This study aims to determine the effect of leadership empowerment and work engagement moderated by kaizen culture on employee performance within the Secretariat General of the Ministry of Finance of Indonesia. This research is a quantitative study with an explanatory survey approach. Respondents in this study amounted to 180 people from a total population of 221 people determined using the Isaac and Michael method and cluster random sampling technique because respondents were spread across several fields. The data management technique in this study uses path analysis. Work engagement moderated by kaizen culture has a significant positive impact both partially and simultaneously on the performance of employees of the Secretariat General of the Ministry of Finance. In addition, leadership empowerment moderated by kaizen culture has no significant impact on employee performance. The relationship between leadership empowerment and work engagement with employee performance among Ministry of Finance employees is direct and positive, meaning that an increase in leadership empowerment and work engagement will improve employee performance. In addition, an increase in work engagement moderated by kaizen culture will improve the performance of Ministry of Finance employees

This research aims to determine the effect of sales promotions on hedonic shopping motivation and impulse buying. To determine the influence of marketplace displays on hedonic shopping motivation and impulse buying. To determine the influence of hedonic shopping motivation on impulse buying. The type of research used is explanatory research. This research focuses on the group of millennial women who actively shop online in the marketplace. Data collection was carried out from July to September 2023. The number of samples was 200 respondents. Data analysis uses Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with smartPLS 3.0. The results of the analysis show that sales promotions have an effect on impulse buying, but do not have a significant effect on hedonic shopping motivation. Marketplace displays influence hedonic shopping motivation, but do not significantly influence impulse buying. Hedonic shopping motivation influences impulse buying. In addition, hedonic shopping motivation mediates the relationship between marketplace displays and impulse buying, but does not mediate the influence of sales promotions on impulse buying. These findings provide information for marketplace sellers in using various sales promotions to accelerate impulse buying decisions among millennial women, as well as making efforts to organize marketplace displays that can foster hedonic shopping motivation and trigger impulse buying among millennial women.

In the contemporary digital era, smartphones have transcended their conventional role as mere communication tools, assuming symbolic significance as markers of social status and lifestyle. Among these, the iPhone brand stands out as a symbol of prestige and elegance, marking a distinctive confluence of technological innovation and consumer behavior. This study delves into the multifaceted realm of consumer behavior within the context of iPhone purchases, scrutinizing the interplay of narcissism, brand fanaticism, brand jealousy, and purchase intention. Utilizing data gathered from 155 respondents who participated in iPhone acquisitions through an online questionnaire, the research employed Partial Least Square analysis via SmartPLS version 4 for comprehensive data analysis. The findings illuminate a positive correlation between narcissistic behavior and both brand fanaticism and brand jealousy. Furthermore, brand fanaticism demonstrates a positive influence on purchase intention. However, the analysis indicates no significant impact of the relationship between brand jealousy and narcissistic behavior on purchase intention. This study enriches our understanding of the intricate dynamics shaping consumer purchase intentions, offering valuable insights for the development of targeted marketing strategies tailored to the distinctive characteristics of iPhone consumers.

This study aims to analysis changes in abnormal returns and trading volume activity (TVA) before and after the announcement of MUI Fatwa Number 83 of 2023 on companies that have issue related to Israel to explore the impact of the conflict between Israel and Palestina on the global economy, with a special focus on the response of the global community which can be reflected in boycotts of products affiliated with Israel. Through event study method and Paired Sample T-test test, this study concludes that there is no significant difference in abnormal return and TVA between the period before and after the announcement of MUI Fatwa Number 83 Year 2023. Although the conflict and the fatwa create a level of uncertainty, the findings reflect that investors still maintain high interest in investing in the capital market, providing insight into the dynamics of the capital market and investor attitudes amidst tense geopolitical conditions and potential economic sanctions. The implications of this research can serve as a foundation for designing more adaptive investment strategies in the era of global geopolitical.

The essence of this research is to examine the influence of organizational commitment, organizational politics, and psychological contracts on employee performance. On the basis of this research, the survey sample was taken from employees in the production department of PT ZYX. The population and sample of this research are employees in the After Sales division of PT. ZYX, with a total of 100 respondents. The analytical method used in this case is white`s Robust standard error regression analysis and the data used is primary data obtained from questionnaires distributed to all employees. Based on the research results, it shows that the psychological contract and organizational commitment have a significant effect on employee performance, while organizational politics have an insignificant effect. If viewed simultaneously, all independent variables (contract, psychology, organizational commitment and organizational politics) have a significant influence on employee performance.

This research analyzes the influence of promotions, live streamers, and time pressure on purchasing decisions made through the Shopee Live feature. The method employed in this study is quantitative descriptive. This research's population and sample size totaled 193 individuals in Jabodetabek Area. The sampling technique utilized is probability sampling with purposive sampling. The statistical analysis conducted in this research employed Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) with SmartPLS 4.0 software. The research findings indicate that promotions have a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions through the Shopee Live feature. Additionally, live streamers exert a significant positive influence on purchase decisions via the Shopee Live feature. Moreover, time pressure demonstrates a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions through the Shopee Live feature. The Shopee Live feature is expected to increase effective promotional strategies, namely personal sales and direct marketing carried out by live streamers, so that customer awareness of the Shopee Live feature continues to increase, thereby influencing purchasing decisions. Furthermore, the Shopee application is expected to provide more sales promotions and also provide time limits when conducting live streaming.

This research will discuss job performance, work overload, work-life balance, and job stress influence. So that job performance is always consistent and the organization pays attention to work issues. Performance has a broader meaning, not only stating the results of work but also how the work process takes place by the performance standards set by the company. This research is causality research with a quantitative approach. The sampling technique uses nonprobability sampling with purposive sampling, where the researcher has determined the sample with certain considerations and a total of 80 respondents at container terminal company in Surabaya. The statistical analysis used in this research is Partial Least Squares (PLS) with the help of SmartPLS 4.0.9 software. This research examines and analyzes the influence of work overload and work-life balance on job performance through job stress in Pelindo office employees atcontainer terminal company in Surabaya. This research is causality research with a quantitative approach. Tthe sample with specific considerations and a total of 80 respondents at container terminal company in Surabaya. The results of this research explain that work overload has a positive and significant effect on job performance and stress. Work-life balance does not affect job performance. Work-life balance has a positive and significant impact on job stress. Job stress has a positive and significant effect on job performance. Job stress does not mediate the impact of work overload on job performance. Job stress mediates the influence of work-life balance on job performance.

The aim of this research is to examine and analyze the influence of knowledge management and transformational leadership on employee performance through job satisfaction at one of the marble companies in Surabaya. This research is causality research with a quantitative approach. The sampling technique used a saturated sample with a total of 68 respondents. The statistical analysis used in this research is partial least squares (PLS) with the help of SmartPLS 4.0 software. The results of this research prove that knowledge management has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Transformational leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Knowledge management has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. Transformational leadership has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Job satisfaction is able to mediate the influence between knowledge management and transformational leadership on employee performance.

This research aims to determine and explain the effect of psychological well-being and work-life balance on job performance through work engagement in Z-generation nurses at a private hospital in Sidoarjo Regency. This research is classified as quantitative research with a population of 116 nurses belonging to Generation Z, and the sampling technique used proportionate stratified random sampling with a total sample of 90 Generation Z nurses. The statistical analysis used in this research was Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the help of Smart software Partial Least Squares (PLS) 3.2.9. The results of this research show that psychological well-being has a significant positive effect on work engagement, work-life balance has a considerable positive impact on work engagement, work engagement does not affect job performance, psychological well-being has a significant positive effect on job performance, work-life balance does not affect job performance, work engagement cannot mediate the influence of psychological well-being on job performance, work engagement cannot mediate the impact of work-life balance on job performance. The implications are based on the results applied to companies where superiors can organize decision-making training programs for Generation Z nurses and hold individual counseling and coaching sessions as a skill development path for employee orientation mentoring programs. Apart from that, superiors can also monitor employee satisfaction to provide opportunities for employees to be involved in decision-making.

Trains have many enthusiasts, but currently competitive competition with bus transportation can cause consumers to switch to using this transportation. This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of special fare ticket prices, officer service quality, and station physical facilities on decisions to use train transportation services. The research methodology used is quantitative research with a survey approach using non-probability sampling techniques. Data was taken using a purposive sampling method of 200 samples. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression with SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Sciences) version 26. The results showed that the price of special fare tickets and the quality of station officer services had a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions, while the station's physical facilities had a significant negative effect on train usage decisions. Special fare ticket prices, officer service quality, and station physical facilities simultaneously influence train usage decisions. The practical implication of these findings is the importance of setting affordable special fare ticket prices to increase the use of rail transportation. In addition, improving the quality of station staff service, including speed of service, a sense of security, and a friendly attitude, can help attract more passengers.
