Abstract

This  research  is  based  upon  the  appearance  of  competition  between  creative industry companies to win the market through accentuating quality that is given by every company within. The purpose of this research is to figure out the influence of product’s quality, quality of service, and company performance against customer satisfaction ( Abankirenk Semarang ).The result of research variable regarding product’s quality, quality of service, company performance against customer satisfaction (Y). The value of adjusted R square is 0,559. So that it can be concluded that the ability of all independent variables to explain the variation on dependant variable is 55,9% influential to Y variable. While the rest of 44,1% influential on other factor that is not explained in the regression model that is obtained.

Abstract

Human resources play an important role in a company since human is the power and determiner of the organization. One of the efforts to improve the performance of employees of which having regard to the working environment. Beside that, the other factors to influences of working environment is satisfaction of compensation. Based on Supervisor Research, Coordinator Branch of Jateng Bank Semarang have lowering in employee’s performance.This research was conducted in Coordinator Branch of Jateng Bank Semarang. The goal of this researchis to determine the effect ofworking environment and satisfaction of compensation given toward employee’s performance. The working environment and satisfaction of compensation are the independent variables on this research, whereas the employee’s performance played as the dependent variable.The population of the study was the 78 employees of Coordinator Branch of Jateng Bank Semarang. Census study was used as the sampling techniqueon this research. The data were analyzed by multiple linear regression analysis method supported by SPSS program.This research shows that working environment significantly influences the performance of employees in Coordinator Branch of Jateng Bank Semarang and in positive direction. The compensation also gives a significant influence to the employee’s performance and in positive direction.

Abstract

The rapid technology development makes people to continue innovating in facilitating work. Companies are competing to improve their systems in marketing products to consumers to get maximum incomes by creating a practical systems for consumers to access information about their products, one of them is Shopee Indonesia through their products application or can be called branded apps. Shopee Indonesia app is designed to provide product information and easy access for consumers to buy the products, also facilitate communication between consumers and producers. Researcher aimed people who live in Java, have Shopee Indonesia application in their smartphone, and once purchased from the app to be this research’s sample. The number of samples used in this study are 101 respondents. The method of collecting data through questionnaire and the method of collecting samples is by non probability sampling technique. This study uses Multiple Linear Regression analysis technique estimated by SPSS 20.0. The results of this study indicate that brand attachment, brand identification, and perceived value have a positive and significant effect on continuance intention to use branded apps.

Abstract

This research was motivated by a lot of medical patient complaints after visiting to Puskesmas Ngesrep in form of critics and suggestions. It indicates there are unsatisfactory feelings after their visit to Puskesmas Ngesrep that could be because of disquality services from the management. This research is aiming to analyze the effect of disquality service medic and non-medic toward patient disatisfaction and negative WOM.This research using descriptive and quantitative for data analyze. The samples for this research are 400 patients that visited Puskesmas Nngesrep. Data was collected using questionnaires which tested the validity and reliability. The data was analyzed using multiple regression.The result of descriptive analysis shown that disquality service medic, disquality services non-medic, patient’s disatisfaction, and negative WOM Puskesmas Ngesrep classified as low. Statistical tests shown patient’s disatisfaction variable is affecting positively toward negatif WOM variable (hypothesis 1 is accepted), disquality service medic variable is affecting positively toward patient’s disatisfaction (hypothesis 2 is accepted), disquality services medic variable is affecting positively toward negatif WOM (hypothesis 3 is accepted), disquality service non-medic is affecting positively toward disatisfaction patient’s (hypothesis 4 is accepted), and disquality services non-medic variable is affecting positively toward intention to negative WOM (hypothesis 5 is accepted).

Abstract

The advance of technology creates the new business trend by using internet. Zalora.co.id is one of the e-commerce uses website and application to deliver fashion products to the customers. The quality of website and application is the key to build the trust and satisfaction to the customers. Zalora.co.id needs a strategy to maintain the service quality and enjoyment through its website and application in order to keep and increase the customer repurchase intention on zalora.co.id.This study aims to analyze the influence of factors of repurchase intention on zalora.co.id. Website design quality, service quality and enjoyment as independent variables and repurchase intention as dependent variable. This research uses satisfaction and trust as intervening variables. Sample of this research is the application users and visitors' Zalora website in 2016 who had made a minimum of two purchases. The sampling method in this research is judgment sampling. The analysis technique used is Structural Equation Modeling – PLS. The results of this study show website design quality, service quality and enjoyment have positive effect on repurchase intention. The indirect influence of website design quality through satisfaction and trust has a negative effect.

Abstract

Job satisfaction and organizational commitment affect employee performance. The purpose of this research is to explain how the variable of job satisfaction and organizational commitment influence to BPJS Kesehatan Cabang Utama Surakarta employee performance. In addition to recognize which variable influences dominantly to the employee performance.The data of this research were collected through a questionnaire distributed to 65 employees of BPJS Kesehatan Cabang Utama Surakarta. Mechanical testing of the data  used  in  this  research  include  the  instrument  test  (validity  and  reliability  test), classical assumption test (normality test, multicoloniarity, and heteroscedasticity test), multiple linear regression analysis, t test, F test, and coefficient of determination test (R2) using SPSS application.The  result  of  this  research  shows  that  job  satisfaction  and  organizational commitment influence positively and significantly to theemployee performance. Variable used   in   this   research   give   positive   response,   meaning   the   job   satisfaction   and organizational commitment improving the performance of BPJS Kesehatan Cabang Utama Surakarta employee. Value of determination coefficient or R2 is 0,364, which means employee performance is affected by job satisfaction and organizational commitment amounted to 36,4%

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analize the effect of customer perceived value, trust, and switching cost to the loyalty of customer waroeng SS Tembalang Semarang. The population used in this study is all the people who eat  and buy waroeng ss product. The sampling method used in this study was accidental sampling method that is done giving quetionnaires to be filled by waroeng ss customer. This study using multiple regression as statistic tools to test the hypothesis. From the analysis performed in this study, customer perceived value and switching cost has positive significant effect on customer loyalty.

Abstract

This research performed to examine influence of Cash Position, Firm Size, Growth Opportunity, Ownership, and Return on Asset (ROA) on Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR). Sample for this research were taken using a purposive sampling method from manufacturing companies listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) in period 2008 to 2011. From 134 listed companies, acquired 15 companies that meet the criteria specified in the research period from 2008 until 2011. Analyze technique that use in this research is multiple regression analysis, and hypothesis test with t test for testing the partial regression coefficient, F test for testing the simultaneously influence with level of significance 5% and determinant coefficient test. Furthermore, classical assumption test also performed including normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test and autocorrelation test. The results of this research indicate that the variable Ownership and Return on Asset (ROA) have significantly positive influence on Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR). While, Cash Position and Firm Size have significantly negative influence on Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR). Whereas Growth Opportunity hasn’t correlation influence towards Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR). It’s recommended for investors whose purpose to gain dividend, to pay more attention about information that companies spend on investment-related decisions. In this research, Return on Asset (ROA) is the most influential variable to Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR) with a standardized beta coefficient value 0,701. Predictive capability of five independent variables in this research to dividend by 43%, while other 57% were influenced by independent variables that have not been included in the research model.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the factors affecting purchase intention. These factors are namely product knowledge, perceived quality, perceived risk, perceived value.The population in this study were all people who knew but had never bought a Kawasaki Ninja 250 Fi motorcycle product, who lived in Semarang City. The sample was selected  using  purposive  sampling  method.  Based  on  the  criteria  that  have  been determined, obtained a sample of 100 respondents.The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression. The results showed that product knowledge and perceived value had a positive and significant effect  on  purchase intention.  Meanwhile perceived  quality and  perceived  risk are not significant to purchase intention.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to explain how the variable of job satisfaction, organizational commitment, and organizational culture influence to PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia Witel Unit in Semarang employee performance. Data collection was done by questionnaire.The sample used in this research were employees of PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia Witel Unit in Semarang 80 people in total. The sampling technique was conducted using Simple Random Sampling. Mechanical testing of the data used in this research include the instrument test (validity and reliability test), classical assumption test (normality test, multicoloniarity, and heteroscedasticity test), multiple linear regression analysis, t test, F test, and coefficient of determination test (R2) using SPSS application.The result of this research shows that job satisfaction, organizational commitment, and organizational culture influence positively and significantly to the employee performance. Variable used in this research give positive response, meaning the job satisfaction, organizational commitment, and organizational culture improving the performance of PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia Witel Unit in Semarang employee. Value of determination coefficient or R2 is 0,517, which means employee performance is affected by job satisfaction, organizational commitment, and organizational culture amounted to 51,7%.
