Background; Perineal lacerations can occur due to spontaneous tears or episiotomy. While the perineal wound itself will have its own impact on the mother, namely discomfort and bleeding disorders, while spontaneous perineal lacerations occur due to tension in the vaginal area during childbirth, can also occur due to the psychological burden of facing the birth process. Method; The research design that the researchers used was a case study research design. The population in this study were third trimester pregnant women with gestational age >34 weeks. The sample in this study amounted to 1 respondent. Results; After being given a perineal massage intervention which was carried out 2-3 x/week with a time of 5-10 minutes during labor, Mrs. R experienced grade I perineal lacerations. Conclusion; Perineal massage in pregnant women can prevent perineal lacerations during labour. This perineal massage can be applied in private midwife practice or performed by the patient himself at home regardless of parity.

Background; Pregnancy is an event that starts from conception then will develop until the occurrence of an aterm pregnancy and ends with the delivery process. Pregnancy means a natural event for women, a woman will experience changes in herself, both physically and psychologically, the physical changes that are often found in the third trimester, namely the stomach increases in size with gestational age, pain in the upper left abdomen is often experienced by pregnant women due to the body producing and preparing additional fluids. During pregnancy, as a result, most pregnant women experience swelling, especially at the end of pregnancy. Edema often appears on the legs, heels, and face due to the origin of the focus in the uterus. Method; The research plan that the researcher uses is a case study research plan. This type of descriptive case study research uses participatory observation method. The subjects in this study were breech pregnant women from 28 weeks to 36 weeks of gestation. Results; The results showed that the diagnosis in the case of Ny. Y age 32 years G3P2A0 gestational age 29+4 weeks with fetal presentation i.e. head. Conclusion; Pregnant women with a breech position have been resolved.

Labor pain can be treated using complementary therapy with aromatherapy techniques. Lavender aromatherapy can affect the limbic system in the brain which is the center of emotion, and is able to produce endorphins and enkephalins which have pain relieving properties and serotonin which has the effect of eliminating anxiety and tension. Lavender aromatherapy hasanticonvulsant, antidepressant, anxiolytic, and soothing properties during labor. Methods: The design of this study was a quasy experiment with a one group Pre-Post Test approach. The independent variable is giving Lavender aromatherapy. The dependent variable is labor pain. The population in this study was primiparous mothers, during April - June 2022, a sample of 28 respondents. Taking the side Non-probability sampling technique with purposive sampling. Data collection tool using Visual Analog Scale (VAS). Bivariate analysis using the Paired Sample T Test. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of lavender aromatherapy on labor pain in primipara in the active phase of the first stage. Results: There was a decrease in the pain score before being given lavender aromatherapy with a value of 7.535 (severe controlled pain) and after being given lavender aromatherapy a value of 5.321 (moderate pain). Giving lavender aromatherapy to labor pain can effectively reduce labor pain. Conclusion: Thus it was concluded that there was an effect of giving lavender aromatherapy to the scale of labor pain in primipara in the active phase of the first stage.

Background : Specific strategies are needed to increase motivation, knowledge and perception of behavior in health education goals towards learning. Cooperative learning is a learning model in small groups that have different skills. Each member cooperates and helps each other in completing group assignments in order to understand a learning material (Aris, 2014). In this study, a cooperative learning model with the type of jigsaw II which aims to create a learning atmosphere that requires participants to be active in groups and stimulates an active learning atmosphere so that participants feel interested in participating in health education. Research objective : To analyze the effect of the jigsaw in reproductive health education on the knowledge of the eleventh senior high school students. Method: This study used a one-group quasi-experimental pretest-posttest design. The design form used is time series design. The number of samples is 85 respondents. Results : There is an effect of applying the jigsaw II to the level of knowledge with a p-value of 0.000; after health education Conclusion : the jigsaw II is able to provide increased knowledge about reproductive health and feels more enjoyable.

Background: Cancer is one of the leading causes of death worldwide, it is estimated that as many as 9 million people died from cancer in 2015 and 11.4 million died in 2030, more than 70% of all cancer deaths in 2005 occurred in low-income countries low and medium (Parkway Cancer Centre, 2011). An estimated 50% of breast cancer patients in Indonesia come to have their cancer checked at an advanced stage. Early detection of breast cancer is a good first step to find out the presence of breast cancer as early as possible, namely by breast self-examination (BSE). the purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of breast self-examination at (Case Study of Kabunan Health Center) Pemalang in 2021. Method: This research is an analytic survey research with a cross sectional approach. The population and sample in this study were all women of childbearing age (WUS) who visited the Melati posyandu in Asemdoyong village in September 2021 with a total of 36 people. Results: The results showed that there was an effect of age on the application of BSE (p 0.013), there was an influence of education on BSE (p 0.010).

Background : One of the causes of bleeding is failure in uterine involution called subinvolution. Subinvolution of the uterus that is not treated properly, will result in continued bleeding or postpartum haemorrhage. Relaxation techniques help mothers feel comfortable and relaxed so that they get peace of mind and have positive suggestions that have an impact on the postpartum period on the process of uterine involution. Objective: To determine the effect of relaxation techniques on uterine involution in normal postpartum. Methods: This research is a Quasy experiment research with a research design of One group pretest posttest design. The population of postpartum in Juli 2022 at the Kabunan Public Health Center, Pemalang Regency with a total of 107 with purposive sampling technique totaling 16 samples of postpartum. Result : There is an effect of relaxation technique on uterine involution in normal postpartum. Analysis of the data using the Wilcoxon test with a value of 0.039 or asym.sig <0.05.

Background; Family Planning (KB) is an effective way to increase family resilience, health and safety of mothers and children. The BKKBN stated that one of the efforts to increase the quality of the population was to address population growth with the family planning program. Long-term contraceptive methods are one of the most effective methods that are durable, efficient, comfortable and relatively inexpensive. Objective: This study aims to examine the relationship between family support and participation in long-term contraceptive methods. Method; correlative descriptive study with a cross sectional approach. The research subjects were all family planning acceptors who met the inclusion and exclusion criteria. The total sample is 120 respondents. Results; The results of the cross-tabulation between the level of knowledge and the use of injection contraception using the Chi-Square Test using the SPSS showed a p value of 0.004. According to the results above, it can be seen that the p value <0.05 so that the result is that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted Conclusion; in this study it was concluded that there was a relationship between family support and participation in long-term contraceptive methods.

Feeding practices are one of the factors that contribute to the incidence of stunting, so nutrition education is needed regarding feeding practices. Research Objectives: To determine the effect of nutrition education interventions on improving knowledge and feeding practice in mothers with toddlers 0-5 years in Sidokerto Hamlet, Purwomartani Kapanewon Kalasan. Research Method: Using a quasi-experimental design with a pre-post test two group design. The number of research subjects in groups one and two were 15 people each. The intervention was in the form of nutrition education using IYCF booklets, a list of household sizes and examples of dishes given 3 times with an interval of 2 weeks. The data collected included mother's age, education, working status, received nutrition counseling, pre-post knowledge, pre-post feeding practice. The statistical analysis used was the Wilcoxon test. The results showed that there was a significant mean difference in the knowledge scores before and after the intervention in the two groups (p=0.006; p=0.003), there was a significant mean difference in the feeding practice scores before and after the intervention in the two groups (p=0.002; p=0.05).

Background; The parenting pattern means how parents treat children, educate, guide and discipline and protecting their children in achieving process maturity, up to attempt the formation of the expected norms of society at large. Parenting pattern will also affect the emotional question in Early Childhood Education Muslimat Getas Cepu Blora. This study aims to determine the relationship between parenting parents with emotional question (EQ) in pre-school age children (3-5 years) in Early Childhood Education Muslimat Getas Cepu Blora. Method; This research method descriptive correlative study with Cross Sectional approach, with a sampling of saturated sample 32 parents and 32 childrens in early childhood education Muslimat Getas Cepu Blora. Background; In the third trimester of pregnancy, there are physical and psychological changes. This condition causes pregnant women to experience complex complaints such as discomfort, one of which is back pain. One solution to overcome this discomfort is massage for pregnant women. This study aims to determine the effect of pregnancy massage on reducing back pain in trimester pregnant women in the work area of Kayen Public Health Center, Pati Regency. Methods: This type of research uses a pre-experiment - one group pre post test design. The study population was 30 pregnant women in the third trimester with a total sampling technique. The independent variable is massage in pregnant women and the dependent variable decreases back pain in pregnant women. Research instrument using SOP, data analysis using statistical test t test is equal to 0.819 with a probability value far below 0.05. Results: This study showed that before massage, 16 pregnant women (53.3%) experienced mild pain after massage. 25 pregnant women (83.3%) experienced mild pain and 5 pregnant women (16.7%) have moderate pain. Conclusion: there is an effect of massage for pregnant women on reducing back pain for pregnant women in the third trimester in the work area of the Kayen Health Center, Pati Regency
