Abstract

ABSTRACT   This research aims to analyze whether office layout effects on the productivity of front office employee in whole unit office PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. Jemursari Surabaya branch. This type of research is a quantitative research, with the sample of 90 employees of customer service and teller. This research use  simple linear regression for data analysis method with the help of SPSS 16.0 software for windows. Based on the results of the research revealed that the office layout has significantly and positive effect on the productivity of front office employee in whole unit office PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. Jemursari Surabaya branch. Office layout contributed as much as 45,3% on employee productivity front office while the remaining 54,7% is influenced by other factors. Keywords:  office layout, employee productivity.     ABSTRAK   Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis apakah tata ruang kantor berpengaruh terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan front office di seluruh kantor unit binaan PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. Cabang Jemursari Surabaya. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif, dengan sampel 90 karyawan customer service dan teller. Metode pengolahan data menggunakan analisis regresi linier sederhana dengan bantuan software SPSS 16.0 for windows. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dinyatakan bahwa tata ruang kantor berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan front office di seluruh kantor unit binaan PT. BRI (Persero) Tbk. Cabang Jemursari Surabaya. Tata ruang kantor memberi kontribusi sebesar 45,3% terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan front office sedangkan sisanya sebesar 54,7% dipengaruhi oleh faktor-faktor lain. Kata kunci: tata ruang kantor, produktivitas kerja karyawan.

Abstract

ABSTRACT     Every company of governmental goodness and also private sector is not quit of activity of correspondence yielding a[n archives. archives as activity evidence and record information need to be managed better. This research aim to to study execution of special archives management dynamic archival, descriptive Research type qualitative, technique analyse domain with technique intake of data use observation, documentation and interview. Result of from research is execution of archives management have worked well is but burdened by at human resource at energy of arsiparis which not yet is skillful.    Keyword : Archival Management     ABSTRAK Setiap perusahaan baik pemerintah maupun swasta tidak terlepas dari kegiatan    korespondensi yang menghasilkan suatu arsip. arsip sebagai bukti kegiatan dan merekam informasi perlu untuk dikelola dengan baik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pelaksanaan manajemen kearsipan khusus pada arsip dinamis. Jenis penelitian kualitatif deskriptif, teknik analisis domain dengan teknik pengambilan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Abstract

ABSTRACT Utilization of e-mail in correspondence can realize the paperless office. It is known by reducing paper use after utilization of e-mail in the correspondence. This research is a qualitative descriptive study. Informants in this study was the secretary of the Executive General Manager (EGM) and the Executive Deputy General Manager (DEGM) and 14 informants as employees of Divisi Telkom Timur. In this research, collection data techniques are in-depth interviews, observation, documentation and questionnaires. Analyzed using taxonomy and percentage on the questionnaire. The results showed that PT Telkom has implemented the utilization of e-mail in the internal and external correspondence as the embodiment of a paperless office by Nota Dinas Elektronik and Mail which contained in the internal portal PT Telkom. This is supported by the responses of 14 employees who have understand and use e-mail and also contribute to realization of the paperless office.    Keywords : utilization of e-mail, correspondence, paperless office

Abstract

ABSTRACT   In generally is known that the circulation service is a library services that have a major influence on the image of the library, because the library circulation service is a type of service that is directly related to service users. The purpose of this study is to determine how much the effectiveness system library circulation services at the office of the city library Mojokerto. This research is a qualitative descriptive study. The data used in this study are primary and secondary data. Primary data obtained from questionnaires, and interviews. Secondary data obtained from observational data and documentation in Mojokerto city library. From the results of the questionnaire to library visitors who serve as research respondents, shows that the average respondent gave a good answer from any statements provided in the questionnaire. And also with direct interviews conducted by researchers at the circulation service officer. Officers provide information about the activities of the library circulation services, from interviews conclude library circulation service activities went smoothly although still apply manual system at the circulation service activities. Results of research conducted by researcher observation, documentation, questionnaires, and interviews indicate that the effectiveness of library circulation service system in Mojokerto town library office running smoothly.   Keywords: library, the effectiveness of the service system, and library circulation   ABSTRAK   Secara umum diketahui bahwa pelayaan sirkulasi adalah salah satu bentuk pelayanan perpustakaan yang mempunyai pengaruh besar terhadap baik buruknya citra perpustakaan, karena pelayanan sirkulasi perpustakaan merupakan jenis pelayanan yang berhubungan langsung dengan pengguna jasa pelayanan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui seberapa besar efektivitas sistem pelayanan sirkulasi perpustakaan di kantor perpustakaan kota Mojokerto. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer dan sekunder. Data primer diperoleh dari hasil angket, dan wawancara. Data sekunder diperoleh dari data observasi dan dokumentasi di perpustakaan kota Mojokerto.   Dari hasil penyebaran angket kepada pengunjung perpustakaan yang dijadikan sebagai responden peneliti, terlihat bahwa rata-rata responden memberikan jawaban yang baik dari setiap pernyataan yang disediakan dalam angket. Begitu juga dengan wawancara langsung yang dilakukan peneliti kepada petugas bagian pelayanan sirkulasi. Petugas memberikan informasi tentang berlangsungnya kegiatan pelayanan sirkulasi perpustakaan, dari hasil wawancara peneliti menyimpulkan kegiatan pelayanan sirkulasi perpustakaan berjalan lancar meskipun masih menerapkan sistem manual pada kegiatan pelayanan sirkulasinya. Hasil penelitian yang dilakukan melalui pengamatan peneliti, dokumentasi, penyebaran angket, dan wawancara langsung menunjukkan bahwa sistem pelayanan sirkulasi perpustakaan kota Mojokerto berjalan efektif.    Kata kunci : perpustakaan, efektivitas sistem pelayanan, dan sirkulasi perpustakaan

Abstract

ABSTRAK   Pembelajaran menggunakan modul merupakan pendekatan pembelajaran mandiri yang berfokuskan penguasaan kompetensi dari bahan kajian yang dipelajari peserta didik dengan waktu  tertentu sesuai dengan potensi dan kondisinya. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pengembangan yang menggunakan model pengembangan yang mengacu pada 4-D Thiagarajan. Teknik pengumpulan data meliputi lembar validasi yang diberikan kepada dosen ahli dan guru mata diklat di SMK serta angket respon siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa modul memelihara standar penampilan pribadi jika dilihat dari kelayakan modul dinyatakan sangat baik dengan persentase 90,09%. Sedangkan hasil respon siswa terhadap modul dinyatakan sangat baik dengan persentase 87,72% sehingga modul yang dikembangkan baik/layak digunakan pada proses belajar mengajar.   Kata Kunci: Modul, Pembelajaran Menggunakan Modul, Metode Penelitian Pengembangan                                  ABSTRACT   Learning by module is self learning approach focused on mastering competence of material learned by students within specific time appropriate with it potential and condition. This research was developmental research using development model according to 4-D Thiagarajan. Data collecting technique involved validation sheet given to expert lecturers and teacher of training subject in Vocational School and student response questionnaire. Result of this research shows that preserving standard of personal appearance module viewed from it properness stated very good with percentage was 90.09%. Result of student response toward the module stated very good with percentage was 87.72% therefore the module developed was good/proper to be used at teaching and learning process.   Keywords: module, learning by module, developmental research method

Abstract

ABSTRAK  Penelitian ini mengangkat judul tentang “Pengaruh pelatihan karyawan terhadap produktivitas kerja di PT. Pacific Indo Packing Surabaya”. Pelatihan merupakan salah satu cara untuk meningkatkan kualitas sumber daya manusia, melalui pengubahan atau penambahan keterampilan terhadap bidang kerja masing-masing. Dengan diberikan pelatihan maka pekerja memperoleh pengetahuan yang luas, mampu meningkatkan keterampilan, keahlian dan sikap dalam bekerja serta mampu menghadapi masalah dalam pekerjaannya. Produktivitas secara umum dapat diartikan sebagai tingkat perbandingan antara hasil keluaran (output) dengan masukan (input). Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Variabel yang diteliti adalah variabel bebas  yaitu pelatihan kerja dan variabel terikat yaitu produktivitas karyawan. Tehnik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah observasi dan angket disebar pada sejumlah sampel yaitu seluruh karyawan bagian produksi berjumlah 35 orang karyawan. Tehnik analisis data menggunakan uji t dalam analisis regresi linier sederhana. Dari hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa pelatihan karyawan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja di PT. Pacific Indo Pcking Surabaya. Semakin seringnya pelatihan diberikan dan dilaksanakan secara terus-menerus atau berkelanjutan maka akan dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan, keterampilan dan kreativitas kerja dari masing-masing karyawan.     Kata kunci: Pelatihan, Produktivitas   ABSTRACT This study raised the title of the training effect on employee productivity in PT. Pacific Indo Packing Surabaya. Training is one way to improve the quality of human resources through the alteration or addition to the skills of their respective work. With the training who is given to employees then able obtain extensive knowledge, able improve the skills, expertise and attitude in work and able to deal with problems at work. Productivity in General can be interpreted as the ratio of the rate of the output (output) with input (input). The type of research is quantitative deskriptive study, The variables examined are free variables are bound variables and job training that is employee productivity. Data collection techniques used in this research is the observation and questionnaires distributed on a number of samples of all employees are part of production consists of 35 employees. Data analysis techniques using a t-test in simple linear regression analysis. From the results of the research note that the influential employee training significantly to labor productivity in PT. Pacific Indo Packing Surabaya. The more frequent training given and implemented on an ongoing basis or sustainable it will be able to improve their knowledge, skills and creativity of work of each employee. Abstract

Abstract  Service quality on patient satisfaction is a complete process, so it will be related to the overall management of health centers. Health centers are required to be a business organization that focuses on the consumer that has the ability to be a going concern. One way is to create patient satisfaction through improved quality of service. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of service quality on patient satisfaction in health centers Nganjuk Sukomoro. Data collected by using questionnaires, documents and interviews. The sample used in this study is 114 respondents. The sampling method by incidental sampling. Data analysis method used is quantitative analysis using validity and reliability test, normality test, hesterokedastisitas and simple regression analysis. By using simple regression methods are the effect of service quality on patient satisfaction in the health center Sukomoro as much as 0,417 and in influencing patient satisfaction Sukomoro Health Center can be seen from the analysis that there is still a influenced by other variables. So there is a significant relationship between service quality on patient satisfaction in Sukomoro health center, with a coefficient of 0,417.   Key words: Service quality,  Patient satisfaction     Abstrak Kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan pasien merupakan suatu proses yang komplit, sehingga akan menyangkut manajemen Puskesmas secara keseluruhan. Puskesmas dituntut untuk menjadi organisasi bisnis yang berfokus pada konsumen sehingga memiliki kemampuan untuk dapat mempertahankan kelangsungan usahanya. Salah satu cara adalah dengan menciptakan kepuasan pasien melalui peningkatan kualitas jasa. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan pasien di Puskesmas Sukomoro Kabupaten Nganjuk. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan teknik angket, dokumen dan wawancara. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 114 responden. Adapun metode pengambilan sampel dengan cara sampling insidental. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis kuantitatif dengan menggunakan uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas, uji normalitas, uji hesterokedastisitas dan analisis regresi sederhana. Dengan menggunakan metode regresi sederhana terdapat pengaruh antara kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan pasien di Puskesmas Sukomoro sebanyak 0,417 dan dalam mempengaruhi kepuasan pasien Puskesmas Sukomoro dapat dilihat dari hasil analisis masih ada yang dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain. Sehingga terdapat pengaruh yang  signifikan antara kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan pasien di Puskesmas Sukomoro, dengan nilai koefisien sebesar 0,417.   Kata kunci: Kualitas Pelayanan, Kepuasan Pasien

Abstract

ABSTRACT Good materials teaching would be push and influence the students' interest to develop curious on materials learning. Therefore, the development of the modules should be presented in an innovative way, exciting, according to the basic competency requirements, straightforward language, and be able to stimulate student mindset and understanding. This development module has important when the government continues to implement Educational Unit Level Curriculum (KTSP) policy to develop standards unit for improve education system. This study aims to develop teaching materials module. The research object is the class X at SMK Negeri 10 Surabaya. The subject were 15 students in the class X. 4-D approach or also known as define, design, develop and disseminate used to compile this module development step. Assessment of the quality of the module done by expert reviewers with three aspects rated to wit language aspect, material modules aspect and module design aspect. Expert validation study results and showed as good judgment on the feasibility of the developed module. Quality assessment of the feasibility has score grade 63% in module language judgment or as strong quality category. Feasibility content has scores 54% or moderate, reaching 72% score grade for material presenting, and in design powerful and reaches 92% or quality superior. Feasibility of the overall total for the module reaches the level of 70% score or have a strong eligibility criteria. Tests on student assessment also provides a very good responseconclusion with a total score reaches 81%. The powerful assessment includes assessing the physical aspect of teaching materials and teaching materials each scored 81%. Abstract

ABSTRACT   Company is a profit oriented organization that concerned about productivity so much. In certain condition still found unhealthy working condition, including the workload determination, work discipline and coworker relationship building that resulted in the unequal job distribution, rules violations and poor working relationships that will affect the productivity.This research is a quantitative explanation research that aims to determine the contribution of workload, work discipline, and coworker relationship to the work productivity in PT. Viccon Modern Industry eather partially or simultaneously. This research uses saturation sampling because  the amount of respondents are 65 workers. Test was performed by  t-test and F-test using SPSS for Windows version 16.0. Simultaneously, the test results show that workload, work discipline, and coworkers relationships contributed positively to the work productivity. Partially, the test results show that workload contributed positively to the work productivity. Work discipline contributed positively to the work productivity. Coworkers relationships  contributed positively to the work productivity.    Keywords : workload, work discipline, coworker relationship, work productivity

Abstract

ABSTRACT   Module is a learning material instrument presented in systematic manner hence it can be learned independently or without teacher assigned for learning process by communicating via telephone. In the development process it used 4D development in Trianto as foundation. Trial subject in this module development is material expert and 15 students of SMKN 10 Surabaya. Instrument used was suitability assessment by material expert and student opinion. Overall result of validation from experts and limited trial had percentage means of 91.93%. Hence it can be concluded that module performing communication via telephone develop by researcher.
