Abstract

The development of the automotive industry in Indonesia make the level of competition becomes tight, especially in the automobile industry. The car manufacturers continue to push the product. It is evident from the diverse array of brands and types of cars in Indonesia. This study aimed to analyze the factors that influence consumer purchase decisions in the purchase of cars Honda HR-V in Semarang. The primary data used by giving questionnaires to consumers Honda HR-V with a total of 97 respondents are determined using a formula table Slovin. Respondents were taken by using purposive sampling method.The research findings indicate the factor analysis test, which qualifies Measure of Sampling Adequacy (MSA) to be above 0.5, the Product Quality variable (0.693), Variable Brand Awarness (0.766), Variable Brand Image (0,687), and Variable Lifestyle (0.611). From the analysis that the four variables have a significant influence on purchasing decisions.The conclusion and recommendation of product quality, brand awareness, brand image and lifestyle significantly influence purchasing decisions either partially or simultaneously. Suggested to the producers that assemble cars Honda can provide better products. It also might influence the purchase decisions of consumers.

Abstract

This study is on the influence of promotion and product quality product purchase decision against Biore Men In Semarang. The objective of this study was to determine the effect of promotion and quality of products on purchase decision either partially or simultaneously. This type of research is explanatory research. The population in this study is a consumer productusers Biore men in the city of Semarang. Pursposive sampling technique using sampling with asample size of 100 people. Methods of data collection using questionnaires, while engineering analysis using multiple regression analysis. Calculations in this study using SPSS for windows. The calculations show that there are significant promotions and product quality both on productpurchasing decisions Biore Men in Semarang. Advice given is the consumer should pay attention to the promotion of Men Biore products through various advertising media that determine the development. Consumers should pay attention to the quality so they know when the product has quality products that are low or high.

Abstract

One of many proof that tradig market in Indonesia growing is increasing of total supermarket. Retail Company required to fullfilling consume desire. Aneka Jay Supermarket in Ngaliyan is a supermarket in semarang which still growing comparing its competitor with same field.This study aims to determine the effect of price, product variation, and service quality towards purchasing decision in Swalayan Aneka Jaya Ngaliyan. Population in this study are consumen from Swalayan Aneka Jaya in Ngaliyan and taking sample consist 95 respondence. The data were analyzed through correlation coefficient, determination coefficient, simple linear regression, and t test.Based on the survey results revealed that price, product variation and service quality have significant effect on purchasing decision., either partially or simultaneously. Independent variables that have the biggest influence on purchasing decisions was the variable of product variation.In conclusion, obtained the three variables, that is price, product variation, and service quality have dominant effect with purchasing decision whereas product variation have the biggest effect from those three variables. Suggestion from author is increase promotion activity that have relation with price, gave discount of certain moment, increase the product variation, facility of supermarket, and increase service quality from worker to make cosumen felling impulse purchasing and repeat purchasing.

Abstract

Instant noodles is a product that is preferred by consumers in the world because of practicality. It is therefore necessary for the company to analyze consumer behavior to determine the product purchase patterns. This research aims to determine whether the model of this research is acceptable or not. The model of this research is testing the influence of product quality and promotion to purchasing decisions on brand image as an intervening variable. Instant noodle is very popular among the college students, especially who lived inboarding houses. For them, the instant noodles is the right choice for consumptionas it is very easy to process and practical. For that researchers will conduct a survey on S-1 Degree of FISIP Undip in particular. Total sample of 100 respondent by using accidental and purposive sampling. The measurement scale using Likert. The data analysis using measurement outer model, inner model, direct effect, indirect effect, Variance Accounted For (VAF) methods, and model of indices.The direct effect and indirect effect in this research are prove to give an significant effect. According to VAF method shows that the brand image is included in partial mediation. The output model of indices shows that the model already fulfill the goodness of fit. Based on this research, is suggested that company PT Indofood Sukses Makmur, Tbk did repair and improvement on the quality of good quality flavors, packaging, nutrient content in the product, as well as making corporate social activity or event in order to form a positive image of the company and products so the brand image on fried indomie remain good in the minds of consumers and engender the trust and love of the brand so that later the purchase decisions of fried indomie high and can create advantages for the companies that produce it.

Abstract

Employee performance is influenced by several factors, including the role of leader and motivation. The decline in employee performance due to the role of leader of the unfavorable impact also on the decline in employee motivation in PT . Indo Putra Sejahtera . This study aims to identify and explain the effect of the role of leader on employee performance through motivation as an intervening variable marketing part of PT . Indo Putra Sejahtera . This type of research used explanatory research. The proposed hypothesis that there is a positive and significant influence on the leadership role of employee performance through motivation. The technique of collecting data using interviews , questionnaires and observations . The population in this study are permanent employees of the marketing part of PT . Indo Putra Sejahtera of 40 people . The total sample of 40 respondents , using sensus sampling the determination samples when all members of the populasi used as a sample. Analysis of the data used is the linear regression analysis and significance test with SPSS for Windows. The conclusion from this study is there is significant influence role of leaders on employee performance through motivation as an intervening variable in PT . Indo Putra Sejahtera. Dari results of this study indicate that the variable role of leader on the motivation and the role of the leader is able to explain the motivation sebasar 38.1 % . Variable role of leader affect the performance of employees and the role of the leader is able to explain the performance of employees is 40.9%. Motivation variable influence on employee performance and motivation are able to explain the performance of employees amounted to 36.3 % . Together the role of leader and motivational variables affect the performance of employees so that the role of leader and motivation are able to explain the performance of employees amounted to 47.8 % . Then in the path analysis , there is the influence of mediation or motivation to work in the relationship intervening role of leader on employee performance . The conclusion is that if the leadership role enhanced the performance of employees would be better to increase employee motivation .

Abstract

Go-Jek is a new start up company with a very significant development. But it has not yet been able to satisfycustomers. The fact is evident from the high consumer complaints at the company.The purpose of doing research is to know the influence of service quality on customer loyalty throughcustomer satisfaction Go-Jek in Semarang. The sample in this study amounted to 100 respondents usingpurposive sampling method. Analysis of the data in this study using a test validity, reliability, linear regressionanalysis, significance test and determination with SPSS 23. The influence of mediation evidenced by Sobelmethod and path analysis. The result of this study indicate that (a) service quality significantly influence tocustomer satisfaction. (b) Service quality significantly influence to customer loyalty. (c) Customer satisfactionsignificantly influence to customer loyalty. (d) Service quality significantly infuence to customer loyalty throughcustomer satisfaction. The suggestions for improving service quality on the dimensions of responsiveness andassurance to improve customer satisfaction and maintain customer loyalty.

Abstract

Today the human resources in a company plays an important role. The business world is now required creating high employee performance to the company can continue to grow and run stable. Companies should be able to build and improve performance in their environment. In improving the performance of employees of companies employ several ways, for example through an objective performance assessment, provision of adequate compensation, and training. Increasingly intense business competition resulted in the company faced with the challenge to maintain viability.This type of research uses explanatory research, with a sample of 45 respondents using Proportional Random Sampling technique is random sampling without regard to strata that exist in proportion to the number of employees in each function / unit. Data were collected through questionnaires. Data analysis methods used using classic assumption test, simple linear regression, multiple linear regression, coefficient of determination, t-test, f-test and path analysis testThis study concluded that the positive effect on the assessment system agaiant compensation, training and positive influence againts performance through variable compensation and training as a intevening variable. Furthermore, variable compensation and training also has positive influence againts performance variables.Suggestions can be submitted to Bank BTN Semarang branch is is need for greater synergy between the employees and the company in terms assesment system, compensation, and training so that policy given by the company to be well received by employees.

Abstract

Tourism is one of industry that is growing rapidly. As a result, traveled has become a part of the human necessities . This phenomenon causes the number of tourist arrivals in the city of Semarang is increasing. Has contributed to an increase experienced by Taman Margasatwa Semarang, a tourist attraction concept Conservation, Recreational, Education, and Research in the area of West Semarang. This study aims to determine the influence of Tourism Product Attribute and Word of Mouth to the Tourism Decision to visit Taman Margasatwa Semarang. This type of research is explanatory research where data collection techniques used is by means of questionnaire, the selected sample of 100 people with purposive sampling. Respondents are visitor attractions Taman Margasatwa Semarang who had never been at the Taman Margasatwa Semarang and find out information Taman Margasatwa Semarang from others.The results showed that the attributes of travel products and significant influence on the decision to visit by contributing 32.7% and the rest is explained by other factors. Word of mouth and significant influence on the decision to visit by donating 35% and the rest is explained by other factors. Meanwhile, simultaneous attributes of the tourism product and word of mouth influence and significant impact on the decision to visit. Means the better attributes of the tourism product and word of mouth, the higher the decision been Attractions: Wildlife Areas Semarang. Besides word of mouth has the most dominant influence with regression coefficient of 0.472. The results obtained by analyzing primary data using validity, reliability test, correlation coefficient, determination coefficient, simple linear regression, multiple linear regression, and a significance test (t test and F) with SPSS 22.0.Based on the results of the study, the researchers suggested that UPTD Taman Margasatwa Semarang re-analyze the pricing policy in order to get the quality and benefit traveled better, increasing promotion through a wide range of marketing communications, and gives a good impression on visitors.

Abstract

Hospital is a health facility conducting personal health services includes promotive, preventive, curative, and rehabilitative services providing inpatient, outpatient, and emergency services. Many factors that affect patient satisfaction, one of them is the quality of service and employee performance. This study aims to determine the effect of service quality and employee performance to patient satisfaction. The primary data used by providing questionnaires to hospitalized patient with a total of 100 respondents are determined using a Slovin formula table. Respondents are taken using accidental sampling and purposive sampling method.Results and Discussion. Quality of service to both patient satisfactions with average score of 3,754, employee performance with average score of 3,772 and satisfactory patient satisfaction with average score of 3,794. Service quality significantly influence towards patient satisfaction (p <0,05) with a correlation coefficient of 0,507, R2 0,257 and t count value of 5.829 > t table 1,6606. Employee performance significantly influence towards patient satisfaction (p<0,05) with a correlation coefficient of 0,462, R2 0,214 and t count value of 5,163 > t table 1,6606. But the results of recapitulation of service quality regarding duration of the service before it is sent to the infirmary has a result below the average i.e. 3,67. Service quality and employee performance significantly influence towards patient satisfaction with correlation coefficients of 0,578, R2 0,334 and F count test results of 24,361 > F table 3,090.In conclusion and suggestions, service quality and employee performance significantly influence towards patient satisfaction either partially or simultaneously. It is suggested to hospitals to improve service quality and employee performance, maximize service in dealing with patients, improving the readiness and responsiveness, accelerate delivery time to patient care space, and the arrival of the doctor in charge. It is useful to give satisfaction to the patients who are undergoing medical treatment at the hospital.

Abstract

This study is about the Work Environment Influence and Compensation Section on Employee Satisfaction Services Department at PT Astra International, Tbk - Daihatsu Branch Office Semarang. This research was done due to the problems related to employee’s satisfaction predicted caused by the work environment and compensation . The objective of this study was to determine the influence of the work environment and compensation to employee satisfaction both partially and simultaneously. With this research, it can be taken a policy about work environment and compensation so that the company's goals can be achieved with optimal.The type of research is explanatory research. The population in this study were employees of the service department both general service and body repair as many as 40 people. Sampling technique used is the census so that the entire population is used as a sample. Thus technique sample used as many as 40 people. Data collection techniques are, interview and observation. The results of this study showsthatwork environment and compensation influenced on job satisfaction, partially or simultaneously. The result obtain by analyzing data with validity test, reliability test, t test, F test, the coefficient of determination and regression analysis. Calculations in this study using SPSS for Windows. Advice given is the company should maintain and improve the work environment that is both the physical environment, this is done by modulating the temperature in the work room so that it can support employees in work, set the level of noise, coloration that gives a fresh impression, relations between employees the fraternal relations between superiors and subordinates who can run well. Compensation is considered both direct and indirect compensation so that employees will be more satisfied in their work and performance will increase. Similar studies will be needed to add the variables apart from existing variables such as leadership, organizational culture, organizational commitment, work culture and work motivation that research on job satisfaction have become more perfect.
