Abstract

This research was motivated by declining sales in Hest'in Modiste. This is due to the increased level of customers dissatisfaction Hest'in Modiste. Seeing this, the research was conducted to determine how much influence service quality, product quality, and customer relationship marketing with customer satisfaction as an intervening variable on repurchase intention in Hest'in Modiste. In this study, using three independent variables with one intervening variables and dependent variable.The population are customers Hest'in Modiste. This research uase as a sample of 100 respondents by the criteria have been using the services of Hest'in Modiste more than twice. Then the data were analyzed using multiple regression analysis channeled through the SPSS program.Based on the research results, the result that service quality, product quality, and customer relationship marketing positive effect on customer satisfaction with the regression coefficient is Y1 = 0,326X1 + 0,361X2 + 0,322X3 and  customer satisfaction has positive effect on the repurchase intention with the regression coefficient is Y2 = 0.494 Y1.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of perception of  product quality, attractiveness of promotions, and brand ambassador against purchasing decisions with the brand image as an intervening variable. This research was conducted to consumers who ever make a purchase in Wardah cosmetics, where the respondents in this study is the student of the Faculty of Economics and Business of the University of Diponegoro in the academic year of 2013-2016. The number of samples in this research as much as 131 respondents. With the method of collecting data through questionnaires and sampling method in this research is non probability sampling with purposive sampling technique. This research uses the Partial Least Square analysis techniques, which are being estimated by the program SmartPLS 2.0. A Summary of this research in that the perception of  product quality, attractiveness of promotions, brand ambassador and brand image as an intervenning variable have an effect direcrly and indirectly against the purchasing decisions. Brand image is the factor that most affect consumers in making  purchasing decisions. So the higher the brand image of a product then the higher the purchasing decisions of consumers on such products. The perceived benefits of greatly influence consumer purchase decisions in conducting at Wardah cosmetic products.

Abstract

Purchase decision is the selection of two or more alternative choice of consumers in the purchase. Every day consumers make decisions about every aspect of daily life. If consumers have a choice between making a purchase and do not make a purchase or option to use the time, then the consumer is in a position to take a decision. Consumer decisions can be influenced by several variables, in this study were analyzed through product differentiation, perception of price and location. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of product differentiation, perception of price and location on purchase decision.Population in this study is that consumers who buy car accessories at Ocean Auto Wheels, Ruko Puri Anjasmoro block EE 1/10, Semarang. Sample in this study was 100 consumers. Sampling technique in this study conducted by purposive sampling technique. Type is primary data. Methods of data collection using the questionnaire. Analysis technique used is multiple regression with previously tested with test instruments and classical assumption. Analyss results using multiple regression showed that : product differentiation proved influence on purchase decisions. Perception of price proved influence on purchase decisions. Location proved influence on purchase decisions

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to examine the effect of supervisory and organization culture toward work discipline. The research is investigated the work discipline of employees who work in the was conducted to Ministry of Youth and Sport, Central Java. The independent variables are supervisory and organization culture, and dependent variable is work discipline. The data were collected by using purposive sampling method. Direct questionnare use to obtain the data with 59 respondents from Ministry of Youth and Sport, Central Java employees. The data were analyzed with multiple linear reggresion method using SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solution) 16. The research show that supervisory have a positive and significant influence on work discipline. Organization culture have a positive significant influence on work discipline. For the next research it’s recommended to add more variable and than to extend the population.

Abstract

Performance is an overview of the level of achievement of the implementation of an action or policy in achieving the goals, objectives, vision and mission of the organization. In the achievement of corporate goals is usually the company experienced a high turnover rate, with a high turnover rate can affect the performance of the organization and lead to ineffective organizations. One step is to prevent the release of employee compensation that is intended to provide a sense of satisfaction will be compensation given by the organization to realize the goals, vision and mission. Research conducted at the headquarters of the Bank of Central Java is intended to analyze the effect of variable compensation satisfaction and organizational commitment on employee performance. The research was conducted at the Bank's headquarters in Semarang in Central Java. The number of samples is set as 96 respondents using judgment samples and methods of data analysis is the analysis of path (jalur) with the help of SPSS progran. The results of the testing of the hypothesis, suggesting that the variable compensation satisfaction and organizational commitment have a positive impact on employee performance. The variable that has the most impact is organizational commitment. The implications of this study are compensated satisfaction and organizational commitment have an equally important role, both individually and together in improving employee performance.

Abstract

Job   satisfaction   considerably   affects   employee   performance   and   employee outcome.  This  study  aimed  to  present  a  literature  review  of  the  factors  that  affect employee satisfaction conditions and to cover the limitation of previous literature which is being research gaps of this study.Research  method  using  systematic  literature  review.  The  research  data  was obtained through internet search on employee satisfaction journal published 2005-2017 key words using job satisfaction,  employee  satisfaction,  employee  job satisfaction,  job satisfaction,  job  satisfaction  among  employee,  job  satisfaction,  kepuasan  kerja,  and kepuasan kerja karyawan. The number of journals analyzed by 22 journals. Data were analyzed qualitatively.The result of the research is there are six factors that influence job satisfaction that is job content (autonomy and clarity of role), management (performance evaluation and management support), work environment (physical environment, supervisor's relationship  with subordinate,  and co-worker  relationship),  compensation  reward), job promotion  (promotion  and  employment  system),  and  training  (routine  and  effective training).

Abstract

Teacher is one of important component to determine the success of education program. Having a very important role to teach, teacher also has a huge responsibility towards the formation of character and morality of the students. Therefore, teachers are required to have expertise, responsibility and the spirit of sacrifice to provide a social service above personal interests. But, amid the many demands and duties of teachers, many problems experienced by teachers, particularly private teachers, especially around issues of welfare and employment status.This study was conducted to identify factors that motivate private teachers in their profession as well as to dig deeper about the hopes and desires of private teachers about their future. Search on the factors that motivate the private teacher starts from the identification of personal characteristics, biography and work values held by private teachers and their perceptions of the profession in which they live. This study uses a qualitative method and data collection was done by interview and observation so as to dig deeper into the facts about the teaching profession. The object of this research is a private teacher who has a service life of more than 2 years who served in Madrasah Ibtidaiyyah in Semarang City.The results showed that motivation of private teacher is influenced by their perception about teaching profession which is formed from the values they hold, personal characteristics and the biography of the informant.

Abstract

Turnover is one of the serious problems that often occur in a company. There are still many companies that have problems regarding the high level turnover that one of them is PT Bank Jateng. This study aims to examine and analyze the effects of job satisfaction, organizational commitment, and job stress on intention to quit in PT Bank Jateng.Data collection methods which used in this study was a questionnaire with sample of 80 PT Bank jateng employees using stratified sampling method. This study used mutliple linear regression analysis.The result of this study showed that the variables of job satisfaction and organizational commitment had significant and positively effect on intention to quit while job stress affect the intention to quit significant and negatively. These variables influence amounted  to  43,9%  of  the  intention  to  quit.  The  remaining  56,1%  is  influenced  by variables outside of this study.

Abstract

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) constitute the largest segment of the Indonesian national economic actors. MSME play an important role in the Indonesian economy, because MSME are able to absorb the productive labor available. One of the MSME that help the Indonesian economy are MSME furniture in Jepara. Furniture is one of the largest exporters of actors that can help the Indonesian economy. Variables that can help build marketing performance is Market Orientation, Orientation Entrepreneurship and Innovation.The population in this study is the owner of MSME furniture in Jepara. Samples were taken as many as 83 respondents. Data was collected using a survey method through questionnaires filled out by the owner of the furniture. Then the data were analyzed using regression analysis. Calculation of moderating variables using Sobel Test. Based on the research results, the regression equation: Y 1 = 0.367 X1 + 0.324 X2. And Y2 = 0.401X1 + 0.455 X2 + 0.671 Y1. Based on statistical data analysis, the indicators in this study are valid and variables are reliable. The variable that has the most impact is variable Market Orientation. Sobel test results of a calculation produces the effect of each variable through the mediating variables of innovation.

Abstract

Interest spread was difference between interest rate of time deposit with interest rate of credit obtained by banking. The purpose of this study is to investigate and assess whether affect determine the factors of interest spread at commercial banks Conventional listed on the Stock Exchange the period 2011 – 2015. Interest spread rate as a measure of the efficiency and profitability of the bank.Research sample used about 17 banks there are State Bank, Private National Bank, and Regional Bank. The method used is multiple regression analysis using normalitas test, multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity, autocorrelation, coefficient of determination, significant simultaneous and partial test. This study used purposive sampling method.The results of this study analysis that loans to deposit ratio, operating cost and return on asset significantly influence interest spread rate. Determination coefficient (adjusted R square) was about 0.218. or 21.8 percent. Whereas the remainder about 78.2 percent influenced by other factors out of research model.
