance with the production plan and precise calculations to avoid deficiency and excess in the supply of raw materials.Based on the survey results revealed that the purchasing of raw materials using the EOQ total inventory was less than without EOQ. Besides the purchasing with the purchasing frequency EOQ method is smaller than without the EOQ. The purchasing with EOQ method are also safety stock that have been taken into account so that there will be no excess or shortage of raw materials.In making the purchasing of raw materials, PT. gentong gotri Semarang has to use EOQ method in order to save on inventory costs, and hold safety stock to avoid excess or shortage of raw materials.

Abstract

PT. Nyonya Meneer is one of medicinal herbs company in Indonesia. PT. Nyonya Meneer always consistent in keep of quality, that is supply medicinal herbs product which good quality and can satisfy hope of customers. PT. Nyonya Meneer have many challenge and rival, specifically competition and turn up of new products of rivals, so that PT. Nyonya Meneer must have many innovation and produce product which appropriate with need of people so that customer will be satisfy to product. This research aim to know influence of product quality, price and customers satisvaction.Research Type which used in this research is explanatory research. Interpretation of sample technique had used sampling purposive method, that is determining of sample with certain opinion which is sample have classification : respondent is costumer of jamu habis bersalin, Nyonya Meneer product had used this product as many as two or more, have ages minimal 17 years and can answer question of interview. Then, total of sample is 100 respondent. The data analysis technique which used in this research is qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis which used Validity Trial, Reability Trial, Simple Linier Regresssion, Double Linier Regresssion, T Trial, F Trial and determinant coefficient had used SPSS.The result of research indicate that product quality of jamu habis bersalin Nyonya Meneer belonging to quality and price of product belonging to cheap so that customers has satisfied. The result of analysis prove in a partial great of influence product quality to customers satisvaction is 43.4%, influence price to customers satisvaction is 63.3% and in a simultaneous great of influence quality product and price to customers satisvaction is 64,9%. Therefore, PT. Nyonya Meneer must increase product quality that is increase of benefit jamu habis bersalin product and strive for price of product is achievable for customer. So that customers satisvaction of jamu habis bersalin Nyonya Meneer will be increase.

Abstract

Labour productivity is a link between the output is the result of work by the time it takes to produce a product by labor. Productivity is one measure that is often used to determine the effectiveness of the organization. An organization can not flourish if their employees work productivity also increased especially with the high level of competition that exists in the business world. Compensation and work discipline has been found to increase employee productivity. Therefore both of these need to be considered by the company in order to increase productivity. PT. PISMATEX Pekalongan is one manufacturer that is engaged in the production of textiles that produce a superior product with a brand that is woven sarongs Elephant Sitting which increased the number of defective products in the production process.This study uses explanatory research approach to the 94 respondents with purposive sampling approach. Data collection techniques in this study using interview techniques, by means of questionnaires and literature study. The data obtained were analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively by using tools such as cross-table analysis, validity, reliability testing, simple linear regression, multiple linear regression and hypothesis testing with the t test and F test.Results of statistical analysis known that the compensation effect on employee productivity by 58.2%. While the results for the variable of work discipline effect on labor productivity of 49.6%. Together - the same motivation and discipline affect the productivity of 61.6%. The conclusion from this study is that there is a positive effect between compensation and work discipline on the productivity of the production employees PT.PISMATEX Pekalongan. Suggestions for increasing employee productivity for the company to increase its attention to the compensation and work discipline that will ultimately increase productivity of employees.

Abstract

Brand loyalty became measurement of how much customer possibility will move to other brand. It was the one brand equity element related to profit in the future. Brand loyalty assured customer won't change to competitor's brand, although that brand give cheaper price or better quality. Competition within transportation especially motorcycle, compelled producer created various brand and models to attract customer. Satisfaction and loyalty effort to customer always followed by evaluation to satisfaction level and loyalty reached by costumer. It was needed company management  in order to determine marketing strategy which will used in the future properly. This research aimed to found how much influence of product quality, promotion and distribution system to brand distribution measured through customer satisfaction. Population from this research was motorcycle user of Yamaha Mio who joint within Yamaha Mio Semarang Club (YMSC) about 80 persons. This study include within census research, according to Arikunto Suharsini (1996:115) whereas including all of population members as research subject. Measurement scale used scale Likert. Within data analysis used simple linear regression test, double regression test and path analysis by SPSS 16.0 program.

Abstract

PT. Bank BTPN Branch Semarang is one of the company's core banking business on the retirees, especially in the distribution of Pension Credit. To face tight competition, companies are required to always improve the quality of performance through improved employee satisfaction. Low job satisfaction will result in high employee absenteeism or employee discharge. In order to improve the job satisfaction of employees needed good leadership and a supportive working environment. The purpose of this study is to investigate and examine the effect of leadership and work environment on employee job satisfaction BTPN Semarang branch office. This research uses explanatory research approach of 32 respondents that taken with saturated sampling method. Collection techniques using questionnaires, interviews and documentation. Data were analyzed analysis using linear regression analysis. Based on the results of analysis of leadership variables positive effect on job satisfaction variable by 19%. Variable work environment has positive effect on the job satisfaction variable by 19.8%. Leadership and work environment variables have a significant effect of 35.3%. Good leadership and a supportive work environment that will increase employee job satisfaction. Advice that can be given to the company, the company should rethink about welfare of its employees. The companies should rethink about leaders how can nurturing employees. Companies should rethink the physical condition of the work environment, especially on the frequent changes in layout. Which in turn can increase the productivity of employees in line with the increase in employee satisfaction.
