Abstract

  ABSTRACT   Recruitment and training systems that occurs will have implications to the employee’s job satisfaction. The last recruitment system in RA. Basoeni Hospital held in 2009, while the training system can not be directly implemented because it requires a submission to the Central Government first. This research is quantitative explanation research that aims to determine the condition of recruitment and training systems to the job satisfaction of RA. Basoeni hospital’s employees and the implication of  recruitment and training systems to the RA. Basoeni hospital’s employees either simultaneously or partially. This research uses saturation sampling that consists of 55 paramedic nurses as the respondents. The condition of recruitment and training systems to the job satisfaction of RA. Basoeni hospital’s employees categorized as very high, it means the recruitment and training systems to the job satisfaction of RA. Basoeni hospital’s employees is very good. While the implication of recruitment and training systems to the job satisfaction of RA. Basoeni hospital’s employees either partially or simultaneously are positive and significant.   Keywords: recruitment system, training system, job satisfaction

Abstract

ABSTRACT The goal of this research is to describe and find out the contribution of archive management, storage, and removal to service excellence in PT Pacific Indo Packing. This research invloves 60 PT Pacific Indo Packing employees as the sample. The instruments used in this study are questionnaire, documentation, and interview. The result shows the correlation between archive management, storage, and removal and service excellence, it is shown by Fhitung = 4,796 >Ftabel = 2,79, shown Fhitung is bigger than Ftabel which means archive management, storage, and removal are strongly contributed to service excellece in PT Pacific Indo Packing. Abstract

ABSTRACT Activities office has a close relationship with the office equipment as an important means to generate employment office. Planning office equipment is the first step to hold the office equipment. The study is descriptive quantitative research. The data collection techniques were questionnaires, documentation and interview. The population was 85 people and the sample was 50 people, taken by purposive sampling technique. The data analysis techniques included validity, reliability test, and multiple linier regression analysis. The findings of this study were the condition of the planning, maintenance, removal and performance of employees is high and planning office equipment partially contribute strongly to employee performance, maintenance of office equipment partially contribute strongly to the performance of employee, elimination of weak partially contribute to employee performance and planning, maintenance, elimination simultaneously strong role on the performance of employees.Keywords: Planning, Maintenance, Elimination Office Equipment and Employee Performance.

Abstract

ABSTRACT   Each agency sets a high job culture and suitable job climate to support the creation of high employee loyalty. Job culture is needed in the activities of organization in achieving goals. Job climate has directly or indirectly by the employees and its can affect employees. Employee loyalty shown by the willingness to work for a longer time. This research aims to describe the job culture conditions and to investigate the role of job culture and job climate on employee loyalty by simultanly and partially in the General Section of Secretariat Lamongan  Regency. This type of research is descriptive research with quantitative research approaches. Sample and population of this research is all staff of internal employees totaling 43 employees. Instrument in this research using a questionnaire. Techniques of data analysis using multiply linear regression. The conclusions of this research are: (1) Conditions of job culture, job climate, and employee loyalty in the the General Section of Secretariat Lamongan Regency is categorized as high. (2) Job culture and job climate contributes to employee loyalty by simultanly and partially in the the General Section of Secretariat Lamongan Regency.      Keywords: Job Culture, Job Climate, Employee Loyalty

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to obtain a description of find out the impact of the Office layout for the employess performance. The research is descriptive method quantitative. Data was collected using the quesioner technique, documents and interviews.The results showed that the main office layout variable in PT Ispat Indo Sidoarjo entry in the excellent category (57,9%). Meanwhile the employee performance variableentry in good category (61,4%). Based on a test of office layout correlation between the employee performance was the relationship meaning 0,384 weak. As well as the layout office gave a contribution to the employee performance of 14.8%, 85,2% while the rest were determined by other factors. This shows that there was impact, although low between the office layout on employee performance at PT Ispat Indo Sidoarjo.It can be concluded that the office layout has an impact on employee performance.     Key Word : Office Layout, Employees Performance

Abstract

Archives are documents (original text) that are made and received by States Institution and Government/Private/Individual Departrment in various forms, both single and collective for government activity and nation life. The purpose of the study is to know how the usage of electronic archives system at the Department of Archives and Library of Surabaya. The problems which are studied including: (1) archives arrangement, (2) system of archives protection, (3) archives utensils, (4) archives personnel, (5) decreased and destroyed archives, (6) work effectiveness This research was conducted at the Agency's offices and Archives Library located in the city of Surabaya JL. Dukuh Kupang Barat I no. 1B by taking the subject of research, officials or employees in the Administration Division and The Archive Maintainers. This type of research is qualitative, descriptive, with data collection method used is monitoring (observation), interviews, questionnaires and documentation. From the results of this research, it is known that the use of electronic records in the archives and library of the Agency's Office in Surabaya and has been running effectively, it is evident from the results of calculation of questionnaires that States 65% of respondents use of 20 archival electronic system certification bodies was extremely effective in assisting the tasks of archiving and archive retrieval process feels very quickly without having to see the physical evidence.   Key word : Archives, Electronic Archives, and Work Effectiveness.   ABSTRAK   Arsip adalah naskah yang dibuat dan diterima oleh Lembaga Negara dan Badan-Badan Pemerintah/Swasta/Perorangan dalam bentuk corak apapun, baik dalam keadaan tunggal maupun berkelompok dalam rangka pelaksanaan kegiatan pemerintahan dan kehidupan kebangsaan Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana efektivitas kerja pegawai dalam penggunaan sistem kearsipan elektronik yang ada di Kantor Badan Arsip dan Perpustakaan Kota Surabaya. Adapun permasalahan yang akan diteliti yaitu meliputi:(1) pengorganisasian arsip, (2) sistem penyimpanan arsip, (3) peralatan dan perlengkapan arsip, (4) personalia kearsipan, (5) penyusutan dan pemusnahan arsip, (6) efektivitas kerja. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Kantor Badan Arsip dan Perpustakaan Kota Surabaya yang beralamat di Jl. Dukuh Kupang Barat I No.1B dengan mengambil subjek penelitian, pegawai atau karyawan di bagian Tata Usaha dan Bagian Pengelola Arsip. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif, dengan metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah pengamatan (observasi), wawancara, dokumentasi dan angket. Dari hasil penelitian ini, diketahui bahwa penggunaan arsip elektronik yang ada di Kantor Badan Arsip dan Perpustakaan Kota Surabaya sudah berjalan dengan efektif, hal ini terbukti dari hasil perhitungan angket yang menyatakan 65% dari 20 responden menyatakn penggunaan sistem kearsipan elektronik ini sangat efektif dalam membantu tugas pengarsipan dan proses temu balik arsip yang dirasa sangat cepat tanpa harus melihat bukti fisiknya.   Kata kunci : Arsip, Arsip Elektronik, dan Efektivitas Kerja

Abstract

ABSTRAK Tujuan Penelitian  ini adalah Untuk mengetahui pengaruh gaya belajar Visual, Auditorial, Kinestetik terhadap hasil belajar siswa kelas X APK pada mata pelajaran mengelola peralatan kantor di SMK Barunawati Surabaya. Penelitian ini termasuk jenis penelitian Kuantitatif. Metode pengumpulan data adalah metode observasi, kuesioner (angket), wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Sampel penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas X dengan jumlah 72 siswa. Teknik Analisis Datanya yang digunakan adalah Teknik Analisis Regresi Sedehana. Hasil Uji Regresi Linier Sederhana diperoleh :terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara gaya belajar terhadap hasil belajar siswa mengelola peralatan kantor di SMK Barunawati Surabaya.     Kata kunci:Gaya Belajar (Visual.Auditorial,Kinestetik),Hasil Belajar   ABSTRACT The result of study was to determine the effect of learning styles visual,auditorial,kinestetik learning outcomes for students of class X subjects manage APK on office equipment in vocational Barunawati Surabaya. This research included quantitative research. Data collecting method is a method of observation questionnaires,interviews, and documentation. Abstract

ABSTRACT   Module is one of the materials used in the learning process. From the initial observation results obtained from the data in the form of modules made training teachers perform administrative procedures in SMK Negeri 1 Sooko. The module reads student worksheet (LKS). However, modules like student worksheets are considered as modules are used in training the eyes perform administrative procedures. This module development research conducted using 4-D model of development (Four-D Models). This module development research aims to determine the feasibility of the process of development and learning modules identify office documents on the eyes Administrative Procedure Conduct training for vocational school students of class X which is expected to produce modules that correspond to the 4-D model of development (Four-D Models). Based on the analysis of the obtained results of the feasibility of modules that can be seen from the analysis of the feasibility of modules derived from the average overall validation of the validator with a percentage of 89.12% and an average of limited testing with a percentage of 87.58%, so the value of the second The obtained average overall percentage of 88.35% with a very decent criteria.   Keywords: Development, Learning Module, Identifying Office documents.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Increase the extent of existing work in this world more and more styles of leadership that exist for the welfare of employees and office progress. Therefore, management needs to create the motivation of the employees. Employee job satisfaction influenced the attitude of many leaders in his leadership. Leadership participation provide job satisfaction for employees because employees actively participate in giving his opinion to determine corporate policy. Formulation of the problem in this research is the influence of leadership style How, How does work motivation, and is the effect of leadership style and work motivation on employee job satisfaction in the ticketing section Haryono tours and travel PT Surabaya. Of the results of the study were analyzed by using the t test the influence of leadership style on job satisfaction produces t = 2,063 > t table 2,026 with a significance value = 0,046 < 0,05. T test the influence of motivation and job to job satisfaction produces t = 3.181 > t table 2,026 with a significance value = 0,003 < 0,05 while f test style influence leadership and work motivation on job satisfaction produces count f = 18,965 > 3,252 f table with value significance = 0,000 < 0,05. So it can be concluded that the style of leadership and motivation have a significant effect on job satisfaction of employees at PT. Haryono Tours and Travel Surabaya. Abstract

ABSTRACT   Filing system is one of the supporting of the smooth working employees. Low filing system caused employee work efficiency is not achieved properly, because there are other factors that affect the filing system. One-stop service that complex and convolute, expensive tariff, and a long processing time has decreased work efficiency. The problem in this research are 1) How does the condition filing system, one-stop service and work efficiency in the department of population and civil registration in region Lamongan. 2) How did the contribution of the filing system and one-stop service to the work efficiency the department of population and civil registration in region Lamongan. This type of research is descriptive research with quantitative research approaches. Sample and population of this research is all staff of internal employees totaling 27 employees. Instrument in this research using a questionnaire. Techniques of data analysis using multiple linear regression.The conclusion of this research are: (1) Condition filing system is high, one-stop service as very high, and the work efficiency in the Department of Population and Civil Registration in Region Lamongan is high.2) (a) filing system partially contributes  had a low affect  the work efficiency. (b) one-stop service are contributes moderate way to the work efficiency.
