Abstract

Abstract Healthy and fit body is certainly everyone’s dream. Yet not everyone really knows for sure whether their body is fit enough or not before running fitness test. Good physical fitness is the main key for a person to perform repetitive physical activities in a relatively long time. The purpose of having a good physical fitness is to be able to perform daily activities efficiently without causing excessive fatigue. To identify and assess a person's level of physical fitness can be done by doing some kind of test, such as using Multistage Fitness Test (MFT), which refers to the norms introduced by Brianmac. This study aims to compare the level of physical fitness between students of physical education and students of sport coaching education of the year 2011 at Faculty of Sport Science, State University of Surabaya. This research is a comparative study using a comparative study design. The population of this study is all students of sport education major and sport coaching education major of the year 2011  consisting of 255 students. The samples of this study are taken  by using cluster random sampling in which consist of  1 class of physical education major and 1 class of sport coaching education major of the year 2011. Data analysis used in this study is the description of the data and test requirements. Based on the results of the study, there are no differences in physical fitness between the students of physical education major and students of sport coaching education major of the year 2011. Because students of physical education of 2011 get greater grades of significance (P value) than the value of alpha (5%) or in other words Sig 0.05> α (0.200> 0.05), so it is decided that H0 is accepted, which means that the data meet the normal  assumption. Mean while, the students of sport coaching education of 2011  also get greater grades of significance (P value) than the value of alpha (5%) or in other words Sig 0.05> α (0.068> 0.05), so it is decided that H0 is  accepted, which means that the data meet the normal assumption. The average level of physical fitness of physical education students is 38.277 and sport coaching education students is 39.762 with the level difference of physical fitness by 1.449. Abstract

Abstrac Researcher aims: 1. To know the influence of using teams games tournament (TGT)  type-cooperative learning model for If there is influence of using Teams games tournament (TGT) type-cooperative learning model for the result on volleyball under passing learning for X-garde students of SMK Negeri 2 Probolinggo. 2. To know how big is the influence for the result of learning for x-grade students SMK Negeri 2 Probolinggo. Kind of this research is experiment researce which designed one group pretest-posttest design. Population which used is students of x-gade SMK Negeri 2 Probolinggo.The result of this research can be concluded that there are significant influence of using the teams games tuornament (TGT) type-cooperative learning model for the result on volleyball under passing learning for X-garde students of SMK Negeri 2 Probolinggo. The significant inflence can be showen based on wilcoxon research result, it is Z hitung, 4,936 >Ztabel1,96 orAsymp Sig = 0,000 < 0,05. So the conclution is using of the learning model can increase the students average result of the learning volleyball underpassing, average value 13,63%. Abstract

Abstract In Physical education learning teaching material delivered very influential on student learning outcomes in terms of both physical and character education. Teaching materials should bein accordance with the conditions of the facilities and infrastructure available in schools and ease students receive materials need to be considered. One way to make the material more easily accepted students is to implement modifications of football game in learning physical education. Modifications of football game are expected to apply in Physical education are able to maximize learning physical education special cooperation of students. This study aimed to determine the effect of modification of the game of football again ststudent collaboration in learning physical education, sport and health. This research is experiment to with descriptive quantitative approach. The population in this study were students of SMAN 1 Kesamben Jombang and the samples totaling 67 students, which consisted of 33 students of class XII PS 2 in to the experimental group and 34 students of class XII PS 1 a control group using a random cluster sampling technique. This study instrument using a questionnaire cooperation and data analysis using t test. From the results of statistical calculations it can be concluded that there is a significant effect modification football game against the cooperation of students in learning physical education, sport and heal this evident from the value of t count 2,179 > t table1,990 with a significance level of 0.05. Abstract

Abstract The Implementation of physical education, sport and health is a long term investment. In order to obtain the expected result requires relatively long time. It is certainly needed an action that support the conducive learning. Physical education, sport and health  is one of the subjects which is favored by many junior high school students because the material contains a variety of games that involve direct physic and mental activities so that children become active to follow it. The teacher should provide clear materials to students with delivering such a creative and innovative teaching in order to be more easily understood by students and learning become effective. To deliver creative, innovative and effective teaching is with modifying a lesson in order to make it more interesting, one of them is modify volleyball game. Creative, innovative and effective learning use a dikjasor observation sheet with three observers and from the point of view of students using questionnaires formative class evaluation (FCE). This study aimed to determine the influence of modifies volleyball game on the effectiveness of learning. This research is descriptive quantitative approach experiment with design of the study is a randomized pretest-posttest control-group design. The subjects are 33 students in the experimental group and 33 students in the control group. Generally from the results of research it can be concluded  that there is an influence significated the implementation of modified volleyball game against Penjasorkes learning effectiveness in class VIII in SMP Negeri 1 Gedangan as evidenced by the results of the t test on the same sample tcount 3,339 > 1,990 ttable with significated on 0,05. And than Increase the implementation of modified volleyball game against Penjasorkes learning effectiveness in class VIII in SMP Negeri 1 Gedangan by 5%. Abstract

Abstract Penjasorkes contains elements that are important values ??in life. Value of cooperation is one of the values ??that exist in Penjasorkes and needed and used in public life is harmonious and dignified.  One of the teaching material that contains the value of cooperation in the Penjasorkes is a game of volleyball.  This study is motivated by the lack of student mastery of passing down techniques that result in passing the ball down is often not directed to the opponent misses the intended and most often fight among players in doing passing down due to lack of cooperation among players. Formulation of the problem posed in this study is whether there is influence STAD cooperative learning model to study the results of passing under the volleyball in class X SMAN 1 Sukapura, Probolinggo and how big influence. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of STAD cooperative learning model to the results of passing under the volleyball in class X SMAN 1 Sukapura, Probolinggo and to determine the magnitude of the effect. Cooperative learning model Student Teams Achievement Division (STAD) is a model of learning by students are grouped in teams of 4-6 members. With the implementation of cooperative learning model STAD expected learning outcomes of students passing increased under volleyball. This research is descriptive quantitative approach to experiment. The samples in this study were 48 students, consisting of 22 students XA class as the experimental group and 26 students XC class as the control group. Results of the study were independent t test can be concluded that there is a significant relationship between STAD cooperative learning model to learning outcomes as evidenced volleyball passing down of the value of t = 3.688 is greater than the value of t table (3.688> 1.6775) with a significance level of 0 , 05. The amount of influence STAD cooperative learning model to the learning outcomes of students passing class X under SMAN 1 Sukapura, Probolinggo is equal to 13.86%. Abstract

Abstract The objectives subjects of sports education are to improve the physical potential, cultivate the sportivity, and civilize healthy living. In improving physical potential are the goal of improving basic movement skills and abilities of students. To achieve these objectives the students with the help of the teacher should be able to absorb the knowledge of the sport given by the teacher through motor learning. In addition, students should be able to get used to exercising outside lesson hours sport. Accustomed to exercising with the students naturally learn motion. Because the core of the sport is a motion. The more often students do exercise they will get a lot of motion experience so their motor ability and motor skills can be improved. The purpose of this study was to determine the contribution of their exercise habits with the basic motor ability of fifth grade students of Pucang I Sidoarjo Elementary School, and to determine the contribution of sport habits with  the basic motor ability of fifth grade students of Pucang I Sidoarjo Elementary School. The type of this research is non-experimental research through quantitative approach with a correlational design. The population in this research were all fifth grade students of Pucang I Sidoarjo Elementary School, amounting to 116 students. While the sampling technique used cluster random sampling with a sample of 37 students, while the students who had the test amounted only 33 students, because 4 other students who could not participate is illness. The instrument in this research was a questionnaire to measure students sport habits, and the carpenter motor ability tests to measure students basic motor ability. Data analysis that applied is Spearman correlation. Based on the data  analysis found that the variable sport habits with basic motor abilitys have rhitung result of 0.522, α 0.05 with P value 0.002. This indicates that the P value 0.002 ≤ α 0.05  , which means that H0 is rejected and Ha accepted. Has a determination coefficient as big as 27.25%. Thus it can be concluded that there is a significant correlation between sport habits with the basic motor ability of fifth grade students of Pucang I Sidoarjo Elementary School with ties at 27, 25%. Abstract

Abstract Nutrient status is a state of the body as a result of food consumption and utilization of nutrients in the form of specific variables that can be measured by certain methods. Nutrient status is low or normal will have an impact on the level of physical fitness. In addition to nutrient status, the sport habit can also affect the level of physical fitness. Sport habit is not excessive will result in above average, and by practicing sports activities will result in physical fitness level higher. So the influence on physical fitness has a greater percentage. The purpose of this study was to determine the correlation of nutrient status and sport habits with physical fitness level of class XI SMA Negeri 4 Sidoarjo and to determine the contribution of nutrient status and sport habits to the level of physical fitness class XI student of SMAN 4 Sidoarjo. This type of research is non-experimental research through quantitative approach with a correlational design. The population in this study were all students of class XI SMA Negeri 4 Sidoarjo. The amount of population are 324 students. While the sampling technique used was cluster sampling with a sample size of 29 students. Instrument in this study is the IMT / U for nutrient status, sport habits questionnaire, and MFT tests to measure physical fitness. Data analysis used logistic regression. Based on the analysis of the data found that the nutrient status had sig value 0.007 <ρvalue (sig) 0.05, with a coefficient of determination of 43%, then Ho1 is rejected and Ha1 accepted. So, there is a relationship between nutrient status with physical fitness by 43%. While sport habits have sig 0.922> ρvalue (sig) 0.05, Ho2 accepted and rejected Ha2. So, there is no relationship between sport habits with physical fitness. Logistic regression results show the results sig. 0.215. This suggests that sig (0.397)> alpha 0.05, which means that H0 is accepted and H1 is rejected. Thus, there was no correlation between nutrient status and sport habits with the level of physical fitness.   It can be concluded that there is no significant corelation between nutrient status and sport habits with physical fitness levels in class XI SMA Negeri 4 Sidoarjo. Abstract

Abstract Education as a process of coaching and developing student that lasts a lifetime and is organized with an ex-ample, a willingness to build and develop creativity in the learning process. Education has a pedagogical objective, therefore less education complete without penjasorkes, because penjasorkes as the basis for physical activity for people to understand the world and himself that naturally develops in line with the changing times. For that to penjasorkes learning process will run smoothly and be able to bring motivation and feelings of pleasure and delight of the students to participate in learning, teachers should be good to develop a variety of simple game in accordance with the characteristics of the students in the form of a sports game. Of the learning process that was developed is also expected to change behavior that is reflected by the increasing student motivation. To determine the characteristics of the growth and development of students, teachers should prepare a method which should reflect the characteristics of adaptive penjas itself. Small game is one attempt to do by teachers for learning can be fun. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the application of simple game to improve students' motivation in penjasorkes learning. The population in this study were total blind students SDLBN Lamongan. From this research we can conclude that there is a significant effect of the application of small game to improve students' motivation in learning adaptive penjas as evidenced from the results of the t test 13,856 count > t table value of 2.920 with a significance level of 0.05. Magnitude of the influence of small game at enhancing motivation student learning in adaptive learning penjas amounted to 8.73%. Keywords: Small game, Motivation study

Abstract

Abstract The cooperative learning model in TGT type is one of learning models which is putting the student in a small groups that consist 5 - 7 students and involving some students as the tutor. Where as, direct instruction (DI) is a learning model which is centered on the teacher. The material is gradually delivered to the srudent and then the teacher leads them in training. That learning result of chest pass is being defined as students behavior changing based on the experiment after receiving that learning and viewing on the result of the test. After passing those two learning models, there is hope that it will help students in developing and upgrading students ability in chest pass. Purpose of this research is to know is there any effect and how big the influence of those two models in chest pass learning result. This is an experimental research with randomized control pre test and post test as the design. Population of this research is 192 students from X class SMAN 1 Probolinggo. Technique that use for sampling is cluster random sampling with 55 sample test. 30 second wall pass test become the instrument. In analyze the data, researcher uses t-test. Based on analysis result, it is knowing that average result for pre test on TGT group is 9,86 with deviation standard 4,92. Then , 12,89 for post test on TGT with deviation standard 6,585. For pre test on DI the average is 10,04 with deviation stansart 11,89. Then, 11,89 for post test with deviation standard 6,612. Next the result of paired t test on TGT group is tcount is more than ttable (tcount 6,993 > ttable 2,010), so it can be concluded that there is an effect of TGT type on chest pass learning result. Then, after another paired t test on DI group, it is revealed that tcount 3,359 with significance 0,002. So it is appeared to the surface that tcount is bigger than  ttable  (tcount 3,359 > ttable 2,010), so it can be concluded that direct instruction has an impact on the result chest pass learning result. Thus, based on those test and result, it can be concluded that TGT and DI learning models influence the students learning result of chest pass in X class SMAN 1 Probolinggo. Abstract

Abstract Volleyball become popular sport branch on Indonesia, all society stratum can play and learn it. For they who pursue achievement from this sport branch or just as an hobby for they as an amateurs. With simple rules of game, volleyball can be taught on elementary school children aged, junior high school to senior high school. Basic techniques that taught on elementary school and junior high school level can be increased on teenager age on highschool level. E.g. on performing underhand service basic technique, which previously only able to executed or through the net, further learning will increase its accuracy to certain target field that difficult to reach by opponent. Problem that appear during learning at school is one physical education teacher must be able to give maximal learning to every students, whereas certainly become a problem when the amount of student is quite a lot with different character and ability as well as limited learning time. Therefore, researcher execute research with STAD learning model to one of schools on Madiun, exactly on SMA Negeri 1 of Madiun City. SMA Negeri 1 Madiun considered to be appropriated since its one of the favourite public highschools, not just from the academic, but also from its sports achievement that deserved to considered at Madiun City. This research expected able to improve learning quality to be spread evenly on SMA Negeri 1 Madiun.     Research which conducted applying AAHPER underhand service accuracy test norm with pseudo experiment research and one group pretest - posttest research design. Sample collecting technique using purposive sample technique based on the recommendation from physical education teacher, banely Class XI IPS 1 with the amount of 36 students. All student of Class XI IPS 1 that amounted of 36 students will be divided to become 8 learning groups hetergenously to receive treatment in every meeting. Based on the research result, its obtained data with significant improvement for volleyball underhand service accuracy learning result as big as 63.93%.       Keywords: STAD learning model, Volleyball underhand service.
