Abstract

Abstract Problem solving is a proces mental and intelectual to find and solve  the problem with data and acuration information, so it can be decided perfectly. Physical education through sport  activities aimed to build in cognitive, affective, and psychomotor aspects. Sport activities are taught that one makes decicions. Therefore, it is expected, through sport activities, to create opprtunities for students, to take the values of sport to enhance their problem solving skill. The purpose of this research was to figure out how deep the relationship between sport activity and problem solving skill. It was non-experimental reserch with design correlation. The population was all sevent grade students of SMPN 3 Nganjuk which consist of 295 students. While the sampling technique which used was random sampling and there were 63 samples. Its instrument was test and questionnaire. Product Moment Correlation was used to analyze the data. Analysis result showed the lowest score of the sport activity questionnaire was 4, while the highest was 13. The mean was 7.76 with 2.17 of deviation standart. The lowest score of problem solving skill tests was 43 and the highest was 73. The mean was 61.13 with 8.03 of deviation standart. Product Moment correlation result was at 0.05 significance level with n=63. It could be determined that r count was greater than r table (r count 0,264 > r table 0,241) with 6,97%determination coefecient. It could be drawn thatthere was significant relationship between sport activity and problem solving skill of SMPN 3 Nganjuk students, r count = 0,264. Key words: Sport Activity, Problem Solving

Abstract

 Abstract In long jump, jumper will try to move forward with footing on beam hardly for landing in long jump sand box far away. In long jump lesson there are many styles and one of them is long jump squat style which has special character when flying in the air body position like a people’s squating. The questions in this research are, is there any different of implementation cooperative learning model between STAD and TGT type, how big much the different and which one the bigger influence toward long jump squat style learning product on students of 7th graders SMP Negeri 1 Mojosari, Mojokerto. STAD is one of learning model with group system, one of students will choose by the teacher as an expert student who will explain to his group. TGT is one of cooperative learning model where learning activity uses game growing responsility, teamwork, and fairplay. With implementation of STAD and TGT will known the bigger influence toward long jump squat type learning product. This research is experiment research that uses descriptive quantitative. Sample in this research is 63 students, which consist from 32 students of VIIC as an experiment group X1 STAD and 31 students of VIID as an experiment group X2 TGT. Form accounting T-Test Independent, it can conclude that there is no different between STAD and TGT type toward long jump squat style learning product which is proved from Tcount=0,22 less than Ttable (0,22<2,99). Cooperative learning model which is the bigger influence toward long jump squat style learning product on students of  7th graders SMP Negeri 1 Mojosari, Mojokerto is TGT with increases as big as 52,02%. Abstract

Abstract Learning model is one of the keys to success in teaching and learning activities. In the presentation the teacher can take a variety of approaches or learning model that aims to make the students gain an understanding and better absorbed information so that the learning process can be done optimally. Learning model chosen should have to conform to the conditions of the school and the student's ability as a whole. For it is given the appropriate learning innovation with the background. Provision of learning innovation in question is the provision of cooperative learning model Student Teams Achievement Division (STAD) in the learning of shooting football. Expected with this model provision would indicate that maximum learning outcomes. This study aimed to determine the effect of cooperative learning model Student Teams Achievement Division (STAD) on learning outcomes of shooting football. This research is descriptive quantitative approach to experiment with. The sample in this study amounted to 62 students, which consisted of 31 students of class VIII F as the experimental group and 31 students of class VIII D as a control group. From the results of statistical calculations it can be concluded that there is a significant effect of cooperative learning model Student Teams Achievement Division (STAD) on learning outcomes as evidenced shooting football from t_hitung value (4.488)> t??_tabel (2.042) with a significance level of 0.05. Abstract

Abstract One of the optimal performance achievement on pencak silat beside require regular training, student who following pencak silat extracurricular also need good nutrient. Appropriate nutrient is main basic for prime performance for athlete during match. Student who student who following pencak silat PSHT extracurricular on SMKN 1 Kemlagi Mojokerto still need knowledge and information concerning the energy sufficiency on each student. The purpose of this research was to found out the description of energy sufficiency, carbohydrate, fat, protein on student who following pencak silat extracurricular. Research design applying descriptive research with quantitative approach. Data collecting by survey method technique with the amount of sample of 30 respondents namely student who following pencak silat extracurricular. Data collecting apply food recall method. Analysis data by SPSS 16.0 to obtain frequency, standard deviation and mean. Research result found that the mean of student’s energy sufficiency are 1201.16 kkal and its standard deviation are 335.08. On male students the mean of energy sufficiency is 1314.28 kkal and its standard deviation is 415.60. While on female students the mean of protein sufficiency is 45.16.gram and its standard deviation is 13.04. On male students the mean of protein sufficiency is 46.27.gram and its standard deviation is 12.32. On Female students the mean of fat sufficiency is 33.11.gram and its standard deviation is 13.05. While on male students the mean of protein sufficiency is 31.64.gram and its standard deviation is 11.59. The mean of carbohydrate sufficiency on female student is 155.11 gram and its standard deviation is 37.81. While on male students the mean of carbohydrate sufficiency is 167.45 gram and its standard deviation is 41.98. The research results above show that most of student’s energy sufficiency belong to enough category. The implication of this research is energy sufficiency required by students to reach optimal achievement. So that, instructor, parent, and student pay attention to nutrients on its food. Abstract

Abstract Education is a requirement that is not less important to the needs of others. One is physical, sport and health education. To create an exciting learning model for students is not easy, needs to be cautious the teacher in determining and implementing appropriate learning model that suits characteristics of the lesson given eventually creating effective learning process. In learning physical, sported and health education, warming up has very important role for the student, before entering the main learning activities. Therefore, exciting warming up can be packed on the game. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of warming up in the form of games on the effectiveness of learning process of physical, sport and health education in the grader of SMKN 1 Dlanggu and how much is the influence. This research is an experiment with descriptive quantitative approach. The subjects in this study consisting of 68 students, which are of 36 students of class TKJ 10-3 as the experimental group and 32 students of class TKJ 10-2 as a control group. Sampling techniques using random cluster sampling. The instrument uses a questionnaire FCE. For data analysis using the t test or t test (independent). Based on the results of a calculation is known that the value of tcount 5,072 > 2,000 ttable with significance level of 0.05. While the magnitude of the effect is 4%. Abstract

Abstract Sport is an activity that closely related with human live that connected with its own physical and spiritual. Sport activity is one of the best alternatives to avoid from lack of movement and and as an effort to keep the physical fitness. However, in this modern live sport have little forgetted since the demand of live on the society. In the implementation process of physical education at school have purpose to assisst student improve their physical fitness and health. The existence of physical education at school is one of the efforts to improve physical fitness on education environment. Beside physical education at school that must be followed, studnet also obligated to follow one of the extracurricular activities, since ectracurricular can be an area in imporve student skill. This research aim to find out how and what level of student physical fitness who following pencak silat extracurricualr and the physical fitness of student who following futsal extracurricular. Sample collection conducted by random sampling method. In this researcg applying survey research (one shot model) namely research that give description or depiction of a condition as clear as possible without treatment  to subject who have researched. Population in this research is all student of senior high school of 1  Sukodadi who following pencak silat and futsal extracurricular, with data collection using TKJI (Indonesian Physical Fitness Test). Based on the research result, it found that the mean of student who following pencak silat extracurricular as big as 13.87 with standard deviation 1.776 while student who follow futsal extracurricular mean is 14.37 with standard deviation ,9999. By calculation through SPSS for windows evaluation 20, so the analysis result of physical fitness of student who following pencak silat extracurricular is low, while the physical fitness of student who following futsal extracurricular is medium. Abstract

Abstract In learning activities students will feel bored when learning is not as expected of students . Therefore , the most strategic activities in the teaching-learning process is the selection of the method of learning before learning process begin . Students with effective learning will be easier to capture learning materials and perform the given task motion so the goal of learning can be achieved with either . The purpose of this study is to determine how much difference the use methods of demonstration and methides of role playing in learning volleyball spike in class XI . This research is quasi- experimental research design with One Group Pretest – Posttest Design . The population in this study were students of class XI islamic senior high school 6 Jombang which consists of 1 class IPA and 3 -class IPSand all amount are 113 students . Samples taken are students ofclass XI IPS - 1 as a group demonstrationas much as 25 students  IPA - 1 as a group of role playing as much as 25 students islamic senior high school 6 Jombang by purposive sampling . From the results of this study similar results of different test samples ( pretest - posttest ) showed that for the group of demonstration results at 7.15 t greater than t table 1.711 , so the difference between pretest and posttest results demonstrationwith group increased by 23.22 % , while the role playing group t count of 3.30 results greater than 1,711 t table , so that the difference between pretest and posttest results role playing group with an increase of 12.06 % , respectively - each with a 5 % error level then the hypothesis is accepted . Volleyball spike learning outcomes based on different test different samples showed that t of 5.29 is greater than t table 2.021 with standard error of 5 %, then the hypothesis is accepted so that we can conclude the existence of differences in the use of the method of demonstration and role playing methods on learning outcomes of students volleyball spike class XI and IPS - 1 - 1 IPA islamic senior high school 6 Jombang . Abstract

Abstract Learning method is one of key succses in teaching and learning activities. In teaching and learning process teachers should be more variable to determine the method of learning so students will not feel bored. Learning method chosen should be appropriate to the school and students skills for more effective learning process. One of methods that can be selected is the method of assignment. Assignment method is expected to stimulate the students to be more active in learning, more responsible, improve learning outcomes and sensitize students to always take advantage of free time for the things that support learning by filling in positive activities. This research is aimed to find out the influence assignment method in  physical education to the learning result of chest pass basketball. This research was experimental with quantitative descriptive approach. Subject in this  research were 52 students of 11th grade in Senior High School 1 Sooko using cluster random sampling. The class selected as the sample classes was XI IS 1 and XI IS 2 amounted of 26 students. Then divided into experimental group and control group. The instrument was test push pass for accuracy. From the calculation can be concluded that there was a significant effect of assignment method in the learning physical education to the learning result of chest pass basketball as evidenced by the results  2,3094 >  2,0105 with significance level 0,05. Abstract

Abstract In the present, education is a very important thing in life weather it is for society, parent or children. But it is so wistful because people consider that education is not too important, whereas it is so necessary for everybody. Education has a very important role to progress a country, and to improve it more, it must be supported by the people. The purpose of the research is to know if the application of Kippers game can improve the students’ motion activity in thefourth grade elementary school students B in MengantiPermai Gresik. MengantiPermai Gresik is the location of this research with 25 students as the subject of the research. The application of Kippers game can improve the student’s motion activity. The research uses the action class research method or it is well-known as PTK that consists of some cycles of research started from pre-cycle until the third cycle. Based on the result of the research, the teachers are suggested to be able to see the expected result of the study and not give a difficult load for the students in learning and teaching process. The teacher can imply a little game to make the students enthusiastic, more active in moving and can improve their activity. From the whole result of the action class research, it can be concluded that the application of Kippers game in physical, physical exercise and health education in primary school of MengantiPermai Gresik is able to improve the students’ motion activity of the fourth grade primary school students B in MengantiPermai Gresik. Abstract

Abstract Students’ physical fitness was the important things should be kept. To keep physical fitness, students were required to have sport regularly and have a good meal in quality and quantity side. So that, students   would have high students’ grade physical fitness and used their mind and energy to act in the school. To know whether students’ grade physical fitness are in standard level, so that it was required a test which  is used Indonesian Physical Fitness Test.The objective of this research was knowing whether students’ grade physical fitness Eleventh Grade of Senior High School of  Muhammadiyah 1 Babat, Lamongan Regency. This research used survey for the methodology. This research took location on Senior High School of  Muhammadiyah Babat, Lamongan Regency. The population of this research were all the students of XI class which was consisted by 176 students. Techniques of taking the sample  was used cluster sampling. The sample of this research was the students of XI IPS 2 which the amounts are 29. They were consisted by 15 male students and 14 female students. That sample was taken in a age range from 16 to 19 years old. The data was taken by Indonesian Physical Fitness Test. The result of the research showed that the male students who had percentage 67% which students’ grade physical fitness were good, 33% which students’ grade physical fitness were in between. While female students who had percentage 50% which students’ grade physical fitness were good, 36% which students’ grade physical fitness were in between, 14% which students’ grade physical fitness were low.
