Abstract

The structure DNA is one of the biological topic that is abstract, so that the delivery of topic required learning media. One of the learning media that can be used is digital puzzle media. Digital puzzle media is the development of puzzle media. The development of digital puzzle aims to produce a learning media for structure of DNA topic and described its theoretical feasibility. This research is development research by ASSURE method. Research instrument used is the digital media puzzle validation sheets. The data was analyzed by quantitative descriptive. The result showed that developed media was very feasible with percentage 93.75%. Keywords: digital puzzle, DNA structure, theoritical feasibility.

Abstract

The objective of this research are to produces a genetics substance interactive slide media that feasible theoretically. Theoretical feasibility got from a validation media. This research is a development research especially slide interactive development based on Ms. Power Point. The data was collected by using media and materi sheet validation. The results of this research is a genetics substance interactive slide media was feasible theoretically. Abstract

The purpose of this describle to the result implemented of learning instrument based Problem Based Instruction (PBI) to practice of environmentally character. This type of research was a pre-experimental research. The method used was the one shot study with subjects 19 students class X MA Al-Khidmah Ngronggot Nganjuk. Parameters measured include: feasibility lesson plans, character, skill, mastery learning, and student responses. Instrument used to collect the data that management feasibility study sheets, the character of students, observation skills sheets, achievement test, and questionnaire responses. The technique is a method of collecting data observation, self-assessment, test method, and questionnaires. The result of implemented this learning instrument is lesson plan realized about 100%, environmentally character with average 7,16, assessment of student skill about 3,25, mastery of learning outcome classically about 84,21%, and student respond about 96,19%. Key word: Implementation of instrument learning, learning model (Problem Based Instruction), and environmentally character.

Abstract

The research of development of observational student worksheet oriented on Student Facilitator And Explaining (SFAE) method in seed plant (Spermatophyta) matter was aimed to produce feasible worksheets based on the theoretical and empirical aspects and to describe the feasibility based on the theoretical aspects by validation and empirical aspects by student activity observations and student’s response after using the worksheets. This research was conducted using the 4-D models consists of four stages, those are: define, design, develop, and dessiminate. The dessiminate not been done. Theoretical feasibility of the validation theoretically got a percentage of 66.67% to 100.00% with fairly to very good interpretation. Empirical feasibility based on observations of student activity got a percentage of 65.00% to 100.00% with fairly to very good interpretation, while the response from the students get a percentage of 95.42 % with a very good interpretation. Abstract

The lack of sensitivity of 10th grade senior high school studentsin the problem of water pollutionand lack of understanding of the student in that matter makelearning less meaningful. It takes a learning device in the form of student worksheet guided discovery-based lab to foster student sensitivity to the problems of water pollution.This study aims to produce a student worksheets guided discovery-based lab on water pollution materials for 10th grade senior high school students and describe the theoretical feasibility of worksheets based on expert judgments. The results showed that the developed worksheets that are feasible in theory with the results of the study of 87.2%. Abstract

Learning in biology requires students to understand the concepts. One way to engage students in finding the concept is to use teaching materials. As in the matter of biodiversity requires more than simply memorizing understanding. Therefore, the necessary teaching materials that assist students in finding the concept. The purpose of this research is to generate worksheets with the invention of the concept of strategic approach to biodiversity material, describes the theoretical and empirical feasible with the student worksheet approach concept discovery strategy on biodiversity materials. The type of this research is development research, namely the development of worksheets with concept discovery approach strategy on biodiversity materials. The research is done based on 4-D.In this research, development procedure is only done in the development stage. The definite experiment is dome at tenth grade Al-Islam Krian Sidoarjo Senior High School with twenty four students. The result of this research indicates that student worksheet based on guided discovery which is developed, can be declared viable theoritical and empirical. The theoritical feasible is observed by validation result namely 86,66% to 91,68% with category very viable and the empirical feasible is observed by response of student after doing learning with student worksheet that be developed namely 86%. Abstract

Curriculum 2013 suggests was desired that learning process is learning emphasizes the personal experience through process skills (observation, listening, viewing, reading, listening), asking, conclusioning, and communicate to training the self learning. Based on the pra-experiment that already done at Mojokerto 3 Senior High School knowing that the students is not training about skill process and self learning. Among 73,5% responsdens says that they really feel so hard to understand a material about plant world specially the Angiosperm. Therefore, the researchers developed teaching materials in the form of modules with skills-based material angiosperms process with the goal to produce a decent module used and describe the feasibility of modules based on the theoretical aspects of result validation module and empirical aspects of student activity observed when using the module and student responsse results. This research includes research development with reference to the 4-D model of development which is divided into four stages, namely: the definition phase (define), stage design (design), stage of development (develop), and the deployment phase (dessiminate). Deployment phase is not implemented. The instrument used the sheet module validation, observation of student activity sheets, and sheet student questionnaire responsses. The results of this research is a skill-based modules angiosperms based on the viability of process theoretically and empirically. Feasibility module theoretically obtain validation of the results of the interpretation of the value of 3.70 is very feasible. Feasibility module empirically based observations of student activity gets a percentage of 86.4% with very good interpretation, while the responsse from the students get a percentage of 93.95% with a very decent interpretation. Abstract

Variations learning media is necessary, particularly with regard to technology developed at this time. Weblog as a medium that can be developed to deliver the message in the learning. Environmental pollution materials deemed appropriate for the development of this medium, because the material requires solving the problem directly in addressing environmental pollution. This study aims to describe the feasibility of the theoretical and empirical weblog based assessment and student worksheets that do student responses. This study was performed using ASSURE development model. The results showed that the media weblogs are developed based on adherence to the critical thinking of students expressed very feasible with the results of the study by 86% and the positive response of students was 92.1% of the weblog medium is developed. Abstract

This research aimed to know profile student evaluation instrument made by certified teacher of biology in state high school at Madiun regency. Population and sample were teachers of biology as many 18 teachers. Data collecting technique conducted by documentation study and teacher self assessment questionnaire. Profile of evaluation instrument formulated by teachers was 72.22% in test and 27.78% non test. Types of test were multiple choice 76.02% and limited essay 23.98%. Types of non test were assessment in attitude 54.12%, performance 29.41%, presentation 5.88%, classroom discussion 9.41%, and project assessment 1.18%. Abstract

Learning based on life skills need to be taught to students in order to form an independent and creative person. The purpose of this study are 1) generates life skills worksheets in the reproductive system material viable in terms of content, language and appearance, 2) describe the rational skills and social skills of students, 3) improve student learning outcomes by using design "Shot case study", 4) describe the student's response. This research is development with the Research & Development model of Borg and Gall modification by Sukmadinata stages: 1) a preliminary study, 2) the development stage, 3) limited testing phase in XI Science 4 class SMAN 3 Mojokerto. The results of life skills worksheets study get an average score of 3.88 and 3.95 with good criteria. Rational skills get score of 4 and 3, while the social skills of students getting score 4 and 3.67 with very well criteria. Completeness student learning outcomes by 86% (13 students who completed and 2 students who have not completed). Completeness of learning objectives by 87% (8 learning objectives complete and 1 learning objectives which not yet complete) and positive student response with score 87% gain the answer "yes" to life skills worksheets. Based on the conclution of this resume that the development of life skills worksheets for use in learning both theoretically and empirically, and completed the learning outcomes of students and also received a good response from the students.
