Abstract

ABSTRACT This research begins with developing a research framework or model between Service Quality, Experiential Marketing, Destination Image, Revisiting Decisions and Visitor Satisfaction. Furthermore, data were obtained from 110 respondents by distributing questionnaires through google forms and consisting of open and closed questions. Respondents are visitors who had visited the Objek Wisata Religi Masjid Agung Banten at least 2 times. Then, the data obtained were analyzed quantitatively and structurally using the Structural Equaition Modeling (SEM) method using the Analysis Moment of Structural (AMOS) program. The results showed that service quality and destination image had a significant impact on visitor satisfaction variables as intervening variables. Destination image had a significant impact on revisiting decisions. Likewise with the intervening variables, namely visitor satisfaction have a significant influence on revisiting decisions. Meanwhile, experiential marketing has a insignificant influence on visitor satisfaction. And the variables of service quality and experiential marketing have insignificant effect on revisiting decisions. It is hoped that the managerial implications of this research can be used as suggestions for improvement for the Objek Wisata Religi Masjid Agung Banten.

Abstract

ABSTRACT In conducting business activities, it is important for companies to measure and pay attention to their Sustainable Growth Rate (SGR) to assess the sustainability of the company, as the basis for planning, and for decision-making by managers. This study aims to analyze the influence of asset efficiency management, measured by Total Asset Turnover (TATO), and financial leverage, measured by short-term debt (STDL) and long-term debt (LTDL), on the Sustainable Growth Rate (SGR) of companies using profitability as a proxy with Return on Asset (RoA) as an intervening variable. The sample used in this study was collected from 24 manufacturing companies in Indonesia listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) with complete data on the research variables during the period 2017-2021. The sample was obtained using purposive sampling with secondary data obtained from the Bloomberg terminal. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis of panel data using IBM SPSS Statistics 25 software. The findings of this study provide an overview that asset efficiency has a significant positive influence on the Sustainable Growth Rate (SGR) both directly and through the intervening variable of Return on Asset (RoA). Meanwhile, only short term debt (STDL) of financial leverage was found to have significant effect on the Sustainable Growth Rate (SGR).

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to analyze how much influence organizational support has on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) with organizational commitment as an intervening variable in employees of Mitra Dhuafa Regional Cooperative K East Java. This study uses primary data through sending a research questionnaire link to permanent employees of Mitra Dhuafa Regional K Cooperative in East Java as a research sample, and secondary data through journals, books, and relevant data obtained from the company concerned. The data analysis technique uses Partial Least Square (PLS) with the help of the SmartPLS 3.0 application to test the hypothesis and the influence of the relationship between variables. This study involved 100 respondents who were taken with accidental sampling technique. The results of this study indicate that organizational support has a significant positive effect on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB), organizational support has a significant positive effect on organizational commitment, and organizational commitment also has a significant positive effect on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). This study also shows the effect of organizational commitment as an intervening variable between organizational support and organizational citizenship behavior (OCB).

Abstract

ABSTRACT Shopee provides various payment options to make it easier for consumers to complete transactions, one of which is the Shopee Pay Later service. These more accessible payment options do not guarantee security for their users because there are still many problems regarding account hacking, fraud, and abuse of Pay Later balance limits experienced by consumers. This study aims to analyze the effect of perceived ease of use and perceived risk on consumer repurchase intentions using trust as an intermediary variable. This research was conducted using a quantitative method, using a questionnaire method, and using 130 respondents as a sample with a sampling technique called purposive sampling. The data analysis tool used in this study was AMOS 22 Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The results of the analysis in this study show that: 1) Perceived ease of use has a positive and significant effect on trust. 2) Perceived risk does not affect Trust. 3) Trust has a positive and significant effect on Repurchase Intention. 4) Perceived Ease of Use has a positive and significant effect on Repurchase Intention. 5) Perceived Risk does not affect Repurchase Intention.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study examines stock splits, financial market variables, Economic Value Added (EVA) issuers which are likely to have an impact on stock returns. Financial market variables are: Earning per Share (EPS), Trading Volume Activity (TVA), market capitalization, and dividend yield. Data on 41 public companies that carried out corporate actions were collected based on financial reports, annual reports, and data output from bloomberg financial markets laboratory for a period of five years 2017- 2021. IBM SPSS Statistics 21 software is used to examine the relationship between variables: corporate actions, financial market variables, issuers' Economic Value Added (EVA) which are likely to have an impact on stock returns. The results show that most of the financial market variables have no effect on stock returns, except for Earning per Share which has a significant positive effect on stock returns. From this study, it was obtained that the variables used were only able to explain 21.6% of the factors that could affect stock returns. Thus, that there were still 78.4% of other aspects that could be further investigated. Based on the results of the discussion and conclusions, there are suggestions as follows: (1) Conduct research with a sample of issuers from certain sectors. (2) Adding other variables that are able to explain the effect on stock returns. (3) Future research should consider market risk factor as one of the variables.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Genshin Impact is a game that belongs to the Massively multiplayer online role playing game (MMORPG) genre, where this game has become an important component in electronic business. The total revenue generated from this game worldwide is around $114.8 billion in 2020 and in 2022 it will rise to $164.3 billion. Because income is quite high, it is very important to understand how players will provide value in playing Genshin Impact and what factors will influence the relationship between buying interest in Genshin Impact. This research was conducted using a questionnaire method using a purposive sampling technique on 100 people who are members of the Antar Gamer Discord server. Then the data analysis method used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with an analysis tool in the form of Partial Least Squares (PLS). The purpose of this study is to examine the factors that influence players' purchase intentions towards the Genshin Impact game and to examine the effect of flow on Genshin Impact's purchase intention and to analyze the moderating role of buying pleasure on the relationship between flow and purchase intention in the Genshin Impact game. The results show that skill and telepresence playing the Genshin Impact game have a positive effect on flow. In addition, the flow of the Genshin Impact game also has a positive effect on purchase intention, where this relationship can also be mediated by Continuance intention.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The glass ceiling phenomenon hinders the career development of women workers in construction indusrty. This study aims to provide a literature study related to motivational factors that can help overcome this phenomenon and cover the deficiencies of the literature which are the research gaps in this study. The research method uses a systematic literature study. The research data was obtained from internet searches regarding journals related to the glass ceiling phenomenon which were published from 2001-2023 with the keywords glass ceiling phenomenon, equity motivation theory, female workers in the construction industry, and barriers to career development for women in the construction industry. The total journals analyzed were 25 journals. Data were analyzed qualitatively. The results of the study show that motivation can help female workers overcome barriers to careers caused by the glass ceiling phenomenon in the construction industry.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to examine the effect of abusive supervision on intention to quit mediated by burnout on employees of PT Karya Mina Putra in Rembang. Abusive supervision was measured by Tepper indicators (2000). The intention to quit variable uses a measurement scale from Sjöberg and Sverke (2000). Burnout which as a mediating variable was measured by the Maslach Burnout Inventory indicator (1996). The sample used in this study was employees of PT Karya Mina Putra in 2023. The number of samples were 84 employees.Sampling in this study using a accidental sampling technique with a questionnaire in the method of collecting data on respondents. While the analysis used is Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis with the help of SmartPLS version 3 software The results showed that abusive supervision had no effect on intention to quit. Abusive supervision had an effect on burnout. Burnout had an effect on affects the intention to quit. In addition, burnout also partially mediates the relationship between abusive supervision and intention to quit and the burnout is able to become an intervening variable between abusive supervisors and the intention to quit.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose study is to analyze the magnitude effect of the mediating role called profitability on the effect of solvency and firm size on firm value. There is one dependent variable, firm value, while there are two pure independent variables: solvency and firm size, and one mediating variable, it is profitability.The number of samples in this study, a sum of all 196 samples of property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX), is determined using the census sampling method. This study uses secondary data sourced from IDX Statistics 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020 and 2021 on companies in that sector. There is also an analytical method used in this study is a multiple linear regression analysis in which the classical assumption is tested first, which includes the normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, and autocorrelation test.The results expose that solvency (DER) has no significant negative effect on profitability (ROA). Firm size (Ln Assets) has a significant positive effect on profitability (ROA). Solvency (DER) has a significant positive effect on firm value (PBV). Firm size (Ln Assets) has a significant negative effect on firm value (PBV). Profitability (ROA) has no significant negative effect on firm value (PBV). Profitability (ROA) does not mediate the effect of solvency (DER) on firm value (PBV). Profitability (ROA) does not mediate the effect of firm size (Ln Assets) on firm value (PBV)

Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of this research is to find out and test whether Brand Image and Online Customer Reviews simultaneously influence the purchasing intention of Erigo products. This research was conducted using descriptive and quantitative analysis methods, using questionnaires that had been tested for validity and reliability, statistical analysis using Multiple Linear Regression to measure Brand Image and Online Customer Review factors on their influence on purchasing intention for Erigo products. The results showed that brand image and online customer reviews had a significant positive effect on the intention to purchase Erigo products. This study was dominated by male respondents with an age range of 18-25 years. This study consists of 3 variables with 2 independent variables, namely brand image and online customer reviews, and 1 dependent variable, namely purchasing intention. This study consists of 2 hypotheses, where both hypotheses are accepted.
