Background; Labor is the process of opening and thinning the cervix, as well as uterine contractions, and the fetus descends into the birth canal, causing pain in labor. Labor pain is a physiological process caused by contractions that cause cervical dilatation. Pain can be eliminated pharmacologically and non-pharmacologically, non-pharmacologically by giving lavender aromatherapy relaxation distraction. This study aims to determine the effect of lavender aromatherapy relaxation distraction on reducing back pain in latent stage 1 labor. Method; The research design that the researcher uses is a case study research design. This type of descriptive case study research uses participatory observation method. The subjects in this study were mothers during the 1st stage of the latent phase. Result; The results showed that the diagnosis of Ny. S with back pain disorder. Evaluation of giving lavender aromatherapy relaxation distraction in the case of Ny. S with pain can be resolved and reduce pain at the time of delivery from a scale of 7-9 to 4-6. Conclusion; The problem of first stage labor in Ny. S is resolved.

Background; Maternal Mortality Rate (MMR) is still a problem in Indonesia. One of the causes of MMR is bleeding. Perineal lacerations are a cause of bleeding. Allowing the mother to assume the position she desires during labor and delivery will provide many benefits, including less pain and discomfort, shorter second stage length, less perinealrupture. Method; This research used quasi experimental design with a Control Group Post test Only Design. The sampling technique used in this research is non probability sampling with purposive sampling type. The sample size used was 30 mothers giving birth. The aim of this study was to determine the effect of the half-sitting birth position on the incidence of perineal lacerations. Result; The statistical test used in this research is the Mann-Whitney Test. There were 15 women giving birth in a half-sitting position who experienced perineal lacerations, and 0 respondents who did not experience perineal lacerations. With the results obtained, the p value was 0.945 with a p value > 0.05. Conclusion; There is no influence of the half-sitting position on the incidence of perineal lacerations in primigravidas.

Background; According to data from the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia (Kemenkes RI) in 2019, the number of maternity mothers was recorded as 5 050 637 people and the number of births in Indonesia is estimated to increase by 20% According to the Indonesian health profile in 2018 the maternal mortality rate (MMR) in Indonesia reached 305 per 100 000 live births in 2015, this has decreased compared to 2012 which was 359 per 100,000 live births and the target. decrease in mortality in 2030 by 131 per 100 000 live births (Kemenkes RI, 2019). Method; The research design that the researcher used was a case study research design. The type of research is a descriptive case study using participatory observation method The subjects in this study were mothers during the maternity phase active when I. Result; The results showed that Mrs. F's diagnosis was pain discomfort. Evaluation of the implementation of lemon aromatherapy in Mrs. E's case with pain at the time of it. There was a reduction in the pain scale from 7 (very severe) to 6 (severe). Conclusion; Problems of pain and discomfort in active phase maternity women when 1 Mrs E has been resolved.

Background; BBLR is the highest cause of neonatal death in 2022. One of the complications of pre-eclampsia in mothers is the birth of a baby with low body weight and premature birth, supported by the theory explaining that parity is one of the factors that influence the incidence of low birthweight. Today people's lifestyles are shifting with the consumption of many unhealthy foods and other habits that affect the decline in health status, especially in pregnant women. Method; The research design is quantitative research using case and control design (case control) and retrospective approach. Using 64 samples divided into 32 samples for the case group and 32 samples in the control group. Result; The results of this study analysis showed a significant relationship between parity and lifestyle with the incidence of low birth weight in mothers with severe pre-eclampisa characterized by a p value of 0.002 and 0.000, respectively. parity has a greater influence on the incidence of BBLP in pre-eclampsia mothers than on lifestyle. Conclusion; Parity and lifestyle have a significant relationship with the incidence of low birth weight in mothers with severe pre-eclampsia. Parity has a greater influence on the incidence of severe birth in mothers with Pre-eclampsia.

Most of the maternity mothers experience pain in the first stage of labor. The purpose of the study was to provide midwifery care with a focus on intervention of classical music therapy to reduce pain intensity in the first stage of labor. Method; The research design that the researcher uses is a case study research design. This type of descriptive case study research uses participatory observation method. The subjects in this study were mothers who gave birth in the first stage. Result; The results showed the diagnosis of Ny. A with pain disorder. Evaluation of classical music therapy in the case of Ny. A with pain there is a reduction from a scale of 4 to a scale of 3. Conclusion; The problem of labor pain in the first stage of Ny. A is resolved.

Background; Definition Diarrhea is endemic in indonesia and is also a potential extraordinary event (KLB) whitch is often accompainied by death. Diarhhea is still a public health problem in indonesia. Under- five deaths due to diarhhea occur because they are not helped early and not given proper treatment. Theoretically, 10% of diarrhea sufferers will die to severe dehydration if no treatment is given. The purpose of this study was to determine whether the effect of pure honey on reducing the frequency of diarhhea in childdren under five. Method; The research design that the researcher uses is a case study research desugn. This descriptive case study research uses the subick participatory observation method. Result; The results showed that diagnosis of An.K with pure honey. Evaluation of the implementation of giving pure honey in An. K case by giving pure honey toreduce the frequency on consistency of diarhhea in toddlers. Conclusion; There is a decrease in the frequency and consistency of diarhhea in tollders after being given treatment with pure honey.

Background; Based on the 2012 Indonesian Health Demographic Survey (IDHS) regarding menopause, there were 4.3 million Indonesians totaling 240-250 million in 2012. In this category of women (over 46-49 years old) 18% of Indonesian women have experienced menopause with all the consequences and impacts that accompany it (Depkes RI, 2012). Based on the results of a preliminary study conducted by the author in May 2022 in Boloh Village, RT 01/03 RW of 10 premenopausal women aged 40-50 years, 8 out of 10 people experience premenopausal symptoms, especially insomnia. Method; The research design that the researcher uses is a case study research design. This type of descriptive case study research uses participatory observation method. The subjects in this study were premenopausal women. Result; The results showed that Ny.K's diagnosis was sleep disturbance and a little anxiety about the condition she was experiencing. Evaluation of the implementation of soy milk in the case of Ny. K with insomnia there is a reduction in the insomnia scale score 16 to the insomnia scale score 14 (moderate). Conclusion; The problem of insomnia and a little anxiety about the condition he was experiencing had been resolved.

Background; Postpartum is the period of 6 weeks or 42 days after delivery. Similar to pre- pregnancy, the reproductive organs will undergo gradual changes. 60% of maternal morbidity occurs during the puerperium. These statistics explain the number of postpartum deaths. (Handayani, 2021). Oxytocin massage is one approach that can be used to overcome the problem of uneven milk production. Oxytocin massage is a type of massage performed along the spine (vertebrates) to the fifth or sixth rib. .This massage aims to increase the hormones prolactin and oxytocin released after childbirth. Oxytocin massage has a number of benefits, including providing comfort to the mother and stimulating the oxytocin reflex. Method; The research design that the researcher uses is a case study research design. This type of descriptive case study research uses participatory observation method. The subjects in this study were postpartum mothers. Result; The results of the study showed that the diagnosis in Mrs. G was that breast milk was not smooth. Evaluation of the implementation of oxytocin massage in the case of Mrs. G with non-fluent breast milk, it was found that the milk had come out smoothly. Conclusion; The problem of breastfeeding is not smooth, Mrs. G has been resolved.

Background: Acute respiratory infection (ARI) is an acute infection involving the upper and lower respiratory tract organs. This infection is caused by viruses, fungi and bacteria. , Acute Respiratory Infection ARI is the cause of 15% of under-five deaths, which is estimated to be 922,000. While in Indonesia in 2017 there was an increase of 63.45% of the number of underfive deaths 0.16% higher than in 2014 which was only 0.08%. The incidence rate for toddlers exposed to ISPA in Central Java province is 3.6% (KEMENKES, 2017). Methodology : This type of quantitative research has an experimental research design and uses a quasi-experimental research design, one group preset and post test. The subjects in this study were toddlers aged 1 until 5 years. Results: The research results obtained were toddlers with problem respiratory system disorders, the mother said that her child had no runny nose and no nose discharge, no redness on the outside of the nose and a good appetite Conclusion: there is a decrease in respiratory disorders in toddlers after being given eucalyptus leaf steam therapy.

Background; Hyperemesis gravidarum or nausea and vomiting that occurs in pregnancy caused by increased levels of the hormones estrogen and progesterone produced by Human Chorionic Gonadotropine (HCG) in the serum of the placenta. Nausea and vomiting occurs in 60-80% of primigravidas and 40-60% of multigravidas. Hormonal changes in every pregnant woman will respond differently, so not all experience nausea and vomiting during pregnancy. Nutritional disorders, dehydration, weakness, weight loss and electrolyte imbalance. Apart from experiencing excessive nausea and vomiting or what is called hyperemesis gravidarum during pregnancy, it not only threatens the life of pregnant women, but can also cause side effects on the fetus such as abortion, low birth weight babies, and also premature birth. Method The research design that researchers use is a case study research design. This type of descriptive case study research uses participatory observation methods. The subjects in this study were pregnant women in the first trimester of 11 weeks pregnant. Results; The results of the study showed that Mrs. M was diagnosed by giving ginger oil aromatherapy. Evaluation of the implementation of ginger oil aromatherapy in Mrs.M’s case by giving ginger oil aromatherapy to reduce the frequency of nausea and vomiting in pregnant women. Conclusion; There was a decrease in the frequency of nausea and vomiting in pregnant women after being given ginger oil aromatherapy treatment.
