Abstract

The research problem is the number of complaints in Transjakarta passengers on service quality does not go get a solution, although the busway has been operating for 12 years. Proven still found some bus and bus facilities are uncomfortable as well as facilities such as the strip is not sterile and damaged separator, which impact on decreasing the number of Transjakarta bus passengers in 2012 and 2014. This phenomenon is a manifestation of lack of user satisfaction Transjakarta during which felt that quality of services provided Transjakarta management has not been able to meet public expectations.This study aims to 1) examine empirically and analyze the quality of core services to customer satisfaction; 2) empirically examine and analyze the impact of service quality peripherals to customer satisfaction; and 3) examine empirically and analyze the effect of customer satisfaction on interest reference. The population in this study are all service users Transjakarta bus corridor 1 that a minimum of once using Transjakarta bus corridor I 10 times. The sample used as many as 300 people, who divided the morning 100 passengers, 100 passengers during the day and 100  passenger afternoon.The results using SPSS shows; 1) the quality of core services direct positive impact on consumer satisfaction Transjakarta users of transport services (Y1). It provides direction that the H1 can be accepted; 2) the quality of core services direct positive effect on the interests of consumers referencing Transjakarta users of transport services. It provides direction that H2 is acceptable; 3) quality of service peripheral direct positive impact on consumer satisfaction Transjakarta users of transport services. It provides direction that the H3 is acceptable; 4) quality of service peripherals (X2) has positive effect directly against the interests of consumers referencing Transjakarta users of transport services. It provides direction that H4 is acceptable; 5) customer satisfaction has positive influence on consumer reference interest Transjakarta users of transport services. It provides direction that H5 is acceptable; 6) the quality of core services referenced positive influence on consumer interest Transjakarta users of transport services through customer satisfaction. It provides direction that H6 is unacceptable, so the variable customer satisfaction serves as an intervening variable; 7) quality of service peripheral positive effect on consumer reference interest Transjakarta users of transport services through customer satisfaction. It provides direction that H7 can be received, so that variable customer satisfaction serves as an intervening variable.

Abstract

Bank as intermediary financial in conducting its business activities are classified into two categories, namely conventional banks and banks with Islamic principles. As an investment manager, Islamic banks do fund raising with the principles of customer wadi'ah and mudaraba principle. As an investor, Islamic banks channeling funds through investment activities with the principle of profit-sharing financing, principle of sell-buy, or principle of lease financing.This research investigated the relationship on the principle of profit-sharing financing, principle of sell-buy financing, principle of lease financing, principle of wadiah fund raising and principle of mudaraba fund raising to earning falah of Islamic banks. Total population in this research are registered Islamic bank in Bank Indonesia in 2009-2013, the sample can be used as many as four Islamic banks.The results of hypothesis testing the principle of profit-sharing financing had positive significant effect to earnings falah of Islamic Bank in Indonesia, the principle of sell-buy financing had positive significant effect to earnings falah of Islamic Bank in Indonesia, the principle of lease financing had negative not significant effect to earnings falah of Islamic Bank in Indonesia, the principle wadi'ah fund raising had positive significant effect to earnings falah of Islamic Bank in Indonesia, and the principle of mudaraba fund raising had positive significant effect to earnings falah of Islamic Bank in Indonesia.

Abstract

The objectives of this research are to find and analyze connection between Assets Structure, asset turnover, growth asset, to profitability. In this case, Capital Structure become a intervening variable to know the relationship between  Asset Structure, total asset turnover, growth asset to profitability.            This research conducted in manufacture companies on consumer goods sector that listed in Indonesian Stock Exchanges on period 2012-2014. The data used in this research is from financial report on Indonesian Stock Exchanges. The method of this research is using quantitative approach with path analysis. The sample used is 26 companies with specific criteria.            The result show that Asset Structure have a positive significant impact to the capital structure. Total asset turnover have a negative impact to capital structure. Growth asset don’t have any impact to capital structure. Assets Structure have a positive significant impact to profitability. Total asset turnover have a positive significant impact to the profitability and growth asset don’t have any impact to profitability.

Abstract

This research is aim to analyze the influence of member exchange (LMX) and perceived organizational support (POS) against affective commitment through employee of Mekarsari Hospital in Bekasi. The utilization of Affective Commitment can be an excuse for the hospital in improving the quality of health services that provided. The population used in this research is the imployees of Mekarsari Hospital in bekasi according to the characteristics specified. This research method is using multiple regression analysis technique by taking samples with total sampling method which the samples used were 120 respondents. Data obtained from the questionnaire that were distributed directly to employess then processed and analyzed using SPSS program. The results showed that the independent variables in this study, Leader- Member Exchange (LMX) has a positive and significant impact on Affective Commitment with the value of Standardization Coefficient in the amount of β 0, 404. Furthermore, the Perceived Organizational Support (POS) variable has positive and significant impact on affective commitment employees with a value of Standardized Coefficients in the amount of β 0, 263.

Abstract

This study aims to explain the impact of product quality and ability to make innovation with product interest as an intervening variable to the repurchase intention as a dependent variable.               The population used in this study is that consumers who had visited Parlour Café Semarang. This research method using a non-probability sampling technique with accidental sampling method. Used as a sample of 100 respondents. Data obtained from the questionnaires were then processed and analyzed using SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) analysis through the AMOS program.            The results showed that the product quality has a positive influence on repurchase intention; product quality has a positive influence on product interest; ability to make innovation has a positive influence on repurchase intention; ability to make innovation has a positive influence on product interest; and product interest have a positive effect on repurchase intention.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the effect of training, self-efficacy, and employee engagement on employee performance at Patra Semarang Hotel & Convention. The techniques of data analysis that used in this research were validity, reliability, classic assumption test, t test, F test, the coefficient of determination and multiple linear regression analysis to determine the effect of that three independent variables. Respondents in this study were 62 respondents. The result indicates that there are : training has positive and significant impact on employee performance, self-efficacy has positive and significant impact on employee performance, and employee engagement has positive and significant impact on employee performance. Based on the result of the F test is known that independent variables (training, self-efficacy, and employee engagement) has simultaneous and significant impact on employee performance. Independent variables that have been mentioned can explain the dependent variable by 58,9% while the remaining 41,1% can be explained by other variables. The result of this study are expected to help Patra Semarang Hotel & Convention to repair and make improvements in training, self-efficacy, and employee engagement in order to make employee performance much better.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how much influence the quality of product, price, location, and quality of service to repurchase intention. The problem that facing by Bebek Gendut Semarang  is income  which decreasing, caused many new restaurans. And this research also aims to analyze the most dominant factors that influence on repurchase intention of Bebek Gendut Semarang.The population in this study are customers of Bebek Gendut Semarang. Samples were taken of 100 respondents using a purposive sampling technique. Data was collected using a survey method through questionnaires filled out by customers. Then, the data obtained were analyzed using multiple regression analysis. This analysis includes the validity test, reliability test, multiple regression analysis, classic assumption test, hypothesis testing through the t test and F test, and coefficient of determination analysis (R²). From the analysis result, the indicators in this study are valid and reliables. The most dominant factor that influence on repurchase intention is quality product  follow by the location, then quality service and price. Then  the F Test can be seen that the independent variables feasible to test the dependent variable. The result of Adjusted R Square is 0,498 it means that independent variable can explain about 49,8% of dependent variable.

Abstract

Various types of leadership style exist and growth in the work environment of the organization. No exception, servant leadership. Nowadays, many organizations have tried to apply the concept of servant leadership in their operational practices, and AIESEC is one of them. This international leadership organization has a Leadership Development Model program that has the ultimate goal of inculcating the quality of leaders outlined in Leadership Development Qualities (LDQ). LDQ is what is felt to have in common with servant leadership. The purpose of this study is to find out how far the application of leadership that serves (servant leadership) in the life of the organization and daily life of AIESEC Undip’s alumnae and describe the values of servant leadership what is in them. In addition, this research is conducted to obtain information for the development of leadership programs in AIESEC.In this research, the sequential explanatory method is used. First, using the quantitative method, a modified servant leadership survey questionnaire was used to find out the alumni's assessment of the values of servant leadership in them. Then proceed with qualitative research conducted through interviews with the analysis of phenomenology approach, to dig deeper alumni experience related to the application of leadership values serving in their current organizational life. The reason for choosing the method is to explain in detail, because it is supported by answers to interviews that strengthen quantitative research, as well as design methods that are easy to explain and the exposure of results more easily reported.The results of this study show that leadership values that serve exist and have evolved in the alumni reflected in their experiences, as well as the AIESEC Leadership Development Model program can be said to be working well.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of the Non Performing Loan, Investment Proportion, Loan to Deposit Ratio, Liability to Equity Ratio, and Bank Size to Shareholder Value of conventional bank which are listing in Indonesia Stock Exchange during 2011 until 2014 and measured by Market to Book Value (MBV). The population that included in this research consisted of all banking companies which are listing in Indonesia Stock Exchange during 2011  until 2014. So the number of total population is 36 banks. After passed the step of purposive sampling method it was gotten 31 banks over 4 years, so there were 124 data. The data analysis method used is multiple linier regression analysis with the classical assumption test. The results of this research showed that Investment Proportion and Loan to Deposit Ratio have negative and significant effect to Shareholder Value (MBV), Bank size has a positive and significant effect to Shareholder Value, meanwhile Non Performing Loan and Liability to Equity Ratio have no significant effect to Shareholder Value.

Abstract

This Research  aimed  to analyze  the influence  of  Corporate  Tax,  Leverage  Effect,  Risky Debt, Multiactivity  Firm and   Degree Of Operating  Leverage  to Systematic  Risk. Case study on non-financial  company  in  KOMPAS100   during  the  period  2010-  2015.  By  using purposive sampling  method  obtained  a  sample  of  22  companies. Company  data  used  in  this  study  was obtained from the Indonesian Capital Market Directory for 2010-2015 and www.bloomberg.com. The analysis technique used is Ordinary Least Squares Regression (OLS). The results showed only a Corporate Tax which has positive and not significant against Systematic Risk.   Leverage Effect, Risky Debt and Multiactivity Firm which has positive and significant against Systematic Risk, while DOL does not affect the Market Value Added.
