Abstract

This research aims to identify the factors that affect stock price category of property and real estate inthe Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2011 until 2014, providing information and as a basis for decision making forthe company and investors.This type of research is explanatory. This research is used to explain the factors that influence the stockprice variable. This research uses a sample of 37 companies, that are included in the category of propeti andreal estate for 3 years listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange and has a complete set of financial statements.The sampling technique of this research is purposive sampling. Analysis of the data used is factor analysis,correlation coefficient, determination coefficient, simple linear regression, t test, multiple linear regression, andf test.Variables analyzed using anti-image coefficients MSA with criterion variable has a value Measures OfSampling Adequacy (MSA) is more than 0.50. Of the six variables studied were PER, DER, ROE, ExchangeRate, Inflation and BI Rate, the coefficient of anti-MSA image shows the variables that have a value MeasuresOf Sampling Adequacy (MSA) is more than 0.50 PER, DER and ROE. Variable PER, DER and ROE wereanalyzed using simple linear regression and multiple linear regression.Based on the results of analysis show that in partial PER (Price Earning Ratio) has no effect on stockprices, DER (Debt To Equity Ratio) positive and significant effect on stock prices and ROE (Return On Equity)positive and significant effect on stock prices. Simultaneously PER (Price Earning Ratio), DER (Debt To EquityRatio), ROE (Return On Equity) positive and significant effect on stock prices.The conclusion of this research show DER (Debt To Equity Ratio), ROE (Return On Equity) partiallyaffect stock prices and PER (Price Earning Ratio), DER (Debt To Equity Ratio), ROE (Return On Equity)simultaneously affect the stock price category of property and real estate in the Indonesia Stock Exchange 2011to 2014. Based on these results, it can form the information and as a basis for decision making for investors andcompanies in their policy. The need for continued research by others to determine the effect of the variables thatare not included in this research. This variable is part of the company's financial ratios that affect stock pricesand require a more in-depth.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the fluctuation of the Ambarawa Railway Museum’s revenues. The objective of this study was to determine the influence of destination image and tourism facility on behaviour intention with satisfaction at the Railway Museum Ambarawa. This type of research is explanatory research, with data collection through questionnaires and interviews. The sampling technique used purposive sampling technique. The sample in this study amounted to 100 respondents who are adult visitors Railway Museum. This study used the analytical techniques of qualitative and quantitative analysis. Quantitative analysis using validity test, reliability test, the coefficient of correlation test, simple and multiple regression analysis, the coefficient of determination test, significance test (t test) in one direction, and the second stage regression. The results show that there is positive influence of destination image and tourism facility partially on satisfaction, and satisfaction has positive influence on behaviour intention. Based on the results of the regression analysis of 2 phase, it is known that variable destination image and tourism facilities influence on satisfaction, each coefficient is 0.205 and 0.549. Further satisfaction variables affect behaviour intention with the coefficient is 0.549.

Abstract

In the globalization era, smartphones industries are the most developed industry in Indonesia. This situation create business competition are increasingly competitive. One of the signs of market competitiveness can be seen in the last few years on how there’s declining on market share and selling volume of Samsung Smartphone products in Indonesia. While the purpose of this research is to explain and elaborate the power of brand awareness, brand association and advertising effectiveness in influencing University of Diponegoro students decision to buy Samsung Smartphone products.The result of this research demonstrates that the variable of brand awareness have significant and positive impact toward purchasing decisions; the variable of brand association have significant and positive impact toward purchasing decisions and the variable of advertising effectiveness have significant and positive impact toward purchasing decisions.The conclusion from this research is that samsung’s smartphone products are perceived well in all the three variables (brand awareness, brand association and advertising effectiveness). While suggestion that can be presented from this research is it’s necessary for Samsung to build brand awareness and a better brand association if they want to mantain and gain their product sale in order to improve the company's image, thus making it easier for consumers in making purchasing decisions.

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to determine the effect of Experiental Marketing Of Customer Loyalty throught Customer Satisfaction Garuda Indonesia Airlines. This location the research in Branch Office of Garuda Indonesia Airlines in Semarang. Population is all the passangers of Garuda Indonesia Airlines who used Garuda Indonesia Airlines more than twice one last year. This type of research is explanatory research. The sampling technique used non probability sampling technique and purposive sampling. This study uses qualitative and quantitative analysis techniques. Quantitative analysis using validity, reliability test, correlation coefficient, a simple regression analysis, the coefficient determination, tests of significance (t test), path analysis and sobel analysis. Based on the analysis result of the calculation, showed that there are direct effect from experiental marketing on customer satisfaction and customer loyalty, and customer satisfaction on customer loyalty. Beside result of this study revealed that indirect effect of experiental marketing toward customer loyalty mediated customers satisfaction.

Abstract

Organizational culture and work environment is a for factor the achievement of a good employee performance. PT. Warta media nusantara tribun jateng is a company engaged in the publication of the regional newspaper in the city of semarang with the aim of providing information to the public through the mass media. To improve the quality of human resources and the achievement of business objectives of the company, then an increase in employee performance can be done by strengthening the organizational culture and to build a good working environment.This research use eksplanatory research, the population used as samples by using the with amount of 71 employees in PT. Warta media nusantara tribun jateng. By using questionnaire and measurement scale likert technique as well as with the calculation of the correlation, simple and multiple regression using SPSS 20.0.This research concluded that the organizational culture and work environment affects employee performance, either partially or simultaneously. Variable organizational culture has a graeter influence than environment variables work. Suggestion for PT. Warta media Nusantara tribun jateng is preferably gatherings often do together and also conduct training, so that concern for a fellow employee can run well and be able to achive the objectives of the company. In addition it provides a more complete work equipment as well as adding an air conditioner in order to make workers more comfortable in this work.

Abstract

Inflation, exchange rate, and price are the keys to achieve sales turnover of a company. ToyotaKijang Innova Type G is a multipurpose vehicle which is popular in demand because it isfunctional and still affordable. Toyota Innova is PT Astra Motor’s product is the result ofcooperation between PT Astra International and PT Toyota Motor Corporation. The successful of acompany can be measured by many things. One of those things is sales turnover. That is why weneed to analyze economic factors that influence price to make sales target and determine the stepsto control the market.This type of research is using explanatory research in 2010 until 2015 with 72 data inmonth for every variable. The data is collected by primary and secondary method. Simple linearregression, multiple linear regression, path analysis, and Sobel method are used for the analysiswith PASW Program 18.0.The result shows that inflation and exchange rate have partial and simultaneouseffect to sales turnover by the price of Toyota Kijang Innova Type G. Exchange rate variablehas greater effect than inflation. Price has become partial mediation variable for inflation andexchange rate.Business agents and the government are suggested to take care of economic stabilityand improve economy growth to keep inflation and exchange rate stable, so that the price stillaffordable for consumers.The suggestions are for business agent and the government should take care ofeconomic stability and improve economy growth to keep inflation and exchange rate stable, so theprice still affordable for consumers.

Abstract

Employee is a main asset who have an important role in the development and the future of thecompany. One factor that determined employee’s performance is job satisfaction. Job satisfaction atPatra Jasa Semarang Convention Hotel has been fluctuated. It can be seen from absenteeism andemployees performance evaluation.The purpose of this study is to investigate the influence of work behavior and participative leadershipstyle to job satisfaction at permanent employees Patra Jasa Semarang Convention Hotel. The type of thisresearch is explanatory with the number of respondents were 108 permanent employees. The samplingmethod using saturated sampling technique. The analytical method in this study are correlationcoefficient, determination coefficient, simple linear regression, multiple linear regression, t test, F testand classical assumption with the help of IBM SPSS program.The results of this study are positive corelation between of work behavior and participative leadershipstyle to work behavior partially and simultaneously. Based on the results of the regression analysis, it isknown that the variable behavior of labor and participative leadership style influence on job satisfactionwith a coefficient of 0.209 and 0.608. The advice given to the company is the company must considercultural approaching to motivate the employee to understand the command of leader and there is neededa teamwork and good comunication between leader and employee.

Abstract

The research was distributed by growing companies in Indonesia namely manufacturing firm or company engaged in the service, one of these transport services. The growing demand for air transportation services in Indonesia. Along with the increased demand, human resources has a large role in determining the success of a service company. Thus required human resources that have a good performance so that it is able to serve the consumer well.The purpose of doing research is to know the influence of organizational commitment and organizational culture on performance of employees of PT Angkasa Pura I (Persero) international airport of Adi Soemarmo of Surakarta. The population was employees of PT Angkasa Pura I (Persero) international airport of Adi Soemarmo of Surakarta. While the samples used as much as 51 respondents with sampling techniques used was proportionate random sampling The analysis of the data used in this study using the SPSS program 23.0, test validity, reliability, determination of the coefficient of the correlation coefficient, regression analysis, simple and double, and the test of significance (t-test and F-test). in advance. The results of this study indicate that organizational commitment and organizational culture partially simultaneous or affect the performance of the employees. Variable cultural organizations provide greater influence on performance of employees on organizational commitment variable.The suggestions can be submitted is for PT. Angkasa Pura I (Persero) can hold a character building on a sense of love for the company to enhances the understanding of the vision and mission of the company so that the Organization's commitment to every employee of the higher. In addition, the company should put up posters about cultural organizations at each corner that are often bypassed the employees. This is intended so that employees always read and understand the organizational culture which is applied as a guide in the works.

Abstract

ABSTRACT            The economic activities that really dynamic make company must active to change and create new strategy to make company sustain, human resource have dominant role in company activities, PT. Temprina Media isone of printing company in Semarang, based on observation performance each of employee really fluctuating and company often change the regulation and procedure that affect to the employee and fact. point of success of company depends on talent performance which determines the achievement of organization goals. Talent not only have good competence but behaviors that show high contribution and Organization Citizenship Behavior (OCB). Organization Citizenship Behavior (OCB) is a behavior that appear because of high commitment. Therefore to increase organization commitment will influence OCB in employee’s. This research aims to analyze the influence of affective commitment, continuous commitment, and normative commitment on employee’s performance through OCB as an intervening variable. This study used multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS. The population used is a Employee’s of PT. Temprina Grafika Media Semarang with the number 44. The amount of sample used as many as 44 people, it is called a census study. The results showed that there is positive and significant correlation between each organization commitment variable (affective, continuous, normative) on OCB and Employee’s performance, there is positive and significant correlation between OCB on Employee’s Performance, and there is positive and significant correlation between Continuous Commitment and Affective Commitment on Employee’s Performance through OCB.. Advice for this research is company must maintain employee’s commitment and OCB by make strategic through shaping culture, make unique engagement and management of employee also make improvement term of data management to ensure their performance and experience.

Abstract

The capital market is one of the sources of funding for the company, as well as a place for investors to invest. One of the business sector that profitable to invest is the mining sector. However, since early 2014 the stock performance of the mining sector decreased and it will have an impact on stock prices of the mining sector in the next year. The population of the research are 39 companies of the mining sector listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange ( IDX ) during period 2010-2014. The research data is obtained on secondary data from the financial statements published by the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The sampling process by using purposive sampling method in which only mining company listing and active in a row during the period 2010-2014 who willing provide the necessary data in research. Total samples that suitable the criteria as much as 17 mining companies. The analysis technique used linear regression. Hypothesis testing using t-test and F-test with significant level 5%. The result of the research indicates only Earning Per Share ( EPS ) partially has a significant effect on the Stock Price of the mining sector. While BI Rate and Return On Equity ( ROE ) has no significant effect on the Stock Price of the mining sector. Simultaneously, Bi Rate, Earning Per Share ( EPS ) and Return On Equity ( ROE ) has significant effect to the Stock Price of the mining sector. For further research, It better to add another variable that could affect stock price, using a wider research object with a longer study period. For issuer, they should improve the performance and evaluate management performance every year periodically. For investor, they should pay attention to the internal and external factors companies like interest rate, eps, roe before making a decision to invest.
